I had ordered redmi 1s on sept 16th sale and had got the product within one day. Since i have started using it, cell often hangs during calls and apps like skype, talkray doesnt respond. i donot use it for playing games and not mre apps are installed as such, currently i am using only whtssapp, inspite of this cell over heats when put on chrage and hangs quite often, twice or thrice a day whenver i recieve call or dial.

      Order ID: OD[protected] Product: Ambrane P-1000 Portable Charger (Black) This is my replacement order no. As the 1st item which I received was also defected. But the replacement I received was even worse than the 1st one. So I called customer care no. To place a complaint where the executive who spoke to me was so rude that I had to ask him to connect me to a senior executive which he failed to do so. Then i wrote a email with details of what had happened but to my utter disappointment even there no one tried to understand. In fact i got replies from 3 different people but none paid attention to my problem they sent me those automated responses. Also I was not reimbursed the courier charges. Now I am told that I will not get replacement now. I can only get refund.

        Dear sir, I placed order with Flipkart for an android phone and they supplied the above. I chose to complain through you that I have been going really mad with the "Mad A94" Micromax phone piece( M-IMEI1:[protected] & S_IMEI2:[protected]; SN:V[protected], ever since I started using it since June 2014. This phone needs to be constantly connected to power socket to be useful. Full charging takes 4-6 hours in normal mode and once disconnected from power, it drains so fast that hardly it lasts for two hours with data on position. Very uncomfortable piece.           Dear Sir, Have used first time flipkart service to purchase the product. But it was shocked when i opened that parcel, it was empty At the same time i called the delivery boy and told him, he told to book the complain on toll free number, Have book the complain on toll free and got the complain registered number 24349629 and given the assurance that the product will be delivery within 3 to 5 days. And today now when i given the call to your toll free number, and understand that i might get the parcle on 09.10.14. Sir, already it has been very delay, and i request you to courier my product as early as possible and provide the Airway bill number.

            i bought samsung s5 from fipkart vide invoice no. bil[protected] there was a free offer of 1gb 3g/2g data for 2 months for existing airtel prepaid customers. upon contacting airtel, within stipulating time, i was denied for the data pack. they told me to contact flipkart. contacting fipkart customer care ( 3-4 times) was absolutely useless. their customer care executives are unaware of evrything. now i want to avail the data pack which was offered to me. thanks and regards. arun solanki my contact no.                 Flipkart has sent me a Faulty Zenfone 5 8GB, the fault being, both the Sim Card Slots are not detecting my Sim Card. When I asked to replace the Item, they are not responding in any which way, just said we are very busy at the moment. I have brought the phone for my mother a week back and now when I tried to hand it over to her inserting the Sim Card, it is not working. Both are failty. This time the guy delivering the product misbehaved with mother who is a s senior citizen and now when I am placing my next order on flipkart it shows (SELLER doesn't deliver this item to 380054). I DONOT under stand what is it all about... Is flipkart not interested in selling its product????

                          Dear Sir, I have purchased one laptop from flipkart on 18th Aug 2014 which was delivered on 22nd Aug 2014. But flipkart did not send any invoice for the same item. upon request, they sent me an invoice which contains product serial number as: 000000. Now my laptop is having problem with the Space bar. While contacting ASUS customer support, they want me to get approved my warranty. For that they need Invoice copy that contains the serial number of the product. When I called flipkart and sent the product Serial Number via email, they said issue will be resolved by the seller "DealDust" only. Along with that repeatedly, flipkart is giving me wrong assurance that the issue will be resolved (first deadline was 24th Sep, then 26th Sep, now its on 5th Oct 14).

                            I purchased a Moto G from flipkart on 18th Aug 2014 (Order ID: OD[protected]) from the WS Retail seller on flipkart. After a few weeks it started having problems. At first it would be some small issues like screen becomes unresponsive or small lags. But later on apps started closing and opening on their own. The phone has also suddenly started heating up. Now a days when it is connected to the charger, it stops responding, it completely hangs up. I had even applied for replacement but when I got a call from flipkart they first told me factory reset the phone which will solve everything. Then without bothering for confirming if my issue was solved, my replacement application got cancelled within a few hours of that same call. (Return ID: 7502899). By then 30 days were over so no new application was possible. Now these issues have gotten way out of hand, my device's wifi wont turn on, switches off automatically, turns off when connected to charger, suddenly runs out of battery power in a few minutes, even hotspot cant be turned on. I hope these issues will be sorted at your earliest. I want this device repaired as this still falls in your waranty period. If no repair is possible I request you to replace the device. Thank you.                               Dear sir, my order no is ODA[protected]AHZNX01 I order and received the Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 17th Sep from flipkart. In this pack no cell charger, data cable and owners manual(English) and this hand set was some one used and returned defective set. Same day I sent the mail to flipkart after thirteen days complete there is no action taken. I sent the mail many times and directly contact two times no use.                                 Hi, I brought a laptop from flipkart on 27, December, 2013. Invoice of the product is attached with this mail . I was promised 1 year warranty from manufacturer which was supposed to last till 27, December, 2014 but I got to know that my warranty is expiring on 30th September 2014.I have raised multiple complaints with flipkart and dell but my problem was not resolved and my warranty is going to expire on 30th .
