Dear Sir/Madam I order mobile Nokia Lumia 1520 black ordered on 6th-April-2014 and paid amount Rs.39850/-, as order sheet no OD[protected] will deliver on 12th-April-2014, am doing follow up from 11th-April-2014 and getting promise that will deliver in 24 hours but not yet delivery... i send complain email on Saturday (12th-April-2014) but not feed back from Flipkart.. they have all the rules regulation for customer but no rule or condition that if company delay to delivery order than what will be penalty will pay by company to customer for harassment. I like to request what i suppose to do to get claim from Flipkart and what is the possibilities to change rule and regulation for online business company if the delay in delivery... as company decide the delivery date not customer so company must deliver order on time.     sir, i had bought a western digital 1 TB My Passport Ultra external hard disk from flipkart.com website.
    I place the order (I.d - OD[protected] ) on 10th march, 2014 and got the product
    on 13th march, 2014. According to the rules and regulations the warranty should start
    from 13th march, 2014 but the warranty of the product is starting from 17th Jan, 2014
    I call them and also mail them several times. Even they are not register the complain yet.
    They did not call me further. Is it not a illegal move??
    Kindly take a strong action on this issue as soon as possible.

        Hi, I am a regular customer of Flipcart. Recently I have ordered for four T-shirts (Order ID was OD[protected]) I have found that size of two of them is not perfect, hence want to return the same and want to order as per my specific requirement Bronz Women’s Solid Casual Shirt which I have ordered for Medium, but currently I require Small and Style Quotient by Noi Printed Women’s shirt which I have ordered for Medium, I require Large For the same I have tried to contact customer care, where I came to know that these product has been stopped and now you can’t provide me my required size and also I was been told that product can be exchanged only for size and defect as per policy but I can’t order different product Also customer care executive told me to get refund back (but I have availed Rs1000 coupons and 25% discount on purchase of more than 3 product), hence the refund amount coming is excluding that coupons which as per me is not fare on my account (as cost of 4 t-shirts was approx. Rs2000, I availed coupons of Rs 1000 and 25% discount on purchase of 3 or more hence per T-shirt cost me around Rs200. And hence you people are refunding me only approxRs400) I request you to allow me to change my order as proper size is not available at your end Regards Anshul

              Order ID OD[protected] The product stopped working after one month. After calling flipkart they gave me address of service center in banglore as im from kochi they asked me to courier it to Anandit Infotech India Pvt Ltd No-06, 3rd Floor, 2nd Cross, Sadar Patrappa Road, BANGALORE - 560 002, Karnataka. INDIA Mobile No : +[protected] i was not sure about sending the product because i had no guarantee if they would send me back and repair it. After contacting flipkart about my concern one of flipkart representatives Sneha called me and said i should send the product as they are reputed company i will have no issues. After being assured by flipkart i made up my and sent the product to banglore on 11 March via Dtdc Docket number : R13125998 its been one month and there is no response from service center about my product even after calling them many time. I believed flipkart and sent my product and now i have been cheated. I have the proof of address of the delivered product.

                never seen such a disgusting customer service for order no
                OD[protected]. called 1 week back to tell them the moto g 16gb that i
                ordered was defective and the customer care executive confirmed me the
                pick up to be done on 14th april. now on 13th night, when i called them
                to reconfirm...i get to know that they have no information...n dey say
                it wld now take 3 business days to get the reverse pick up and a new
                phone arranged... NEVER BUY FROM FLIPKART... MOST DUSGUSTING SITE
                EVER...

                need a pick up on 14th april only...

                  Here my invoice no: OD[protected]... All, I got samsung tab 3 mobile through from your online shopping. But I am not satisfied which you delivered the product. Mobile was continuously hanging on when I connect with WIFI... that will happening very frequently even I tried restarting the mobile same problem occured and that was found first day itself. CS Response: Here my complaint no:[protected]. they are telling like within 24 hrs u get a call from respective team. But I didn't get any call from your side. Even 2 times I informed about this problem in the customer care. This is the first time I bought through ur shopping. I was so disappointed which I get my product. I am referring my friends anything need buy go with flipkart. But, This kind of problem am facing...how should I get proper satisfaction from ur side.                     sir, I ordered the wildcraft spring 18 L small backpack(red) from www.flipkart.com after delivery I cheacked so I get know to that bag was to small so I return the product on 3/04/14 after that I am calling at flipkart to return money via e-gift voucher. everytime they are saying you will recive money in next 24 hrs. from 7-8 days with pin on my mail [protected]@outlook.com but i didnt get any voucher or pin because they are not sending. its my request for refund of my money.

                      I availed a scheme on MotoG (16GB) from Flipkart which offered Rs 2000 discount in exchange on an old working phone (the list of phones was provided by Flipkart) I looked through the rules and FAQ section in which it was clearly mentioned that the customer has to pay the entire money while availing the offer and on delivery of the product, a credit note of Rs2000 will be given with the parcel. I didn't receive any credit note during the delivery of the phone though I handed over my old phone and was instead informed by the delivery man that I would be receiving an e-voucher soon after. I called up at the customer care a day after I received the phone to inquire about the e-voucher (which I didn't receive even after 24 hours) to which they at first completely refused to acknowledge the offer. Thereafter much argument, the customer care representative (Afroz Pasha) confirmed the offer but denied that there was any mention of credit note on the site. I searched online and have been able to find the link (see below) in which clearly states that a credit note will be generated after the payment and delivery is successful.                         I have purchased a Data card from flipkart.com Order id OD[protected], and received the product 07.04/2014 and it is not working from the day one when i called customer care the response is that seller not willing to take it back we are help less, and saying that we are just agent between seller and consumer if any thing problem talk to seller and resolve the issue if the flipkart role is that then they have to mention in their homepage saying that we are online agents only so my next move is to go to consumer court because as per their return policy if the product is not functioning as per the specification they have to replace it

                            Dear Team, As I have purchased MotoG from Flipkart on FEB14, 2014. Next couple of days I have done the KitKat update. Then the phone gives problems. Problem 1 : The camera gives "camera error" frequently. Then I approached Motorola care about this issue. They confirmed that issue on Software bug. Can not be recified on my device. They instructed me to get the replacement device from Flipkart. But flipkart team routed me to boot the device at safe mode. Now the camera error resolved but there are following 2 errors are popping on my deveice. Problem 2: When I press a key on my device the screen automatically get zoomed and resumed for some time. If I want to make any urgent calls also getting more irritated. Then I need to reboot the device to get it resolved. Problem 3: There are applications names are displaying in a undefined text. For this also I need to reboot the device. Totally I reboot my device atleast four times a day. I raised complaint through mail to [protected]@flipkart.com lot of times.                               I have not received benefit of the discount offer that was given exclusively to me. For not purchasing anything for more than 6 months, flipkart has given me an offer to get 100 Rs off on any computer accessory or storage item that I can order from ws retail and the minimum purchase amount should be 1000 Rs. 1. Offer valid from 2nd April - 16 April on single transaction, please find attached pdf of flipkart offer sent to me. 2. I raised a complaint that discount is not getting applied to my shopping cart automatically. Incident Number[protected] on 5th April. 3. Technical support team at flipkart called me on 8th of April at 11:08 am and they were confused with "next order" meaning, according to the team they told me next order means next to next order, purchase anything today without discount and get 100 Rs off on next order. I tried to explain them next order means I have not ordered anything from flipkart for more than 6 months and by next order means the current order which I am going to do now. But they did not agree on point, and I thought of giving them a chance and trusted their word. 4. I purchased a product just after finishing the call with flipkart, order id for that OD[protected] on 8th April at 11:38 am, without discount. 5. And today is the day 10th April 2014 when OD[protected] is successfully completed and according to the Flipkart Technical team I should get 100 Rs off offer applied to my shopping cart automatically, and today I am trying to purchase storage device which is more than 1000 Rs and seller is ws retail, please find the screen shot of the cart. No discount is getting applied on this. That means I was correct when I was explaining things to the flipkart team and they were not agreeing upon it. I should have received 100 Rs off as per the offer mail sent to me on my previous order which was OD[protected]. Now you should give me this 100 Rs cash back, or compensate in some way. You can issue a DD on my name to my registered primary shipping address.                               Customer say's the details in the web site is given as computer accessory or storage the offer is available so he placed an order for Mobile accessory Mem card as the product also come's under storage, So he want's the 100 off on this product, Informed customer we have given as computer accessory or storage with can be claimed only for that and not the mobile accessory, Hence informed him we will closing the case customer agreed.

The product I received was in damaged condition ( Sole-late was scratched) . On informing flipkart.com I was sent another unit with similar defect .                                     i ordered a watch and it had a manufacturing defect then since then they haven't exchanged or refunded my money they even have taken the defected piece and now i am asking for a refund so they are just asking for more and more time .                                     One of flipkart's representative gave me wrong information about their policy and now again they are not giving me my refund.
                                    this is very wrong on their part and strict action must be taken against the representative.
                                    on asking for a refund i was told that i should wait for the replacement and see if it is up to the mark and again it wasn't
                                    so i again called to get a refund but i was told that they have a policy if they give a replacement they don't refund then
                                    so completely against the representatives word
                                    they told me that i can't get a refund now
                                    also one of them hung my call and eventually cut it without completing the talk.
                                    so please take serious action against the company in the favour of online shoppers.

                                    As per the complain raised the replacement is been processed to customer, Hence closing the case
                                    One of flipkart's representative gave me wrong information about their policy and now again they are not giving me my refund.
                                    this is very wrong on their part and strict action must be taken against the representative.
                                    Closing the case as the product has been picked up from customer and the amount has been transferred to wallet.

                                      I have purchased RED Moto X and when the product was delivered it was no where near Red. The product is PINK in color and when I called and asked for a change in product color (I requested for BLACK instead of RED) the customer care was very specific that they wont do that. I am very much disappointed with services provided. Showing one color and giving some other color and claiming it to be the display color is actually cheating. It doesn't suit flipkart being a completely customer driven company. The kind of complacency from the customer service executives is totally intolerable

                                      Check the photos. The user has clearly mentioned that its pink or rasperry.its no where mentioned its red. And this is the color which is shown as red in Flip kart Website.
                                      And I didn't have any kind of response from flipkart even after 24hrs of complaint registration
                                      Customer say's that he want's to exchange the product with black colour, Informed customer as per the policy we don't have a exchange for the mobile asked customer whether this case can be closed customer agreed.

                                        Dear we was purchase 6 month before karboon A50 mobile may be 3200 for our Flipkart services. 31 day replacement warranty. 1 year manufacturing warranty & 6 month in box accessary . but some issue in my mobile automatically switch off & on . i was going in vashi gallary with bill and also flipkart bill but they people not accepting my complient. they people told me we are not accepting mobile without cover box . i have not mobile box . but i have bill and flipkart bill also so please suggest me what i do for this issue

                                        I have bought a asus zenfone 5 phone from Flipkart. but the handset i got has so many problems in it. Very first day the phone is getting hanged &amp; i have to reboot the phone so many times. It has heating issue &amp; network problem also. Flipkart is making so many promises for this phone but the the brand is not worth to sale.
