Receiver of calls from the other end are complaining that he/she can't hear my voice properly. There is a constant humming sound while talking. Kindly look after the matter and either get the set replaced or do the needful as soon as possible. It has been hardly a week that I've received the new set from Flipkart.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased four MOTO-G mobiles with order numbers : OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected]. Out of these four mobiles, screen & display damaged for 2 mobiles when they felled down from 2-3 feet height. And one mobile is having lots of software issues. Only 1 mobile I did not face any issues and it is working fine. When I have called Flipkart to enquire if there is any chance of replacement, they replied saying it is not replaceable. To repaire the screen & display, it is costing me around Rs 5500/-. Around 45 days back, I have submitted the mobiles an authorised service center in Hyderabad. They have not yet repaired the mobiles. I am surprised how the screen is damaged when felled from 2-3 feet height. Whereas MOTO G adds are showing that screen is very durable and it will not break so easily. Moreover service also very poor as they have not repaired even after 45 days time. This is really frustating me...I feel I made big mistake by choosing MOTO-G as they are not ready to replace the mobiles and service centers are not providing proper service. May be this is my last purchase of MOTOROLA mobiles. I am making this complaint with little hope of you may take some action to resolve the issue. Thanks & Regards, Vishnuvardhan Reddy

      This was my first purchase from Flipkart and it was very disheartening and pathetic service and feed back which i have got. i have ordered for the Pendrive- Sony Micro Vault Tiny USBM8GM/W 8 GB Pen Drive white and the product which i got is SONY Micro Vault 8 GB Pen drive USM8GR/WZ - different model. i have arranged for the pick up and asked the Flip Kart customer care to deliver the right product which i have ordered.

      But unfortunately beyond my thinking second time also the same product is delivered to me..

      My order id is OD [protected]. I am attaching the photograph for the correct product which i have ordered and the product which i have received after the second complaint.

      This is not expected from a branded online company as it can be expected for the first time but second time also the same thing happend. And above all i have been delivered a product of Rs 265 while i have ordered for Rs 357.

      Either the seller ( WS RETAIL) is not so much educated to send the correct product or the Flipkart people doesnot check before the Item is send for disptach. or we can say poor QUALITY CHECK before the DISPATCH. Such a pathetic service from Flipkart is not expected. Kindly compensate me for the same, because your poor quality of service leads to wastage of my time and money both.

      KINDLY EDUCATE THE SELLER ATLEAST AND MAKE YOUR QUALITY TEAM STRONG TO AVOID SUCH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS...

        Hi I purchased online from flipkart the product "Envie Ritz Charger + 4 x AA Infinite Alkaline, Ni-Mh Rechargeable Batteries" on May 19, 2014. Received the item on May 23, 2014. As the item was damaged, I returned the product on the very same day. After that there was no enquiry about the product. Then I called to the customer care to replace it on June 3, 2014. Then they have told me to give the refund without asking about the status of the item. I told them once I received the refund, please pick the item from me. However, as per there conditions, they called me last saturday June 14, 2014 saying that first they will pick up and then refund. I agreed for that also. Still, there is no body to pick the item and there is no refund. I don't know why are u people are behaving like that.I was a regular customer of the flipkart. And I have purchased so many items from flipkart. And this is the 2nd time I received damaged item. The first time I got a damaged "Maybelline Clear Glow All In One Fairness Compact Powder Compact - 9 g" and it was replaced nicely. This time I don't now why flipkart is taking such a long time. Its my humble request to please replace that item with a new one. I want to be a reugular customer of you. Hope you will take it in urgent consideration. Thanks and regards Dipika

          I Ordered Nokia Lumia 625 on 11th June 2014 and the expected date of delivery is 14th June.Today is 16th June but I didn't recieved the product yet and I am getting bull answers from the customer care executives.I got a response that they are unable to track the status online because of the system error.If you guys don't know what to answer please tell us that you guys don't know the cause and please don't give false statements to the customers. I am really frustrated by the way you guys treat customers.I have been put on hold for almost 10 minutes and no proper response from you guys. I want to know when I will get my product?? If it is going to get delayed please update via email that it will be delayed

              My Order No. is OD[protected].

              I ordererd for a Gold Pen Drive. However, I got a Silver Pen Drive, which is also a cheaper product. I called their customer support and informed them. I was informed that they will send a replaced item. However, days later, I was informed that I will not get a replaced item, but my product will be picked up and money refunded to me.

              Their representative "Raju Mondal" came today to pick up the item and asked for the Gold Pen Drive. I tried to make him understand that the reason for this return is I did not get the gold one and I can return what I had received which is a Silver Pen Drive. He behaved rudely and informed me that he cannot.

                I ordered my MOTO E through Flipkart on 12th May 2014 and got it delivered on 15th May 2014. Its not even a month over and there is a crack in my display and now I'm not able to use my phone now. On contacting your service center @ Mahalingapuram was told that it might take time to receive price list and they don't have spare to repair it. I'm trying to contact through phone but am not able to reach any of the executives.
                Any progress on the issue Miss Subramanyam ?

                      Order # OD[protected] by Flipkart.com for 'Chumbak Back Cover for Motorola Moto G' has been delayed for over 3 days now! I paid 695 INR Through my credit card for this order.Here is what I have tried/ faced in dealing with Flipkart: June 11 : Expected delivery of product, NOT DELIVERED. No intimation of delay by Flipkart June 12: I call Flipkart customer care and speak to Shruti N - she tells ms that product is delayed and a replacement will be sent to my end of the Day same day - June 12th. She gives me complaint #[protected] June 13: The product is not yet delivered. I call customer care and speak to some Aman deep/ preet. He tells me that product will take 36 business hours to reach me. I ask for a cancellation and he refuses. I tell him that I will take this case to Consumer Forum as Shruti had lied to me about same day delivery and Flipkart is not Cooperating with me. June 14: The product is NOT DELIVERED Yet. Manish from Flipkart calls me from #[protected] at around 4:35 PM. He asks me if I need a replacement for my product as it is delayed. I tell him about my calls with Shruti (who gave me wrong info and lied) and Aman (who did not cooperate). Manish asks if I want to cancel my order.This is heights of irresponsible behavior by flipkart. My order is delayed now by 3 days, worse that all customer care executives are giving me false/ conflicting information and there is nothing done to alleviate my situation. This is direct breach of my right as a customer - it is frustrating and looks like flipkart is just making money by having people pay in advance and then getting them to cancel orders later! The false shipment receipt that they mailed me is attached.

                            Order id: od[protected] - delivered product is damaged, the whole nail paint remover liquid was out from the bottle.
                            Packing and the packed bottle kept the as it is for return.
                            Either refund back the paid amount or pick up the damaged good and replace the same.

                              I ordered for mobile battery c-s2 for my blackberry with 10 days replacement warranty. The battery delivered to me was defective. When I requested for replacement they intimated that it is out of stock with the vendor and I can have the amount refunded and place fresh order. However the prices of this battery have increased. It is the duty of Flipkart to replace the battery from the same or any other vendor. Please help to resolve my complaint. My order number is OD[protected].

                                Dear sir, i booked Moto E on 30 may 2014 on flipkart.com. i received theire confirmation messages on my mobile also theire order no. OD[protected] .. they sent mobile through Blue Dart currier... Bluedart courrier shipment No is [protected]... flipkart promice me that they will delivered theire delivery on 12th june 2014... i didnt yet received theire delivery... i go to blue dart office the man of bluedart told me that, "they lost my delivery & couldnt find" please help...

                                  Hello. I am Jintu James orderd the Netgear Wireless-N 150 Router (WNR612) on 7th June and its still not been delivered. I Purchased the product in view of an emergency usage and failing that caused me a great loss.Last 4 days continuously i used to get a message that it will be delivers on the day before 7.00PM and i availed myself on those timings. And the number which is given in the message was switched off. I will not apprciciate this negligence form your side. And here in you should be able to bear my loss on the same (loosing my time & materialistic loss) I an not sure if the delay was from Flipkart or Ekart Logistics.In both case i will be loosing my credibility in Flipkart.                                     We have recently bought a micromax canvas A111 from flipkart but we have found that it have some problems with touch screen. Flipkart has promised that they replace any defaulted item within 30 days but they were not responding to customer care we had tried to call them also but that also doesn't work.They had already cheated us once but not this time.

                                        My friend had purchased a Moto G (16 Gig) on my behalf from flipkart. I t was working fine till the time I connected to a desktop. It switches off automatically also if I try to use an OTG device with a file manager the same issue persists of getting switched off. There was also another issue that had popped up from the time of the purchase, I had always felt that the charger port was not very firm as the plug would come out from time to time, so I did a little comparison with other Moto G devices and came to a conclusion that the problem only persisted on my particular device. I would request the customer service department to either replace the device as the present one is faulty. The IMEI number of the device are as follows : [protected] and [protected].
