I've purchased a laptop (OD[protected] on 26July 2022 and the delivery date was 31 July 2022. I didnt get the purchase on July 31 even I am not able to track the delivery. Also the tracking facility is very poor
I'm not satisfied with the delivery. I ordered the product with my credit card and it has a processing fee and it is not refundable. Otherwise, I 'll sure can this order.

    Even after multiple calls, Flipkart and Jeeves have failed to install the newly bought TV. Flipkart kept on promising that it will done today. They have conveniently outsourced the installation to Jeeves without taking any responsibility and doesnt even give their contact number of Service engineer number. Its very badly managed. If you are outsourcing something, you should take complete ownership of their mess up as well

          I am valuable plus member of flipkart and always purchase from Flipkart. But recently i have purchased a product and disappointed with the service.

          I had ordered on 28th July 2022, but till now the order is not shipped yet and the promised delivery date is 2nd of August, 2022.

          I got a best deal on my order..and purchased. But why it is not shipped yet. Moreover, i have already raised complaint but not got any response.

          Kindly, request you to please ship it soon and deliver it in the timeline else i would go to consumer court regarding this fraud service.

            Sir, with due respect my account has been blocked just after it was been hacked by a hacked resulting in a loss of around ₹ 11385 through my Flipkart axis bank credit card. I raised a complaint with my local police but after 10 days they said they cannot do anything as the hacker has encashed the money within 30 min of purchasing google gift card through flipkart. Please arrange reset my account linked to my mobile number and email ID so i can use the same. from now on i will not save any card details in account. Please arrange to unblock my account please.

                Placed order #OD[protected] on 23rd July (already paid) and it confirmed that item will be delivered on 26th July but still not shipped on 31st July. reached Flipkart several times but complain resolution date increasing with out any resolution.
                Now the same seller taking order (31st July) in my delivery pin code with 3rd August delivery .

                      Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                      I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know. My flipkart id: [[protected]]

                        Order id- OD[protected] As there was issue for size related so I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers? Who responsible if any misused do you have legal rights any.?
                        It's your new policy for fraud.?
                        Kindly refund my money

                          On 13th July, Flipkart delivered a product that I did NOT order. Flipkart has scammed me. They are refusing to acknowledge this problem and refusing to resolve the issue.

                          I have contacted customer care 8 times now and their employees are refusing to help and try to blame.

                          The customer care employees tell me I should contact the person who ordered this product, but 1) that is not my responsibility and 2) I do not have the contact details of the person who ordered this product.

                          Flipkart is scamming customers by getting rid of products that are broken.

                          The Order was placed by someone with the ending digits as "0552". This number does not belong to me or anyone in my family.

                          Ekart has printed my address on the package and is forcing me to accept the product which I HAVE NOT ORDERED.

                          Both Flipkart and Ekart are scamming customers.

                            I pre ordered Oppo Reno 8 from Flipkart on 23rd July. Promised date of delivery came out to be 26th July. Since I had asked exchange, I hard reset my phone and kept ready to be given to Flipkart boy. Which means I was literally without mobile. When it was not delivered by EOD 26th July, I called Flipkart and they said issue will be solved in 3 days. Again on 28th I called just check status, they then told me it will now be resolved before 3rd Aug. Now I'm furious, because none of the CC executive gave me exact reason of delay not did they promise any date of delivery.
                            I really need help to get my product asap.

                                  On 13th July Flipkart delivered a product that was NEVER ordered by me. I have contacted customer care 6 times and they refuse to resolve this issue.
                                  Customer care told me that the order was placed by someone with the phno ending with "5022" which does not belong to me or anyone in my family.
                                  The product is a bluetooth headset that is broken and does not work.
                                  Customer care has refused to acknowledge this scam and is not solving the problem.

                                  Today is 31st July.

                                    2 months ago called and service centre person visited and said they will order a part to rectify within 1 week,
                                    Service person is not responding. I filed complaint with flipkart customer service team, 1.5 months ago since then team is pushing this request by 7 days and they say they highlighted for urgent resolution. I spoke to supposedly a senior 20 july 2022 and they gave me a email address...

                                    I placed the order on 27th july for a vi vo t1x . The amount has been deducted from my sbi credit card but still my order is showing pending. The order id is OD[protected]. There is no response from the customer care team as they aren't able to track my order id, pathetic consumer experience at flipkart. It's been 3 days since i placed the order but no response from Flipkart.

                                      finnally after many tweets. at the end seller failed and cancelled the order. and refund process started.
                                      whole procedure took 15-16 days.
                                      customer care of Flipkart is useless they don't know anything nor have any powers
