I am valuable plus member of flipkart and always purchase from Flipkart. But recently i have purchased a product and disappointed with the service.
I had ordered on 28th July 2022, but till now the order is not shipped yet and the promised delivery date is 2nd of August, 2022.
I got a best deal on my order..and purchased. But why it is not shipped yet. Moreover, i have already raised complaint but not got any response.
Kindly, request you to please ship it soon and deliver it in the timeline else i would go to consumer court regarding this fraud service.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
