cheat & wrong product

Flipkart cheat and fraud

Recently i have purchased a sukam power doc from flipkart and found that i have been cheated.

flipkart provided me the product with manufacturing date as 2010 which is hidden by a 2012 sticker. The product contains too many scratches and also looks old. I feel that the product is a repaired one.

I have mailed to cc team of flipkart but no reply.

All of you think twice before purchasing from flipkart....

defective goods

They have delivered after one month (29 Oct 2012)defective piece. immediately we have made complaint to flipkart, they have assured to replace within short time, later they have told me that since no more stock, they refund the money. The steps of the online shopping mayhem:

1. The Laptop color which was delivered was different from the one displayed on site.

2. The DOS was corrupted (Eg: On Keying in W, Z was displayed and on keying A, Q was displayed)

3. I ordered for a refund.

4. The Flipkart officer and the Bluedart officer picked up the laptop but twice kept coming back to my place to pick it up. No idea...

E gift voucher not working & poor CS resolution

I have been gifted a Flipkart E-gift voucher worth Rs 500. I have been trying to use the same on the flipkart site, however due to some technical issue the same cannot exercised. I have highlighted the issue multiple times to the customer support via calling as well as mailing. At one time the call was even escalated to the floor manager who assured that i ll get some assurance within 1 day, however the same never happened....

Bad service

Hi,

I had ordered a pair of Skullcandy earphones from Flipkart.com. I was informed that i would receive my product in 8 days.
After the said period, i received an e-mail from flipkart, stating that the order is cancelled due to unavailability of the product, and the amount would be refunded.

amount debited from credit card even though product was not booked
