Dear Flipkart Team, This is regarding *Order Id OD[protected]* Order Date[protected] I had booked 7Rainbow Printed Sari with quantity *2*(*Two)*.I received the shipment on dated 21/08/2014 at 04:00pm. After opening the packed which was perfectly packed I found only *1**(One) sari* in it. I am attaching the picture of packet & sari both and hoping you will takecorrective action against the same and that to at the earliest. At the time when I placed the order the product was very much in stock then only seller must have taken the order now why he is refusing to provide the same. The product I received the quantity mentioned on the pkts was 2 but content was 1 why didn't the seller confirm me before sending the product. I don't know I am feeling so bad about it. I request you to please arrange the same sari as I have promised my sister on rakhi to present her. I am not providing you the bank detail. I am ready to wait but you please ask seller to arrange one more sari. Please be assure that I am not going to take refund I need the same sari.i am ready to wait for few days .     I ordered Asus zenphone 4 using my debit card they charged 6089rs from my account and said the transaction has been cancelled due to technical reason and it will automatically get debited within 5-7 working days this happened s on 10th August 2014. Till 19th they didnt refunded, then i mailed and complained abt it as on 19th Aug that I didn't get refunded yet, at that time again they are coming and saying that they will refund within 10 days now they are totally not responding to my E-mails my order ID TX[protected]. Please help me out

    I haven't received y refund for the product Hako Laptop Adapter. Order Id: OD[protected].

    Ordered date: 4th May 2015
    Pick up date:13t May 2015
    Item returned date: 25th May 2015
    Cancelled the order: 25th May 2015
    Refund amount: Rs.675
    registered phone number: [protected]

    One of the customer care representative confirmed that my refund request is successful and will receive the refund within 10 days from 25th May.
    Since today no refund received or I haven't received any update on the refund.
    I have registered a complaint and keep on following up the customer care but so far no proper response to the complaint.

    Kindly look in to the issue and let me know the refund status. I don't think it is fair to take this long for a refund and keeping me to wait for this long. For whatever reason within your concerned team for not able to resolve I shouldn't be the sufferer and I expect the refund to be initiated right away.

      i had ordered a san disk pendrive.i got the order today but it is not the pendrive i had requested.Some other sandisk pendrive model has been sent to me.This is the first time i have ordered something from flipkart and its not as per my demand which is disappointing as a first time customer.

          I purchased a LG G pro 2 D838 mobile phone on Flipkart from the seller i digital vid order no.OD[protected]. I have not received the flip cover which is free with this product from LG. Some of such sellers are selling these freebies separaely on this website itself. I have aso contacted ms. Shazia on the Flipkart hlpline but of no avail. I request flipkart to take up the issue with the seller and get the fip cover delivered to me.

                          I am very unhappy with your service. While purchasing a laptop with exchange old laptop from your site, your delivery person did not deliver the laptop nor collected old one due to small crack in my old laptop which is btw totally in working condition .When I purchased from your site there wasn’t any option to write description about old laptop, only mentioned that "Hand in your old laptop, in working condition, to the field executive at the time of delivery."What kind of service is this??? I am utterly disappointed and never will I refer any of my close people to buy anything from your site .

                              I am writing this feedback/dissatisfaction about order Id OD[protected] [Incident:[protected]] . I raised an issue about 40 days ago regarding invoice for my phone. but I haven't got my invoice and because of which my phone's 1 year warranty gets violates. I contacted flipkart number of time through all modes (call / mail /chat) but every time I was asked to wait for another 5 days and I will get my invoice. Yesterday I got a call from flipkart executive saying as seller is not responding we can't provide the invoice and she asked me whether I can return the item. so I said I am using the phone for last one month. I have put on all the accessories worth approx rs1500 so I can't return the item. so she gave me offer of 15% in flipkart wallet not as cashback that was not possible as I was told (not a policy ). but I was not fine with 15% and I had to actually forced to accept this as I didn't have any other option. For last 40 days, was I supposed to keep the phone unused/seal packed as I was assured by flipkart executive that I will get the invoice within 5 days? what's my fault in that? I don't know anything about the seller. I spent my hard earned money through flipkart. even after 40 odd days i didnt get satisfactory solution. > It's not only right of consumer to get a legal bill/invoice but also illegal if retailers doesn't provide the bill. that mean I spent 85% for an non billed / unwarranted mobile which is not at all a fair deal basically even the compensated amount can only be spent on flipkart. Being a reputed and multi billion dollar company i never expected such behavior from flipkart i ma not at all satisfied with this resolution (15% in flipkart wallet ) . navdeep kumar [protected]

                                I tried to purchase Asus zenfone + 2 tb hard disk costing around Rs 13000, by availing 10% cash back . This order was automatically cancelled and the amount was debited back to my account then tried to order the phone alone and the same thing is happening why the orders are getting cancelled automatically, i have called up customer service and mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com... but no response from them too

                                        I had purchased a MOTO G for Rs.11, 999/- vide your bill No.#BLR_WFLD[protected].However, the inbuilt battery showed No back up today morning despite the fact that it was charged 100%.
                                        Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same as i have no other sets to operate.
