i purchased Sony Xperia C from flipcart.it is mentioned that on box you get sd card free, but i didn't get.when i complain to flip cart they apologize and tell give Rs 500 in my flipcart.but it is almost 10 days but they not given the money and they stop relying me.this is very bad experience with flip cart.
i got the id which is mentioned below.

      I have ordered a moto g2 16gb on 6th september .cash was paid through net banking from sbt.but after some time it was informed that my order has been cancelled and also the refund i will only get after 8 days.They are taking money from our account within a minute.but for refund takes more than a week.i need my refund immediately.i have also placed orders from amazon, myntra etc.It was my first time in flipkart to place an order.it is the irresponsibility of flipkart towards customers in placing orders.

        Mi3 not added to cart after showing congratulations message then I complained Flip kart Complaint id [protected] after for days of repeated efforts and complaints and various call to them they finally added product to cart but now I need product free of cost as the fault was of Flip kart and its proved which resulted in Mental trauma and so much efforts and time also taken their castor service don't have the politeness to speak to consumer I need immediate action taken against them and cancel their licence if they don't provide the product free of cost 'Mi3 fault was ours and its proved follow me on twitter 'PsyAvi' and check My tweets everything will be clear Complaint id[protected] and also I have proof of 3 or four times Flip kart Mismanagement issue today they called me for one month back order OD[protected] to confirm order delivered or not two times and they are not sure about it it was delivered on 28th july This created confusion and havoc but I kept My cool and helped them every bit Now I want u to provide a Mi3 free to Me as fault was all ours and Proved it causes Me mental trauma, Time and efforts to provide u all those images u did two times before also same thing but I don't have pic to prove Myself right now I have Im wrriting all this in best regard to Flip kart ceo and hope they will provide what I need I hope a 1 billion compaany can stand by its reputation and provide solution asap Thank u for ur valuable time' The mail I sent them but no reply from them till now Its been proved that all the fault was of Flip kart and I have all those proofs also of Flip kart mismanagement for 3 or 4 times Which resulted in havoc and Confusion and ultimately Mental Trauma to consumer They irritated me to the core by not providing solution and time and efforts also required to follow up all this I want Rs 50000 and free Mi3 from them as a compensation asap

          My nokia lumia 530 is not working . it was delivered to me on 3/9/14 . i complained at your customer care number on that date . but till now i couldnot get any technical call for replace the product . I brought that for my sister's birthday but flipkart is playing with my emotions . i am very very unhappy with your poor service . i promise if you don't change the mobile before my sisters birthday which is on 7/9/14 me & my family members & my friends will never buy anything from your www.flipkart.com .               I have been experiencing mobile network problem with Moto g from beginning. Its been 1 and half month since I have purchased it. From yesterday all the calls I make gets ended. Overall there is a problem in making calls and receiving calls . So because of this I have to switch off and on my phone at least once in a day.. I request the company to solve this issue as soon as possible

                I had buyed mobile moto g 16 gb from flipkart costing 13999 but the price get down 11999 so the cash 2000 was refunded to my wallet but when i want to take it to my account they are not transferring it to my account .. i had submitted every required documents but they are telling lie that they dont recieved .. when they found it they are saying its wrong product id when again i called other costumer care executive has checked it right ..when i want that costumer exexcutive ms kavita to tell that costumer exexutive name who had told lie she refused, , they are taking dates to refund 2000.. they are not at all supporting and telling lies .. i want to make complain against that lier costumer care exexutive and against flipkart .

                  Sir, This is in connection to my purchase of mobile phone through Flipkart vide Order No.OD[protected] for which the order was place on[protected] and the phone was delivered to me on[protected]. I ordered for MOTO G 16 GB phone but the same is not functional properly, as the phone is getting hang and I am not able to download any attachment from internet. On[protected] lodged a complaint on your toll free number against the phone, and it was told to me that the problem will be resolved by[protected] and either the technical person will resolve the issue on phone or else the instrument will be replaced. I didnt get any call till[protected] and i received an e-mail stating that the problem will be resolved by[protected]. It is disappointing that Flipkart does not fulfill its commitment and extended the time period for resolving the problem.                   Dear sir, I got an email from flipkart on 5th Sep 2014 against Order no. OD[protected], in which the instructions are given for resolving the technical issue which I am phasing in my MOTO G 16GB mobile set. Further this is to inform you that, as per the given instructions I had applied the steps to upgrade the software, but still the problem in my mobile set has not resolved.

                  Therefore i request you to take further actions at the earliest for replacing the mobile set or refund the money back

                  This is shameful that it is been more than one week and still the problem told to Flipkart's officials against Order no. OD[protected] have not been resolved. It was assured that the problem will be solved by 08.09.2014 but as usual again next date has been given till 10.09.2014.

                  Now i do not need the replacement of MOTO G 16GB mobile set and request you to refund my money back and take back your defective phone within 24 hours from now or else i have no other option but to go to consumer court against the mental harassment which i am phasing because of Flipkart.

But till this second there is no status update for that order when I contact their Toll free number they told that product ready only courier partner problem so required another 6 day for dispatch Once asked few question they told stocks not available . we can refund after 8 days. So it seems that without stock filpkart posting an ad and collecting money from public keeping it dragging time For refunding also it required 8 working days so around 15- 20 days you will hold my money I need my product in time please do the need full Thanks R BALAJI [protected]

                      Sir, I Bijay Agarwal, ordered a Moto E mobile on flipkart on 18/07/2014 with order ID OD[protected]. The handset was not working properly, so i contacted flipkart within 15- 20 days & i was assured a replacement within a week. I was given a tracking ID WSRP[protected] & a sms to affirm its delivery within 21/08/2014. Since 21/08/2014 daily a new sms would come affirming delivery & pickup with a new date & time. I duly waited all these day at my home leaving all my works aside, but it was of no use. As on today 05/09/2014 the product is not yet delivered to me instead of my repeated call to customer care executives. This has now become a harrassment for me as everyday the courier vendor calls me and ask me to wait at home for the pickup of the default handset. During all these days i had to miss my office & regular Work. They should be made liable to pay for damages & loss caused to me for not replacing the default handset & the unwanted harrassment suffered by me due to the same. Kindly set a way out of this unnecessary trauma asap. Contact No. [protected]

                        Hello People reading there, I ordered Xiaomi Redmi 1S Phone on 2-Sept-2014, Lucky caught two quantity in my Cart, 1 for me and other I wanted to gift my Bro as his Birthday was approaching.But Flopkart...Sorry Flipkart Cancelled my order which I saw early morning 5-Sept-2014 for no good reason, There excuse was"Sir one Login can Puchase only One Phone"...Then Why the hell did you allow me to add 2 in cart?????? and If it was some Not Bad Selling Phone then 1 One Login could purchase as many...Fraudkart you are sick and unprofessional, if some is lucky to get 2 phones in your Online Monopoly Phone Selling scandal you should accept defeat of your system instead of wiping Mess you created...!!!                             My name is Sanjay Saha, mobile number [protected]. I had ordered an Asus Zenfone 4 8 GB from Flipkart.com on Aug 21. Flipkart has a policy of delivering the orders by 5-6 days. First of all my order got delayed by more than 10 days because of a wrong address. Then when I received the order on 4th September, instead of a mobile phone inside, I received a brick. I want to register a complaint against Flipkart.com for this.

                                  I placed an order on Flipkart (OD[protected]) for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG. The merchant was selling it at 10499 though the phone is priced at 9999 at Flipkart itself. I placed an order for the same and a cover for the phone. I received the cover but I am yet to receive the phone. Their tracking system says that "Your order has been placed" When contacting their customer care service, they are unable to respond properly and are saying that your problem will resolve in the 7 days. I have already paid my hard earned money to this "gang of cheaters" and am waiting for a response from this company. When contacted, they are always buying time. Is it the behaviour shown from a renowned company to their consumers??? I hope to get a better response from Flipkart soon and my product delivered ASAP.

                                    I had ordered a Cenizas Printed Embellished Georgette Sari on 29 August 2014. My order number is OD[protected].The order reached at my place on 3/9/2014. The price of the order is Rs.630 but now the price changed to Rs. 830(as in fig) and hence they returned the product without any information of delivery to me. When i asked them they are telling some fake policies of delivery and now the order is cancelled. They are asking me to order again at Rs.830 to earn them more money. Please take necessary action and help me to get the product.

                                      I've bought a Tupperware Masala dabba. and dint get complete dabba.there was no dakhan on it.i ve complained so many time
                                      But customer executive dint get proper support..they dily-dally on every my call.now iam sick of it.thatswhy i want to return this product as soon as possible.my experience with flipcart is very bad.i have paid 100rs extra for delievry charge.it is not worthfull.

                                      Now i want to return this product and my money back.

                                        there is no sound at all while making outgoing calls. but the call is made. i checked to my own landline, my landline phone rings. but there is no sound in moto E mobile. if I restart the mobile then one or two calls made correctly; but in emergency cases it won't work.
