With due respect I want to say that I am a regular customer for more than 5 years and have purchased so many items from your site but have not faced any such problem. This time I ordered Apple I phone 4s 8gb black on -08-2014 at Rs. 19, 600 and got delivery on[protected] . Order id-OD[protected].Eventually I noticed some problems in the phone for eg:- heating up of phone while charging and constant use. I had conversation with one of the customer care official about replacing the phone he denied by stating that phone could be return within 10 days only that is not possible as 10 days period has been lapse and advised me to go to the Apple showroom for replacement that would really create physical harassment for me. Now I want to know that when it is clearly and specifically mentioned in the flipkart site that there is 30 days replacement guarantee then under what hidden circumstances you are denying for it. I am sorry to say but this isa case of pure cheating and misrepresentation of facts. Being a regular customer I don’t expect such a careless and cheated behavior from a company like flipkart.Its my request to you that kindly replace my phone as soon as possible because I wont deal again in any of your product I am not satisfied and kindly provide tue and genuine information but not the misrepresentation of facts.

    It's regarding order no OD[protected]. I've ordered five sarees in which there were two sarees I've received defected. One of them is satrang Striped Synthetic art silk saree, and the other one is Florence art silk saree. These two print was smudged so I've requested for a replacement. After the replacement I've again recieved a defected saree...i didn't get what's wrong with Flipkart.com.. Are they forget to do the quality check before dispatching the order.. Extremely dissapointed with the service..

        I bought the Mi3 phone on 24th July, and it started giving voice call quality trouble. I thought issue is with settings or with my 3G services. etc and 1st tried to rule out 3G issues if any. While i do that, my 4 weeks standard return duration was over. I was struggling so i started calling Xiaomi customer care and lost again weeks in doing taking backup, Wipe Cache, Wipe Data, Wipe full Data etc. Finally i called Flipkart and escalated issues. I was suggested by Xiaomi and Flipkart customer care to visit Xiaomi service center. Now since 16th Sept my phone is with Xiaomi service center "Satyam Communication, Noida" with no support from Xiaomi. They are telling me issue with motherboard which need to be replaced. Service center has no clue when they can address issue related to this phone now even after 6 days, phone is in their custody. I am fed up receiving mails from Xiaomi asking to keep patience, we have forwarded your query to concerned departments, where as Flipkart calling me stating we will address your issues in 2 days since 8th September. After every 2 days they change the date of resolution for next 2-3 days. 1st date was given as 10th 2Pm, then 12th, then they stated resolved, without providing any resolution. I called/wrote again, so they gave me date of 19th, then 21st and now i heard as 22nd . Now i just got phone call from flipkart stating you have to wait more as we are working on it. Never seen such a pathetic response from any company as i see from Xiaomi. Very casual, careless, un-professional response like have patience, we are forwarding your request, service center will take care etc. Seems they have understood, their shop is getting closed in India as everyone having Mi3 is complaining for specially voice call related similer issues. I have lost hope in getting any resolution from Flipkart and Xiaomi in last 20 days. Regards Deepak Kumar

          Hi This has reference to below order numbers: a. OD[protected]tracker status - out for delivery since 19 Sep 2014) b. OD[protected]tracker status - out for delivery since 18 Sep 2014) As per online tracker, both products are shipped to Hyd (the destination) and is out for delivery for the last 3-4 days and till time we have not received the product. Product has crossed the expected delivery time mentioned in the email from Flipkart. Please confirm when can I expect delivery of my products. I have raised compliant to flipkart customer care as well, however, promises given by customer care is also not met.

              Hi, We had ordered for a black coloured Samsung S-Duos cover, but what is delivered is white. We already raised the complaint long time back but 0 response.                   Wost shopping experience ever with any online shopping portal. I was eligible for Rs. 500/- off in 750/- as flipkart student offer, but suddenly they denied to allow me to avail the offer before offer termination date and reduced the amount to 150/- from 500/-. Flipkart customer care is worst in helping a customer and best in harassing them! Anyway I placed a order for Philips PQ202 Shaver For Men using 150/- discount and waited for 10 long days before they cancelled the order so that they can eat that 150/- too! I called and mailed them several times with no sort of help from their side. If you donot have the strength to give a discount, then why do you show up the offers to sell an item and increase your publicity? Now I am ineligible for taht 150/- off too as flipkart itsel[censored]sed the offer on behalf of me and using the shaver by some flipkart agent! Ya!! They mailed me that they have lost the product!NEVER GO FOR FLIPKART AND NEVER BE MESMERIZED BY THEIR STUNNING OFFERS. They are all fake and you never can avail in reality.

After placing the order, very next day ( 18th sep )i received the msg that mentioned material outside for delivery. the same i have not recd material and not even single call from your end. Next day ( 19th sep ) morning also i have recd the same msg and also i have not recd material and not even single call from your end. Today( 20th sep ) i called up your customer care, they said your area is outside of delivery area. if my area is outside of delivery area it has to be mentioned while placing the order with pincode. Now, i want my material today itself before 7 Pm. Pl do the needful. Ask the delivery person to come near any of delivery area

                      Hi, i ordered the football through your website order number is ODA[protected]OYUBW00 thinking that flipkart is the best shopping website to shop online but my mistake that looking at the picture on your website i ordered this football thinking that it will be standard size but i received the small size and i calld ur customer care to return or to exchange that or to replace that whatever is possible. Because that football which i ordered is of no use to me and i just wanted the replacement or exchange with standard size not the moneyback but customer care told me this doesnt come under our policy and i was like shocked to hear this...is this the way you do business and scam people..i feel like i got scammed by you guys and wasted my money shopping on your website. this is the first or second time i shopped on your website i am sure i am not gonna shop anymore on your website and won't suggest my friend either. i want this football to be return or exchange with the standard size or put the money in my flipkart account so that i can order another football, else i will take this case forward on a serious note. And i ordered another football of nivia on 15th september and spent another 500rs and this time i got the defected football and did not get any pin, i am such a big fan of football and i spent my whole day searching for pin at the local shops but couldn't get it anywhere.

                              I purchased the product Redmi (1S MOBILE) All I can say is, this device looks awesome on paper. In reality it is such a disappointment. I am writing this review from the perceptive of a normal user not of a product tester. My only intention is to intimate my findings to prospective buyers hoping that it will be helpful to them. I am using this product for 5 days and it gives me one hell of a headache. If I just use net on this phone for 20 minutes (I mean simple Google surfing, E-paper reading, nothing much) this device (specifically at the portion close to the primary camera and then spreading eventually even to the screen glass) becomes super hot. People, it is not just warm, I say, it becomes a supernova not exploded. When I say hot, just imagine, you can feel the heat on your palm for at least 3 minutes or so after you leave the phone somewhere. Now about the battery, It does mostly drain, yea, if you wonder, it also does the intended work while draining :) But I am so worried that the battery will die soon, I just keep it locked all the time :) What a useful piece. In 10 minutes of minimal use I am sure it will drain at least 2%. I don't want to write much on RAM because I am not an expert on this. But all I can say is, at many instances, apps get closed just like that. With my limited knowledge, I believe, it has something to do with poor RAM management of the device. At last, I really do hope that MIUI will soon release a ROM update which will solve some of these issues. I am even ready to buy a higher capacity battery if Xiaomi offers one at a reasonable price. I would also like to state some positive points about this phone. Despite its weight, this phone does not look cheap at all. The display quality and camera quality is very good for this price. If you by any chance read my review, please do check also with other users on performance of this phone before spending your money. Thanks Purushotham Reddy

                                  i had orderd for a skullcandy headphones hesh 2 chelseafc edition(order no. OD[protected]), the box was tampered with, the seal was broken, the product was removed by the seller, there were 2 scratches on it, .this is completely none acceptable.

                                    I Ranjan Katoch from Baddi H.P had booked one order (OD[protected] from Flipkrat which was be receivced within 4-5 days from time of ordering the material which was yet deliver to the mention address and after discussion with courier service they are saying that material is still lying with Bengaluru Warehouse.
                                    Hi, I ordered an iPhone 4s which was supposed to be delivered today (23/04/2015) but I did not receive any message or call from Flipkart so I called them to inquire about the same. The first time I called them, I spoke to one of their representatives and she told me that the delivery can be done before 7PM. I asked her to give me a call on an alternate number, but they called on a different number which belongs to my father and asked him to order again and gave him a lucrative deal that we can get a discounted price. At first they should have not called on my father's number, because I have clearly asked the representative to mention in her notes that I want a callback on a DIFFERENT number. Secondly, if Flipkart cannot manage to deliver a product they should not make excuses. I don't want to order again because that phone was for my father, as a gift, on his birthday. After they called my father I called them because I wanted the phone to be delivered today. Then after a lot of conversation the representative told me that the shipment was cancelled by the seller. I checked the details online the product was scanned and sent to gorakhpur hub at 05:40PM 20/04/2015. I asked the representative, if the shipment was cancelled by the seller then what was scanned and shipped to gorakhpur? An empty box? Then after a lot of argument I was told that the shipment was lost in transit. And they cannot send me another one because it is not in stock
                                    There is one more order which is Moto E 2nd Gen, which was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and when I did not receive any call or message just like today I called Flipkart and again I was told that the package was lost in transit so I will have to order again. One of their representatives called me and said that he will make a replacement request and I will receive it by 27/04/2015, and I know this time again they are going to loose it in transit.
                                    So now, all I want to know is, is this the way they treat their customers and is this the way they process the orders? Very disappointed by the service. They should not make promises if they can't keep them.

One book i collect from the bluedert centre, but when i go to bluedert centre for 2nd book, they told that they will deliver the order, but the other book is still not delivered by bluedert.                                         Order no: ODA[protected]YGNIE00 purchase date: 6/9/2014 receied date: 10/9/2014 by BlueDart courire 1) I had ordered motorola G -2 from flipkart and now the phone is heating up. we had called customer care on 17/9/2014 and she said the technicial will call you within 24 hours but there is no respond yet. today (18/9/2014) i called customercare but she told our server is down. I request please change my mobile handset as sson as possible. My Mobile no: [protected] and mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com 2) As per advertisiement in Times Of India i had talked with customer care regaring the 6 points that has been mentioned in the paper she told she will mail me full information about that but taht also not received to me yet 3) and please mail me the hard copy of bill also as they were not given us the hard copy of the bill
