I have purchased preorder pass on June 30.
I bought the Nothing phone 1 on July 12th with preorder pass. Along with the phone I bought their charger, bumper case and screen guard ( 4000 rupees for 3). The charger, bumper case and screen guard delivered to me on 15th July.
The delivery was expected on 25th July for nothing phone. But the delivery didn't happen and on 29th July the order got canceled. They refunded me the phone amount but not preorder amount. The charger, bumper case and screen guard are with me and I have no use with them. If I want to purchase now Im losing the 1000 rupees offer and Preorder amount is not getting deducted. On top of that I dont know how many more days I have to wait.

I have called customer care many times and they told me the pincode is un servicable. It is just a reason beacuse I got many deliveries from July 12 to July 29.

Flipkart offered me 1000 compensation after so many calls. Even with that compensation ordering the phone again is not viable for me as 1000 offer was removed and bank offer of 2000 on hdfc also removed and replaced with axis Flipkart cashback of 1383.

So I asked them to take return of the charger, case and screen guard (all 3 items were beyond return date). They did that and refunded my preorder amount.

Even with this I lost so much time in waiting for phone and all the hassle in talking with Flipkart customer care executives. The executives, only 15 percentage of them were helpful. Remaining lack minimum knowledge and 1 or 2 of them are not even capable o[censored]nderstanding whatever said to them.

The seller who cancelled the order is the one who is at fault here. Even with preorder he couldn't deliver what was ordered and cancelled the order saying some random reason.

      I ordered The Mobile On Exchange After The Order Is About To reach I reset my old phone as they exchange the phone after reset i called them on customer care they said due to logistic we canceled the order and we can’t Deliver that to you.. this is complaint no. IN[protected]. At The Time Of Order There was much better offer on Amazon but I ordered on Flipkart as I ordered the two pc as there is occasion in our family so i was about to gift my both sisters.       The product is already in delivery partner and they said me on call that that delivery partner canceled the order that they cant deliver to you.. and also sended me the msg the same and today wen i said the product infront of me they said seller canceled.. here is the both proof

        I have booked one phone from Flipkart which was not placed and shown order pending yet my money was debited from my account and its been 3 days they are not giving any proper answers that when my money will be refunded back to me.

            I buy a redmi note 10 pro from Flipkart on 23rd July and I have paid online 15528 Rs from debit card prior then delivery.delivery expectation was on 24 July but they delayed the delivery 2 times and now it's 29 July I didn't get my mobile and I can't even cancel my order.I have already talk to customer executive they are saying u will get your order we can't cancel but my order is keeps on delaying .I m annoyed Please look in the matter .

            I received a call from escalation team she talked to a seller about cancellation of my order and my product get cancelled and she said I will get my refund on 5 August or earlier then that

              I ordered the watch from flipkart on 18th July and didn’t received the order yet. Customer service executives are saying different things. Yesterday (28th july) I received call from flipkart that my order is cancelled and today I received a call again that your order is not cancelled. Received cancellation mail from flipkart and customer assistant is saying if you want you can cancel the order. Why flipkart is taking orders if they can’t deliver. And why should I cancel my order flipkart is the one who can’t deliver the order. My order was prepaid order. Flipkart wants me to cancel the order.

                I Received a mivi ear buds on 24.07.2022, now the left side ear buds not worked, now i want to return the product.in return process the buds have some scratches so they not accept to return that.so i want to claim my waranty it has 1 year waranty.

                  I am Pooja Kumari, I have ordered a mobile on[protected] of amount 10999 with order id -OD[protected] from you mobile application while time of booking it was showing status -confirmed but some few hours i have received the cancellation message. After several Complain i have received mail that merchant has nor received the amount.
                  After that I have contacted the concerned bank. I have received a reply from the bank that the amount has been settled in your merchant account with all details.

                    I Purchased a mobile realme 9i (Prism Black, 128 GB) on[protected] from Flipkart and there was an offer of 1500 off on payment by SBI Credit Card, So, it was cost around[protected] minus 1500). When I received my SBI Credit card statement, it is showing of Rs 16028 instead of Rs 14528 and as limit of my SBI Credit card is 15000, additional Overlimit fee of Rs 708 (Inclusive of GST) is imposed on me. Please find enclosed herewith the copy of Invoice and SBI Credit Card Statement for your kind consideration. I also complain on Flipkart via Ref ID: IN[protected] .Please look into the matter on priority basis. They are doing fraud with the consumer.

                      Liars, cheaters, fraudsters and scammers!!!
                      Snatched around 2500 rupees of my money for several products, offering me wrong and damaged products. Have been calling them daily, spoke to several agents, asked for help. No superior, bothered to call back or address my issue. Giving wrong and damaged items with the rely no replacement or return policy. Wow!!
                      Finally, tired of my daily calls, blocked my account, now i have lost my money, have products that cant be used, as its wrong or damaged, with the constant reply-backend support team would contact by call or mail and resolve the issue. That's so convenient to do. Amazing and outstanding customer service!!!
                      I WANT MY HARDEARNED MONEY BACK!!!
                      Been more than 10 days without any response...
                      I shall keep fighting for justice in every way possible...

                        I had an incident with Flipkart. On 10th July 2022 Flipkart Payments Bangalore was made an 15 unauthorised Each transaction of Rs. 2750/- by using my indus bank total - 27, 000/- details saved in their website without my consent.
                        After giving all details like credit card number, transaction ref no, Credit card statement etc.

                        I have approached State bank of India regarding this issue. They have clearly stated that this transaction was made by Flipkart Payments Bangalore on 20.12.2021 and provided the transaction ref no.
                        So, I kindly request you to lodge a complaint against Flipkart and revert back my said amount with additional compensation from Flipkart.

                          My account has been hacked. I have loged in via mobile number .In the past few days I had received messages for return request and refund credited but sadly I didnt do such acts while i am using those three products. When i checked into my account, the amount was not credited to my account so i thought it should be some technical errors. But today when i was trying my own card details I was stunned to see already addition of two unidentified card details ; one is in upi number and other is in email id.

                          Whe i callled up the person number which was in upi-id, he threatened like he dint care, he mentioned delhi and then ladakh.

                          In the meanwhile I recieved another product of dry eraser pens by a delivery executive who appeared unannounced, as usually I get message of the arrival with phone number. Due to network issue he made me payment in his upi id . In the midst of tense, I realised lately the amount which I paid and was mentioned during placing an order is different. In this parcel it was Rs. 430 and the amount while placing was Rs. 215.

                          So, I checked his transaction details which i made in the past few days and realised the return products raised and amount which was credited into that hacker id was actually paid to him during intially delivery into his id.

                          his upi id and the hacker id is almost matching. My conscience tells that this delivery executive may be involved in this hacking process.

                          I am very shocked the pathetic security provided by flipkart. When i talked to cstomer care they are asking me to change passwords mutliple times. And why should i do many times?? isnt its flipkart responsibilites to give secure system to its customer and hire a compliant employee??

                          i request to please look into the matter and take strict action against delivery executive and flipkart for careless approach. I feel unsafe.

                              I have ordered 3 Milton 1000ml Plastic Utility Containers on 12 July 2022 but I received Milton Electric kettle so I returned the Kettle and I refund for 1 Milton 1000ml Plastic Utility Container and other 2 Milton 1000ml Plastic Utility Containers I did not get. They are telling me that refund cannot be issued because of seller policy for the other two Milton 1000ml Plastic Utility Container.

                                    it should pick up 25th.date crossed 4 days ago.

                                      I purchased a Micromax 32 inch LED TV along with extended warranty of 2 year by Flipkart Protect from flipkart. Extended warranty policy number is EWFK[protected]. I raise my complaint on 16th June, 2022 and Jeeves service executive took my tv on 02nd July, 2022 for repair.
                                      They fake completed the service on 16th July, 2022 stating that the service is completed and when I contacted filpkart and jeeves they said "It was a fake closure of the claim and may be happend due to any technical issue" and said please don't worry your TV is at service center and we will repair and deliver it to you very soon. Then, I asked for refund because as per policy document if the product is not repaired within 30 calendar days customer is eligible for refund of 70% - 80% of the value of tv as per the invoice/bill. The executive who was on the call said "Yes, sir if you want refund instead of tv then you can request for the refund also and you will get 70% of amount mention in the invoice". Then, I said "Ok, issue me the refund I will buy a new tv". Then, she said "Ok, I've mentioned in the claim that customer wants refund instead of tv and sent it to the concerned team. They will provide you the refund within 2 working days".
                                      From then till now its been more than 10 working days I'm regularly contacting them they always say "We are working on it, please wait for 24-48 hours".
                                      Their 24-48 hrs are not getting over. They are very unprofessional when I again contact jeeves one executive said "Sir, aap samjhte hai na paisa dena kisko accha lagta hai.". Very unprofessional answers and no response from them.
