I have placed an order at Flipkart which they are supposed to deliver before or on 4th sept'2014. My order has not been shipped yet, i called to Flipkart customer care, & they are saying flipkart doubt if i m the fraud customer. Flipkart will get my background checked. Sir, I am very very mentally disturbed. Flipkart is doing like this because i returned their one of the item as per Flipkart policy because the item was defective.
.
Flipkart representative told me that whenever i place an order in future, i need to send an email to confirm the same
they will get my background checked.
same happened with me
i seriously feel flipkart is waste of time

    I ordered a micromax canvas win w121 on September 1st with the "in-a-day guarantee" which said that the product will be delivered on September 3rd. On 2nd, I saw that the product reached the nearest hub (Tambaram in Chennai), and was happy. On 3rd, I didn't check the status up to 5pm because I was pretty sure I would be getting it any second. So, after 5pm, I started losing hope and checked the tracking site only to realise that it had been taken back to the Chennai sort facility (that is where it went before it came to Tambaram). This made me a bit unsatisfied. So, I sent a mail to flipkart stating the situation. I waited till 8pm and I neither got the reply nor the product. So, I started sending mails continuously from them and until now, I've sent 16 mails to flipkart and still didn't get any reply. By 6:41pm, I even tried calling the number, "[protected]" to get some details about my order status. In the call, an automated voice guided till a point where i said that their executive will be calling me. I still didn't get a call from anyone, from flipkart. *totally off* Adharsh.G

      Order Id: OD[protected] Ordered a Nokia Lumia 1320 cellphone on 21 Aug 2014, and the expected delivery was scheduled for 25 August but it has been 2 weeks and neither the product has been received nor am I getting any replies to my queries.
      I have ordered a Mobile Phone and sent to Kerala and found that the delivery date was 30 Oct as the Birthday of my Loved one was on 2nd November. I always have had plesent service from Flipkart especially WS Retail. Though my family members informed me to order from Amazon, still I sticked with Flipkart, just because of Service. I raised a complaint and received an email stating that the issue would resolved by November 6th, which is utter non sense. As a loyal customer of Flipkart, I need a suitable answer for the error from you as the gift has not reached on the date which I had to send. If you blame on a courier, its not my mistake. If you still need me and my friends as a customer, I would require a compensation from you. I am attaching the status of the shipment as it on Flipkart website.

      I ordered 2 items(Pressure cooker(600+200(deliver charges) and tawa(645Rs))by using credit card and the amount of 1445Rs also transffered.
      But wile receiving the item i received tawa normally and pressure cooker came as COD.So we return pressure cooker..
      But upto now did not received any amount(800Rs/-) of that pressure cooker to my wallet.

        I placed an order on 27th of August 2014 and because of ganesh chaturthi delivery date was 2nd Sept, that means after 6-7 days.That was okay with me but problem was they didn't delivered the same within prescribed time period. I want to give suggestion to all those who want their product to be delivered to them within 3-4 days then don't go for flipkart, as there are chances you may not be able to receive your product within that time period.         This is with reference to order no *OD[protected]* for DAIKIN SPLIT AC 1.5 T Invertor. I have called Daikin customer care for the installation of AC. During registration of my request for installation, the representative from Daikin told me that this product will not carry any warranty on machine and compressor as I have purchased online from
        Flipkart.

        The very same day, I called at flipkart customer care n discussed this issue.
        The flipkart representative told me that the warranty is applicable and for written
        confirmation I need to drop a mail [protected]@flipkart.com.

        I have dropped them a mail with numerous reminders for 15 days (starting from 6 june). I have not received any resolution from flipkart. I have received sms (es) from flipkart on 16th June stating the issue would be resolved by 19th June. Till today it has not been resolved and I have received 3 to 4 sms from flipkart with revised date of resolution but no resolution till date.

        I have been sending mails but no response. Also, i have explained the issue to flipkart customer care for more than 15 times during the calls I have received from customer care department. I have invested significant amount of time and energy behind explaining this issue to customer care representative.

        Lastly I have requested for return of order on flipkart website (on 24th June) and also dropped a mail requesting the refund of my money (Rs. 40, 490). But till date no response from flipkart is received.

        Now, I am completely fed up with the way flipkart is behaving. Even though I am a regular shopper at flipkart, But now I believe that i should stop shopping from flipkart as they have harrassed me a lot in last 20 days.

            Sir / Madam, after long waiting and lot of efforts, I am one of the luckiest fellow we has got 1 xiaomi redmi handset from flipkart Lucky draw held on 2.9.2014 at 14.00 hrs. Please see my kart image of same. To avoid heavy rush on flipkart web, flipkart allows their customer to complete formality of payment before 11.59pm of 3.9.2014. Accordingly I have tried to process my Kart for necessary payment of Xiaomi redmi mobile at 5.30 pm, 7.30pm, 9.30 pm, 11.30pm of 2.9.2014 and on 0.30 am, 1.30 am, 10.30 am, 11.30 am, 1.15 pm on 3.9.2014, but every time I got error message from Flipkart site that 'something went wrong, please try again' close window " (photo attached). As such I could not complete the necessary payment process and therefore there is chances of dropping out my name from the beneficiary. As such it is requested to kindly help me to complete my payment option and obtain this handset being technical problem from Flipkart site. Thanking in

                I purchased a Moto E cell phone on 27 th aug but it was delivered with a damaged battery. When i wanted to return the order online the webpage doesn't work for return link, rest all links work fine. This is quite frustrating when you try to click and always get the webpage error. I had purchased it as a guest user.

                      I had registered for my online sale and had bought redmi 1s. Added to My cart.. and when i pressed place order button it didnt take me to the next page but instead deleted the cart itself and showed as empty cart.. Luckily I had taken a print screen.. these scams flipkart has been doing.

                            I had ordered a bag (Digiflip) with amount already paid(No cash on delivery) .The order was supposed to be delivered by 25th August 2014 and is not yest deliverd. However the delivery status on the website is marked as Delivered on 30th August 2014 but I have not recieved the bag yet.Is it because i had made the payment onlin they are taking advantage of me ?                               Hello team, I have purchased one item from flip kart and they have shipped on 8-8-2014. When I track that details the updation has done[protected] and there is no updates for last three days..In that tracking details[protected] has mentioned that Dispatched from transshipment hub Salem after that no updates.. When I contact the regional office in Salem and Coimbatore no one picking the call and its saying that number is switch off.Without any updates in online, I have cancel the Order. Due to Courier fault i have cancelled the order and ask to refund the amount. After cancelling the order i got a call from customer executive and says that sorry for inconvince of delay of courier. He told that we will refund the amount on 27-Aug-14. Again i call on that day and simply saying we will credit the amount by 2-Sep-14. Now i call and ask the status, simply saying that we will credit the amount within 10 working days. Please find the attached image file of mail copy which i got from Flipkart. Kindly check and take sever action.

                                  I had purchased a HP Compaq laptop from Flipkart.com on the 21st of August. After receiving the product I tried to install latest version o[censored]buntu but due to lack of drivers I am unable to do so. Ever since then I have trying to reason with Flipkart, that they should have mentioned this clearly in the product description that drivers are not available for this particular version of OS. Now they are simply rejecting it and my money has basically gone down the drain. Please help me in getting the refund. The product has not been used - and is in perfectly resaleable condition.

                                    Can someone urgently look into it also can someone please make an effort to call me.
                                    Today afternoon when i called customer service they said i will receive the product today itself but still i have not received and also when i called back the customer service at 6:05pm they said product is not delivered as my address pin code was incorrect. In one day i am getting different answer. What is happening
                                    As whenever i call customer service department they don't have any update on what's going on they say my address pin code was wrong so my product is not delivered.
                                    Also check the below email trails and please explain why I am given false promises

                                    I have still not received the my oder.
                                    And as per the email replied from your side. Its clearly mentioned i will get the order in additional 24 to 48hrs but customer service person named Kivita Golkar has clearly denied to known any such email and she mentioned product will be delivered on or before 30th.
                                    This highly unprofessional service by flipkart and don't see a worth experience as well.
                                    I want someone to answer why i got a below email n where is my product n when i am getting d product.
                                    For a product to deliver from Kolhapur to mumbai it only takes 1day.. I use private courier all d time.

                                      i recieved OD[protected] ON 16th Aug 2014. i found that the product XFX XFX R7 260X 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card was defected.. it shows some colourful lines on screen before installing drivers. and screen goes off while installation of drivers. The installation dose not even finishes..i tried 3 different high end computers to test the card but unfortunatly same results...now i claimed for replacement ...ITDeck rejected my return request with return id 7064654...the product i have purchased have warranty of 3 years... what a disappointment by flipkart...my trust over online shopping is gone...please what can i do to get it replaced. my rupees 10 thousand are getting wasted...i dint even use the product for once...

                                        I had ordered Asus Zenfone A450CG 27 th August 2014 on COD. The Delivery guy came opposite to my office. I told him to come to my office as I was in work. He told that he wont come to my office as he has some other work and cancelled my order by himself and I got message "Delivery was cancelled as payment was not ready" and in site it has been updated as "Undelivered due to no response from customer". I dont know what other work he has other than delivering the product . See the screenshot attached.Guys don't ever buy from Flipkart, they have got the worst delivery team, they will make you beg for the item which you ordered.                                         I thought of ordering Asus zenfone 4.5 today, so came here to check review about flipkart. Thank god you saved me from buying it. The worst ever e-commerce with worst delivery.
