I have received wrong color of the shoes against Order OD[protected] and I have raised this concern again and again but no resolution has been provided. I am getting a standard template from Email team that Seller and Courier Team has notified that product was intact while delivery then how did I receive the wrong product? If the mistake happened from Seller or Courier Partner, why should I be suffering? Also, what is the new policy...

Purchased an led tv under Flipkart-Jeevees complete protection. After 2 years its panel become complaint. I informed that their customer care. A service technician came after a few days and picked up TV for service. After that no updates or reply from Flipkart/Jevees. It almost gone past one month....

I have ordered a top from Flipkart on 21 Jan and it was delivered to me and due to some problem with the top I place a replacement request and the top was collected by a delivery executive. It was food item and expected delivery was 6th April. I got the call from delivery boy but couldnt take his call as I was in meeting. Ac delivered on 2nd April and installation scheduled at 5th April. But after several attempts their telecaller only giving me a new date on every date.
Pathetic service. Their tone of talking is not sorry.

I had se Bharat purchase is on Flipkart through Flipkart pay later. the regular chain of Flipkart palette is that you what are a product from Flipkart and pay with period and then on the next month a bill will be generated and you have to pay it within 5th of that month. and accordingly I did so I had no payment defaults on my part. suddenly I received message from Flipkart saying that my pay later account has been disabled due to non compliance...
