When i start the mobile phone this phone is work only one day and after show no sim in phone and i give to phone to micromax service center after 4 day they said that the phone is company techinecal mistak so that is phone will be not repairable then had said me that we have made a doa letter it mean this phone will be repalce by your seller where you had purchaes and given to new pack set to u
When i call to flipkart.Com the had makeing me fool form last 18 days and told that our team is working about your phone failer

      Hello Team, I have bought a new Micro max Turbo A250 last week and order id for the same is OD[protected]. There were several issues with the handset, biggest one was Battery, after charging mobile up to 100% battery it was automatically by one percent in one min without any use. Camera was not working properly, after restarting the mobile it work once and need to restart again. After request of replacement with the ticket id:[protected], handset get replaced today 5th Feb 2014 and facing all the same issues except camera. This replaced handset is not the new but a refurbished one. Some one else returned this and they sent me the same. Might be my handset will be delivered to someone else. After checking this replaced mobile I called them back and asked them to provide me any other brand handset and I will pay the rest money if it exceeds the cost of Micro max mobile. They directly refused and not handling the query. This micro max mobile is of no use as I need to keep charger always plugged in. Skype etc applications are also not working correctly(automatically getting sign out). Request you to help me or show me the right direction to file a case against Flipkart and/or Micromax.             I purchased one HP Laptop from Flipkart, which was delivered on 21st December 2013, while connected to power and installing software battery drained which never charged again. Same day return requested was registered with Flipkart which they rejected and told me to contact HP customer care. After a lot of email communications and almost 25 days after delivery, HP finally declared laptop DOA (I suppose Defective on arrival). Again unlimited email requests are sent to Flipkart customer care but till 2nd Feb 2014 they ask for 3-4 business day to resolve problem in reply of every second email I send to them. So conclusion is that, one should not buy Laptop from Flipkart. If you wanted to be fooled go ahead as there are so many other web sites which will sell same products in less price than Flipkart.

              I have 10 vouches worth 1000 each and I want to buy food processor worth approx 8000. As per your site I cannot use more than 3 evouchers in one go. I have been chasing flipkart people on the email from last 20DAYS now and they are just not able to provide me any solution. Also now the latest is that all my 10 vouchers have been deactivated and I cannot use thematic all... Which means My 10000 Rs are locked with flipkart and they are not ready to help me with any solutions. If you need I have all the Chain mails as a proof which I have exchanged with flipkart.                 I have ordered the shoes from flipkart for my marriage. I have ordered the shoes by calling there executive so that I can confirm that I get the delivery on time. I have ordered the shoes on 18 January and his executive told me that I will get the delivery surely by 22 January. Now it is 24 January and still I have not got the shoes and they are telling that it will take two more days. I told them before ordering that I should get the product on or before 22 January as my marriage occasion starts from 25 January. But still there is no proper response from them as when I will get the delivery. They are making the wrong promises to the customers. If they can't deliver on time then they should not make the promise.

                  Received a product without invoice, when asked for invoice they took 3 weeks but did not arrange then told me that they'll make an arrangement for pick-up the phone and return the money. However it is been more than 3 weeks since I was told this and neither returned money nor made any arrangements to pickup. I only get SMS during every weekend. But no progress.

                    OD[protected] I ordered a laptop today afternoon and they cancelled my order by night around 9PM. Without my intimation they initiated a refund and when I contacted them they said I will get my money by between 5-7business days. I requested to give my money back right now so that I can order a laptop or send me another laptop with the same configuration. They are not listening to me and blocked my money and I cannot buy another laptop till I get my money in my account. This is a fault by Flipkart and they should consider my request. If ordered something then I should get that if not then I should get another product but they are not helping me at all.

                      i gave online order for a phone with tracking ID:-WSRC[protected] with a delivery date of 11 jan, 2014. At the time of delivery i wanted to pay the amount by my debit card, delivery boy swapped my card with an amount of 5095 and told to me that card is not working then i paid by cash amount of 5095. After some time i got a msg on my phone that my debit card is swapped by an amount of 5095. since the day i m continously calling to the delivery boy and his senior but they are not giving any response, even delivery boy and his senior is not picking my phone.I called to customer care they are saying that it will take 10 days, I dont know why r they saying like this, they got amount two times they are saying for 10 days, even they r not saying about refund money they are saying just we are checking and it will take 10 days. I also sent a mail to Flipkart heads but no response yet.                         I purchased a ipad mini with retina 32GB on 1st January and it was to be shipped on 7th January. But it wasn't, so i was contacting flipkart for past 3 days regarding the same and every time they asked me to wait for 24hours.I even requested their supervisor Mr.Vijay and Mr.Raheman and they also made me wait for a day.My order was approved by the seller and was packed and ready to be shipped for past 3 days. And on the day before delivery(10th January), the order status showed that it was RETURNED. Worst part is my order wasn't even shipped 10 minutes before and now it got shipped and returned by me. Now flipkart is providing a solution of re-ordering the product without the 10% cash-back that i was getting before and i'm sure after 10 days my order will be cancelled again and i'll be stuck in the infinite loop.                           I had ordered ana samsung micro sd card 8 gb while online shopping in flipkart on 30/12/12. And i got msg about order od[protected] on the same day. It was said that i will recieve the article by 7/1/13.But till date i didnt revieved it.Every time i got a messege that i will recieve it on 6th then on 7th and then on 8th january2014. But till date i am unable top get it recieved.

                          I have purchased RED MI on Big Billion Day and was confirmed my order to reach on11th oct. on 11th oct surprisingly online status showed to deliver my order on 15th. On 15th m again getting message to deliver my order on 18th and 19th so on.

                          Really enjoying services of flipkart.

                          Recommend not to use it.
                          I ordered MI4 from flipkart on 24th june 2015, last date for delivery as mentioned by flipkart was 2nd, July 2015. Even after 2 days of this issue, Flipkart has not responded properly in respect of this issue. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                            Case has faded colour and fitting not up to the mark.

                            Not expected from such a good brand.

                                I have ordered Sony Xperia M Scratchguard through Flipkart.com vide order No. OD[protected] and got wrong product delivered on 21.11.2013. I have contacted the customer care of online store and the dealer MNV Collection. Dealer agreed to replace the product if Flipkart arranges for collection of wrong product. But, my complaint remained unresolved and after regular follow ups of nearly 15 days, I requested for refund. I have received Email from Flipkart assuring me of refund by 28.12.2013. However, it is regretted that till date, I have not received any communication regarding refund of amount spent by me even after more than a month. Sony Xperia M phone purchased from the same online store which had been delivered on 23.11.2013 had to be used without scratch guard for 15 days due to the poor service by Flipkart. For the last more than one month, I have spent lot of money and time in communicating with the customer care cell of Flipkart and the dealer. Now, they should refund my money along with compensation.
                                Flipkart.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                                  This is bring into your notice that I brought Samsung Galaxy Grand on Flipkart.com and paid Rs18400.00 with my credit card on 10th Dec'13' assuming that the product will be delivered within 3days which is by 13th Dec.The product was not delivered by 13th Dec, then I called their customer service to tract the product and to find the phone number of their courier service however they did not gave me any contact number and advice me call back within 24 hr however I did not receive any call, I was very disappointed so I canceled my order on 16th Dec over the phone with an agent. Immediately I receive an email stating that I will receive a refund within 2-3 days and now it already 26th Dec. The strange part is that after 10 days of the cancellation of order, the courier man came to delivered the product on 26th Dec however I return the product and did not receive it, that means that Flipkart was not aware where my product was ?? as they promised the refund and sent product for the delivery.

                                  I have a doubt that I will get the refund of Rs 18400, So I want consumer forum to help me to get my money back as Flipkart has been giving me run around and their customer service is not reliable at all.

                                    I had placed the order with order id Order ID: OD[protected] and I havent got the right product. I had ordered Dell Vostro 3560 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8) and what I received today is Dell Vostro 3560 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Ubuntu).I got is Ubuntu instead of Windows 8. I received the replacement but again with the incorrect product. The FSN number on product is not same as on the bill. I have ordered this product on 9-Dec-2013 and today is 23-Dec-2013. Every time I call FLIPKART the deadline for receiving the call from customer support gets extended by 48 hours. I have no idea whats going on and even FLIPKART is not providing the resolution on time. There is no fault from my side.I cross checked the order 10 times before ordering it.The bill displays the correct product however I am not receiving it. I felt like cheated for 42000 rupees.

                                    Today is 11th day since I had placed the order with order id Order ID: OD[protected] and I havent got the right product.
                                    I had raised the complaint about the incorrect replacement that I got and I haven’t got any resolution.
                                    Its been more than 48 hours and there is no one from FLIPKART who could call me and get this done.
                                    Even DELL itself could have given me the laptop faster than FLIPKART.

                                    It’s been 10 bloody days since I had made the payment and FLIPKART had not given me the right product and on top of that they are not addressing the customer even after 40 hours of raising the complaint.

                                    The bill says that it should be Win 8 yet I got LINUX again.

                                    Utterly disappointed by this sloppy work.
                                    Already raised the complaint. Waiting for Flipkart to get back with the CORRECT product.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I was arranged for REFUND for my order OD[protected] (Return ID: 3590920). Then a customer care executive told me to do the Factory Reset. But I tried it 2 times. The Problems (Auto switch off, unable to play music, gets hanged, unable to receive a incoming call) were still not resolved. Then I again contacted Flipkart about the issue. But after few minutes the return request is DISAPPROVED. Then I again requested return, but it was not approved yet. I contacted Flipkart about 20 times (11 calls and 9 mails) about this issue. But still they haven't provided satisfaction. Order ID: OD[protected] Regards, Amlan Ranjan Dutta
                                      Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                      Today A Courier Executive came to my address and he picked up my defected phone. Within 1 hour I got my Refund. Thanks Flipkart.

                                        I ordered DOMO slate x3g se on 16th november and got on 18th november found it defective because of that i asked for replacement as flipkart is showing 10 days replacement warranty but they told that they are just dealers as thier suggestion only i sent it to service center on 26th november but still no response from that side also when i contacted them on 18th december they told the problem is in motherboard i dont know when they will send it back to me.. Flipkart people are giving false promises.. Suppliers reference number OD[protected].. INVOICE Number Flpkt/Nov/13-14/0086 Dated 16th november Please help me i already spent too much money on this issue...
