We had ordered 5 units of “Kaspersky Internet Security 3PC 1Year”. But we received only 1 unit. Flipkart is just not trying to resolve the issue. We have done payments for all the 5 units. Received the Receipt for 5 units but when we opened the parcel was only 1 unit in it. (According to your policy we are not allowed to open the parcel until payments are done_ in such cases who will take the responsibility of losses???) Since then there are so many mails and calls sent to you asking for a proper resolution. We see there is no responsibility taken from flipkart's end for the product. We had purchased the product from flipkart website and we paid to flipkart. All the things are be pushed on to the seller & the buyer. we are informing that we have not received the ordered units & seller claims that they have delivered all the units.

      Hi i am Ayyappadas i have been a regular customer of flipkart but this time is the worst experience for me i had bought a JBL Tempo Ear Buds Headphone (Black) and the product was delivered on 18th Dec 2013 but Within Jan 1st week the product is not working properly. I guess whether flipkart is delivered me a faulty product or the JBL headphone which they delivered to me is a duplicate headphone. My order id is OD[protected]. When i contacted flipkart they told they cant replace since its more than 10 days. They give faulty products and talk about the company policy

        Ever since it was declared that Moto G is going to be launched at flipkart & I was eagerly waiting for this device. So sharp at midnight on the day of the Launch i.e. 6th Feb 2014:

        1. I tried to place the order when the very first stock came out(6th Feb).Their stupid combo offer wasn't working, so I had to contact the customer care who wasted those precious 15 minutes and kept me busy in adding and removing items from my cart in every permutation and combination possible and finally said "Sorry the device is out of stock".

        2. He advised me to go for the 8 gb one as it might get out of stock and said you could probably order the 16 gb when the stock will be up in the morning.

        3. I constantly followed the post on the website, the stock was supposed to be available at 12 Noon, which was again misleading information posted on the company website as the phone got available almost with a delay of 30-45 minutes. Never the less, I placed 2 orders for the 16 gb handsets (1 with Cover + I without cover).When I got the confirmations these 2 particular orders I cancelled the 8 Gb one as I wasn't looking forward to buy the same.
        That too was done by the Flipkart Customer care executive post giving me the assurance that my other 2 orders have been successfully placed & are confirmed.

        4.On 8th morning I receive an e-mail Stating my orders are cancelled due to out of stock . My other friends who had placed orders on the very next day i.e. 7 got no mail as such and their orders are under process.

        NOW ALL MY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS ARE :

        -->I placed 2 orders on the first day, I was eligible for their offer on "lucky 100 customers getting 100% cashback".Why i got thrown out just like that.And not to mention they gave me 500 (Feel free to keep such stupid coupons as a tip, you might need it for other unsuccessful launches) bucks that could be used to purchase some items of WS retailer which somewhat seems like a sort of condescending move to me.

        -->It seems like they are cancelling orders for those customers who placed multiple orders.I may be wrong but this process has irritated me to the core.They should have at least called before taking such action against orders.

        -->And they are sending me the cover next week.I really ain't that stupid to pay for a phone's cover case when i have no confirmation as of when i am gonna get the phone.

        After placing 3 successful & confirmed orders. All I got was cancellation mails, is it that easy to make customers suffer, by offering that cant be delivered & to top it all, spoke with their customer care execs constantly & in spite of that got no help.

        Now I have to go for the so called "RESERVE NOW" option. ITS A BIG SHAME FOR FLIPKART BY CONFIRMING SOMETHING THEY FAILED TO DELIVER. IF THEY COULD NOT CATER SUCH NUMBER OF REQUESTS THEN WHATS THE POINT BEHIND FAKE POMP & SHOW & MISLEADING LAUNCH OFFERS THAT THEY CAN"T FULFILL. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED & FEEL CHEATED, SHAME ON FLIPKART FOR SUCH A SHAUDY LAUNCH...!! This is not how you BUILD a brand, this is how you SUCK at your launches. You guys (FLIPKART) had 1 great Opportunity & see what you did... REFER Reviews on your website too...!!

        PS:You should have clearly stated that you had "X" number of handsets are in stock or only one order applicable for one person /E-mail ID, to avoid inconvenience to the customers.

          Order ID: OD[protected] and Order ID: OD[protected] shipment was called back without notice, when reached call center they told me that I have placed more order and they don;t want listen the issue, when spoke Mr. Gopal, floor in charge told me that he will check the status and get back to me in 24 hours, they never turned back. I wan to know to proper reason for cancellation of my orders. If I have been booked three one they cancel and other two processes for shipment should be delivered. There are some technical difficulties they have faced some cancelled from front office and some cancelled by back end. Very BAD service.             I had ordered a phone from Flipkart worth Rs 18599/- which did not work from the very first day. I had requested for returning the product and they got the product picked up on the very next day, i.e. 31st Jan 2014. Since then I have been following up with them to refund my money back but there is no response and no updates from their side. They are still not able to track the returned product even after 8 days. I have submitted all the required receipts to them and even after that they are not able to give any updates on when will I get my money back.

I have to talk too loudly while talking. Another person on phone cant here me properly. We are keeping this device in range of 10m only. Still we are getting this problem. I called your service number many times, but I did not get any positive response.

                I ordered 3 MotoG on flipkart site on 06-Feb-14. Flipkart accepted and acknowledged all orders. Then in the evening they called me up to tell "As per our company policy we can accept only 2 pcs per user, so we have to cancel the third one". This statement was a framed one as it is no where mentioned in their terms & conditions. After my continuous insist on 3 orders, flipkart team agreed for 3 orders. At 7:30 pm, I have shockingly received cancellation of 2 orders (OD[protected] & OD[protected]) out of 3 and then at 8 pm, they did the rest by cancelling 3rd order (OD[protected]) too by saying our logistic partner is not able to deliver, address is of city of Surat (Bigger city) and the place was on PIN Code 395007 where previously flipkart has delivered several couriers. Actually 16 GB phones were out of stock and Flipkart was not able to deliver the same. This is really irritating way of doing business by flipkart.

                Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Received a call from Flipkart just now.
                The lady listened the things patiently and console me for the incident but still no words on the resolution of the issue.
                It seemed that, just because the complaint has come to them and to close it off they have called me up as I could not sense any intention to resolve the things. They keep on reiterating it is irreversible process which I can't believe.

                I have requested her to allow me to talk to their senior officials if she is not in a position to resolve it.
                She ensured me that "I will receive a call back from their seniors within 24 hours." Now I am waiting for the call.

                Suffered a lot this time. I feel after making a very good phone, Motorola made a big mistake by making it Exclusive to Flipkart.
                Still hopeful to have some kind of resolution from Flipkart on this.
                Will keep on updating the thread, so readers can know the complete case.

                  When i start the mobile phone this phone is work only one day and after show no sim in phone and i give to phone to micromax service center after 4 day they said that the phone is company techinecal mistak so that is phone will be not repairable then had said me that we have made a doa letter it mean this phone will be repalce by your seller where you had purchaes and given to new pack set to u
                  When i call to flipkart.Com the had makeing me fool form last 18 days and told that our team is working about your phone failer

                      Hello Team, I have bought a new Micro max Turbo A250 last week and order id for the same is OD[protected]. There were several issues with the handset, biggest one was Battery, after charging mobile up to 100% battery it was automatically by one percent in one min without any use. Camera was not working properly, after restarting the mobile it work once and need to restart again. After request of replacement with the ticket id:[protected], handset get replaced today 5th Feb 2014 and facing all the same issues except camera. This replaced handset is not the new but a refurbished one. Some one else returned this and they sent me the same. Might be my handset will be delivered to someone else. After checking this replaced mobile I called them back and asked them to provide me any other brand handset and I will pay the rest money if it exceeds the cost of Micro max mobile. They directly refused and not handling the query. This micro max mobile is of no use as I need to keep charger always plugged in. Skype etc applications are also not working correctly(automatically getting sign out). Request you to help me or show me the right direction to file a case against Flipkart and/or Micromax.                             I purchased one HP Laptop from Flipkart, which was delivered on 21st December 2013, while connected to power and installing software battery drained which never charged again. Same day return requested was registered with Flipkart which they rejected and told me to contact HP customer care. After a lot of email communications and almost 25 days after delivery, HP finally declared laptop DOA (I suppose Defective on arrival). Again unlimited email requests are sent to Flipkart customer care but till 2nd Feb 2014 they ask for 3-4 business day to resolve problem in reply of every second email I send to them. So conclusion is that, one should not buy Laptop from Flipkart. If you wanted to be fooled go ahead as there are so many other web sites which will sell same products in less price than Flipkart.

                              I have 10 vouches worth 1000 each and I want to buy food processor worth approx 8000. As per your site I cannot use more than 3 evouchers in one go. I have been chasing flipkart people on the email from last 20DAYS now and they are just not able to provide me any solution. Also now the latest is that all my 10 vouchers have been deactivated and I cannot use thematic all... Which means My 10000 Rs are locked with flipkart and they are not ready to help me with any solutions. If you need I have all the Chain mails as a proof which I have exchanged with flipkart.                                 I have ordered the shoes from flipkart for my marriage. I have ordered the shoes by calling there executive so that I can confirm that I get the delivery on time. I have ordered the shoes on 18 January and his executive told me that I will get the delivery surely by 22 January. Now it is 24 January and still I have not got the shoes and they are telling that it will take two more days. I told them before ordering that I should get the product on or before 22 January as my marriage occasion starts from 25 January. But still there is no proper response from them as when I will get the delivery. They are making the wrong promises to the customers. If they can't deliver on time then they should not make the promise.

                                  Received a product without invoice, when asked for invoice they took 3 weeks but did not arrange then told me that they'll make an arrangement for pick-up the phone and return the money. However it is been more than 3 weeks since I was told this and neither returned money nor made any arrangements to pickup. I only get SMS during every weekend. But no progress.

                                    OD[protected] I ordered a laptop today afternoon and they cancelled my order by night around 9PM. Without my intimation they initiated a refund and when I contacted them they said I will get my money by between 5-7business days. I requested to give my money back right now so that I can order a laptop or send me another laptop with the same configuration. They are not listening to me and blocked my money and I cannot buy another laptop till I get my money in my account. This is a fault by Flipkart and they should consider my request. If ordered something then I should get that if not then I should get another product but they are not helping me at all.

                                      i gave online order for a phone with tracking ID:-WSRC[protected] with a delivery date of 11 jan, 2014. At the time of delivery i wanted to pay the amount by my debit card, delivery boy swapped my card with an amount of 5095 and told to me that card is not working then i paid by cash amount of 5095. After some time i got a msg on my phone that my debit card is swapped by an amount of 5095. since the day i m continously calling to the delivery boy and his senior but they are not giving any response, even delivery boy and his senior is not picking my phone.I called to customer care they are saying that it will take 10 days, I dont know why r they saying like this, they got amount two times they are saying for 10 days, even they r not saying about refund money they are saying just we are checking and it will take 10 days. I also sent a mail to Flipkart heads but no response yet.                                         I purchased a ipad mini with retina 32GB on 1st January and it was to be shipped on 7th January. But it wasn't, so i was contacting flipkart for past 3 days regarding the same and every time they asked me to wait for 24hours.I even requested their supervisor Mr.Vijay and Mr.Raheman and they also made me wait for a day.My order was approved by the seller and was packed and ready to be shipped for past 3 days. And on the day before delivery(10th January), the order status showed that it was RETURNED. Worst part is my order wasn't even shipped 10 minutes before and now it got shipped and returned by me. Now flipkart is providing a solution of re-ordering the product without the 10% cash-back that i was getting before and i'm sure after 10 days my order will be cancelled again and i'll be stuck in the infinite loop.
