I bought a wireless router on July 27, 2013 and got it delivered on Monday,July 29, 2013 Order ID: OD[protected]. Only when I started setting up the router I realized that my Internet service provider(ISP) does not support the router that I had bought(The router supports ADSL technology, my ISP is supporting only DSL technology). There is a 30 day return back policy from flipkart, but when I called their call center, they are not ready to take it back. I even told them I will buy a new product from them because the one I got is of no use to me. They didn’t agree to that as well. The only reason that I used flipkart was because I had got a flipkart e-voucher from my organization. Had I bought this from a shop, they would have taken it back if I tell them my ISP is not supporting this router, given the fact that I was ready to take a new one. Forget the 30 day return back policy,I was not even asking for a refund, any other shop would have shown a basic minimum courtesy for this.

Homeshop18 — homeshop18 is a fake organisation

I placed an order a 20 litre microwave oven on 17-aug-09 and i have paid RS.4450 before dilivery of the product on 21-aug-09 company promised to send a product with in 10 or 15 days from the date of payment but i have not recived the product yet and they are not giving any information even i have been calling to homeshop18 for a month.i think the company if doing froud with its customer .according to the customer rights, i want my money back and goverment should take serious action against this froud company

    I have bought a Nikon D7000.Order Id is OD[protected].Placed the order on 15th July.
    1st of all got the delivery after 8 days(On 27th July) of schedule date(19th July) and the product delivered was defective.I've raise a request for replacement in Flipkart,regarding this incident number is[protected],on last Sunday.They told me within 2-3 business days valuable inputs will be given to me but no one is contacting with me.I'm calling Customer Care everyday and everyday the are saying wait for 24 hours.!
    They made joke of the whole thing.Bought a camera for 54k and now the picture coming from it is totally dark and after taking the pic it's showing "ERR" in the display of the camera.Camera is useless to me.I'm requesting them for replacement and they are delaying everyday by one 1day for giving inputs from their side,they not even started the process of replacement.I'm Attaching the snapshot of :

    3)2 sample of the picture taken at the noon time in the open sunlight

As per our records, we see that you have placed order for the above mentioned items and the same has been delivered to you. Hence, we will not be able to replace the same. Also, we would like to inform you that the seller WS Retail has a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. If you come across any damage or manufacturing defect in the product at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, kindly notify us and we will ensure the seller is contacted and a correct resolution is found. As of now we do not have a buy back or exchange policy for the above mentioned items.         Dear Mr. Rajiv Kucchal,

        Does you people always do the same with each and every customer as you have done with me. I booked a Samsung Music duos S6012 phone over flipkart with WS Retail with showed the costing as Rs 5299/-.

        1. First of all wanted to know the valid reason for cancellation of Order.
        2. If your company cannt provide the phone at the price shown and booked then why the hell you people book the phones or any other product.
        3. this is a pure case of cheating by FLIPKART and WS RETAIL.
        4. I am Ready to Wait for some more time for the phone, so you can deliver the same by 5th August 2013.
        5. I dont think so that this letter will reach you at all.

        6. Flipkart CEO has Questioned the Forbes India for their comment, but Mr. Sachin should see the things going on in his organization first of all, then poke his nose in others opininion.
        7. Flipkart has written in mail, i can buy the same product with other vendors as well, but let me tell you Flipkart People/ Employees that for Loyalty you should provide the same product and at same cost booked earlier.

        PLease i request Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Sachin to resolve the issue, and if you cannt provide the Product then its your wish to do so. but you will loose out the Customers.

        I too experienced the same thing with the Flipkart.com. But the product is different. I'm really fed up with their services n customer care from past 1 month, so i'm already in a process of filing a case against them in the consumer court to pay the compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.

        I think its waste of requesting them, the issued happened to me & you. Its better to file case from ur end also.

          I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Flipkart on May 30th. The offer mentioned in the website was for 15% cashback on Note 2 on using your HDFC debit card or ICICI credit card. The cashback will be done on or before july 25th.
          I paid through HDFC debit card in full. I am an educated person so I made the purchase after reading their cashback terms several time. When I did not receive the cashback until today I called on their no. And they told me the you paid through axis bank card. I replied that I made the payment myself and I know which card I used. He accepted that the payment was made through HDFC debit card but the offer was only on ICICI credit cards and he can't do anything about it. He also said that if you had not received the cashback then why didn't you called earlier. I replied that the cashback was to be done on or before 25th july that is the reason I waited until now.
          Flipkart is clearly doing a fraud with their customers. Please help me get my cash back.

            I'm Niladri.I have placed an order for Nikon D7000 on 15th July and it Should have been delivered within 2-3 days,i.e within 18th July.Today is 26th July yet I haven't got the delivery.Everyday since last seven Days I called Customer Care and the representative told me that it'll be delivered within next 24hours or 48 hours.But it's not delivered yet!!They made a fun of it!
            They are not telling the reason of delay and not giving any correct date of delivery!!I have paid for it yet I'm not getting minimum required service!!

              I bought two memory cards from Flipkart which were delivered to me on the 12th June 2013 and I started using these only after the 03rd June 2013. Since then it always hanged my phone and I had to continiously switch off and switch on the phone. Later I noticed that images in my memory card were not displayed in the Gallery and I was not able to save anything on the memory card. To my surprise there was not read/write access on the card. I tried to format the same however it did not allow me. I could have understood it if it was only for one of the cards. However, it is the same for both.
              I then decided to call Flipkart to report the issue on 15th July 2013 and the executive post collecting host of information said that he will be arranging the replacements in the next two days. I waited until today and called them up again. This time the executive informed that the earlier information was incorrectly provided and Flipkart is not going to provide the replacements and hanged on me. I later called up again and it was Pasha where the call disconnected again post me describing the issue. In vain I had to again to speak to Chetan who hanged again on me. Later I got Rakesh and immediately asked for a supervisor. After a long 20 mins wait I got through to Bhavya, who was literally not interested in actually knowing what I want to say. However had loads and loads of sorry and policy explanations that they will watsoever not get my cards replaced.
              Once there is a commitment made to the customer that has to be kept.

                I purchased apple iphone 4s. it delivered on 30th june i was out of station . I opened the box on 5th july. Phone did not get switch on. I report Flipkart for the same. Their Dealer had 10 Days Replacement policy . but after they are lingering the matter and it no decision is taken yet. so I wanna file a case against the Flipkart in Consuer forum.

                  i placed an order for Samsung S4 phone vide order no.OD[protected]. on july 7 2013 The company was to provide me the phone within 2-3 days but they informed me after a week that there was a courier issue and they would reship it and i would receive it by 24th july. i rang them about 8 times to know about the order. they kept saying that it is being processed but on 20th july they said they are cancelling the order as they are unable to ship at my address while they have sent orders at this very address a number of times. now they are saying that they will take 12 days to refund the amount into my credit account. i feel cheated.

                    i ordered a frontec 5.1speakers through net from flipkart and i got the prodect on9/7/13. the prodect was not working when i connected and i raised a complaint on this by phone call by the no given on the bil(the prodect has 1yr warenty as shown on the advertisement) they told me that it will be replased by 15/7/13. but they did't again i made a call on 15 they apolagise me and told me to wait for an another 24hrs. then i waited but on the next day i didn't got the prodect again i made a call they told me wait another 24hrs every time i call they are telling the same after waiting for morethan a week they didn't delivered the prodect. every time they are telling the same to wait. they broken the contract and cheated me

                      This is regarding a milagrow tab purchased from flipkart with order no Order OD[protected].


                      The tab has been recalled by milgrow nearly 4 times in 3 months for repairs.

                      The first time it malfunctuned was in just 3 days after purchase. Which was
                      an accrlorometer failure. According to flipkarts policy the product has to be replaced if found faulty. But inspiye of many emails to flipkart they didnt replace or refunded the amount.

                      I was told by Mr.sunil yadav from milagrow that only a software update was needed..but a repair was done on the tab. The same can be confirmed by my emails to flipkart and milagrow.

                      This time my tab went dead due to battery failure. And to my surprise
                      mr.Yadav blamed me that I damaged the usb connector that resulted in
                      battery failure. That was very childish allegation from a reputed name like milagrow

                      Again tha tab wad dispatched and sent to me with many internal repairs and
                      shabbily assembled back.

                      I got the tab today and upon checking it acts more weird this
                      time...restarts itself, abnormally types anything upon typing,And many more
                      new issues.

                      I am tired of asking for a new replacement or a refund now.
                      But I just want you to know that these type of issues must be soleved immediately wisely rather then blaming customers for negligience which only
                      gives a wrong name to a reputed established name like milagrow.

                      I myself is an IT post graduate(U.K) and have worked for PC world united
                      kingdom in 2009.

                      And I definitely can say this that this is not the way you deal with complaints.

                      If possible take care of the complaints and grievences..... good name and
                      sucess will automatically follow.

                        This complain is of Flipkart.com which is online shopping site.I had ordered a book 'Nerds" .The language of book mentioned on site was English but delivered book was in other language, I called them and told about this wrong delivery, they said return the book and correct book will be delivered .
                        I again confirmed that whether they have English , they said "yes", then they assured me that they will deliver right book but again second time they delivered wrong book.This time I asked them to return money in the form of check ,but it's been 3 months I didn't get any money.Whenever I call them they say give me 2-3 working day and then nothing happens.
                        This is really frustrating and bad experience .

                          I ordered for a Mobile (Motorola) and a Camera from Flip kart in the month of May.
                          Now the Mobile that I have received is not working, I called up Flip kart and they told me
                          as the Return Policy is for 30 days which I have exceeded, they Cannot do any thing.
                          They told me to get in touch with Service Center. They gave me the Phone number for the Service Center.
                          I told them that I have ordered this Phone for my mother and she is too old to Run after the Service Center
                          policy, they said that there is nothing much they can do about it, I asked my sister who is in Kolkata
                          to take the Mobile to the Service center, Now this Service Center People said that it will take 15 days for them
                          to Repair the Cell Phone. Now I have paid the Full amount to Flip Kart to get a New Mobile but the one they gave me
                          is not working, Can you please help me as I am in Chennai and My mother and Sister is in Kolkata and they don't know

                            Sir, I have booked three books on 3 july 13 and flipkart online service showing that it will be delivered by 06 july. But today is 11 july and Still I have not received the same. After contacting their costumer service they are telling that it will reach by more 2-3 days like that. How much time one can wait ? If some exam is coming and somebody has ordered books form them then it is how much great loss of time for waiting for false claim of flipkart service. pse take action for these fraudulent companies.

                                I have purchased two handbags from WS retail on flipkart.com
                                I received the shipment and found that one of the bags has brown stains on it. also the bag in the picture I selected was different red and i received a different red.
                                I requested the return of the bag as per there 30 day return policy. I got my money back in the wallet.
                                I purchased a different bag as I had to gift it to mom before she leave to her home.
                                Now the bag price was high and I was suggested to use the wallet amount and pay the rest by another means.
                                I paid using my debit card. Now my order is stuck in payment not received state.
                                I call the customer service to sort it out, they have different stories and finally they hung up on me which is very humiliating. I just followed the instructions on the site for a gift for my mom and flipkart Gave me a nightmare in return. I have gone through lot of tension during this and emotional stress loss of time.they don't value peoples time which is why due to lack of it people do online shopping.

                                  Hi,

                                  i have order the Nokia Lumia 920 mobile phone through flipcart for whopping Rs. 30429. They delivered to me in 2 days however but a defective piece.

                                  Its completely defective piece after talking 5-8 mins it gets heated up and we cannot hold it near the ear and talk as if its constantly heating object. This has started causing me problems right at the 1st day of its usage. And in the 2nd day things got even more worse it gets switched off and switched on automatically and consistently making the usage of this mobile impossible.

                                  I have called the flipcart cusotmer care but for no use, as usual for our dismay somebody will give a call within 48 hours. However it has been more than 96 hours now no body is responding and customer care with the same tune who keeps extending that 24 hour time limit.

                                  I am really frustrated and not sure what should i do n this case, i have paid nearly 31000 and could not use that mobile even for 30 mins so far, is this is the way of doing the business for flip-cart just loot the money and let consumer suffer?

                                  And the worst part is when i asked the customer care person says that usually in such cases technical team will try to fix that issue? what does he mean by fixing an issue? i ma having a problem with the mobile deliver right at the 1st min started using, and they say that they will try to fix it. What is this? i pay 31000 take some crap defected product and then give it for service and then i am forced to use it?

                                    Dear Team,

                                    This is with Reference Order ID. ​OD[protected] for DELL Inspiron 15R 5521 Laptop. I have placed the Order on 28th June with full payment made. And at the time of booking it showed This Item is Available in Stock due to which i have booked and which is supposed to be delivered by 8th of July. After checking the status through your online portal i have seen there is no changes in the status line since one week. It just showing the Product payment was approved. Due to which i have raised a Query for status.. It was responded on 6th July stating "There is an unexpected delay from the sellers "WS Retail" in having the order shipped. The order is expected to be shipped to you in the next 2-3 working days" but after 1 hour of that mail i have got another mail stating that "We regret to inform you that your order OD[protected] for the item(s) mentioned below has been cancelled by the seller WS Retail citing its unavailability"

                                    ​I don't understand how can Flipkart Cancel my Order within an Hour of query mail reply stating it will is unexpected delayed". How can flipkart cancel the Order without proper resolution or alternative. This is Never acceptable. After waiting for one week for my order flipkart cancelled my order. Which is Un-acceptable, by the time i have booked this product it's Price was Rs. 50,190/- only + Rs.300(6 months EMI). Now the price was also increased upto Rs.3000/-. If at all i wanted to book this product again i will be in Loss of Rs.3000/-. And i have wasted my time in waiting for the product to be delivered... I think FLIPKART cancel the order if the product price increase and they want to earn more profit of the same product..

                                    Your service is very very poor. Why take order for a world famous book that you can not deliver even after 3 months. Cancell the order

                                      I have experienced the worst customer service from Flipkart. On 16th June I have placed order OD[protected] for Lava Wi Fi 3G router worht of Rs 1593. The product was delivered to me on 17th evening, I tried connecting my Airtel 3G dongle to the router but it didn't work. I called Lava service center for taking advise on wi fi setting on my ipad/laptop. They have given some instruction which didn't work and I was told by service person to reach out to the Lava customer care in Chennai for better assistance. On 21st I traveled to Visakhapatnam(VSKP), I went to Lava customer care in VSKP for assistance on 22nd evening. They have taken the device and asked me to come on Monday evening since they need atleast 1 day to check the device. On Monday 24th I went to Customer care and they confirmed me that there is a defect in the product which needs to returned. I immediately called Flipkart customer care and complained about the delivery of defective product, the customer care executive assured me for replacing the product. I've mentioned that I was in VSKP, however he said he can redirect the new product shipment to VSKP address and also the person from Flipkart would come to for pick up the old product.I was happy for this service and on 25th June I checked a mail confirmation from Flipkart which stated the delivery and pick up address as Chennai instead of VSKP. I called the Flipkart customer support and I was told to send mail request for the address update, i sent mail and also got return confirmation that the address update is acknowledged. On 26th June, person from Flipkart had taken the old product from me and he said the new product would be delivered latest by Friday. I checked the online tracking system on the product shipment and to my shock the new product shipment was on the way to Chennai. I called Flipkart care on 27th June and spoke to executive named Priyanka, she apologised for the trouble and she assured me that the product will be delivered with in 48hr time from 27th June and I she also provided the call reference #[protected]. As soon as the call got over I got a sms from courier that the product delivery would happen by end of the day. Initially I ignored the request and later at 4pm the courier person called me for the address for delivery, I again called the customer care for why the update is not communicated to the courier service. The customer care executive told me not to worry and they would take care of the redirecting the shipment to VSKP as promised earlier. On 28th Friday I checked the status which mentioned as the product delivery didn't happen since customer unavailable and redirected to Bangalore. I called the customer care again at night 9pm to find out what is happening on this, again I got a false promise that the product will be sent to VSKP latest by Monday evening. As usual the false promises, apologies and extra time request have been told by the person.
                                      I waited till Monday and the product was not delivered and evening I called again the same useless customer care and I was told to wait for another 48 hours time for the delivery. I spoke to a supervisor called Vikas Rana and he gave assurance that the product would be sent to my initial address (Chennai) with in 48hrs and he said he would personally follow up on the delivery. On 2nd July Morning he called me and said that he initiated a new shipment from Delhi which will reach by end of Wednesday, I agreed to the same. I checked the shipment tracking online and the latest status is "in transit to Chennai", I have not received the product until Wednesday evening. On 4th July also the same update available online, I called the customer care and they are absolutely useless who do not know any information about the shipment. As usual I got all the vague promises and this time I was told to wait for another day to get the product.
                                      My sincere request to all the people who are interested to do shopping with Flipkart to think as much as you can before taking risk. The customer care is useless and no one knows any information. They are the worst people to provide information.
                                      I request concerned to take necessary action in this regard.

                                        I have placed an Order with FLIPKART Order no: OD[protected]. The order was placed on 21st June 2013. At the time of placing the order I entered my pincode 400702 and the site showed that the area is in range and the courier will be delivered.

                                        I placed the order and paid the money through netbancking which I think was my biggest mistake. Now two weeks from order the shipment has not been recieved by me. On the first week no one at flipkart was even aware that I have not got my shipment. It was when I called and informed them they came to knwo about this and they again started the shipment. Now after two weeks they are saying that the courier company does not ships in my area.

                                        Nobody has informed me about this it was when I checked the website it was mentioned that my shipment has again be returned to flipkart and when I called them they said this story. They have without my confirmation canceled my order and have intiated the retrurn.

                                        But the service is really pathetic. I ahve placed some many orders at flipkart and they were delivered from the same courier compant the difference this time was that I paid the amount in advance and because if this they have done this.

                                        The company is just a big fraud.
