I have ordered Infinix Note 12 from Flipkart on 05/08/2022 and opted 3 Month No cost Zest money EMI option as payment method. My loan has been sanctioned and converted to EMIs but Flipkart has not confirmed my order and its still in pending state. I have checked my order status that my order wasn't placed and if amount has been deducted, the refund will be initiated automatically within 4 hours (PFA). I tried to reach through call then executive told me that my payment has been confirmed and waiting for order confirmation from seller and requested to wait for 24 hours . After 24 hours they told me that this is a backend issue and we're trying to resolve and request to wait for another 24 hours. After 48 hours they told me that your payment was failed and order isn't placed.
If my order wasn't placed why Flipkart's executive mentally harassed me for 48 hours?
In order status, it is clearly mentioned that if my amount has been deducted refund will be initiated within 4 hours of order (PFA) placed timing but still after 48 hours I haven't got any single confirmation from Flipkart that my refund has been initialized.
Requesting you to kindly look into this matter to get my refund ASAP and I need compensation of INR 20000 from Flipkart to mentally harassing me from past 48 hours.

    I ordered a real me washing machine from Flipkart on 25th may 2022 the machine came hardly worked for a week I had decided to return it on 5th June as I had take. Extended warranty from Jeeves I got call from Flipkart calling to cancel the refund and they will fix the issue then Jeeves I have sent 15 mails since 22nd July I’m just getting drama of two business days in each email since three month the machine is just lying in my house and we washing clothes with hands and my money of 13000 plus extended warranty is wasted Flipkart asked me to the job sheet from Jeeves but these people are not professional on calls or email now this is my last hope and then I’m logging a official FIR on Flipkart for not returning my product by making a fool and Jeeves for pathetic service and all lies and useless agent and real me for such a useless product

        Hi

        I have been facing frequent issues associate with delivery of orders placed in Flipkart.
        On 27-Jul-22 I had placed an order-OD[protected] in Flipkart. The order was out for deliver on 31-Jul-22 but it had not delivered. Upon query Flipkart executive told me that the order could not be delivered due to damage of some items of the order and flipkart took 5 days to cancel my order refund the order amount of Rs.1518.00.

        Then I have placed a fresh order- OD[protected] of Rs.878.00 on 03-Aug-22. Which was out for delivery at today(06-Aug-22)morning but not delivered this time too.

        Same issue has been occurring frequently and I am not getting any satisfactory resolution even after calling Flipkart helpline number in multiple times.
        Kindly look into the matter.

          I have ordered poco x4pro and found very ow performance therefore i cancelled the item and return requested but within 7 days refund policy Flipkart not allowing me to return the item.its cheating and bypassing.

            I have ordered poco x pro mobile via Flipkart and its hanging. I tried to cancel but its not allowing me but its 7 days return policy by Flipkart. Flipkart is cheating me

                The Nokia smart tv which i bought around 2 year ago has got diplay issues . The display is gets black and white lines. I got my complaint registered and the mechanic came to my village and he didnt check the tv throughly and said you will be contacted soon and in the night around 8:30 he s my sister and says that tv’s display pannel is not working and it will cost around 29k and then after having a arugment about this that we should have baught an extended warranty. And then he says that if we cancel the complain then he would make it only in 12k. What the hell is this . He is stealing from both the customer and flipkart . you guys must see it throughly. he is liying about the issues as well. The loss is of flipkart. Loosing the faith of customers. I lnow flipkart has partnershiped with nokia and how come a tv gets is dsplay pannel corrupted without even a single external damage. Either its the bad quality of tv build by nokia or very cheap quality of service provided by them. If these thing continue then flipkart would become so small as compared to amazon. Its not to hurt the sentiments its just a frustrating of loyal and angry customer of flipkart.Hope you guys see it and resolve the issue

                  Greetings..

                  Very First This is very worst experience with Flipkart customer support team, Im looking for strong disciplinary action against Abhieshek (Sr. Customer care executive) and Aman executive-Customer care.
                  They both hangup my call by putting me on mute and wasted my official time without resolving my issue.
                  Second i need compensation against my order for Ikon watch as flipkart cancel my order without taking my consent.Both guys kept me on long waiting for this order as i ordered this watch dated 25/08/22 and commited to deliver by 27-07-22 but till 05/08/22 they were giving next date fir delivery and in last they cancel order without taking my consent, also they mark my complaint as resolved from thier end without giving me proper closure.
                  Very very worst experience with flipkart very first time.
                  Looking for compensation for this harassment and want immediate strict action aginst above mentioned unprofessional poor customer care executive.

                    मेरा नाम गौरव कुमार झा है मैं मुजफ्फरपुर बिहार से हूं. सर मैं लगभग चार साल से flipkart से सॉपिंग कर रहे हैं . सर जब भी हम Flipkart के प्लस मेंबर बनते है उसके कुछ दिन बाद मेरा Flipkart Account block कर दिया जाता है.Two Flipkart Account मेरा block कर दिया गया है जिसका Register Number:-[protected]/[protected] इसके लिए काफी बार ईमेल कर दिए हूं लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है . और जब भी Flipkart customer care में फोन करते हैं तो बोलते हैं फ्लिपकार्ट अकाउंट Unblock हो जायेगा लेकिन एक साल से अधिक हो चुका है.Flipkart Account block होने से.

                      On 24th July 2022, I ordered Nothing Ear (1) Black Edition from Flipkart during the sale, and it was delivered to me on next day that is 25th July 2022. But when I was unboxed it, Boat Earbuds was in the package box with the invoice of Nothing Ear 1 . I was shocked since the one I ordered was of 5999 INR and what I received was of 2499 INR or something (after I checked on internet).
                      Right away I raised a replacement/ return request and it showed 72 hours for approval and I waited for the same, but it got rejected without any specific reason given on the application or email, then I again raised the request for the same. 2nd time it asked my government ID so I mailed them and uploaded them too on the app. Then again it got rejected without any reason given.
                      Then I contacted Flipkart support using call facility and they told me to again raise the request since it was a 'Technical Glitch" so this time I told them to raise from their end and then again it was rejected with 72 hours . So until now it got rejected 3 times and same process for 1 more times so total 4 times.
                      It was 1st August 2022 by this time and the last day of my 7 Day Replacement/Return Window, so I contacted them by chat and they told me that your replacement would reach you by 4th August 2022 according to that Customer Support Executive as I was unable to see the same in app, website, email or text message, that guy told me that it maybe a Technical Glitch so It would update within 24 hours. So I was like lets wait as I have waited from past 6 days and let Flipkart do the work.
                      But on 2nd August 2022, I went to the website on Flipkart to check if the replacement details have updated or not but, I was logged out so I tried to login but the website said that my account has been blocked and I have to contact customer care to fix this. But same, no update. And then they sent am email right away after my call ended up with Flipkart Support that My Account has been blocked due to high number of return requests.
                      First of all, Flipkart sends me a wrong product and when I request return/ replacement they reject them all and over the top they block my account that too after my return period closes.
                      Secondly, Flipkart Customer Support Executive made fool out of me by giving me false hopes and timelines and cheated me.
                      Finally I want return of the Wrong product which is not what I ordered and paid 5999 INR for and also I want my account back along with my money 5999 INR

                        I ordered a Lenovo Core i3 laptop with 2 years warranty on 25th July 2022 and received the product 29th July 2022. When I checked the product warranty it was already 4 months used, Instead of 24 months of warranty, only 20 months of warranty period was left. The warranty page was showing it started on 18th March 2022 and I purchased the product(delivered) on 29th July 2022. So the flipkart seller(PETILANTE) has sent me a used product. I reported the issue to Flipkart customer care they opened a case for replacement but after 6 days the case was closed after rejecting the replacement request. It is disappointing that Flipkart supports the seller more than the buyers.

                        The seller had 7 days replacement policy and my case was submitted the next day I received it so I was within the replacement policy still they rejected my replacement request.

                        I decided to post the product review about the seller explaining my shopping experience, but the Flipkart team rejected by product review on their website and did not make my review live, protecting the seller(PETILANTE).

                          On 3rd August 2022, I ordered 3 products from Flipkart. On 6th August 2022, I received sms that my product is cancelled and refund is intended.
                          When i ask customer care why my product got cancelled he had no answer.
                          He was only saying that sorry for that and i will share your feedback with team.
                          Now i have no product and my time got also waste.
                          Not at all happy with flipkart service.

                                I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
                                Past two weeks I'm contacting flipkart customer care they won't solve my issues till now.
                                When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately

                                  Flipkart has blocked mu paylater without any reason even if I haven't any due payment and I'm also plus member from many years
                                  They only send a text message as follows and deactivated my pay later facility.
                                  The message is
                                  Flipkart Update: Your Flipkart Pay Later account has been disabled by the financing partner based on their terms o[censored]se. You can continue to shop on Flipkart using other prepaid modes or cash on delivery based on availability.

                                    Flipkart has blocked my ID. As I was returning a product, suddenly my ID got logout and when I was login again my ID was not login. It was showing that Your Flipkart account has been blocked. I tried many times to unblock my ID but I was unable. I lose my 1000Rs. Please help me to unblock my ID.

                                      I have placed Wonder-chef non-stick pan set order in flipkart on 23rd July 2022. I was promised, it will be delivered by 24th July 2022. Due to some issue they couldn't do it on 24th, so they postponed the delivery date to 26th July 2022.
                                      Still now I haven't received the product nor response flipkart.
                                      I had contacted the customer care and the response was not good. Either they make me wait on the call and disconnect or asks me to wait for some more days.

                                      Its been 14 days and there is no response from Flipkart.

                                      Amazon is so much better when it comes to CUSTOMER service. Shopping in Flipkart anymore.
                                      I'm completely shifting to Amazon. No more Flipkart. Shame on you Flipkart, learn something from amazon

                                        I ordered 5 vouchers of BPCL on Wednesday 3rd Aug 2022. The order was placed and i paid Rs.4100 through credit card. The voucher was not delivered instantly however I discussed with customer care 4 times and each time they told that the same is approved and will be provided shortly to you on email.

                                        Further the order was Cancelled by the seller without citing any reason. Now this is a complete breach of buyer-seller Contract...
