I have booked MOTO E mobile on " The Big Billion Day" on Flipkart.com. Order ID : OD[protected]. After few hours I received a mail stating the order is cancelled and the amount will be refunded. I need the order should be processed not the amount refund.

    Order ID-OD[protected] I placed this order in the morning of 6th Oct, 14 for Xiami Redmi 1S through COD amounting 5999/- I called up the customer executive between 10 -12 am yest i.e., 6th Oct, 14. Her name was Pooja. She assured me that this orde will be cancelled and I can go further place the other order including RedMi 1S and Asus Zenfone amounting more than 10K through my Citi bank card to get the casback offer. I have the recording of the talk too Therefore, Order ID- OD[protected] under this order Id, I placed order for Xiomi Redmi 1S and Asus Zenfone 4 amounting a total of 10, 998/-. payment thr my Citi Bank card. But instead of cancelling my COD order, they cancelled the Red MI 1s of CItibank payment order without any intimation.or asking me. This is not done.I want the 10% Cashback or Cancel all my orders. I dont want to deal with Flipkart in future if such fraud things u do. Contact Email ID- [protected]@gmail.com

      i ordered Moto E @ Rs 1500, on Flipkart Big Billion Offer but suddenly at night i got message that they cancelled by flipkart. and offeres me a rs 500 Wallet money, i dont need your sympathy flipkart i need my moto e at rs 1500 and delivered it as soon as possible. We are so angry about this. lets do something.

        I have ordered MOTO E on 6th October 2014.it belongs to Rs.1500/-. But the order is canceled by the Flipkart themself.what did they mean about the cancellation. This very bad to here.it makes me very anger.I want this offer back.else I will take this issue to consumer court.

I ordered moto e my order is approved but then it cancelled by flipkart itself. now they are offering rs 1500 for me. but i want moto e at rs 1500 as i ordered it and kindly delivered it. We dont want wallet money we want MOTO E which you cancelled ..

            I ordered Moto E @ Rs.1500 on Big Billion Day (6 oct) from flipkart (order no : OD[protected]. and got a confirmation SMS and EMAIL. But at 10.50 p.m. on the same day I got a sms and email about cancellation of my order. In email they said that due to price error we are cancelling your order and they give me 500 as flipkart wallet balance. well I place my order at a time when flipkart website shows moto e @ Rs. 1500. So how can be a price error? @Flipkart have to give me Moto E in same amount as mentioned above. I do not need any kind of reward I just want moto E. Rohit Karkar [protected]

            Hi This is regarding my order number OD[protected] of Moto E on 6 october. I want to put this matter to your concern that because of your huge advertisement a day ago for a billion day sale, like others i also was expecting something exquisite from flipkart, but really don't expect this from your side. Customer is not a fool that he will disturb his sleep and sit on his laptop for your 8 am sale, and for the company like flipkart this will be a matter of shame that a customer is getting so much annoyed. As i told you in earlier interaction also i don't want the Rs 1500 as a gift but i m looking for the phone at the same price i.e Rs 1500 as this was reflected on your site. I am aspecting that your will look out my concern and this is a fault on your part not mine, i want my phone at the same price and how can you cancel my order because your company policy itself state no cancellation, no refund and only replacement. Is this the kind of ethics did you follow for your customers. Kindly provide with my phone in a suitable time otherwise i have to escalate this issue even further.

              Flip kart, is creating Demand for certain products that are sold on it artificially. The incident that I want to share is on sale of Red mi 1s on Sep 30th 2014. The website announced the sale of Phone from 2PM and it is on first come first basis for the first 60, 000 registered users. I wanted to mention that while registering in website, there is no limit and time constraint at all. It accepts the registration for 'n' number of email ids and even before the sale started. I was logged in the website from 1 PM. At 2 PM exactly, when the sale was opened, immediately it showed 'Out of Stock'. If Flip kart plans to sell only to the first registered 60, 000 users, they could have stopped the registration when the maximum limit is attained. Doing nothing at registration, it clearly implies that Flipkart is creating Demand for their products sold artificially. This is NOT ETHICAL way of selling the products

                During big billion day sale on 6th Oct 2014 4 Flipkart was offering " Moto E mobile for Rs. 1500 ". I had ordered 2 phones my Order was approved by the flipkart itself then my order was automatically cancelled by them without any confirmations. I has spend my whole day time and effort spent to track those offers on flipkart. After seeing the Moto E Offer at Rs 1500 I ordered it for my brother and for friend, and at 9.30pm i got message that says Refund has been credited to your wallet. This is clear cheating done by flipkart by giving fake offers and created inconvenience for lot of customers. I have a group of people with me who where the victims of this fake play by Flipkart. And we want justice and want ordered MOTO E at this price 1500

                  This is the live example of how flipkart fooled everyone on "THE BIG BILLION DAY" FLIPKART canceled my MOTO E order which was bought for 1500 rupees...and there are many out there who experienced the same... this was not expected from flipkart on their first ever big sale... The reason they gave for the cancellation is the ERROR in price... so what flipkart? the products you sold like pendrives for rs 1 and samsung tab 2, camera for like 1300rs are also supposed to be errors isnt? FLIPKART CANT EVEN FOLLOW THEIR WON TERMS AND CONDITIONS: NO CANCELLATIONS AND NO REFUND! I DONT WANT YOUR FLOPKART CREDITS FLIPKART... I NEED WHAT I ORDERED FOR 1500 RS

                    On 6th october, I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER for RED-Mi phone and spice android one phone using my CITI bank credit card.
                    Total amount deducted from my card is 11498 rs. at 12:55 IST on 6th october.
                    I have not got any notification via mail or SMS about my order. I am also checking orders section in my flipkart account, but I am not getting history/detail for my order.
                    I have tried customer care but it's busy or not reachable, Can someone suggest about this problem, what to do.?

                      I ordered Moto E on 06 Oct 2014 - The Billion Day (The Cheating Day) for Rs.1500 each and my order id is OD[protected]XXXXXX (2 Items) and it gave me a message like "Order Placed", but in the evening I got a text message that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to bank account/card. Now they have credited to my wallet not to my bank account. I don't ever seen such a fraudulent online shopping site like flipkart. This makes all of my friends and relatives to get frustrated. And I am sure I wont let my friends and relatives to purchase in flipkart. Sure I wont this site to anyone. I want my product with the same cost (Rs.1500) or else sure I will take this issue to consumer court.

                        I bought 4 coins on the big billion day and until yesterday all was fine now they have cancelled 3 saying i have done a bulk purchase due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel all your purchases and they will refund the amount, I had made these purchases via EMI now I have to pay the interest for an order which I didn't even receive. When I asked to refund the amount including the interest they refused for the same and said neither will they not deliver the products.

                        My question is they making money for the banks by cancelling the orders so that the banks will get the interest and making fool of the consumer.

                        If they had an issue with people buying more quantity why didn't they stop the costumer from making the purchase yesterday. And the best part is all was okay till yesterday i got messages that the goods being shipped and the all of a sudden the orders have been cancelled. I am very sure the billion day was plan of flipkart to make a fool of billion customers.
                        I had spent my good amount of time on all this and I am not going to let it go without accepting their accepting their mistakes in writing and deliver my products. I want the product to be delivered.

But the truth is it sells many of those faulty products and thereby promotes company with problematic stuffs, which turn out to be damaged in some or other ways. And they assure you of cooperation. But they everytime make you talk to different people and each of them ask you to do this and that. Until, the customer is fed up with the product, they don't go for an exchange or return. All those top branded stuffs they sell seems to be duplicate.
                        And even though after lots of complaints about a particular product they continue selling them(like the lenovo a6000 and a6000 plus).
                        It is now a big company and so cates little about consumer's concern. They are cheating customers.

                          What nonsence is this...FLIPKART...

                          Gives money in wallet, but price of all products is " hiked" when you go to buy,
                          and most exciting thing is this price hike is only for those customers whose orders have been cancelled for rest of the customers, flipkart is giving products at lower price.

                              Hi, On 6 Oct, I have ordered 1, 5GM 24KT Gold coin of e-Gitanjali vide order No. OD[protected] worth Rs. 13947, another 2 coins (5GM+2GM)- Vide Order No- OD[protected]worth Rs. 19609 and another 2 coins- vide order No- OD[protected] worth Rs. 19690 (in total, I have ordered 5 coins, 19GMS gold worh Rs. 53, 165 vide 3 separate orders) and made payment with my CITI bank credit card under 10% cash back offer. Reason for placing order separately to get maximum cash back (Rs. 5316) from CITI bank under this scheme. Ultimately I will have to pay Rs. 47, 849 (53, 165-5, 316) to CITI Bank. Same day late evening I got mail on my registered email id from Flipkart, saying that my order has been accepted and it will get delivered by Saturday, 11 Oct 2014. Then, I got sms on my registered mobile number saying your products are packed by seller and ready to be shipped. Next day early morning (7:39 am)*, I got sms from flipkart that your product were shipped at 5.57AM and will be delivered by Saturday, Oct 11, 2014. On same day at 11.25am, I got sms from Flipkart saying that our courier partner eKart was unable to delivered your order and hence we have cancelled the order and initiate the refund. Sincerely apologies for inconvenience caused. First surprised for me.. Immediately, I called up on their customer care no and spoken with executive (Netu Singh), she informed me that as per update from our courier partner, they have attempted to deliver the product at your doorstep today morning at 6.47 but you have requested him to cancel the order. second surprised ... When I have informed her that none of your courier has attempted to deliver the product at my doorstep, she said this is what updated into system by our logistic partner. I informed her that if someone would have attempted to deliver the product then definitively my building watchman would have informed me. But still she was insisting me that someone from your family would have cancelled the order. I told her to give me the name and contact detail of person who has attempted the delivery, I will speak with him, he said that we could not share with you. Third surprised for ….. When I have told her that my building is equipped with cameras and I will check the same into records. Then, she told me that there is no need to check, may be our logistic partner would have wrongly updated the same into system . Since I am regular buying the various products online from various sites, I am aware that I can ask her to put a request to reattempt the delivery of the product. She said ok, and put my call on hold for almost 30 mins, and then came back and told me that I am not able to put this request into the system, and mentioned that since vendor (i.e. e-Gitanjali) has received the bulk order for this products from their other customer, E-Gitanjali is now not ready to give the product to flipkart’s customer, Hence, we are cancelling this order from our end and will process the refund. Forth and Biggest surprised for me… I have informed her that see this is not my lookout and I want this product at anyhow then she requested me to speak with her senior (Mr. Rahul Gaba) and transferred this call to him. That guy bluntly told me that they will not deliver the product and will process the refund. I told this guy, look I have spent my time for all this and I want these products, I am not doing this for time pass and will not buy your excuses and informed him that otherwise I will highlights your blunders / scandals on social media. He said let me discuss this with my seniors and will get back to you by EOD. I have asked him to get back to me by today 9pm. He said ok. Within 10 mins, I got various sms and emails from flipkart cancelling my all orders and mentioned that you made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel all your Order and will process the refunds of latest by 18 Oct. My Observations; 1. Their Customer care executive never think twice to lie with their customers. 2. First they put all the blame on eKart (which is the subsidiary of Flipkart only). Then, they put the blame on e-Gitanjali. Why they are not sharing the contact details? 3. At 7 Oct, at 5.57, Vendors has shipped the product to flipkart and within 50 mins, logistic partner of flipkart has attempted the delivery of the same at my place in Mulund. What Non-sense!!! 4. Which logistic company deliver the product in early morning at 6.47? No timing sense???? 5. Why I am getting the message on 7 Oct at 7.29* from flipkart, if I would have already returned at 6.47 in the morning. 6. Since, E-Gitanjali, has shipped the product at 5.47am, where is the logic in e-Gitanjali’s Bulk order and not ready to handover the products. 7. There is no agreement / contract with e-Gitanjali ? there is no breach of agreement clause in this agreement? 8. Why Flipkart was accepting the orders for the same product till yesterday late evening? 9. Whether all orders received for the same product were cancelled or only orders with credit card offers got cancelled? 10. Where is a point of high demand and equal opportunities to avail the great deal. Why no opportunities have been given to me and cancelled my all order??? They should have shown like out of stock like other majority products. 11. As per the flipkart, under this scheme, no cancellation, no refund only exchange, then why they are insisting me to take the refund? 12. Why they are holding my huge money in their account for 12 days. Are they making money from that also? 13. They have not calculated the discounts on gold before put the scheme online. I was getting gold at Rs. 25, 200 per 10gm[protected]% cash back), while market rate is around Rs. 27000. They have realised this later on hence now not ready to give the products even though vendor has shipped the products. Further, the gold rate has increased during the evening, they don’t want to give these benefit to me. 14. They have removed their customer care no and email id from their site, so we cannot reach out to them. Ultimately, there is a no professional / Business ethics.                               They also did something same to me as i ordered printers for rs 47 they cancelled my orders and they have told me that because of some technical issue.. Wtf man. . What kind of technical issue is responsible for my order cancellation. They all r fooling people.. This is now cheatkart from flipkart. Will not gonna buy a single thing from them.. Cheaters. . They must have to pay for all d time that we have spent on their site to be get fooled.

                                Hi, on 6-oct-2014 Flipkart announced #BigBillionDay and during that period offered Moto E for INR 1500 and so placed an Order (Order No: OD[protected] for Moto E and the order was successfully placed and got a confirmation mail that product will be delivered by 15-Oct-2014.But late at night the order got cancelled with a refund of 500 INR in my flipkart wallet. I don't want this 500 rs and all, I want my order must be approved and delivered to me on time. It seems Flipkart is trying to fool it's customers on the name of #BigBillionDay .Ban this Singapuri company( Sure!!! see flipkart details on Wikipedia. It says "Legally, Flipkart is not an Indian company since it is registered in Singapore and majority of its shareholders are foreigners. Because foreign companies are not allowed to do multi-brand e-retailing in India, Flipkart sells goods in India through a company called WS Retail.") Order of Moto E was approved by Flipkart but later cancelled by the same WS Retailer which is again nothing but Flipkart itself. please suggest me .                                   Hello Friends, I was profound customer of Flipkart mega shopping mart. I was quite delighted to place order MOTO E for Rs.1500 which is for Rs.7000 approximately on Big Billion Day offer and got shocked when I show cancellation sms early in the next morning. They(FLIPKART) are saying its our pricing error, we are refunding paid amount with a token of appreciation amount of Rs.500. This is kind of cheating. I came to know that same OFFER will be given on 10th of this month. What will be grantee that same error will not occur. Its error or cheating. I don't know. Its a kind of making fool. I request Flipkart team to execute your promise. Its your policy that there will be no cancellation and no refund, then how can you cancel the placed order.

                                    The below mail i got from flipkart... They are fraud, doing the scam and playing with people time and money. They gave the reason to cancel my order that "courier partner was unable to deliver" although theey never shipped my product. Greetings from Flipkart.com! We regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver following items in the Order OD[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items and initiated the refund . We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Authorities should take necessary steps to stop these type of cheating.

                                      It was one of the shocking and cheapest trick played by Flipkart in yesterday's sale. I am a regular buyer of products in Flipkart, but yesterday I hold on to laptop since 7:50 AM and once the big sale started it was out of stock in leas than 5 min. This is one of the cheapest trick and now i will stop purchasing things in Flipkart. I think snapdeal and Amazon does business fairly. It does not attract customers with unwanted publicity. I sincerely hope that one day Flipkart will be out of business.

                                      Yes It happen to Me as well.!!!
                                      And some of the Project's price are showing as very low but once you add it in CART, it shows some diffrent price[Higher Price]
                                      They were did fraud on Big Billion Day
                                      You guys seriously have lost all your good customers faith.when you already mentioned that on #BIGBILLIONDAY
                                      that you would not cancel it once it order.than who the hell you are to cancel it itself.really will not shop from flipkart again

                                        Yesterday ( 06 Oct 2014 ) I placed a order to flipkart.com for a mobile MOTO E and I also get confirmation mail from flipkart.com ([protected]@flipkart.com), I also forward the confirmation mail to you.

                                        Again on 11.23 PM date 06 Oct 2014 I got another mail from flipkart.com that my order is cancelled due to price error and as a refund token 500 credited in my flipkart wallet.

                                        Today (07 Oct 2014) I also talk with Flipkart customer support[protected] but problem not solved.

                                        I placed order as per their norm and there is no cancellation and no refund is allowed then how they can cancel my order and why this refund when I am going for cash on delivery?
