I have placed an order for HTC Desire 210 vide order no OD[protected] dated 04.08.2014, and the commitment date for shipment was 07.08.2014. Day after I placed the order, I got a message, from ekart logistics that shipment will be delivered to you today ie. 05.08.2014, but not delivered. Then again I got the message that “ we tried to deliver your flipkart.com shipment today. as per your instructions delivery will be reattempted” and I didn't give any such instruction. Then again this thing happen on 06.08.2014. On 07.08.2014, which is a last day of your commitment time, in noon, I got the message due to vehicle breakdown, shipment could not be delivered, then again message came, your shipment will be delivered today before 7 pm . I talked to the customer executives, regarding all such messages, and they assure me that I will get the shipment by today. I need the shipment today, due to urgency I requested your customer executives please delivered it today, or gave me the address of logistics, I will pick the shipment myself, as I really need it today.
For this I talked to you customer executives at 14:30 p.m and again for confirmation at 18.:30 pm and then 19:10 pm and even on 21:00 Pm and request to them please deliver the shipment today and every time they assure me, mam your complaint is filed and we are working on it. And every time I trusted them. But i didnt get the shipment.
And on 08.08.2014, i called the customer care executives, they said it is impossible to deliver today. And i got the message from ekart logistics that " we regret to inform that your flipkart.com could not be delivered as your phone was unreachable. It seem like they are playing game with me today as on special request, they are not taking my shipment seriously and ultimately blaming me that i am not reachable.
And I also want to file an complaint against e kart logistics, as they are updating on track shipment wrong and false information. According to them I didn't response, but how could I response, because I didn't receive any call from them. Even I didn't give any instructions for rescheduling.
Due to non delivery of shipment, I suffered a loss as I required it urgently.
Kindly take necessary action against Flipkart, Customer care Executives and E kart Logistics for misguiding the customer and updating wrong and false information and unnecessary blaming the customer.
