I have ordered 2 mobile cover along with a Sneker from Flipkart on Oct, 2018. Twice my oder got cancelled automatically. Later I called customer care and asked why my oder was cancelled. After checking Support person said that order is out of stock hence my order got cancelled. Once product will come back to stock I can place order again. After a day product came back to stock, I place oder again. Again I saw my order has been cancelled by seller. So I contacted Flipkart again, Support person logged a complain on this. 2 days later I received an email from a Senior person stating that Product I am purchasing is for reselling, as result they have blocked my account. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. After that I logged several complain, but no help from Flipkart. Please take necessary action on them. If I was reselling then I could create multiple accounts, why I use same account.

This is an unethical practice by Flipkart. Kindly take necessary action on them.

    I ordered honor band 6 on 30th March with price of 3999/-. I received that product but in the product box main product was missing so I contacted to support team and finely I got my replacement product. But in the replacement product charging cable was missing. And I again logged the complain for return and refund. They accept my return and one person came and I hand over ky product to them on 16th April. On that date to till now I didn't get any refund or not any resolution. Whenever I ak calling to the flipkart suport team they are keep delaying my request for refund. Please help me. I worked so much hard for my 3999/-.please help me to get my product refund. I logged so many complaint but till now didn't get any resolution.

      I bought realme 9 pro plus on 5th April 2022 from flipkart, I was facing an issue with the device so I initiated a refund, for which I had to face many issues because flipkart was not co-operating at all, they also tried to cancel my replacement request themselves after delaying replacement till exchange duration expired. Somehow I was able to get a replacement for this device and the new device that I received in replacement had the same performance issues. Being dissatisfied, I initiated a refund request, the delivery guy was supposed to pick up the product on 21st April, but they have not sent a pickup guy to pick up this faulty device yet. Not only that, they are dropping calls after saying that we are putting you on hold to collect information, this purchase experience has become an utter nightmare for me and I would really appreciate it if they just take this faulty device back and send me my money. I have been having conversations with their call executives and they are saying that issue will be resolved within 24 hrs, but no luck so far. I've kept call recordings for evidence purposes.

        I have ordered perfumenaut 77 attar.4to 5 days ago But I have received raat rani attar today 26.4.22. Earlier 3to4 month ago I have ordered perfumenaut 007 perfume but I have received 77 perfume. This is second time I'm having problem. Ordering something and receiving different item. If particular item is not available you can cancel the order. Flipkart please take some action for this type of mistakes.

            Dear flipkart, I've purchased a Parker Pen worth rs.275/- of order which was not placed on 02/04/2022 with order id- ( OD[protected] OD[protected] through flipkart pay later option. ammount was deducted from flipkart pay later but still not refunded. the team will let you know all the details." but the team didn't reply. The other consultants told me to wait for 3-5 days as the team will get back to me. But still now the issue remains the same. I didnt get the refund back. Because of this, I have to pay a billed ammount, and my credit score is also getting worse Now almost 24 days to go but still i am suffering and not getting any response from your side.

            Kindly do the needful As soon as possible.

                I have paid 2 times for this order ID- OD[protected]. First time through Flipkart app via Paytm UPI and second time when delivery person asked me to pay same amount to receive order, so I paid through Paytm UPI again. He told me, you will get refund of your first payment but till now I have not received refund. I am trying to call customer support but every time all executives are busy and I raised query through so many times but no response from Flipkart.

                  I ordered a few items from Flipkart via googlepe on 10th April. Later I canceled the item on 13/14th April and the refund amount was not yet credited back to my account. Even then I waited till yesterday and contacted customer care. They are asking me to contact Google pe giving bank ref num mentioning that the issue is not with the Flipkart. I contacted Google Pe, but they are saying this is the issue with the Seller/Merchant which is Flipkart for me. They are unable to help me and I am in trouble. I requested a call back after hearing this from Flipkart. but after the call when I mention the issue, customer care executives are ending my call. I am highly irritated with this Flipkart service

                      I have bought a Flipkart Smartbuy powerbank in October 2021. The product got damaged within 4 months. I have been writing mails to [protected]@flipkart.com and calling them continuously but i have not a proper response from them. All i got was a complain number and an adress to give my product. I have my product to the mentioned address, next day morning they called and told to take product back and told they won't service the product. Everytime I mail flipkartsmartbuy the response i get is that "we are still processing your request" or " we have escalated your issue" it's been 2 months i am getting the same response. Even flipkart customer care disconnects call when i raise this service issue with them. Pathetic service, didn't expect this from Flipkart.

                      Even the flipkart people barred ne from posting reviews for the product from their site. Why you are giving warranty then? 3rd class products these people are rebranding as flipkartsmartbuy and selling. Better purchase products from roadside than from Flipkart.

                          This is regarding replacement of defective washing machine received by us order id - OD[protected].
                          Installation technician found an issue with the machine and raised a replacement request on Friday 15th.

                          Still after about two weeks the defective machine has not been picked up and replacement has not been provided.
                          Chasing up with customer service since past two weeks,
                          but no answer and senior executive also disconnecting the call mid discussion to avoid giving any answers.
                          Being a valuable customer for so many years very disappointed with the services.

                          Even though we also raised an incident IN[protected], and resolution time was given before today 26 Apr 10:35 am, still no update or resolution given.

                          Kindly progress on the replacement request or initiate refund in case replacement not available.

                            I have ordered the product apple iphone 6s plus on Flipkart on 15th April 2022 and they said the expected delivery date will be 22nd, i waited but did not recieve my order.i have messaged to the Flipkart help center and they said they will look into it and delayed my order on 24th, i waited again but didn't not recieve on that day too.i again reached out for help at the costumer service of flipkart.now they delayed the expected date to 26th .today is 26th waiting patiently for my delivery for atleast today to deliver.its been 12days till today .it's been a worst experience ever from Flipkart and ekart courier service.

                              I have ordered Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner on 8 Apr 2022 on your website they have delivered me a Timex wall clock which is a completely different product than what I ordered I have contacted your support time regarding my issue many time but they didn't have resolve my issue and now my account is been blocked I have been loyal coustomer to Flipkart didn't expect this type of behavior from the trusted website even though I have provided my full support and patience to your team to resolve my issue they couldn't resolved it please look into my issue

                                The company first did delay in sending order. Then sent an empty packing.On raising missing item complaint they asked to send all details or packaging received and photos which I shared. Now they are asking for PAN Card, Aadhar card etc personal details.When asked reasons they have no reason, must saying we want to verify your account.I am user of flipkart since years suddenly today they have to verify account that too using Aadhar Card & other personal details.

                                So first their sellers have taken customer money and sent empty boxes, then for providing any resolution they will try to get customers personal details which they will try to sell off or misuse.

                                  I m Heena I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 20, 000 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 7 pro for rs.469

                                  I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
                                  Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                                      I have booked the laptop through Flipkart
                                      and there were some good offers ( Exchange old laptop + Price was also low + ICICI credit card free EMI option) on that time and I just had to pay Rs 37927/- with a replacement of my lenovo Z580 laptop. Replacement amount was Rs 9000/-. My lenovo laptop was running good and no scratch over there .
                                      On 27-Jan-22 once delivery person was looking into my laptop he was saying that you can sell it in outside to get good price . Then I told that I am ok with replacement of Rs 9000/- amount in Flipkart . Then he took some pics from back side of my Laptop with zoom and told me that replacement amount is Rs 1300/- only.
                                      I was shocked and ask him for justification, then he told that sorry sir I am non technical person so tomorrow (28-Jan-22) a Flipkart technical person will visit your home and check thoroughly . I agreed and told hime to do that . But on 28-Jan-22 morning we got surprised that Flipkart has cancelled the order without any confirmation/information from me.
                                      Then I have raised my concerned to Flipkart Support and grievance team for this un ethical things happened.
                                      Even I thought if any further issue on replacing old laptop then I will not give my old laptop and buy the ordetef laptop by paying of Rs 9000/- more amount at the time of delivery as also I had that option too.

                                      "MSI GF63 Thin Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max Q/60 Hz) GF63 Thin 10SCXR-1618IN / GF63 Thin 10SC-612IN Gaming Laptop was cancelled."

                                      Once raised, from Flipkart support team Mr Sk khizer Aleem has contacted me, my husband Mr Sarbajit were talking on behalf of me entirely for this . I described my issue over call and need proper justice for this unethical things happened . I asked him to reorder the same with same offers . But he couldnt do that and was telling for 1000 or 2000 rs in Flipkart wallet which was not acceptable for me. Then he told that we are sorry but one other option he can do that is (email conversation) :
                                      "Thanks for your time today.

                                      It was a pleasure speaking to you.

                                      As discussed over the phone, We would like to inform you that you can place order for 'MSI GF63 Thin Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max Q/60 Hz) GF63 Thin 10SCXR-1618IN / GF63 Thin 10SC-612IN Gaming Laptop' with any of the payment options (Cash on Delivery or by Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking) and share us the new order ID by replying to this mail so that we can track it, once the same is delivered, the seller will refund 90% of the difference amount to your account.

                                      If you're opting for the exchange offer, the price of exchange product will be decided by the executive who comes for validation, and the difference amount resolution provided by seller is only for the new product and if doesn't include exchange product.

                                      I agreed with it and on 04-Feb-22 I have booked same laptop with price Rs 52990/ and successfully delivered on 08-Feb-22 (OrderId: OD[protected]
                                      as Flipkart promised the refund of 90% of the difference amount( Difference amount was : 90% of {[protected]+9000) = 6063}, that is Rs 5456.70/- .

                                      I have mailed for the refund .Then Mr Sk khizer Aleem from Flipkart had contacted me almost everyday and assure about my refund and on 10-Feb-22 he asked my bank details via email where the refund will be credited.
                                      Then and then I replied with my necessary bank details and he assured that refund will be reflected in my account in 7- 10 days . I was also fine with that .
                                      But after few days I have been contacted by some other Flipkart Support person's and they are telling that seller will not pay the amount in bank and you have to take it in our Flipkart wallet where only option is to buy product in Flipkart. I was really surprised and asked about the reason .They continuously told me that seller has changed their policy. I clearly told and also emailed that we purchased the product in Flipkart not from the seller website and if policy is coming into the picture then also they should follow the policy once the issue raised and what they have promised.

                                      After that it was very irritating for me, every Support person contacted and told that we are sorry we can give you in wallet 100% if the difference amount I, e 6063. But I was not be able to do that as I have already full paid Rs 52990/- from my credit card not in an emi. So I need refund the money in my account only otherwise it will be impacted in my financial area . So I requested them to process my refund in my bank account as they promised.

                                      On 28-Feb-22 I had a conversation with Mr Sk khizer Aleem and as an extremely harassment and for this fraudulent activity I finally told him to give 10000 in my Flipkart wallet. I will adjust my financial problem with other way and I will close this issue. Also informed over email that it is alteady delayed a lot if it is not addressed by 28-Feb-22 then I will take legal action for this cheating .

                                      Now next drama has been started, Mr Sk Khizer Aleem didnt call me after 28-Feb-22 and some other support person's reach out to me and told me wait till 10-Mar-22 for the resolution. I have also waited for that but didn't care to resolve this, every time they emailed that my number is not reachable etc etc .

                                      All the email communication I have attached in pdf format.

                                      After an extreme harassment on 24-Mar-22 one Flipkart Support guy called me and adamently saying continuously that you have only option take 90% of the diff amount in Flipkart wallet otherwise we are closing this issue.

                                      Hence I dont have any option to do other than to legal action for false promises and to provoke customer to buy product.

                                      My humble request is that please give me the proper justice and to get proper compensation for all harassment and trouble faced financially.
