I have placed my 5th order Order ID - OD[protected]
I placed almost 5 orders and all orders reach nearest hub but doesn't get to the point "Out for Delivery" stage. The delivery gets postpone for 2 more days and this is happening for all my mobile orders. The only reason is that i placed order with Buyback option availed for MI10t. I bought this phone with Buyback option and now i am trying to exchange this phone with new phone...

I received a call from [protected]. he claimed as a consumer complaint forum officer. and instruct me to open yono sbi app and select atm and enter the 20000 amount in the column. he claimed my disputed transaction amount can be redeemed as a reward and can be collected by the bank. this is true or again misguide. please confirm....

Iam order a mobile phone redmi note 10 s march 15/2022 but mobile delivery process is very slow...plz deliver the mobile shortly...

Respected sir, i booked coco diper pack of large size worth rupees 649 for 88 diper on 15 march 2022 and it was deliverd on 20 march .i had paid rupees 649 cash on delivery but in the pack of 88 i found only 44 diper.i have try many times on customer care of flipkart but not resolve my problum so sir what i can do .

I ordered a Sofa cum bed as on 13.02.22 order id is OD[protected] from Flipkart and i paid all amount from Flipkart emi option. Expected delivery date was 28.02.22 but till date order not delivered. Even customer care executive can not track where is my shipment.

I buy a smartphone in flipkart and i pay with flipkart pay later emi and i pay first month emi easily and then i try next month payment when i click on pay bill then only surfing and not open payment page i tried lots of time regular 3 days but nothing happen then i login idfc (flipkart banking partner)then i login loan payment pagethrogh my mobile number and there show my bill and then i pay my bill and then flipkart...

On last Sunday I received some items as cash on delivery. The delivery person did not show the items without cash. After getting the cash the person went away. When I opened the package I was shocked to see the item I received which I or my family never ordered. Later while lodging complaint with Flipkart it came to know that some unknown person whose name I never heard in my life has ordered this from his account as Cash on delivery. Now...

I ordered a realme narzo phone worth 14249 on 17th march 2022 on flipkart and prepaid for the same.
Later I cancelled my order and got a notification that my order has, been cancelled and refund is completed and i will get my refund by 23rd march . But till now I haven't got my refund.. I contacted them and they said refund has, been done.. But I haven't received any refund

Dear Flipkart,

I had purchased online lotto sandals Actually the price is 539 and I added coins and I already voucher code and voucher pin so I applied the voucher code and voucher pin remaining I have to pay 225 rupees and I paid the amount but through Paytm which I was received from Flipkart but my order is not placed successfully and the site shows payment is failed but the amount debited from my account.

My name is Nikhil Kumar i have bought pocco f3 gt product from flipkart i got it on 17th march which is defective spots in display and i have not received warranty card in the box due to which replacement is not possible also solve my problem from customer care number Can't get it please help me....

Grocery order OD[protected] was placed on 16th march and was to be delivered on 18th march..The delivery person did not come with my full order so he mentioned they will deliver next day.The delivery day has been extended every single day..1st it was 20th then 22nd 23rd 24th and now 25th..The customer care is not allowing for cancellation of the order or further escalations....

I ordered multiple items in Flipkart and one day they delivered two-three items and all were COD so got the payment whole together. we paid the cash. Later when I checked one of the packages was someone else's. My name is also Abhii and the other person's name was Abhi but his surname was different and also the address was different.

I was order IFB microwave from flipkart dtd 27/02/22 and received incomplete item on dtd 08/03/22, I wanted to gift this to someone and it didn't happen. I put in a replacement request but I haven't received the replacement item yet. By flipkart customer care executives giving date 14 first time then 17 and now 25 march. I don't think my problem will be solved even till 25.

I am using flipkart from last 3years..but from last one month its showing not deliverable to pincode 502032 which is center of the city it is showing avilable to an area which is far away to city.. I am not understanding what this flipkart people are doing..they are answering all the rubbish..nothing resolved till now, take some serious action against this issue..flipkart should be minimun responsible to the customer issues...

I have closed my flipkart account six months back and after months of period it is still showing that account is in active. i want to close the account permanantly and utilise the same phone number to link with another account of me.
I want to deactivate flipkart account permanatly linked with number [protected]
and use the number with other account of my choice.
