I order one product Prestige Pic 3.oV2 from Flipkart.com and i place a order on : 11 November 2012, 1:03 PM Rs.4495 through HDFC credit card EMI 6 month emi option. 12 of November deducted form my credit card account and convert it to EMI. Then 10 days i am waiting for my product but i was not received any information from Flipkart about delivery, after 10 day i mailed to Flipkart about my product delay and asked them when i will get my product, then the reply on 22 of november this product is now out of stock and they said they not able to deliver the product and they reply that i ll get my amount refunded at 4 December 2012 at my credit card account. this is the mail below what they said :

We would like to inform you that as an online store, we buy items as per customer requirements, from different locations and depend completely on the availability of the products.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we were unable to obtain the item to fulfil this order. Hence, we are left with no alternative but to cancel your order for this item.
We will initiate the refund of Rs. 4495/- for the payment made towards this order and the same will reflect in your card by December 4, 2012, as per banking procedures.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We request your understanding in this matter.

After this mail till today is 8th of December 2012 still not get my amount refunded from Flipkart and my credit bill also has come with the amount to pay to the bank. Please help me out of this issue take a quick action with Flipkart.com they are cheated me

letsbuy — customer service is worst
Hi,I ordered a Videocon 1.5 ton VITA PLUS -VBS53.CVL1-CR using Letsbuy.com but they delivered Videocon vns53 cd1-ct model. When i asked about the same they told we didn’t have the same model so we delivered the similar model.
Letsbuy guys will call you after raising a complaint in consumer complaints and tell they are very sorry for the fault in the service .They will also tell that we will look back the issue very shortly.
After a week of time they will not connect you to the corresponding person and also they ask to hold the call for a minute and they will royally disconnect the call after a minute.
I endded up spending 400 rs only for calling their customercare.
I would like to express one thing be straight and correct in your business. If you are not able to rectify the proble please tell it directly to the customer and sort it out.
I got my order somewhere at sept 14 and i still didnt opened the box simply waiting for the replacement.
I wold like to present a guy (called pavan) from letsbuy in consumer complaints forum.he will talk very confidently as such he will solve the problem with in 2 days but ending up with out doing anything,.
Their final agenda is the only one thing customer will get vexed up and will not call back and will accepts the whatever product they delivered.
