i have order toshiba pen drive of rs 300 and index headset of 125rs so my total bill was 425rs and above 300rs order shipping is free for 30rs but i only received pen drive and i checked my other order so they said they have problem in your order from their waherehouse and you have to place fresh order and they will pay wallet of 30rs shipping. but now you have to pay 125rs + 30rs for shiping.

wallet is just for online voucher.

i said them i don't want any wallet and they can not delived proper order so i want my 300rs but they did not respond after that.

below i have mentioned my complete detail but they are cheater and not delivering my product

I was order a Headphone through the website Letsbuy.com on 19th Aug 2011. My Order number was LSB-315311. The headphone is not shipped to me yet and status of it is still showing ready to ship from last 6 days. I have already raise a complaint through their Customer care and their complaint Email id. I had ordered a nokia battery Bl4c but it did not delivered.The order was cash on delivery and I got message in my cell that the product will be delivered within the specific date. I paid Rs 2700/- and Flipkart made me wait for 1 month to send such a non nonsensical mail. And they have now mailed a blatant lie that the product is OUT OF STOCK. I don&#039;t understand whom they are trying to fool. The same product is available currently for Rs 3599. Sending the screenshot of the order which I checked today.

I never expected such kind of service from Flipkart. This kind of cheap strategy by lying to the customer is unacceptable in all levels.

I want the shoe as soon as possible because I have paid for it.
Flipkart has promised a replacement. I guess the problem is solved, thanks to Flipkart.

Bought one product from flipkart (order no-OD[protected] and according them product should reach me with a maximum date by 20th Dec 2014. But bluedart (consignment number-[protected]) made a delay and ultimately I need to cancel the product as its not delivered within the maximum delivery date as promised by bluedart also. I am really worried with the service as the product stuck at barrackpore location which is hardly 7 Km from my home address. This is indeed a very poor service. Need justification why the product is not sent and how can I get the assurance that in future it will not happen?
My order no is OD[protected]. I received only one part from order. Rest three parts got cancelled. I got this message in morning &quot;Hi!     I purchased a samsung laptop (Model np300v5a-s0cin) from flipkart.com on 7th of february against order number od[protected] for an amount of rs. 39990/-. The laptop was shipped promptly by them using some company named ekart logistics against tracking id dx24795696 and the package was delivered on 9th of february at 7:00 pm and my wife had received the package.

    Upon reaching home at 9:45 pm of 9th feb, i felt that the package is fairly light and upon opening the package, i found that there is no laptop inside the package. There was a samsung box inside a flipkart carton, and the samsung box was having the packing materials, a disk and some user manuals, a small brown box and an invoice from flipkart, however, there was no laptop or the charger for the laptop inside that box.

    I immediately called flipkart customer support at their customer support number[protected] and lodged a complaint against a reference number[protected]. I was promised a callback within 24 to 48 hours. I kept on chasing it up again and again and on 11th feb, i received a call from some escalation department of flipkart telling me that they are still investigating and need more time to fix this up. They promised a call within next 24 to 48 hours. There on again, i kept on chasing this up with them time and again, but to no avail. They kept on promising of times when they would call, however no body called. Yesterday i was promised of a call by 1 pm, however, again nobody called. I called them back at 1:10 pm and upon a lot on efforts, spoke to shankar from escalation team, who promised me a resolution by 7 pm. Shankar called me at around 5:30 pm and told me that the courier company has confirmed that the laptop was delivered.

    I told him that the courier company delivered the package, however to no avail. They did not listen to me at all. This seems like i have been cheated. That too at hands of such a reputed online sales portal. I cant run around to consumer courts and wait years for having this issue resolved, however, the amount in question i.E. Rs. 39990/- is not that trivial that i would be able to leave this and live with a light head here on. I have made purchases from various online stores in past, have received duplicate products, broken/damaged products or lost shipments and these concerns were addressed pretty promptly by the respective companies. However, this incident has left me shattered to an extent that i would never be able to trust an online retail store to place an order.

    It seems like, flipkart, like most other systems that we have seen, is good only till the time everything goes as expected, however, should there be a need to redress the issues, there is nothing that they would do to set things right. I went to the extent of writing a message to sandeep bansal (Md of flipkart.com) and received no response from him either.

    I understand that this might be a small case that has come forward to this forum, however, means a lot to me as this amount in question is something that i have worked very hard to earn. I would appreciate any assistance that i would receive via this forum.

    All Electronics (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops, Personal & Health Care Products) are covered by free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

    This is what is written on Flipkart.com. Aren't you allowed to claim theft under their free insurance.

    I deeply regret your inconvenience. Hope they help you out soon as this is a real set back / eye opener to all people blindly trusting these online shopping companies.

    Please approach an advocate... this Guys won't help, its very sure. Moreover the E kart Logistic is belongs to Flipkart itself and they are fraud and they don't know how to behave with the customer.. I trust you Please lodge the complaint, also check with CS who was the Field agent to delivered the Shipment.. if require lodge complaint to the nearest Police station... in the name of Ekart Logistics.

    This Ekart logistics people are simply third rated human beings, they even dont know how to talk to people.
    I ordered a few CD's and DVD's from flipkart, this ekart people even after coming into my office premises, are not willing to come to come to my office floor to deliver the goods and giving a impression that by buying goods from flipkart we are simply becoming slaves of flipkart.
    The words used by the courier boys of ekart are very filthy and which simply reveals that they are mannerless and illiterate.
    Shame on flipkart.
    This is in reference to my Order no: OD[protected] dtd. 06.04.13 [Q&Q Analog Watch - For Women (Pink) ] and tracking id no: BP06360635. The consignment against the above materials has not been delivered till 12.04.13.

    However, surprisingly Flipkart is showing delivery of the consignment on 11.04.13 in their website and vide their delivery confirmation e-mail. In this regard, complaint has been given to Flipkart customer care on 11.04.13 as well as 12.04.13 and yet to receive a reply.

    Can anybody please provide me any contact details of E-kart Logistics such that I can arrange to collect the consignment from them on my own.

    I have ordered a cell phone using cash on delivery. When I called to flipcart helpline no to trace the order, they have no clue about my order status. It seems E-kart logistic is nothing but a worst delivery service own by flipcart and don't have any office. I heard a lot about flipcart but this is very strange that this E-Kart does not have any office from where a customer can collect my product (if to be required). Shame on flipcart delivery service..

    I am damn sure if this continue, that day is not far away when this online store/site will be worst store or site.
    I had worst experience on shopping from flipkart . Even after 10 days order OD[protected] was not delivered to me . I called up Customer Care repeatedly to know where shipment is . Every time answer was same 'we dont have idea, wait for 24 hours we would update you' and lastly today I recieved call flipkart people are not able to track (sounds funny) where order is hence they are cancelling order (Really bad and pathetic ) I dont have words to describe about flipkart and ekart logistics I would never ever shop from flipkart site and would never recommed anyone to shop from flipkart.
    I bought one HP Omni desktop 120-2111 by order Id : OD [protected] from Flipkart on 31st Oct 2012. Product was received in good condition and working fine till May 2013. In the m/o May 2013 I was facing problem with the dongle of cordless key board and mouse, I contacted HP for warranty replacement of my faulty dongle, at that time I came to know from HP (thru mail) that warranty for my PC is only for 1 year and not for 3 year which was confirmed by Flipkart at the time of sale to me. I forwarded that mail to Flipkart and asked for the clarification, flipkart again claimed (thru mail) that warranty is for 3 years.



    This dispute is pending since last 3- 4 months, now few days back I start getting calls from WS Retail (channel partner of Flipkart) for warranty issue. One Mr. Anurag of WS Retail advised me to use the PC with one year warranty, when I asked him, why they are writing 3 years warranty on website, he said these are all marketing fundas to sell the product. Actually the warranty is for 1 year only, when I inquired about the mail which I got from flipkart which is stating 3 years warranty, he said flipkart is just a platform to sell the product, and we are the actual seller of this product. He also advised me to not to bother flipkart by writing unnecessary mails on this issue as nobody will entertain you. I told him that I am not going to spare WS/Flipkart on this issue and will file a case in consumer court, he said I am free to go anywhere and plenty of cases are pending in consumer court on their name, their lawyers are capable enough to handle thousands of more cases like this.



    Customer support executive of Flipkart always listen my story and promise for callback from their seniors but nobody is responding neither on mails nor on phone.



    I am feel like cheated. Companies like WS Retail and Flipkart are looting people openly.



    Flipkart is selling goods by



    1. Misleading advertisements and false representation.

    2. Cheating by giving false promises.

    3. Deficiency in after sale service or not abiding by warranty clause.

    4. Harrasing customers thru channel partners.



    How we can stop this??? kindly advice how can I get the warranty support or else I need my money back which I have paid for this pc i.e. Rs. 31743/-
    being a media person i can suggest a way out contact a TV channel with copy of complaints and other valid documents you have and try to run the story on some channel, any genuine journalist or a good reporter will surely follow your story.if nothing happens approach some human rights organisation on "being cheated basis" surely they will kick their cheater . i had a bad experience with snapdeal when they sent me a defective electronic telescope, i fought several times with them to get my money back, it took me around 30 days to get my money refunded, don't loose hope and fight for your money.
    I am lawyer. I have had similar terrible experience with them. And am suing them to make them realize there mistake. [protected]@live.ca write me if you wanna join for class actions for legal remedy of cheating defrauding and for compensation. This suit shall also set path right for all website shops to have standard procedures of committing to there commitment and in case of refund/cancellation.
    I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 through Flipkart on 10-Sep-2013 (Order OD[protected]) due to 15% Cash Back offer (offer details are given below). The Cash back was supposed to credit in my account by 05-Dec-2013 but as on 20-Jan-2014 the cash back is not credited and Flipkart customer care literally doesn't care.     on 20th Feburary 2014 i ordered a Moto G mobile from flipkart with order ID : OD[protected] and they delivered me on 2 March 2014 from there ekart logistics with Tracking ID: WSRC[protected] and on the day of delivery there delivery boy called me and said that i have to come 0.5km away from my place to get the delivery when i said that i am not able to come as i am not there and you move to my place some one will receive the order then immediately he cuts the phone call and makes his phone switch off.

    and when i complaint this to Flipkart they hardly bother about the incident and said they will deliver next day and when i force them they register a complaint and simply said that they will send some other guy today for the delivery but nothing can happen in this case.

    so, i request all of you to stop buying any thing from Flipkart and also said this to all your known ones .

    I ordered and item from flipkart and my order id is od[protected]. When i track my order it says product is out to deliver through ekart logistics. And yesterday they updated the status saying "could nit deliver because of no response ". This is too bad from flipkart and ekart even. These service is horrible. No one from either flipkart or ekart called me yesterday and they updated saying no response.

    How come they update the status like this without even calling??? I want to escalate this issue to higher officials but unfortunately i could not find any contact no for ekart logistics and when i checked with flipkart they say they cannot provide the contact details of ekart.

    i've been dealing with flipkart for a while now and all was smooth. I decided to buy a Canon EOS camera through them, since it was being offered at a 40% discount. When i got the package, i saw that the import date was Oct 2012. I immediately called them and intimated them about the same. I asked them to either refund the money or send me a newer piece. I was ok even if they retained the money, so i could buy something else from their site. The first customer care executive assured me that he would see if they could deliver a later model and if not possible, he'll put the money in my wallet for me to make some other purchase. Immediately the next day, i receive another mail intimating that the replacement had been shipped. I was expecting a newer model, but to my dismay i again got a model imported in Oct 2012. When i called them again, they didn't call back for 3 days. Upon calling them again, the next day i got a call from their support. The person intimated me that canon has stopped manufacturing this in 2012 and this is what i'll get even if i go to the market. I was a bit surprised and asked him if he was sure and he was very confident. I told him that this information should clearly be indicated on their website then. Nobody wants to buy an old product after paying money. I again asked him to take the product back and put the the money in my flipkart wallet, to which he refused. I told him i intend to take the case to the consumer court and that i want a mail from him in writing. I'm waiting for that mail, pending which i intend to go to the consumer court and sort out this case which is clearly cheating, since nothing about the import date is mentioned. AGain the dealer here is WS Retail. I am very disappointed with this experience from flipkart.

    so be careful buyers when you buy stuff from WS Retail. You might be getting an old product, which you never wanted in the first place.

    I ordered an Item from Flipkart and my order id is OD[protected].When I track my order it says product is out to deliver through ekart logistics. And I have received the SMS on my mobile mentioning "shipment delivered" when i called up MR Manjunath from flipkart, they told it is by mistake they updated the status and by 7 PM it will be delivered, No surprises!!! it was not delivered, again when contacted, their saying is the courier co., ekart update was "COULD NOT DELIVER BECAUSE OF NO RESPONSE ". This is from flipkart and ekart.These service is horrible.No one either from flipkart or ekart called me and they updated saying no response.

    They sent SMS "Shipment delivered and How come they update the status like " No response" this without even calling???I wanted to escalate this issue to higher officials but that suprevisor was already on other escalated call which did not end even after 30 mins, this is all a cock and bull story from flipkart. unfortunately I could not find any contact no. for ekart logistics and when I checked with flipkart they say they cannot provide the contact details of ekart.

    This seems to be fraud. Lucky for me " I had ordered it CASH ON DELIVERY.

    If you get a faulty product, they definitely replace it for you if it is within replacement guarantee period, and that's too at the right time.

    I have faced similar experiences of the original poster. Flipkart shipped me a wrong product. Instead of a laptop, I was shipped with a toy. Order ID#OD[protected]. It is been 10 days and endless follow ups and I have not seen the light at the end of the tunnel. They sent their representatives to physically take a look at what was delivered and took photographs. But, no updates from their end and when I call their customer service I get a lame apology but no useful information. There is absolutely no escalation matrix. No supervisor to talk to other than the customer service personnel. I am now exploring other options to get my issue resolved.

    This is not worth the pain. Am very disappointed.
    I am from chennai and i could see my order OD[protected] is in transit to Padi hub, is there a way i could contact them and collect it for faster process. I cant wait to get my hands on my graphic card smile emoticon...
    It is the fact that flipcart provides the great deals. But their courier service, especially ekart is the worst, i have ever experienced. Whatever this courier service is full of faults. Let me give some examples:
    1)the time that is taken by it, is really irritating.
    Ekart is taking about 3-4 days to deliver products from kolkata to burdwan (distance-92 kms).Whereas any other co. Like, “bluedart”,
    “feedex” take 1 day only.
    2)the updates are also given by a span of about 24 hrs.!!!
    3)if you have to replace or, refund your product, you are going to experience the worst, i make you sure.
    4)and what's more it has no self contact no. And you have to get touch with them, you have to do this via flipkart!!! and that is of no use...

    I have ordered InFocus M680 on 8th June, 2016. I am not satisfied with the product quality. InFocus M680 having 13MP Rear & front camera. But the quality of images is not even of 5MP, I am not happy with the product quality.

    Spending 8999/- on InFocus M680 is not a good deal. There are many more good options in the same range I would like to prefer Redmi Note 3 by spending 3000/- more rather of wasting 8999/- on InFocus M680.

      I had booked an order for BPL SL 1300 SOLAR LIGHT BLACK AT 31/1/13 online through

      flipcart.com through OD[protected] by NET BANKING. When I did not get the article I sent many

      complaint to Flipkart. I was given the assurance that the item would be delivered to me

      and a second and third Courier Company TRACKING id was given to me. When I again did not get the item

      delivered to me, I again made online complaint to flipkart, when I was given the

      reassurance that the item would be definitely delivered to me by 31/01/2013. Till date,

      12/02/2013, I have neither received my item nor a refund of my payment. I believe I have

      made a grave mistake by shopping online on flipkart and making online payment. I have all

      written proof of my correspondence with flipcart through e-mail. It is my sincere advice

      to all customers that they should not do online shopping through flipkart as they are

      neither punctual nor honest. At any cost, dont ever make advance payment to them. I have

      totally lost faith on online shopping portals such as Flipkart.com.

        I Ravinder Grover got a gifted product from flipkart on 04th Feb.,2013. Order ID is BX24597665. The Product is MP3 Player of Zebronics Stem + Transcend 4 GB memory card MP3 Player (Blue). The Voice Quality of the Product is very poor. Now i want to change the same product with higher one, means i am ready to buy a new MP3 Player from Flipkart, but customer executive is not helping me in this matter. They said we can only replace with same one. I don't want to get my money back i just want that Flipkart just provide me a Flipkart coupon for the same amount for which i purchase the product.             Police complaint filed against Flipkart for cheating customers.

            I received the parcel at 12 days ago. The box was open at both ends. I refused to take delivery but the delivery person Mr. Deepak was very rude and insisted that I take delivery, as he had come to my house earlier to make delivery and I was not at home. He was very rude and abusive.

            I took photographs of the opened package in front of him. I also took photos of him and his motor cycle, as I expected a problem and I paid him cash Rs 9400.

            I entered my house and opened the parcel. I found inside the parcel a used HTC phone in a very poor condition. I have attached a photo of the phone in the parcel.

            I called the Flipkart customer service number[protected].

            I spoke with a woman named Pooja. She took my complaint and gave me a reference number #[protected].

            This is the first time I am purchasing anything from Flipkart. I am shocked and extremely disappointed in every aspect:

            1. Rude delivery person.

            2. He did not even call me when he was attempting delivery. he did not call me today either. I think the reason he did not call was to ensure that I did not have his mobile number.

            3. Improper shipment. I can understand if a wrong brand new mobile had been shipped. that mistake can be attributed to an error in shipping dept. But to ship a used phone with all accessories missing is a serious problem.

            4. I have paid cash Rs 9400 for this shipment. I had expect this issue to be resolved in 24 hours and my cash returned. i was not going to wait for 10 days or 2 weeks, ship the parcel to some address and then get a cheque etc etc. I paid cash, I want cash. I expected the parcel to be picked up from my home and cash delivered. It is now over 10 days and this issue has not yet been resolved.

            Please call me at any time ( 24 hours ) to resolve this issue.

            Flipkart has not picked up the defective item or made a refund to me till today. It has been 12 days !

            I post my complaint on Facebook on the Flipkart page every day. Every day I receive a call from Flipkart consumer service and they apologize profusely and the person promises that the package will be picked up that very day and I will receive the f=refund on that very day. This drama has been going on for now 2 weeks. No one has picked up the parcel and I have not received the refund of the Rs 9400 cash that i paid on the COD delivery.

              I ordered a Samsung laptop on Flipkart on 8th January,2013. When I ordered it the flipkart website said there is an additional one year warranty with it. The invoice they sent me also has that mentioned. But when I registered my product on the samsung website it did not give me the additional warranty. It said the offer was valid till 30th November, 2012.

              When I got back to Flipkart they said theey has mentioned it in thee website somewhere. My point is that if the additional warranty was not there then why did they show it in their special offer section and also in the invoice. This is misguiding the customer and not accepting ones mistake of not updating the website on time.

              Please find attached the scanned copy of the invoice from Flipkart itself, which clearly states there is an addional warranty available.

                i have purchased a 2tb seagate internal hard drive from flipkart.com through online. but after reciept of the product and installing it to my system it did not function and was not detecting the hard drive in the bios which i reported to the customer care of flipkart. but without actually physically inspecting the hard drive they said they cant take it back and inspect and repair and send it. as before purchase i consulted the customer care regarding warranty cover they assured me it covers 2 years warranty after sales and they will take care if something goes wrong in future. after reporting through mail there is still no response till date. i purchased the product by paying rs. 6175 and they r not repairing it as they assure in the advertisement. my order id is OD[protected] dated 06 jan 2013 invoice number-MUM[protected]. please do the needfull

                    I had ordered a Small sized V- Neck Sweater from Flipkart by Order number OD[protected]. Which I had received on 31/12/2012. Since, It did not fit me I had requested for the exchange with the medium size. But, from Flipkart's end again Small size was sent. Which I noticed online through tracking history, I informed this to the customer care and I was told it was mistakenly sent. Now, They will get my product (Small sized sweater) picked up first and credit the balance amount to virtual wallet then I have to order again the medium size ( So much of inconvenience in getting a sweater exchanged). I have been calling the customer care daily and following for the pickup since 01/01/2013. I was promised that it will be picked up in the next 24 to 48 hours but that hasn't happened so far.To my dismay there was no communication from Flipkart till 09/01/2013. Rather, I have to call again and again to follow for pickup.On 07/01/13 I requested for escalation but i was denied that the lines to higher executives were busy. I again tried escalate my issue on 08/01/13 and I was connected to Mr. Venkatesh who promised me that by 5 pm on the same day pickup will be done. I then received a call on 09/01/2013 by a lady who apologized on behalf of Flipkart and promised me that by 5 pm of 09/01/2013 the pickup will be done anyhow. She said that this time there was a do or die kind of situation for them. But, still my product hasn't been picked up till now. I now no more want to order anything again from Flipkart rather I want to claim a cash refund or a refund into my account. I have been fed up of the pathetic customer service. I would never expect to take so much pain to just buy a sweater.

                      I bought wrist watch of Maxima company from Flipkart.com, but due to some problem in it, i revert back for replacement to Flipkart.com, they replaced it, but again in replacement product also same problem arised, so discussed with Flipkart customer support, They told that amount will get credited as wallet balance, i called so many times everytime they respond to credit it in next 48-72 hours, but i have been waiting from last 5 months, still not happened.
                      Even they debited wallet balance from my wallet balance, i enquired about this also, but same response came "Query will solved in next 48-72 hours"

                        I have purchased an item(GOD OF WAR : CHAINS OF OLYMPUS(psp CD)). the platform of this order is PSP, but i have ps2. so i confirmed from the customer care of flipkart.com Mobile no. of flipkart from where i confirmed is [protected] and they said that this cd will perform in your ps2. so i placed this order but when i got the item then i found that this cd does not support with my ps2. this cdf support only psp only. so i called on the customer care no. for replacement so they said that we can't replace because it is clearly defined on our website that the platform of cd is PSP so i told him that i have confirmed from your customer care so they said then you must order this item from the customer care directly not from online. so just because of wrong information from customer care i got wrong item instead of correct item. so please help me out.

                          I HAD ORDERED WITH OD[protected] FOR A MOBILE MICROMAX A50 ON 23 DEC 2012 , AFTER COMPLETION MY ORDER ALSO GOT TELEPHONIC APPROVAL FROM FLIPKART WITH DELIVERY DATE 30 DEC2012 ,MEANWILE I HAD MAIL CONVERSATIONS THROUGH FLIPKART ABOUT THE DELAY IN PRODUCT BUT THEY ASSURED ME FOR THE DELIVERY IN TIME AND THEN I SOLD OUT MY 3G DONGLE WHICH WOULD BE OF NO USE IF I WOULD HAVE GOT THE 3G (Same) PHONE. BUT TWO DAYS BEFORE THE EXPECTED DELIVERY FLIPKART ABRUPTLY CANCELLED THE ORDER AND AFTER LONG MAILING THEY PRETENDED FOR PRICING ERROR. I STILL CO-OPERATED THEN WITH ADDITIONAL 1000 RUPEES COZ I WERE IN DAMM NEED OF THE PRODUCT THEN, BUT THEY WERE NOT READY TO BEAR EVEN A PENNY FOR THAT BUT TO SAY SORRY.....
                          NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR THE PRICE EVEN HIGHER THAN LOCAL MARKET.....A CLEAR CASE OF FORGERY.....
                          HELP ME GETTING THE PRODUCT OR I WOULD HAVE TO MOVE FOR CONSUMER COURT COZ I WERE CHEATED BY THEM AND I WERE THE ONLY WHO IS GOING TO BEAR THE INCURED LOSS FOR BUYING A NEW 3G DONGLE AGAIN....

                            I had ordered a imported edition of a book from flipkart on 13th Dec 2012 priced around 2000 rupees.It was to be recieved on 22 Dec.I didnt receive it even on 29th and they told me to cancel & place a fresh order.When i was unwilling they said they would cancel it themselves & then they told me to place a fresh order!!

                              i had purchase micromax canvas 2 A110 pries 10399/- from flipkart.com my order no is OD[protected]. i found some display fluctuation problems in my hand set after registering complaint to flip kart the suggest me to reset factory settings ,even after that i faced same problem.then flipkart decide to take bake mobile and refund my payment. then i have return my mobile on 15/12/12 to flipkart and they told me 4 to 5 working days payment will be refund to your account.but still i am waiting for refund.
                              and whenever i call to flipkart they always tell me that with in 4 to 5 days we will refund your money.

                                I purchased a laptop from flipkart on 14 Nov 2012 and there was a offer on hp laptops that if you buy a laptop before 18 Nov 2012 we will get a Nikon coll pix Camera free and flipkart gave me a a invoice dating 20 nov 2012 and because of which i lost out on my offer and now they are not solving my problem and not transferring my calls to their senior officials its been over a month that i am struggling and lost out on a camera worth Rs.10000 its really getting frustrating and i am not satisfied with flipkasts service though they claim to be the biggest online store in india.

                                  Purchased one Micromax Superfone Ninja A50 (Order No : OD[protected]) on 22-Dec-12 and its Expected Delivery date is 31-Dec-12, on 27-Dec-12 order is cancelled and upon contacting customer care told that item is not available with them.

                                  On same date it was available online at flipkart.

                                  As order is cancelled by flipkart re-order can also done by flipkart.

                                  Placed an order for 675/- for 3 items. Did not get an item and status shows cancelled after 8 days.

                                  -There was clearly a mistake on your side about the product sale. You put the item as available even if you dint have stock.
                                  -I was not informed about order cancellation
                                  -The order said delivery in 8 days, a wait for 8 days tells me the order is cancelled
                                  -I ask for an option or alternative i dont get it. There was a book with the same title available for 200. I told I would pay the extra amount but Flipkart cant help the situation
                                  -And I get a wonderful suggestion that if i place an order for 500 I get free delivery.
                                  -Was the suggestion just a way to get more orders? Was that a suggestion customer executive gives?

                                  I am definitely not your greatest customers, but there should be flexibility. You say you deliver smiles but it failed.

                                  I am a regular customer of flipkart.com and like this site very much because of the convenient shopping experience. But in recent time I had an experience with Flipkart.com which is against its reputation in market.

                                  I ordered online 3 dell external HDD 1 TB on 10th june 2013 (at a discounted price) and paid through my credit card. The txn was successfully done and I got the confirmation email and sms from flipkart as well.

                                  But today when I logged in to check the updated status I found that order has been cancelled. When I talked to the customer care no one could solve my problem, different customer executive came with different opinion. One told that it is out of stock so system cancelled the order, another one told that I myself cancelled the order, and they were making stories like there is a bank txn problem. Either of these is not true. 11, 710 was deducted from my account and bank confirmed the txn.

                                  I called them at least for five times but no one could give me a satisfactory answer. In this circumstance, I really need to know why it happened and need my hard drives at earliest to continue the ongoing relationship with Flipkart India

                                      I had booked an order for Natraj Comfy Cradle for Rs. 1240/- on 16/11/2012 online through

                                      flipcart.com through OD[protected] by debit card. When I did not get the article I sent a

                                      complaint to Flipkart. I was given the assurance that the item would be delivered to me

                                      and a second order id OD[protected] was given to me. When I again did not get the item

                                      delivered to me, I again made online complaint to flipkart, when I was given the

                                      reassurance that the item would be definitely delivered to me by 17/12/2012. Till date,

                                      23/12/2012, I have neither received my item nor a refund of my payment. I believe I have

                                      made a grave mistake by shopping online on flipkart and making online payment. I have all

                                      written proof of my correspondence with flipcart through e-mail. It is my sincere advice

                                      to all customers that they should not do online shopping through flipkart as they are

                                      neither punctual nor honest. At any cost, dont ever make advance payment to them. I have

                                      totally lost faith on online shopping portals such as Flipkart.com.

                                        I have ordered an emergency light (Eveready HL-52 LED Emergency Light) from flipcart.com on Nov 9, 2012. I have not received the product till this date (Dec 22, 2012). I have contacted their customer-care 5 times in this period and requested for cancellation. But there was no good response. There was no mail communication or status update. Every time they says they initiated the request and within 48 hours you will get a confirmation mail. But it never happened. This is really an untrustworthy to a customer. I do not know what to do exactly to get the money back and how to deal with this situation.
