ORDER NO. OD[protected] Item : Yonex Mavis 10 Plastic Shuttle - Yellow Company : Flipkart site: flipkart.com Order was given for the product on 26 Apr 2014. An amount of Rs. 499 was paid online. On 27 May 14, I got a message that the product is shipped and will be delivered by 05 May 14.On 05 May 14 I got a message that their courier partner was unable to deliver the product. But I never had any calls from their partner. I have already bought 2 other items from flipkart to the same delivery place. On 10 May 14, promised to give my money back within 5 to 7 working days. But the money was not returned. When I contacted cust. care through chat, the person assured that I will receive the money by 22 May 14. Today is Sunday. Still I never received the money. Whenever I am sending mails, there was no response except the intimation that your mail is received. I want my money back. Please take necessary action. VIPIN V. Refund has been processed to customer on 10th, Informed the same to customer and provided with transaction id
Spoke to customer regarding the issue, is resolved as the product is returned and the amount is refunded. Also confirmed the same with customer. So closing the case.

I returned the above product which was received in the warehouse on 30th September and amount of rs.990 was refunded to remiited debit card account . it is very disappointing that there is no initiative taken by flipkart to refund the money as earliest as possible. Today's its 11th Oct, 2014...almost 12 day from the day refund was initiated and still I had not received my money. Worst service...poor, disgusting, irresponsible and really frustrating!!! I want my money!!

I subscribed for flipkart first subscription on OCT 6th. I didn't find the privilege relevant for me and I cancelled it on Oct 28th. As per your terms I must get the 11 months amount refunded. i bought the subscription for 399. Subtracting 1 month's 33.25rs, I am eligible to get Rs. 365.75 . I immediately received a mail saying"You are eligible for 365.75 rs refund". But you have refunded only 264.75(Rs. 101 less than the eligible amount) On 31st Oct.
I am attaching the online bank statement SCREENSHOT for proof.
I had complained about the same on November first week also. A representative called me and he was unable to give me a proper reply.Atlast he made me to hold the line for more than 10 Min's which forced me to cut the call. I then mailed through the flipkart complains(on your website). As a result, I got a call from the customer service saying "Rs 101 refund has been initiated and you will be credited with the amount in 7 working days". It's been 3 weeks since the phone call and no money has been debited till date. The SCREENSHOT proves the above statement too.

Kindly consider this genuine request and initiate the remaining amount as soon as possible.

    i am online purchased moto e handset on[protected] through cash on delivery at rajahmundry, my mobile speakers ie., hearing and loud speakers are not working properly. the loud speaker is automatically shutoff, then simply knocked the back panel or restart my handset it is working and hearing speaker from the begining not working propery. how can i do?

      I have recently purchased TWO Moto E’s from your website on the launch day ( Order No: OD[protected] and OD[protected]). I was entitled to the launch day offer which said that there would be a flat 50% discount on the Moto E Shells and on a Transcend 8 GB Class 4 Memory Card and that I would be entitled to free E-Books worth Rs. 1000. On repetitive calls to your call center after placing the order, I was told that I would receive a mail by the 21st May and that all 3 offers were valid until the 31st May. I received the mail for the Moto E Shells and the Memory Card, however I received no mails for the E-Books. When I called today about how I should download the free E-Books, I was told that I was supposed to give a missed call on [protected] within 48 hours of placing the order and it was in the terms and conditions. I read nothing of that sort on your website when placing the order(Sending you a screenshot of the order details from your website). Also I have now been told that even though I purchased TWO Phones, I was not entitled to 2 offers because I placed the order from the same email address. Again it was not mentioned anywhere on your website about the same and I am entitled to TWO offers for purchasing TWO Phones. This is absurd and discourages me from using your website for any of my future purchases. I would request you to kindly read the reviews that people have written about Flipkart. You would realize that people have started disliking your website because of these problems that the customers are facing. If these practices continue, then Flipkart will cease to exist soon.
      Sir, my name is Bharath. I am planning to purchase Moto E from Flipkart. Can you please tell me if Flipkart offers mobile phone insurance for the product. I understand they offer "Transit Insurance" for the product untill it reaches the customer. But, mobile phone showrooms offer Mobile insurances against theft or damage after purchase.       Actually I was ordered two MOTO E mobiles during the big billion sale on 6th October for 1500rs per one. After placing, my order is approved and i got the confirmation mail too with the order numbers.At night 10:30 p.m i got the message like the orders was cancelled.I have done the procedure in a proper way and also they mention that there is no cancellation of products on the big billion day.       Most of the so called Discounted Products are higher than the market price.

      Flipkart is Exploiting the Sentiments and Urge of Online Shoppers; and lure the aspirers with degraded, sub-standard products in the way of wrong product shipment.

      Complaint:-
      Ordered a specific brand of Mobile back Cover which cost Rs.119/- on Discount Offer which Flipkart Claim its actual value Rs.1199/-
      Paid the money in advance using online banking.
      After 5 days, i received a parcel and opened to find a different brand which is ugly and spoiled.
      Called up the customer care to report and requested to send the same. Came to know Flipkart only refund the money once the product is returned/collected and the money will be released only in a week's time.
      As a matter of fact i selected the right product i wanted, paid as instructed and waited for 5 days; now i am forced to wait for another 7 days to get my money back. And also i did not get the product i ordered.

      No fault of mine, i was forced to wait for 5 days, received a wrong product, now forced to wait for another 7 days to get my money back.

      This is not just one case; i myself have experienced more than 7 times in a total order of about 20 nos.
      On an average, a product costs about Rs.1000 X 10000000 wrong shipment a day.
      Rs.1000 crores- out of which atleast 400 crores is kept with them as refund money on a daily basis; which get released only in 7 days time. So Rs.400 crores X 7 days = Rs.2800 crores in a week.
      Also about 40% of the wrong products delivered never comes back, since customer does not take the trouble and time to return it. That is, another big Gain; because FLIPKART pushes those dead stock which is otherwise Liquidated at negligible cost.

      Sending a wrong, gullible and spoiled product instead of a credible brand/product which the customer has rightly ordered.

      As per the statistics, Flipkart delivers more than 2 million products on a daily basis across India. Of which about half of the products are sent wrongly either intentionally or by mistake.
      That is a million product which is been cleared off from Flipkart warehouses which other wise does not sell or no single customer will ever buy those products.
      Only less than 40% customers who received wrong product take the effort to return;
      Flipkart in reality cheats, deceives and breach the Trust & faith Online customers has put on it.
      Also they hold the money for about a fortnight, which accumulates to billions of Rupees on any given day. Billions of rupees in Flipkart account getting accumulated and cycled only in a fortnight is a huge Scheme - a fraudster scheme which any body with sense could understand.

        On 30th April I ordered a mobile Karbonn Smart A27+ (Black) (OD[protected]) from Flipkart.com website. The order delivered to me on 3rd May, after using it for 17 days, I found some problems with the set. So on 21st May I requested for return (ID: 5131535 ). Till now nobody even call me from your end although its mentioned "We will contact you within 24 hrs to clarify your request." I called up customer care[protected] on 22nd but they failed to give me any information and the reason they told me is " System Upgradation".
        The issue has been escalated to our Tech Team, We will update once issue gets resolved.

            Dear sir/madam, I have booked Phillips Speaker system through flipkart. The order delivered to me with Cash On Delivery shipment with tracking ID FMPC[protected]. on[protected]. My order no: OD[protected]. But I received my order in a very bad condition. When I opened the box, I am getting some sort of sound from the woofer box. I tried with the connections as per the user manual. But no sound coming from the woofer. I tried resolve the problem. I found that the magnetic coil inside the box is dislocated from its position. Italy be happened due to travelling in an uneven road or due to a damaged piece. Hence, I request you to look into this matter and solve this complaint at the earliest.               I have ordered a product # OD[protected] on 19 May'14 and got email on 23 May'14 that your product reached to your city Lucknow and will be delivered to you the next date i.e. 24 May'14 and it is not been delivered yet to me even after following your respected deliveryman Abhay Kumar Srivastava([protected] as per message recieved), who doesn't have manner to talk to customer and talks abruptly that if you need your product then come and collect it from Dubagga. But I am living in Rajajipuram. I wasn't able to attend the marriage function becaues of this Deliveryman Abhay Kumar Srivastava([protected]) whom I requested to deliver the product till 03:00 pm, so that we can attend the marriage function which is to be happened to other City, But just because waiting to recieve this product from your company, I had to miss the function and that too, the packet is not delivered to me yet. and now I get this message on my number ([protected]) that Shipment couldn't be delivered as it was rejected.                 Dear Flipkart Customer Care, Reference to my earlier e-mail today regarding booking of Moto E Black, please note the following :- Your company releases a press note (economic times) saying that Moto E can be booked post 11 am on 23 May 2014. At 11.18 am your e-tailing website says that Moto E can be booked post 11 am on 23 May 2014 but when we try to book, the site reports an error An email for booking the phone is sent at 11.49am for the booking the phone, there is no response except for an automated number. At 12.08pm on 23 May 2014, your Customer Care executive says that there is some technical glitch in the website and the app, therefore please try after an hour to book your order. T he website doesnt work and at 13.08pm when we call your customer care for booking the handset, you customer care executive says that we cannot book the handset because the site says “Coming Soon” and we should keep visiting your website in case we want the phone. This is the most amazing part, we should keep visiting your website, which doesn’t work / can’t book orders or keep calling your Customer Care, who keeps apologizing they cannot help us Kindly let me know the status of my order, if your company stills believes in ethical customer practices. If not please be straight and let us know finally that you can’t deliver and we shall drop the matter for good.

                WORST SERVICE : MOTO E

                I have purchased Moto E on 15/05/2014. The display has crack due to fall on 25th August. Since then we are struggling get it reapired thorh motocare center. As they are expressing their helplessness due to lack of supply of the display.


                This is WORST ever service I have seen in last 8 years of diff mobile companies.

                  I ordered Samsung galaxy quattro from flipkart in August, It had minor problems from starting, now the phone is not getting charge and it gets on rarely..when I showed to Samsung service center they are saying parts of mobile are not genuine.My order id is OD[protected].When I am calling on Flipkart customer care center I am not geting proper responses.

                        So my sister recently ordered a 24 -70 mm sigma lens from flipkart. And guess what she get- Some magnets n stones n wires!! The lens she ordered is a very expensive item and was needed on an urgent basis. Something like this not acceptable from flipkart. Flipkart should seriously look into this. Suggest rest o[censored] to hold on buying your electronics from flipkart . On top of that, she was asked to wait for 10 days for standard refund process. They certainly do value their customers.                             I myself had order for in the flipkart for an item. Every day i used to get message that " We are not able to deliver due to security instability and reattempt the delivery" I was very much annoyed here. Becuase there was never an attempt of delivery not even the courier guy called me when he reached the address. Actually i ordered it to my office address and its usual that courier comes to the gate calls us and we go and collect it. I had collect few like this from flip kart and others earlier but for this order i was shocked by the way i am getting response. I called customer care, had chat sent mails everything i tried but of no use. They say we will deliver but it never happened. When they are not able to deliver they are updating wrong status for the order and we get message about it which is highly unacceptable. Please never buy

                                        I have ordered A Frontech 20 Mega Pixel E-Camera Oval Webcam, order no. OD[protected] on 26th April and An HP 16GB pen drive, order no. OD[protected] on 11th May. In both cases the orders were not delivered due to un deliverable location, as explained by the company. But the courier man did not call me for the enquiry of my address although my mobile no was given. But I have given a mail from flip kart that the courier man didnot find my address. Not only that there was no obstruction at the time of selecting my payment option at my address. I have given a nice service from Flip kart earlier but in last two cases the service was totally disappointing. In this circumstances my advise is take an action so that these kind of mistakes do not occur .
