I ordered 3 books on flipkart and got the delivery on time. I have chosen CASH ON DELIVERY option. When I received the order, the delivery boy was asking for extra money for him as convenience charges. When I enquired on Flipkart, they say there are no convenience charges. The delivery boy argued with me for half an hour in public. This is so frustrating. This behaviour is unacceptable. They are making fool o[censored]s. When I complained about the deivery boy on Flipkart, the executive said that they are training their courier executives to be more courteous and professional. But they haven't take any action this time.

    Ordered Adidas Imba M Running Shoes (order_id=OD[protected]), got wrong size, applied for a return of the product for a bigger size. They mailed to me that the picking of the product will be scheduled but after 24 hours I was asked to courier it to them. So I couriered the product to them. After two weeks I get the delivery which was Women's Nell Flats. Totally frustrated with all this I called the customer care, they told that the status they have is product is not delivered yet! Don't know what to do now.!
    I ordered a Casotec 61156 Super Clear Screen Guard for HTC One V. However I received a screen guard for Samsung Galaxy S3. Even the outside of the delivery envelope says Htc one V. Though the delivered product is a screen guard for Samsung Galaxy s3.

      Order no. OD[protected], Complaint no. [protected], Ordered Nokia Lumia 520 and facing the problem within 15 days. Its getting switched off automatically. Logged a complaint in the flipkart customer care but getting no help. The customer care executives (especially technically team) is acting rude and saying its not their problem . Told me to troubleshoot which I did still nothing is working out and they are not hearing anything. Everytime I call they ask me to call tomorrow. The product is under replacement period ( i.e 30 days) still no help.
      I am planning to file case against them in consumer court.
      We had got in touch with the customer and the complaint stands resolved since the seller had delivered the replacement on 28th April, 2014.

      Closing the case.

        Order ID : OD[protected] for Lenovo S650 (Silver).
        I am continuously following for the hard copy Invoice with complete details mention(what i mention while ordering ) but not received till date i had all conversation with there customer care through mail & caller ID but they are fail to solve the issue even on 23rd Apr'14 i called customer care and they put on hold for 1hr & 30min and after that senior executive(Ms Chandra) attended call but disconnected within 5mins.
        I have been ensured again and again that i will receive hard copy or else they will return the product.
        Complain I'd[protected]
        Please provide me the status.
        only hard copy will serve my purpose or refund my money with return.
        I have been mentally harassed and i am completely depressed from flipkart

          I am from Bangalore and I had ordered footwear from Flipkart when I could have just walked down the street and got them from any other store, because I assumed the delivery would be quick. After a couple of days, I got a call from the eKart delivery boy and he called me to confirm my residence address and time of availability. He didn't show up that day. I got a message from Flipkart saying that the delivery had been rescheduled as per my instructions! Anyway, I waited for another day and nobody contacted me. On the next day, I got a call from the same eKart delivery person who had called me a couple of days earlier but I couldn't take it immediately so I called back when I could and he said he could not deliver it as eKart does not deliver after 7 PM. Fair enough. I got a message the next day from Flipkart saying that the order would be delivered before 7 PM. I waited until 5:30 and called the delivery guy again: he said he would deliver it the next day because the package was in their office. I got pissed off but said nothing. So today I call him again and he asks me to call Flipkart customer care because the shipment is going back (presumably because he reported I was unresponsive). He was defensive at the start, saying I was unresponsive, but it was obvious he was lying (as opposed to a genuine confusion) but he turned arrogant towards the end when I kept insisting I was never contacted as often as he claimed to, and when I said I'd raise a complaint with Flipkart, he sarcastically said "Sure sir". I don't mind so much waiting for a delivery but it's the unethical approach from the eKart that makes me want to sue them. The eKart person claimed to have called me so many times but when I checked my logs from the time I placed the order on Flipkart, he called me a grand total of 2 times! I called him back around 6 times. (Also FYI, I am also subscribed to the Airtel service which enables me to receive a notification message of the calls I missed due to no-signal or phone being switched off). I honestly can't believe Flipkart and eKart are managed by the same group seeing how poorly eKart is managed (practically a joke) while Flipkart's management and customer care seem a LOT more refined and responsible. This is the second such incident from eKart. It all seems like Deja vu. I would really like to sue eKart even if it's going to cost me a lot of money over the long run because this is about ethics and principles.             Spoke to customer and informed customer the mobile crossed the 30 days replacement policy so asked customer to check with the service center to the issue raised, Customer agreed hence closing the case.

Now I am facing problem with moto G I cant here the other person voice and vice verse when they call or I call.after rebooting it solve the problem temporally .Automatically heats up.               Troubleshooting provided, customer will get back if the issue persists.
              I had brought Moto G 2ND GEN on 22/10/2014. Ever since i got this, the handset is giving me problem. the voice speaker was not clear. I had submitted the handset to motorola service center. They repaired but the problem still persists. Out of 4 months since i brought this phone, it has been lying at service center for 2 months.


              Since it was lying at service center for repair, it passed the flipkart policy of return within one month.


              I request you to please consider this case as exceptional and replace my handset.

              This is shyam from Hyderabad with mobile number -[protected].I purchased Moto G mobile on[protected].I am facing very much problem with phone as Battery.It takes so much of time for charging (4-5 Hours) and its getting shut down with low battery with in 4-5 hours.So i am need aware of charging for 24 hours.So please give solution on this problem as soon as possible.

                Hi, Flipkart are selling all the faulty handsets trying to fool people.I ordered one from them and first my order got cancelled on the day of delievery.Then the support told me that its reprocessed and will be delievered in 4 business days.So I ordered a new one using In A Day Delievery.I got the product and it wan defective.I replaced it after such a mental harassment.Used the phone for a day and the mic goes dead. Now I am really frustrated with the situation and want all my money back.On this the support said that they don't refund thinking that I am a fool as a user had written a review showing clearly that he got the refunds. I want that all the people suffering from bad flipkart service should reply here so that we can atleast have a stand against such a poor consumer service.

                        Hello Sir / Ma'am, I've ordered a tie from Flipkart on 11th April 2014 and its expected delivery date was 19th April 2014. Today is 21st April 2014, but not deliver till now.                             I have ordered moto g mobile on flipkart.com at my friend's address. Flipkart payment didn't accept Wallet amount (1062 Rupees/- ) along with credit card EMI option even after trying from multiple bank accounts (HDFC and Citi bank) and correctly entering all details.
                            There was an offer valid from 14th April to 17th April that first 100 orderers of moto g will get cash back in form of EGV. I placed order multiple times, but all got rejected without any explanation of reasons.
                            When i called customer care, they too didn't help, and after talking with multiple departments like sales team, customer service desk(CSD), they said me to mail them with order ID and details, which was nowhere mentioned. The whole process was misleading and lacked information and on discussion with customer care, the sales and CSD team, and on request to direct call to higher authority, they promised me after long wait that their manager will get back to me on issue resolving, but till date i didn't get any call from there. And i ordered moto g once again to see what process will follow.
                            This all wasted my time, money and is mentally harassing for me.Please take note of such issues, it is very stressful for customers to go through this.

                            The new order placed has also got cancelled.And the flipkart csd team says that it is because of some seller issue, but why in first place they show tht product is available and why should customer suffer for that.
                            Just for information i want to know whether issues are resolved here or it is only forum like facebook, twitter to express?

                              on 17 April i have ordered for microsoft train stimulator game cd ... with order no OD[protected] on installing the CD it has found that crack folder has been missing. by indicating "cannot locate the CD drive".. so that it is useless for me... so pls. find me a solution over it...

                                Greetings!

                                I wish to state that I have ordered for the first time with Flipkart.com for my Textbooks on 9th September 2014, for 4 Text books, for which i have been eagerly waiting as I have to clear my Exams. I have been frequently updated through SMS that my tentative ordered Material would be received by 19th of September 2014, for surprisingly, i received a message form Flip kart that Your request for Cancellation has been initiated from Flipkart.com of the following order numbers. ODA[protected]PUUTU00/ ODA[protected]DTKYQ00/ ODA[protected]LIKHZ00.

                                Upon confirmation through Telephonically, the Customer care alleges me that it was from my side, latter on my convincing, he check up my data and conveyed that it was from the GOJAVAS Courier Service, that my order was cancelled.

                                That, they have not given any specific reason for the cancellation was clear ... otherwise I should be expecting for 19th September.

                                Related concern departments should look into the matter, otherwise necessary legal action will be case.

                                    we have purchased a sandisk pendrive from flipcart.but when we checked it..it cant be detected from any computer.so we have requested the company to solve our problem. Now no one is giving us proper solution of the problem.we have warranty period and bill also.so please kindly change it otherwise strict actions may be taken by us and even if the warranty period will out the flipcart will be responsible for this and they have to change the item as soon as possible and if the problem is not solved then we will go for"grahak surksha".

                                        I have order two shoes vide order No. OD[protected] dtd.10/3/2014

                                        both the shoes were returned due to size problem. I have sent emails to the Flip Kart and contacted on telephone several times, but the executive says the issued will be solved within 24 hrs and refund will be generated into my bank account.

                                        But Till date I have not received my refund even after more than 36 days have elapsed.
