I had ordered a Moto G2 on Saturday 6th September, 2014. On Sunday having realized that I won't be available at the delivery address, I requested for an address change. The delivery address was changed on Monday by a prompt service of Flipchart. Now on Tuesday I get a call from delivery person that he is with my order at my old delivery address. So considering the miscommunication, I requested him to deliver the product on next day at my new delivery address. Next day no one comes and I enquired about the order, they promised to deliver it on Wednesday. It didn’t happen on Wednesday and complained again on Thursday for 2 times. They promised me that they will deliver on Friday no matter what. Again Friday I called and I come to know that the order has been cancelled from their side citing the reason, “Consignee not availableâ€. On complaining and escalating the matter, they happen to advice me to make a fresh order and the refund would be available within 5 working days. Here the Flipkart team really doesn’t have any courtesy towards the customer, who doesn’t have his product, nor the money for 1 week and he is just left to complaint at deaf ears. I just request the team to atleast listen to this and take some steps.

same thing happened with me. I also got faulty Moto g phone. They told me that no refund can be made. Thinking to raise a compliant in consumer court.
