On this much hyped "Big Billion Day" on Flipkart, I placed a successful order (OD[protected] and for some time I was feeling "Lucky", however, in around 5 hours, I got message/mail from Flipkart saying order is cancelled, sorry for inconvinience. What A SHAME!!! how can they claim being number 1 online shopping site and if they cant handle the pressure of orders, why they keep such "Big Billion Day" event? Most funny thing about this big bilion day was that orders can not be cancelled or refunded by customer ... and flipkart did the same... Very disappointed... Online Shopping india still has long way to go!! Shame You Flipkart,

I have ordered "American Tourister X Bag" and "Retina RTC16 Car Neck Pillow" during an offer period.

I received "Retina RTC16 Car Neck Pillow" correctly. But flipkart has cancelled "American Tourister X Bag" due to incomplete address. Flipkart is asking me to do a fresh order in higher price.
Tell me a single reason why I need to do a fresh order by making some loss in my end.
It was not my fault. If the address is incomplete then how come the orther item got delivered.
Courier person did not call me a single time. I called up them and they were ready to skip it. But in mean time Flipkart has cancelled the order.
I need the item in same price which I have ordered earlier. Or else I will log complaint in consumer forum.
