Hi, I have purchased Digiflip Pro XT 712 Tablet on 4-7-14 and it stopped working. There is no customer support for this. The customer care gave me a false support service center. When called they said, they do not support flipkart. Kindly take a look. Thanks Ausaf

Actually I took Digiflip pro xt811 and it has assured kitkat upgrade but i m not getting the update now what to do and over this this tab doesnot have any service center
I too have problem with XT712 and Flipkart provided wrong service center. I drive around 45 KMS and finally they told they will not take up the Digiflip. Almost 4 months gone and no response from Flipkart.
I have purchase digiflip pro tablet and he dead after 1 and half month.. survice center no support n false comnt.. 2 month..very bad service.. n flipkart also very bad..no purchase in future in flipkart..
I had purchased a digiflip xt 911 tablet on COD from flip kart in june 2015 ..with assurance that it is under warranty for 1 year on tab and 6 months of accessories and wide after sales service network at 120 center across the nation...after receiving the product it was discover that visibly it was ok but some time causes a problem in detecting the sim...first I asked for replacement in the beginning it self and they rejected quoting the issue between me and the seller mutually agreed upon...but after some time I again made complaint then they arranged a call from technician who tried to convinced me that it is due to poor network in my area and my return request is again over looked ...In november 2015 the tab fell down from my hand and physically and visibly it was all ok but completely unable to detect the sim.I called them again and they make me to change the sim .but no positive solution is being achieved ...then I again made a approach to them and then they provided a list of service center available nearer to me have a check up...I discover after making numerous call that 85% of the service center out of that provided list were fake and inactive ...then they press to visit to bikaner a.v care ganpati plaza stating as their authorised centre ...bikaner is 200km away from my place and i spended the entire my source to visit to bikaner ...after visiting bikaner and their said service center the said engineer was not at all willingly to accept the tablet and clearly stated that he no more deals with digiflip due to lack of support even he mail to them describing my tablet problem and to provide the necessary spare part that is sim slot and sim tray which is manufacturing defect to do the tablet ok and ask me to go back and on any update he will revert back to me .then i came back and updated the flip kart about the entire incident via mail ...they again asked to revisit and submit the tablet to service center and then revert back to them ...every time when I made a approach to C.S flip kart they just keep on buying 5 days time to revert back with a resolution ...with no option left I once again made a visit to bikaner on my own resource and submitted the tablet to the said destination but engineer was not there ...I speak to him on cell phone and requested him to have a look then that engineer instructed me to leave the tablet to a person at his shop and he will check up and if the spare part would be provided to him from the brand then he will call me to collect the tablet and that is too chargeable which i do agreed ...but he was not willing to provide any acknowledge of reciept ...on insisting and giving reference of mail received from flip kart customer support he asked his manager to recieve the tablet and give me the reciept ...I left the tablet there and come back to my place ..next day i updated the customer support flip kart about the entire incident and as well as receipt provided to and the entire audio clip of the conversation and discussion with engineer recorded on my cell to them...again flip kart asked to wait for some time for an update from service center ...I also made a follow up to engineer over phone and in jan 2016 he updated that sim slot jacket pin on mother board are cause of problem and they created and bend in sim tray and on replacing both of them it will be ok ...he has removed the defective slot on the board and waiting for a required part from the brand and so far he has not recieved any update ...In the mean time i was continously in touch with flip kart and again and again they are buying a time ...here the service engineer started avoiding my call and blocked me on true caller ...i approched to customer care and then they esclated the matter to brand and asked me to wait for 7 days ...after 10 day neither brand responded nor service centre engineer responded .then flip kart asked me to collect the tablet from service centre and revert back to them so they arranged a pick up from my place and refund me the amount 100% as thier is no respond from the brand too ...once again I visited to bikaner on my own to collect the tablet from the service centre and come back to suratgrh rajasthan my place ...this too and fro 3 times visit had cost me Rs 3000/- I again mail to them and now they approved my return and refund and asked me to wait for another 5 day and their pick service will pick up the product from me and so be ready with product with it original packing but after 5 day no update was so once again called up them again..this time they provide me the return id and asked me to reship the parcel to the address as provided and they will reimburse me the courier charges and as well as tablet amoun t to wallet account which could further be transfered to my banks account ...i reshipped the parcel to them via dtdc plus ref no v26506603 quoting :Order ID :OD[protected]Return ID: 43908185 Warehouse Address: Bilaspur warehouse, Bilaspur pataudi road, near bilaspurchowk at nh8, Opp. tata service center, Bilaspur, Haryana - 122413 and also provided the scan image of courier receept and then they refund me 600 as a promotional amount to be only used for future shopping and the other hand the ware house has refused to accept the tablet and return back to me ...they are doing cheating not standing with their promise and jsut buying on time and not responding in required manner even the Incident: IN[protected] is in active status and some more time is been tried to buy on ...pls do some thing I have already sended near 4000/- in this and received only frustration and what ever i have mentioned here is with on record proof s whether it is in wriiten forms or converation in form of audio clip are preserved with me which i could be able provide in my favour...now they have refunded the amount into the wallet compartment with a condition that it could only be used for future purchase from the same retailer and is not refundable and only be applicable after the tablet reach to them

    While I am connecting my mobile with Wi-Fi router it automatically goes off, so I restored my mobile and for few days it was working properly but now I am having that above mentioned problem with my mobile.please suggest me a solution or refund my money...

      Orders get cancelled by its own..First time can be understood, Second time its ok, third, fourth, Fifth And now Sixth time our order got cancelled. And the funny and most horrible answer we are getting from the customer care executive is that they don't know why order got cancelled. Funny thing they are asking why we are ordering the same products again and again.common !!! Those are required items hence we order therefore they don't have any right to ask this question. Train you Executive Flipkart!!! Would never recommend Flipkart to anybody..

        I ordered "Bluegape Paris Digital Art Cushions Cover" on 02.08.2014 and the same was delivered on 14.08.2014. The item is not qualitative/Worthy and also having some stitching defect. When I lodged complain I got complain reference No. [Incident:[protected] for Order ID OD[protected] by Flipkart. They also stated that the item will be taken back on 16.08.2014 and later stated that it will be taken back on 19.08.2014. But today 18.08.2014, I received phone call stating that it will not be taken back.

          1.I bought a new MOTO G on 4th august 2014. Initially, it asked for the system updates and i put the net pack for my sim and I started the system updates for Android 4.4.4 version. Suddenly, it got paused and it's not resuming. I have net data in my mobile. I restarted the mobile but it's not working. 2. Sometimes, I am getting problem with my network. Suddenly it is showing NO SIGNAL. Then I put my mobile in aeroplane mode and I am coming to general mode then only it's working.

              sir/madam, i have purchased a battery of the note 2( EB595675LU Black) through flipkart.it was delivered to me on 13th july in delhi.order item id is 89721834 of rs 999/-. order id : OD[protected] DTD : 08/08/2014. I CHARGED THE BTY IN MOBILE for 9 hours regularly.first day it got discharged within six hrs.again i charged the battery for another six hrs but this time also it got discharged within the same time i.e 6 hrs. i had changed the present battery due to this problem only.when i had purchased the new mobile that time it gave me service for 12 to 18 hrs.after more than 18 months it gives me service for 6 to 8 hrs. even if data of mobile is on. i am not getting proper services which doubt about the genuiness of product.i feel there is some problem in product.i had talked to your staff on telephone before purchase who had assured me that the product will be original. so i request u to kindly change the bty so that i can get the genuine product. i shall wait for your reply.

                I, Ritu Jha buy a xiomi Mi3 phone through flipkart. Phone delivery date is on 16th august 2014 but its delayed and automatically flipkart shows that mesage "Undelivered as customer requested for reschedule (Rescheduled Date:[protected]:00:00.0)" but this my side never rescheduled my order and all day i m waiting my phone. Can u tell me that why automatically reschedule my delivery date.

I got the message that, by today within 7pm i will receive the product. Today delivery person without reaching my place had bypassed my address.                 I had ordered a nova hair trimmer model: NHT-825. I have received the item on 19th december 2014 and it do not have its trimmer stand and thus i want it to be replaced as soon as possible.

                  i have ordered two ASUS 5 16 GB phone in flipkart one for me and another for my friend - Seller name is WSRetail on 14th august 2014. They have cancelled the order by them self and saying that we have cancelled the order due to some server issues... even though they dn't have any call record of ours asking them to cancel the order. After that today (17th Aug) received email stating that your information is not enough.. have submitted all the details as usual and also I am a regular customer..They are cheating the customer and keeping our fund in bank for 15 days.. Misusing the customer trust on products and service and this will be start for bad impression for flip kart service.. I will not recommend this site to anyone.

                    I brought moto e 2 months back mail id : muralinarayana.[protected]@gmail.com. from the 2nd week am having this problem I didn't took it seriously now it became very seviour not able to insert Sim in sim2 slot. Aotometically it is ejecting from the slot immediately after insert. Coming to sim1 slot it is also having the same prob but it is ejecting the Sim for every 30min. What can I do now.                         Sir, Maine Flipkart se 4th Aug 2014 ko .Net Interview Questions ki 2 Book order ki thi. But mujhe 8th Aug 2014 ko call aayi ki mera order deliver ho gya.Main us time office se ghar jaa rha tha. Mere brother ne order receive kiya. Maine jb ghar phuch kr order open kiya to us pack me 1 hi book thi. Maine immediately courier boy ko call ki. he said ki customer care pr baat kr lo. Maine forun customer care to call ki and 1 mail b daali. Then unhe apne aap order return request daal di or they told me that i have to wait till 11th Aug.Then unki 10th ko mail aayi ki they want 2 more working days. Maine unko 12th ko fir call kiya. then they said i will get response by 14 Aug, 8:30 PM. But still i didnot get any resonse. Today also i tried to contact them. They give the same response that i have to wait for more 4 days. Maine customer care walo se bola ki please apne senior se meri baat kraiye, then he told me to hold the call. meko half an hour already ho gya h, maine phone hold pr rakha hua h but unki taraf se koi answer nhi aaya. Abhi b mine hold kiya hua h. Sir, i request you to please solve my problem asap. Book na milne ki vajah se already mere 2 interviews miss ho gye h. What can i do sir plz help me.

                          i bought quantitative apptitude book by RS AGGARWAL . but, its all the pages are copied, the book i got is fake one. they just gave me the book with xerox pages and cover. sp pls take this into consideration. help me out this problem, beacuse all i spend is 357/- INR. thanking you

                            1) I purchased Skullcandy S2IKDY-010 Ink'd Headset from Flipkart (bill attached) on 03/06/2014.
                            2) After some days the ear phones were not working properly. So I complaint to Skulll Candy Customer Service, Noida. (The only service Centre for online purchase). & I was shocked when they told me that the device was Duplicate.
                            3) So I immediately requested flipkart to take it back and refund my money (approx. 27/06/2014)
                            4) After On 7/8/2014(Aug) the earphones were collected by flipkart and they assured that my money will be refunded within 5 days.
                            5) But its been 10 days I have not been refunded yet & there is no correspondence on the same from flipkart so far. On making repeated calls to customer service I have been just given assurance that the money will be credited to my account that very day.
                            6) But money has not been credited yet. I also have the messages confirming that the product has been returned back. (Screenshot of the same attached).
                            7) It has been extremely tedious & time consuming process. I want to get my money refunded as soon as possible & also want to get compensated for the inconvenience caused to me & my family.
                            8) I would request you to take strict action against Flipkart As soon as possible.

This is not upto the marks all the BLUE colur fabric start rupturing and it got removed from maximum place. is ythis what flipkart is selling, this is worst bag i had ever purchased and lost all my money .                                       i have ordered being human trousers through flipkart, they have cancelled the order by them self and saying that we have cancelled the order. even though they dn't have any call record of ours asking them to cancel the order. above all 3 days back it was showing branch misrouted for the same order. i dn't understand how can they say branch misrouted when they have delivered a courier on the same address through same courier service a week back.
                                      flipkart has the worst customer service. i thought of buying a laptop through them, but now i feel blessed that i have not ordered it through them. otherwise they'll do the same thing for the laptop also.

                                        I am completely disappointed on the latest product - Medium Size " Vega off Road Helmet" which I bought through flipkart - Seller WS Retail. I ordered for a Medium size Bega Off Road helmet which doesn't fit my head and to my surprise I have no option to return of replace with a Larger size helmet and there is no option for refund of my money too. Even though the Large size is available in store there is no option for replacement of the same helmet type. I am ready to pay the extra charges for the replacement of a larger size of the same helmet type. Can any one help me. What am I supposed to do with the Medium size helmet which I bought for 1844 if its doesnt suit me ?
