    My payment Rs.160 is done through BHIM upi at 17 August 2.02 A.m. But the delivery boy told that item payment is not paid yet. So I payment twice for that product. When I received the refund of my product ?

      I have ordered xiaomi 11i and it was delivered on 27 july but Device had some serious issues As I plug charger into it device heated badly, If I use whatsapp of fb it heated badly and battery doesnt last for more than 6 hrs, Also call screen freezes on whitescreen, due to which i am not able to initiate calls Some vertical line come on screen out of nowhere and restarts automatically. Proximity sensor doesnt work, call automatically gets rejected. Camera sometimes goes black. I showed all this issues to technician on tech visit, Technician acknowledged the problem with the device and also i shared him the screenshots and images which he told me that he will report and send to flipkart, technician also assured that mobile phone should be returned and it will get returned. But i get refund rejected message. I also have the call recording where he agrees with the issues in device, he also affirmed me that device should be returned. Further I was assured that pickup will be initiated but now no one from flipkart is responding they say 24 hrs its been 10 days now.Please do not deceive a customer like this, i have went lot into trouble this 15 days, I fear that device might get exploded even when running fb, whatsapp, Also I am not able to initiate calls. I have held so much patience . I have went troubleshoot exercise 3 times on call with flipkart executive team for which I had to format reset the device thrice, But yet no resolution. Please help flipkart is not replying on even email. I am feeling helpless

        I claimed a Swiggy voucher of 1000rs by using 1000 supercoins but when i try to redeem it in the swiggy app its asks for a pin which i can't copy from the flipkart coupon section
        ie, iam able to copy the voucher code but unable to copy the voucher pin which says 'tap to copy' but not copying anything

        The problem is solved now, after many calls and reports to the flipkart customer care they sent me another swiggy voucher which had pin and it worked.

          I bought wakefit mattress through flipkart. the seller was omnitech retail also known as consulting rooms private limited. The invoice says that the product has 5 years manufacturer's warranty. But the manufacturer has refused to provide the warranty.

          The Consulting Rooms is a fake company, providing incorrect information.

            Same issue I am facing
            I have ordered 6 items from flipkart. Paid the full amount.
            My order number is OD[protected]
            But i received only 5 items.
            I have been calling and informing flipkart from last 15 days
            No one bothered about it.
            They says the concerned department will call you
            But i have not received a call from them till now.
            Every second day they set the status as resolved.
            I have to call again to reopen the issue

              I have a bad experience ordering at Flipkart. Order# OD[protected]. 11, 516 INR. Order placed 3rd July 2022. Flipkart didn't deliver the order yet and when I ask to cancel the order and provide a refund, they neglect to do so. Could you please cancel the order and provide a refund?

                Purchase date: 16th Sep 2021
                Description: My mobile did not turn on from 01st Aug 2022, I took the mobile to the service center for warranty service within the one-year period of the purchase date. I submitted the available bill and they denied it does have a date of purchase/invoice date in the bill.

                Hence I raised a complaint with Flipkart with all these details, they raised a concern on the seller, and the seller accepted for a full refund of the product. The agent who came for the product pick up today is not accepting the pickup of the item since it is not turning on.

                I am facing a lot of issues with Flipkart and they are not providing a proper timely response. I would like to escalate this to the consumer complaints. I have all the proofs available with me for your review,

                  I had booked a ticket on 13 Aug 2022 through Flipkart travel agency, where the payment was debited and the ticket was not confirmed Booking ID:[protected]. I waited for 8 hrs for confirmation, but have not received the confirmation. Since it was an emergency, I booked again the same ticket on[protected], Booking ID:[protected]. Now the previous Booking is also confirmed and the present Booking is also confirmed with the same PNR, whereas the amount has been deducted for the previous booking and for the present booking too, due to a technical glitch from Flipkart end. I have not gotten my refund back. I raised my complaint multiple times via call and via emails, but I didn't get any response in the mail, they called me and told me to wait for 24 hrs but it has been more than 72 hrs I have not received any positive feedback.

                  For the last 12 days, I mailed to Flipkart related to my refund and I am getting this above mail from the different support teams, but they have not even processed my refund as per their emails. When I call them they just say that it will get resolved within 72 hrs but here its more than 300hrs. Is this what Flipkart provides service to there customers.

                    My ordeal with #Flipkart began when I decided to buy a graphics card based on the previous reputation of #Flipkart(1/13).

                    What followed was a nightmare with close to INR 67000 stuck with them in three orders.Support tickets - IN[protected] and IN[protected] - for order placed on 26-Jul-22, wrong item delivered om 01-Aug-22(2/13).

                    I ordered (order# OD[protected] a graphics card worth INR 22374 and got a motherboard in the package. I raised a return request and as #Flipkart and was asked to submit my Aadhaar card to process a return(3/13).

                    This in itself is a violation of my privacy as for purchase you do not need Aadhaar card but for return of a wrong item you need to submit Aadhaar card to #Flipkart(4/13).

                    Pure attempt by #Flipkart to delay the process. I submitted the documents on 04-Aug-22 along with photos of the incorrect product I received. Refund ID -[protected], pending from 26-Jul-22 and #Flipkart is holding INR 22374(5/13).

                    Anyway, as #Flipkart does not usually take more than a week to process wrong deliveries, I ordered another graphics card with order ID OD[protected] valued at INR 23275 on 02-Aug-2022(6/13).

                    On 05-Aug-2022, the order status has been updated as delivered. No delivery was done to me, no OTP was sent to me, the item is not with me. I called #Flipkart and they logged an issue with ID IN[protected]. This one is not resolved as well(7/13).

                    Against my wife's advice, I ordered another graphics card from her account as my trust in #Flipkart was'nt lost yet. This one was with order ID
                    OD[protected] @ INR 21472. This order was placed on 03-Aug-22 and the status changed to delivered on 03-Aug-22 itself(8/13).

                    My heart sank and I logged an issue with #Flipkart customer care and it is yet to be resolved. All in all, it is nearly 22 days and INR 67121 is held ransom by #Flipkart. The torture started on 26-Jul-22 and today is 17-Aug-2022 and there is no resolution(9/13).

                    #Flipkart wants me to fill a form, claiming that they will file an FIR and provide MY details to the seller. If a seller is able to do this kind of fraud, I am worried about my family's safety as the seller has add./PH# of myself and family(10/13).

                    Looks like #Flipkart just wants to get rid of the issue and has no regards for customer's safety, money, or well-being. We made note of some names of people who were ethical enough to give us their last name. Nisha Panchal, Areeva Asim, Sachin Kulkarni, Rabiya Basri S(11/13).

                    I have to pay the credit card bill & interest for the inefficiency of #Flipkart. NO seller verification-remediation if customer is duped-help from customer care, we just get scripted answers & have to repeat entire story to whomever we speak at #Flipkart customer care(12/13).

                    Flipkart basically dumps customers @flipkartsupport @Flipkart #cheatingcustomer #duping #onlinefraud #badethics #badcustomerservice #lootingcustomer #unethical #flipkart (13/13).

                      For the past few days, game zone is not functioning on my account.
                      I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
                      It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
                      And provides an option to go back to game zone.
                      As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.

                        First I am never going to order from Flipkart again. My product was supposed to be picked on 15th but it's 17th today. I called them up and now they say that it will be picked up on 19th. I know I will hear the same jargon on 19th as well. The money will be refunded only after the pick up.
                        Second, they cancel orders as and when they please. My order was cancelled and the order says that refund is completed. They again say that it will show in my account on the 19th but I absolutely don't trust them since they have done this before and the money didn't show up even on the stipulated date.
                        I just want my refunds before I uninstall Flipkart. Anyways also most of the products are non deliverable at my pin code more than half the time. There was a time I used like Flipkart but I don't anymore.

                          I order a mobile phone Samsung F22 on 9th Aug 2022 order id ( OD[protected] by full paying full amount Rs 10528. till the product is not delivered by the flipkart. the promise date by the flipkart is on 12 th Aug 2022. but they don't delivered the product the date. i raise customer complaint on the same issue through flipkart customer on 12th Aug 2022. then check the complaint and say it will deliver on 16 Aug. then i wait for Aug 16 2022 and the product not received. then i check customer now they saying it will deliver on 17th Aug. but till now i didn't get update about the delivery of the product. they are changing the date day by day when i am asking. they don't have any manner to inform the customer about delay in the deliver. when i asking the question they are sharing answer with saved message not replying my question. please help to solve the issue.

                            I have placed an order for Realme Book Laptop on 10th of August 2022 for ₹45490/- which was scheduled to be delivered on 12th of August but the seller has not dispatched the product till 12th of August so I have contacted the helpline and they said it will be delivered by 15th August. But I could see that the product was never dispatched from the seller and the price of the Product is increased by ₹14, 500/- and the seller has cancelled my Prepaid order giving some reasons.

                            If the seller has informed earlier during the sale then I would have purchased another laptop but now the sale is over and I have to pay more for all the laptops.

                            I want to place the order for same laptop and I want the seller to compensate the additional amount which is increased now.

                              My order IDs are OD[protected], OD[protected] are consistently delayed despite being Flipkart assured products. Worst service from Ekart and pathetic Customer service.
                              They are saying the issue is with the logistic team for the pin code 500084

                              Note: i am getting a new estimated date every 2, 3 days

                              Please help to deliver this product asap.

                                Bought a fan back 2020 OD[protected], Fan company "FLIPKART" itself flipkart ecommerce and fan company registered address same. So, both the entity belongs to same company don't pass the buck by saying we're ecommerce platform. Reached to authorized service center of Flipkart Smart Buy about the fan issue the took three weeks to fix it. Post service fan turned worst now the fan completely not working tried to follow up with both the service center and smartbuy customer service but no one responding anything. At the end Customer suffering amid scorch sun heat. Provide new fan or compensate me. I am fed up with both the service center and customer service no one heeding me. Fan is under warranty (two years).

                                  Placed an order OD[protected] on 13th Aug till 16 Aug order not dispatched who will wait so much time for daily needs so I cancelled the order as the wait time was too long but they deducted Rs 30/- as cancellation fee which is totally unnatural in e-commerce sector. Claim cancellation fee option also not working. You can't charge anyone without providing service its totally unhealthy practice. Refund my Rs 30/- to the source account.

                                    I had ordered Skechers GO WALK LITE - FABULOUS Walking Shoes For Women of size UK 6 on Flipkart on 12th July, 2022. However, I received the product of size UK 7 and color black, which was not what I had ordered. I requested a return as per the procedure on the same day. However, my return request was rejected stating the baseless reason that 'the delivery agent has confirmed that the product was intact.' Following this, I spoke with the customer executives multiple times who placed return requests. Later, I came to realize that my Flipkart account had been blocked due to multiple return requests. I haven't had such a terrible experience with any e-commerce websites. I feel harassed. I have spoken to multiple customer executives, and sent emails and none of this has helped in any way. My account is still blocked, and my return request is still not approved.

                                    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest, approve the return request and process my refund.

                                      I order a piece of furniture on 9th July, making advance payment of around 13, 000. Till date I have not received it. I have made innumerable calls and sent many messages to customer care but issue remains resolved. The indifference of the company is shocking. (OD[protected] is the Order ID).
                                      Their website indicates it is shipped on 10th July by Gati Courier - D[protected].
