I have ordered MOTO E mobile phone through flipkart in an offer price of Rs.1500 on 6th oct 2014 at 4.35 pm and i received a conformation mail for the same, but i got another mail at 10.53 pm stating "We are writing to you about the cancellation of your recent order/s for Moto E due to a price error."I have paid through credit card and they are saying they will refund the money by 17th oct.They are following malpractice to collect money from customers by giving wrong prices and then cancelling the order and then they will use the money for other business.Earlier i went through the term and condition there was no such clause that they can cancel the order any time they want, but now they have added this clause after this event.Please do the needful in getting me my ordered Mobile.Thanks in advance.

    During big billion day sale on 6th Oct 2014 Flipkart was offering MotoE mobile for Rs. 1500/-. I had ordered this phone and my order was confirmed with order number OD[protected]. But later flipkart had cancelled this order by themselves with the reason that its pricing was wrong. This is clear cut cheating done by flipkart by giving fake offers and created inconvenience for lot of customers. I have a group of people with me who where the victims of this fake play by Flipkart. I want to know whether we can take any legal action against Flipkart for cheating customers like this and wasting lot of our time and effort. Thanks. Please suggest us the solution what can we do about this fraud. I have spend 3000 rs/- . They will refund the amound on October 17. may be they cheated around 1000 consumers means they have had 1500000rs/- of our money in their pocket. They will refund this after 10-15 days means what that means????? This is biggest fraud action by flipkart..

      On 6th October, "The Big Billion Day", I placed only one order on Flipkart for "Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV" (Quantity '1') and the transaction went successful and amount was paid to Flipkart from the bank payment gateway. Attached is the screen shot. Also I got order confirmation email from Flipkart, as attached screenshot. The order number is OD[protected] and was placed at 9:55AM, 06 October 2014. After 45 mins, the order status was changed by Flipkart to 'Cancelled' and I got an email from Flipkart stating the reason as below : "Greetings from Flipkart.com! Thank you for your order OD[protected] . You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order. ITEM - Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV QTY - 1 PRICE/UNIT - Rs. 44900.00 Seller: WS Retail The amount of Rs. 28400.00 will be refunded back to your bank account/card by Tuesday, 14 Oct'14." - Attached is the email screenshot. This is ridiculous from Flipkart as I placed only 1 order for only 1 item from Flipkar, there is no point of saying that Flipkart want to give opportunity to every customer, as I am also one of them. After that I raised a ticker on Flipkart to deliver me the product for which I paid instead of cancelling the order with such non-sense reason. Then I got response on the incident raised as below: "Hi Sushant, Order ID: OD[protected] Product:Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV Thank you for writing in and notifying us.My apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the cancellation of your order. I would like to clarify that due to an unforeseen technical glitch, the price of the product was incorrectly displayed and hence, unfortunately, your order for "Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV" was cancelled.We, at Flipkart, do our level best to ensure that such glitches do not occur. However, inadvertently, inspite of numerous quality checks, an error occurs and our dedicated technical team is notified immediately to sort it. I understand that we’ll be unable to make up for the inconvenience that was caused and your valuable time spent.And once again, I request your pardon for the unforeseen circumstances caused this time and it was never our expectation, we will sort things for you.I request your kind cooperation and patience in this regard. Please write back to us should you have any other questions or need further assistance. Regards, Kavya G Customer Support Response received from Seller: WS Retail" So, if Flipkart have accepted the amount and completed the transaction, gave me the Order Id then whatever issue Flipkart have at their end, they can not cancel the order which was already confirmed. Flipkart is now having my money till it will be refunded to my credit card again. I want Flipkart to confirm my auto cancelled order and to apologies for this act. This is really very disappointing and cheat act from Flipkart.

        i have ordered Sony BRAVIA KLV-24P412B 24 inches LED TV through flip kart's the big billion sale day.my order id is OD[protected]but as per flipkarts terms u can not cancel orders.but why flip kart cancel this order at their end.may i know the reason.if product is not available why u keep booking open.i[censored] are not fulfilling this terms u have to pay me 10500 rupees.if flipkart is not keeping their inventory proper that is not my problem.if flipkart is saying seller denied to provide.i think WS Retail is their own entity only.i have wasted my precious time checking ur [censored]ing deals. if are not providing this item on prescribed price.Currentley i am sharing experience with face book.           Hi, I have placed an Order (Order No: OD[protected] for Moto E and the order was successfully placed and got a confirmation mail that product will be delivered by 15-Oct-2014. Later during mid night i go an SMS and Email stating that my order was cancelled. How can they cancel the order without my knowledge?? I got another SMS stating that 500rs will be added to my flipkart wallet to shop from WS retail. I dont want this 500 rs and all, i want my order must to be approved and delivered to me on time. With big names (Big Billion Day) Flipkart is trying to cheat its customers. This is not fair. Ban this company!!! Hope raising complain here will mean something. :)

            I have ordered Moto e and order was successfully placed. And i got the message your order was cancelled. When i spoke to customer care. They was saying that product was out of stock. The seller has confirmed itseems. But the seller was WSretail which was flipkart's own seller. How could this happen? Fully disappointed. Need to put cheating case in consumer court. Need to ban like this companies..Big frauds, Big cheaters..
            Same with me they cancelled my plasma TV and customer care is telling liesthe and making fool of customer well i have taken my revenge by ordering many product on cod and then not recieving them.

              Hi,


              I bought a shoe from flipkart..order_id=OD[protected] . It was a Inch .5 flat golden colored. It is delived to me on September 18, 2014. After 1 use the strap of shoe is broken. I raised a request of refund. they approved that. But later they denied that it can not be done without the tag of the shoe. I mean seriously is it an issue .. ? because Inch 5 has a waranty of that product and i have faced no such issue while buying any product from the shop. Now flipkart is telling me to take that product to any nearby inch 5 showroom to exchange but flipkart can not. Its a shame that a defective product can not be returned with 1 mnth of my purchase just because of a TAG.


              Please look into the matter.

Park Avenue Voyage Deodorant Spray - 150 ml Amount -152 Amount is deducted from my CT Bank credit card but not getting any conformation from flip kart, i had talk with your executive on 06/10/2013 regarding status of my order he told me that dont worry sir your order is conformed but due to heavy rush you are not getting conformation mail from flip kart. when i had talk with flipkart executive on next day he told me that we are not received such order on your mail id and your amount will be refunded by your bank. My concern is that i want my order item instead of amount is refunded in my account as now that mobile is out of stock. please look in to this issue and send be feedback ASAP payment transaction id is = TX[protected] of amount 10151.

But 11:26pm at same day my order is cancel by the flipkart and refund me 500 rupees.Now i want my order to approved and delivred .

                      Hello, I have been placed an order for Micromax 32T1111 HD 32 LED TV order and order cancelled by retailer and as per customer care confirmation i have been placed the same order second time. Second time order also been cancelled. Please let me know what kind of online guarantee given by flip kart? Why such a type of cancellation happen twice and my cash is stuck in 10 days how i get the compensation of 10 days my cash outflow? i would like to put a compliant in social foram before that please let me know if there is any solutions can provide by flipkart?                           I have ordered Moto E for Rs.1500/- on The big billion day offer in flipkart at 4.00 PM but at 10.50 PM I have received mail like, Your order has been cancelled and we have processed for refund like that. When I asked to customer care they simply said that we can't give that product for Rs.1500/- instead of that we will refund extra Rs.500/- There are so many customers have faced same problem.

                          I have ordered this product, they did the same thing for me, so the buyers we have to say "no" to this fraud websites.
                          When I asked to customer care they are simply saying same thing like.. This is the best thing we can do and you do whatever you wanted to do like that...

                              Paid 47401rs for a Dell laptop online and the moment the amt was debited from account, the order was cancelled by flipkart saying item not in stock and on calling customer care they say amt will be refunded in 5-7 business days. My money has got held up by this fraud company causing me a loss as i cant purchase a laptop till they refund my cash back. Order placed at 7th october 7.48am, order cancelled as soon as the amount is debited from bank at 7.51am, Refund after 5-7 business days.
                              how can these so called brands be allowed to getaway with such massive fruads!!!

                                I placed order on vacuum cleaner at 12 noon on big billion sale & after adding to cart the product was showing out of stock.. Similar incident happened for Nokia X phone.. Was this sale was real or fake..I wasted my entire day just doing same thing... Please someone revert back to me on this issue & provide proof for the sales happened on this product for the price offered on flipkart

                                  Dear Team, I placed an order for "Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cook top" around 8 AM on 06/10/14 (Big Billion Day). Price was showing 890 approx while placing the order but amount deducted from my account was 2990. Which is the actual price of the product. No discount provided. There is no cancellation option on the web even after raising the complaint they are dispatching the product. So beware before paying Order no. "OD[protected]" Please suggest Should I go to consumer forum or what else option I have ? Regards Abhishek
