Hello,
I have opened an account couple years back on flipkart with number
[protected]. But i have no longer access to this number now and would like to update this old number with my current in use number. Could you please help me to update my old number to current one [protected].

        My product of realme 9 pro worth of 18048 i purchased from flipkart on 13 may 2022 and in the box of the mobile i didn't get charger so i raised a return request against this product the courier boy of flipkart come and get the product and tell me the refund will initiate by the flipkart after 5 hours but still today refund not initiated to me and return request showing also cancelled.

          I ordered an item with order id OD[protected] on 13th Feb but due to some issue, I returned the product and according to the merchant the amount of Rs 449 was refunded by the seller on 26th Feb and should have credited to my account by 2nd March (Reference no.[protected] but I haven't received the amount yet and I m continuously contacting bank and Flipkart but my problem is not getting resolved.

            Sir my flipcart id is blocked by you linked to Abhishek.[protected]@gmail.com on ground of multiple return detected by your system. But sir if you check it manually than there was no such returns rather multiple attempts were made to return undelivered grocery product from my side and from customer care executives side. Now you people blocked my account and i have outstanding bill to pay in flipcart pay later. Please help

                My complaint is that I took the phone from flipkart Motorola G22 and this is the worst phone ever in my life I have request apply on flipkart for replacement on 17 april but it has been 9 days to put the request but still no delivery boy pick up the phone Haven't come, these people become mad, it will come to speak, pls return my money, you guys gave me such a bad phone or their service is also bad.

                  Order I'd: OD[protected]. Seller : Omni tech Retail. Bought 43 inch Nokia full HD TV after installation from the third month we started facing issues in tv. Raised multiple complaints to nokia Flipkart. Nothing seems to be helpful. Very own flipkart's technician from Jeeves told us to return TV. But the Jeeves team is not ready for refund or replacement. This is the third time they are replacing the chipset. I need full refund for my TV I can't wait further weeks for the same issue if nokia/Flipkart is not giving the refund. I will go against you in consumer court. I will share this issue with my friends and family members too. I have all the call recordings of nokia and technicians conversations.

                        Good day

                        I raised my first complaint regarding my defective/damage/counterfeit product on 16th april 2022 through consumer complaint cell and second complaint on 22nd april 2022. But, i am yet to receive the resolution i need.

                        I keep calling Flipkart trying to contact with Flipkart team to resolve the issue but i am getting no help from them. Flipkart team is continuously harassing, abusing and disconnecting my call every time i try contacting them.

                        I have been trying this from over a month now but yet to get suitable answer from them.
                        I requested for 4 times the compensation along with refund amount for all the harassment, bully, trauma, lying, abuse from the hand of Flipkart team. For getting very pathetic poor service, receiving fake product from them, for violating my right and taking advantage of the situation to make customer wait long.

                        Idont think flipkart has interest in resolving my issue, as all the calls and emails are going on dumb ears.

                        Please look into it and decide the fate of this case

                          i have order Whirlpool 4 in 1 Convertible Cooling 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White (1.5T MAGICOOL CONVERT 3S COPR INV, Copper Condenser).in 13/04/2022. this product delivered in 16/04/2022. but its accessory are missing . i have return this product for 17/04/2022. i have 3 time is return request but all time is rejected . and its so delay . so what can i do . please solve my problem and legal action to flipkart .

                            We are a brand supporting sustainability and Odisha handloom & crafts.
                            We are the only one company to get onboarded in FlipKart recently to sell authentic Odisha handloom Sarees, suits and crafts. We were excited that we will give our best to support Odisha handloom needs in FlipKart Platform and we will support our Odisha weavers.
                            Within few days of our product listing, we got 5-6 orders for premium Odisha handloom Silk sarees. We have packed all the orders within SLA and handed it over to Flipkart courier partners for delivery. All of those orders are cancelled or returned by the customers.

                            After that we have faced an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart. If customers will place order for premium handloom sarees and mark it for return or Cancel it then how seller is fraudulent.

                            Also, please note there are difference between handloom and power loom sarees.

                            we ship our order to UK/USA without any quality issues.

                            REASON - SELLER FRAUD

                            Steps to reactive your account-

                            Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against customers/Flipkart. As this is a violation of our terms o[censored]se you will not be allowed to sell on the platform.

                              I always make order here. But there was a delivery today. I thought maybe sister made it but then I double checked after giving cash on delivery of rs.700. It wasn't ordered by us or from my account even mobile no. And username is same as that of Flipkart account even the merchant is Flipkart.

                                From Flipkart delivery person came and told i forgot your parcel at Kavandapadi office. And he promised next day he will deliver but we surprised still not received parcel but in the Flipkart application it mentioned item delivered. Flipkart should take necessary action

                                  I placed an order ( OD[protected] for a Samsung AC 1.5 ton 5 start rating on 24th April, 2022 at a discounted price. It was supposed to be delivered on the next day, but i was told it could not be delivered due to some logistics issue. I was also assured that the product will be delivered by 29th April. I made multiple calls on 25th and 26th asking about the status of the issue and i was told that i will receive the product latest by 29th April, 2022. On 27th April morning i receive an SMS stating that my order is canceled and i received a refund. I called up the customer care and was told that the order got cancelled because i was not reachable. The order was not out for delivery on 27th and i have never received any call from Flipkart or the courier services. Now i am told to place the order again, but i will lose the discount as the item is back on regular price. Please help.

                                    I have ordered TAAJ Solar Light set of 3 quantity from flipkart mobile application on 13-April-2022 @14:33pm. Flipkart delivered 1 quantity of nova trimmer in ordered placement of TAAJ Solar Light set of 3 quantity when I enquired the order misplacement and missing item then have asked to place return for the delivered order and raise return item missing for other 2 quantity, misplaced refund amount flipkart accepted but other 2 item missing request flipkart is declined 4 - 5 times and their is no reason mentioned for the decline. Today onwards (27-April-2022) my flipkart account also deactivated now I don't have any away to contact them, even flipkart customer care number is not helpful.

                                    For missing item they have asked for aadhar card details, even I have send same to flipkart costumer support mail id, ([protected]@flipkart.com) now this mail account is not exists.

                                    Detail of order, invoice, refund request scrènshot, account detailsand delivered item screenshot is mentioned below and even attached the document.

                                    This portal is not at all useful for raising consumer complaints, I think this portal is handled by flipkart itself.
                                    No response niether no action, till now my issue not got resolved.

                                        On 22 April 2022, I have ordered one 'Lloyd 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC with Wi-fi Connect - White (GLS18I3FWCXT, Copper Condenser)' of Rs. 31, 249.00 after applied some credit card offers.

                                        Now, on 27 April 2022, the Flipkart has automatically cancelled my order and saying me to reorder the same product.

                                        But now the product price after applied some credit card offers has been increased.

                                        This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract
