why should we keep tiffin box when we have rcvd sink jali
and i have img proof as well video as well
this is total fraud
the person who come for replacement is unprofession
his behavior was rude

    AC delivered in 16th April 2021, but it has got too much of delay in installation of said date 18th, and then 19th and then 20th. It is almost put me under really a mentally depression state and loss of business and work during all these 5 days from 16th -21st april. I have been calling back to back and write emails to flipkart for installation but still delayed. I have asked for free installation and compensation for the delay, flipkart executive told that they will look for the compensation and connect but no response. Technician has visited for installation and denied the payment but technician is fighting for the payment and he is Threatening that he would make other problem out of this and also tried to uninstall the installed unit which he has no right over it. Please assist me with same and resolve the issue with technician and ask flipkart to deal the issue with technician

          Good day sir/ma’am

          My issue with order id OD[protected] is still not resolved and Flipkart is giving all excises that you have crossed return period where as i am trying for product return from the same day I received the product that is 26th march2022.

          I dont have any more courage left to run after Flipkart anymore. I keep calling them but i get no resolution wasting so much of my time.

          PLease help its been very long time since i have tried for return of my product with Flipkart and now Flipkart has started giving all excuses that “they cannot do anything in this matter”.

          Now the customer care drops call in between without listening to my problem and refuses to take any complaints or refuses to escalate the matter to higher department. I call Flipkart 3 to 4 times daily but i get no results and nobody is ready to resolve or listen or file complaint and Flipkart is saying all my issue is resolved as per their system information, whereas nobody calls me or get in touch with me to resolve any issue, Flipkart is resolving all issue of their own without letting the customer know about it.

          Please help me as you are the last option available to me.

            I am a flipkart plus account holder for which I got a limit of 65000/- from flipkart paylater. For which I have not utilized any amount. But somehow Flipkart created a consumer loan (Loan account no:[protected] on my name with the lending partner IDBFCFIRSTBAN.

            When I checked my cibil score to opt for home loan. My cibil score which was excellent 760 earlier has drastically come down to 680. I was shocked to know because till date I haven't missed a single installment or emi's. When I enquired why it got reduced then got to know that Flipkart created a consumer loan (Loan account no:[protected] on my name with the lending partner IDBFCFIRSTBAN and it had a overdue amount of 5398/- and It is showing that I have missed emi's from 2021-Nov to 2022-Apr.

            The issue is I have not used any paylater amount. why account was created and why there is a overdue amount on my name. I am attaching all the details here. I have contacted the flipkart team but didn't receive the resolution. Every time I call them they give the same reply that we are looking into it and need some more time.

            Please understand the issue and resolve at the earliest. correct the overdue amount and correct my cibil score. My home loan application is pending because of the cibil score. There has been a metal trauma around week.

                          I have ordered an Infinixhot11s on 14th April but I didn't receive it on the expected date 19th April then it got delayed to 21st of April & told me that the ordered can be delayed by logistics once only but then again they have themselves delayed my order delivery date to 26 April what a nuisance fraud company if they can't afford to give product on sales for cheap price why they list it on sales there logistics is just ### up then don't even have the ethics to call & inform the CUSTOMER about his product such a mess & scam company Flipkart is Amazon is clearly much more better than them & don't trouble there CUSTOMER so much as Flipkart does.                             I purchased fossil watch for 12000, 2 days it was delivered and I raised for return request because of watch was not working, now they cancel my return request and blocked my account, it has 10 days return policy, last date of return policy is 28th april

                              I have submitted a return for my newly bought AC due to its unbearable outdoor unit's sound. I raised a request on 06th of April 2022 and today they have closed it stating resolved using troubleshooting. but no one called or helped us in anything.

                                Below are the order details:

                                I bought this item on 17th April 2022 and delivered by flipkart on 18th April 2022

                                I have two complaints here

                                1st Issue. The price i bought is at 37990 and post discount i paid 36990 rupees. Now the product just delivered and not even installed. Within just 2 days the price changed to 35490 on flipkart. i.e as a customer am deprived of 2500 rupees in just 2 days.
                                When contacted flipkart customer care, they are denying any resolution for this. Don't you have any price drop or regulation policy at your end for large appliances even for 2 days post delivery & not installed. This is something as a consumer I feel deprived of right price. I am still serving return policy window and yet you state, you can only replace the product and cannot refund the amount, For these sort of cases where price drops overnight for large appliances post purchase there should be refund allowed to user or should provide difference amount

                                2nd Issue: While placing the order i have been shown that the product will be delivered by 18th April 2022 and installation shall be done before 24th April 2022
                                As soon as i place the order, the installation date changed to 27th April 2022 and I have no option to modify it prior to the mentioned date.
                                This is something a kind of false promise by flipkart and as a result of it as a buyer we are suffering .

                                I need clear resolution w.r.to above issues

                                    Hello, so I recently received a phone Realme GT Master Edition as a gift from a colleague of mine which was brought under flipkart smart upgrade plan.
                                    Unfortunately due to some internal circumstances I have loss all contact with him which have defaulted him in making the remaining EMI payment.
                                    This is concerning because my phone might become locked if the remaining payment is not made which can only be made in the original flipkart account where this phone was purchased.
                                    I have attached the IMEI details of the phone. Therefore I'll be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter and suggest a resolution at the earliest.

                                    Well it's been some days since I've posted my complaint. I did get the notification on my email that it's been notified but I still yet to get an update.
                                    Same problem is with me. I paid 100% amount at the time of procurement and after updating my device to Android 13, I got a message to accept Flipkart Smart Updrade Plan. I went to Realme service center, They revert back my Rom to android 12 from 13. But problem was not resolved. They told me that this problem belongs to Flipkart and only they can resolve it. I told all these to Flipkart customer care, they checked everything, and told that my device was never under that plan and their technical team will resolve it. But till now nothing happened. I am not ready to accept that plan which I never opted at the time of procurement. Now only Indian Government or IT ministry can resolve this problem faced by Indian Citizens from MNC company.

                                        Hi i am Shailendra Nagar my registered number is [protected]. I have make an order on Flipkart Today was its delivery date. They give me an executive no. I call him on that no. But this guys cut My call. And after 2-3 hours he came to my venue and call me I tolled him right now I am for with my venue. He not listen anything after that and cut my call than I call him 4-5 times but he cut my call everytime. And before 1 hours I call him again he pick my call when I tolled him that why you are not picking my call than he talk to me so ruddlly. Plz tak action against this guys.
