Hi I recently got this TV from flipkart. I didnt receive the 2 out of the 4 3d glasses with this product. I have contacted the customer care several times regarding this and no update yet. Also, one of the executives told me its a 4 piece in description meaning 4 separate left and rt eye pieces of a spectacle for viewing 3d which is utter non-sense. I have checked the description and customer care of AOC brand and here is the link : http://www.aocindia.com/product.php?product_id=108in which 4 numbers of 3d glasses are mentioned. Dont try fooling customers like this. Worst to trust this site. This sure is getting a bad review all over if my issue is not resolved. Invested so much on a product and get no customer satisfaction is so pathetic. I would say its a DOA condition for this product. Refund my money and take ur product back if not capable of resolving any issues for customers.

    Tried Flipkart for the first time, and had the worst experience ever. I had ordered for Redmi 1s, when its first sale was announced. I had to register one week in advance to become eligible for the sale, and then I logged in to Flipkart Redmi 1s page exactly when the sale started. After struggling for almost an hour, I managed to order the product. The delivery date given was 10 days after completing the order, owing to heavy demand for the product. I was constantly tracking the status of my delivery, and the seller had updated the delivery date as 12th Sep 2014. Just one day before the delivery date, the order was cancelled by Flipkart. When I called up the Flipkart customer care, they told me that the seller can't deliver in my area. So I provided them an alternate address which was very much serviceable, but the Flipkart executive refused to resend. I then spoke to the Senior Manager in Flipkart, and he started giving lame excuses saying that the courier has returned to the seller. I'm quite sure that the seller didn't even attempt to deliver the shipment, as neither I received an update on Flipkart tracker nor a call/message from the seller. Now the Flipkart manager says that I need to wait for the next sale to begin for re placing the order. After wasting almost 15 days of effort, this is the kind of response you get to receive from Flipkart. Firstly if the area was not serviceable, the website shouldn't have allowed me to enter my area. Even if it had allowed, the Flipkart people/the seller could have informed that the area is not serviceable and could asked for an alternate address. If not, at least Flipkart could have agreed to resend the shipment to my alternate address. But the Flipkart Manager was least interested in addressing the problem and gave all stupid excuses.

      I bought MOTO-G 16 GB at the end of july. I am facing issues in connecting with network. Most of the time, I cannot receive or dail others and it shows 'Emergency calls only'. My sim is working fine with other mobiles But when I tried other sim card, it also doesn't work. Please provide me the solution.

          i ordered Asus Nvidia Graphic card in flipkart website which had an offer of 91%...When i ordered it was Confirmed and the delivery date was on wednesday 17th 2014...But next day morning i got a message stating that your ordered item has been cancled due to Out of stock.How could this happen after Confirming the order.

            I Purchased an Hp Note book from FlipKart and the lap is completely a waste for me, keys are not working properly, display is just like brick display, laptop body is made up of plastic or fiber. I used that laptop only one time, and i called Flipkart on the same day to register the compliant, but there reply was real shocking. i understood that am "Am Cheated" They told me they will replace that waste model again and will give me a same waste model, but i replied that i used it only once and the Lap is still in fresh condition. I requested for an exchange but they rejected it. And i told them we can't predict that the product of same batch having problem or not, and if any thing happen after 30 day can you guarantee me service "no reply from them", and the picture of that Lap showed in Flipkart and what i got was total different. They always talk about there policy i only used that lap once in my life but there are not considering my words. They told me rubbish things they are not giving any value for my Money. -No Value for Money -No Customer satisfaction -No Good service -Not giving any importance for our words (i called them 5 times in different day but they told me they will call me but they won't)

              Hi, i purchased a laptop hp-15r014tx-notebook-j2c54pa-4th on 19th July and on 21 July i launched a complaint for the product, i had been calling regarding the help from technical team about resolution. i received call only once, but the solution they provided didnt helped and i am facing many othre problems now. its 2 months now and i am still waiting to get call from the technical person to get it resolved. getting the mail saying that i am not reachable, i dont why i am not reachable i had provided 2 cell numbers. thats very wiered leaving in metro city and say that phone is not reachable ? now i need my money back, dont want to go with the faulty product.

USB ports not working, audio headphone socket not working, battery backup only 1 hour, and even when power plug is inserted or removed the screen totally goes black for 2 seconds. I have made return request online in 15 days of invoice date whereas the site informs that the return request can be made in 30days of invoice date. But it's almost 2months now but these people have not done anything for exchanging or refunding my money. Every time I call, they say your request is updated and within 24hours our technical team will contact you. But nothing done till now. Seriously this is another online fraud company.

                    I purchased a karbonn A-50s mobile phone through "FLIPCART" Order NO.- ODA[protected]KHSKN00. I received the handset on 7th September 2014. I checked it once i reach home but Found the set Faulty. The display of the set was not right as it i showing many lines on the screen. Next day i contacted to FLIPCART Customer Care and was told that i will get a call from their service team and they will be resolving my issue with in 24 hours. After 2 days i called them up again as i didn't got the call from their "Technical OR Service Team". and got the same reply "that i will get a call from their service team and they will be resolving my issue with in 24 hours." After so many days i still didn't get their service team or their call.

                      Hi Team, I have purchased MOTO-G mobile from Flipkart website 2weeks ago, It is not functioning as expected, I have informed to Flipkart folks to take back the mobile or replace it, they didn't respond properly, then I called to Motorola service centers, so that they would solve the issue, but they are not picking up phone and It has been 2 weeks that I am unable to use the mobile and go further.                         Placed order for the Redmi 1S phone (order number OD[protected]) on their first flash sale and received the same on 9th Sep. The phone doesnt go anywhere beyond the welcome screen because the touch screen doesnt work at all. Booked a complaint with Flipkart customer care the same day (complaint number[protected]. They said that they will resolve the issue by 1pm 11th Sep. I waited and called this morning (on 11th) and the rep said that it was only 8:45 in the morning and there was time till 1pm. Now at 1 pm I get one sms from them requesting to wait till 13 Sep. WHAT THE HELL???? Pathetic and extremely poor customer support. I sat duck with the new phone already for 3 days. Flipkart guys have no basic courtesy, decency or manners to inform me what has been going on for three days. Now they didnt even bother to call me to explain what they have done so far or what they are planning to do and how they are going to resolve the issue. Instead, so casually and so unprofessionally they send just one sms saying that it will take another two days. They never even tried to trouble shoot the issue. On top of all this, when I go to the Flipkart sight to try and book for RETURN of the product because it is damaged and not working, there is no option to do so when I click this order number. FLIPKART AND ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS. I WOULD WARN AND TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

                            Ref: ODA[protected]FYNNA00 I admire the alacrity with which you are dispatching the book '50 Spiritual Appetizers' of whom I am the author and which I did not order and which is being delivered within one day. Contrast this with the order OD[protected] for the same book made by a friend of mine who was told the following after 20 days "We've just been informed that 50 Spiritual Appetizers (English) (Paperback) in your order OD[protected] is unavailable with the seller." So you unilaterally cancelled the order. If this is the experience with customers I wonder how you sell the books?                               dear sir I have purchased 1 moto g 2nd gernation mobile on 6 septmber in offer and taken other acceossories for moto g. when I have again seen configuration of moto 2 nd generation mobile accessories not fit to new moto g 2 nd generation mobile. on 7th sept in morning tracking order when clicked cancelled for moto g npick cover the whole order is cancelled so kindly again to send moto g mobile only. your coustomer care not supported me . they told again you have to give order for moto g 2nd geration moblile and scratch your credit card . this is ultimately cheating with customers and not considering to customers. and I have given order for 6 offers on mobile. this type of activities not justified . flip cart web design is the main problem . ODA[protected]UOSVF00 Again I have received one mailed from by rajesh v customer care on 7 th september the again dispatch my mobile by fedex. on 8th of September mr vijeth s mailed me he said you have again rebook your mobile. again phone from us +[protected] at 14.58 and they assure me to deliver mobile. but irresponsible flip cart not call me on mobile and confusion sending emails which is hearted me. in tracking site the also telling call customer care. customer care is already irresponsible behaviors and no any seniors in flip cart. till there is no positive response it means Motorola also not interested in caring customers.                                 I have purchased online from Flipkart - Phillips SHC 1300 Wireless Headphones. vide Order OD[protected] The product was received by me on 9 Sep 2014 through courier mail. The AC/DC adapter and the transmitter which came along with the headphone are defective because of which the cordless headphone cannot be installed and it is of no use. I immediately complained to Flipkart and requested for return/replacement of defective accessories. The reply received is shown below :- "We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected]". Please advise how I can use the product with defective accessories. Flipkart should take immediate action to deliver replacement of defective accessories so that the product can be use by me [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

                                  An order was placed for purchase of Moto G (16 GB) to Flipkart Order No. OD[protected] on 15.08.2014. In the morning of 28.08.2014 I got the message from Flipkart that the courier was unable to deliver the order and hence the same was cancelled. When I tracked the order on Courier’s site, I could see that the order was lost In transit. I was shocked to learn this and then I called the customer care number of Flipkart. I insisted the customer care not to cancel the order but to supply the same mobile on the conditions at which this was ordered on 15.8.2014. The deal included additional discount of 10 % on payment with SBI Debit card. I have written several mails and called the customer care of Flipkart but no satisfactory answer is being given. They rather give irrelevant replies or say that the courier service couldn’t supply the mobile on the given address. At the time of order placement they said to me if do not like the product we will refund you for the same within 30 days but but the same day of delivery i ask them to return a handset and refund me back but they change their words. They said once we sold we do not take back we are extraimly sorry…… but my problem does not solved with their word SORRY.                                     I also have similar experience with flipkart as they have commited to return as I have got the product the product MOTO E 2nd Gen 3-6-2015 i received at 3 Pm and shared the problem on the same day within opening box 1 Hrs, but then they told me that company has no policy to return the product I got online helps but still the problem is not resolved lot of hanging problem in the set and quality is poorest I ever seen with smart phone. Failure at both Flip kart and MOTO End.

                                      I bought Xolo Q2000L from Flipkart under 30 days replacement guarantee policy. I am not satisfied with the performance of the product. I think the phone I got is defective and hence I requested for return. Volume buttons are not functioning properly. Phone processes stop automatically. Camera is not synchronized with flash. Overall phone is worst and defective. Hence I have requested for return but haven't received anything from their side.
                                      I had purchase a handset micromax hd 116 from flipkart. At the time of order placement they said to me if do not like the product we will refund you for the same within 30 days but but the same day of delivery i ask them to return a handset and refund me back but they change their words. They said once we sold we do not take back we are extraimly sorry……

                                      but my problem does not solved with their word SORRY.

                                      SO MY SUGGESTION DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART.COM THEY 110 % FRAUD FRAUD AND FRAUD. NOTHING IS HONESTY IN YHEIR WORDS. FLIPKART WALE CHOR HAI CHOR HAI CHOR HAI.

                                        i ordered my graphic card yesterday. It was available at that time, confirmation call was received by me only also a confirmation mail..!! and now today Flipkart is saying that the order is cancelled because it is out of stock. I ordered it because of the discount. and now there is no discount on that product :s wasted my time and i can never trust flipkart.plz do something
