I recently ordered a Usha table fan, The package was delivered about a week later on April 1. The fan parts looked dusty and the motor shaft had some rusted spots on it. With no surprise, When I assembled the fan it just didn't work, It only made a loud humming noise. I immediately requested for a refund on the same day of the delivery. The refund was accepted and the pickup was to be completed on April 5, but I didn't get a single call or message regarding the pickup. I raised a complaint on the pickup not being completed. Flipkart promised that my issue will be resolved by April 13 and kept delaying it further until April 17. Then they just cancelled my return request stating that the seller was not able to fulfill the refund request. Now that my 10 day return window has closed, What does Flipkart want me to do with the defective fan?. I received a defective product and I requested for a refund within the stipulated return period and yet Flipkart won't replace my product, Then why even bother to have a return window Flipkart? Looks like the seller just scammed me, I just can't explain this scam any further. Please kindly look into the issue Flipkart.
