I bought two pairs of 'Bacca Bucci high ankle boots' (Black colour) in 14th August and they were delivered after 5/6 day. When I opened the package I found both products are wrong in colour. I reported this problem and talked to customer support, they advice me to return the product on website. After that I returned it as the policy of flipkart. Then I got the replacement for the shoes but again it was wrong, I followed the same instruction to return but again and again I got wrong product.
I talked with many customer supervisor (Om singh, Kajal jayswal, Sangeetha, Zabeen, Mayang kumar, Altaf, etc) but they are all taken my issues lightly. From August 14th, to till the date I tried calling but neither I got my correct product nor any satisfaction answer...
The only thing I got from the customer support, is stress & irritation...Either they are inexperienced or illiterate...
Totally bad support & bad team...
