Last year i have purchased mi 10t pro order id OD[protected] with buyback program, It is expired yesterday apr 22nd. From mar 25th i’m trying to purchase new mobile mi 11i from flipkart with buy back. But they are keep not delivering my orders instead cancelling orders without my consent.

1st order id - OD[protected]th mar booked and cancelled on 27th mar
2nd order id - OD[protected]
11th Apr Booked and cancelled from flipkart end on 21st Apr. In between i spoke to flipkart customer care 50 times. Even i visited warehouse, they confirmed prpduct is with them, They told not able to make out for delivery due to Buyback error. It has to solved from flipkart end. i told everything to flipkart customer care. But nothing happened, they cancelled my order without my consent and asking me to order again. Yesterday also they sending random message saying my issue will be solve by 13th Apr.
3rd order id - OD[protected]. Booked 21st Apr, it is expected to deliver today now again same system error, they are not delivering, just change the delivery date to 25th Apr. Again same story. They just playing cheap to not use my buyback program. Now it is expired, If they cancel this order, , my buyback i cannot uae, they just trying cheat me on this. Please do the needful to solve the issue

My 3rd order is also cancelled without my consent with fake reasons, They are trying to compensate my 23500 buyback with wonderful 2000rs gift voucher. How such a cheap act of scamming the customer. Never expected this from flipkart, been a 12+ years customer.

      Review not shown after published

      I have ordered a product and received it whose order id is OD[[protected]]. I have rated and submitted my review on this product but its not showing on product page. what i have written in review is showing is as published in my review section but its not showing on product page, its showing as published on 21 sept 2020. but still not showing in product page....

      Recently in Oct 2021, I purchased Boat Rockerz 250+ plus neckband earphone from Flipkart. Currently I am facing 'Power on failure' problem. As the device is under warranty I claim warranty for product. They informed me to submit the invoice. I submitted paper(Tax Invoice + Shipping label) received during delivery but boat denied calling it as Shipping label. So I want Invoice so that I can claim warranty. &Also not getting any response from flipkart customer service center,

      The invoice is not found in my registered mail id. I checked in Flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

      Please look into this !

          Flipkart was very good in the past, but in the past couple of years, its has deteriorated..

          Most of their orders, especially the cheap ones are either received as used or damaged product or with damaged wrapping. This is not just one time but almost every time. I had many recent incidents. Some are below -

          Incident 1 - Ordered a Lee cooper shoe, which has a company default design to be "dirty". I decided to return it as the fit is not good and return pick up guy denied the pick up saying, "Sir, the product has lot of dirt and sign of wear and tear". Then I showed him the product's actual image from their website which also revealed that product default has dirt, then he consulted the manager and finally accepted the return.

          Incident 2 - Ordered a diwali cap gun black color. And I received an multi color gun and that too an used and damaged gun. Placed an return. And Return guy started asking all questions like "Sir, the product image shows black, you are returned me a different product", "The product is damaged".. Then I fought back with him saying the "I am returning because the I received a different product and also an used and damaged product", then he accepted he left..

          This is so annoying.. You guys deliver us wrong product and demand us back a correct product? What is this? Am I running a flipkart here or you?
          Very unethical and unprofessional work by Flipkart.. And I am planning not to buy anything from this website anymore..

          An suggestion to all, Guys If you prefer to buy from this website, please do an unboxing video. If not, do not buy from Flipkart.. They are cheating us..

          Now as a update Flipkart has cheated me.

          On 18 Dec 2022, Sunday, I ordered an Boya Mic Gold color (Order ID - OD[protected] for Rs. 1590. I cancelled it almost immediately because I found that after ordering the Price of same product has dropped to Rs. 1495. So I cancelled the first one and ordered this second one (Order ID - OD[protected].
          I again had to cancel the Second order too because I was looking for Gray color Mic, which was not available initially When I ordered the gold Mic. So I cancelled this second order and reordered the same Mic with Gray color for 3rd time..
          So after 4 days the 3rd order was delivered but after all this they sent me a Gold Color mic again!!

          OK Leave that.. But till date, the refund for 1st two orders is not done.. When Called the CS team, there is no proper response.. They are asking me to wait wait and wait.. Now they are asking me send Bank Statement with Debit card detail mentioned it (Partially masked) But I am using SBI, which does not have Debit card detailed mentioned..

          I now feel that Flipkart has robbed my money of Rs. 3085.
          I have decided not to buy any Item with Flipkart ever again!! Amazon is far better.. This Flipkart does not even have a proper Customer Support team.. Waste portal.. And now they have started to Rob people money..

                This is to bring your kind notice that we have ordered headphone sets through Flipkart. When the parcel was opened we found different company product in the ordered product. We placed returned order when I received the product at 13-Apr-22 and from the day our request is getting rejected. Today we got a call from the delivery boy . He informed us to the product is different he won't take away. When we reminded the same trouble to the delivery boy he denied for pickup and argued with us.

                PFA, required snapshots, now we are getting response like dedicated time to return the product is no longer available.And it's not acceptable that we've received product in ordered product box but inside product is different. Ordered product price - 1079/-. Received product price - 200/-.

                  I have bought a product of MATCH LB-Link and I had reviewed the same but it has been too long, but my review is not yet updated on the product image.
                  Every time I click on "Submit" it always shows reviews submitted and no reviews are left of your purchases but it is not yer reflected on the product page. Kindly do needful.

                    Full Description of the Incident : I had ordered Whirlpool AC Capacitor of 36 MFD as mentioned above but on the date of delivery that is 18th of April 2023 the product that was delivered to me was a Godrej AC Capacitor of 36 +2 MFD. Completely different product than the product that was being displayed in the product page . Hence I had called the Flipkart Customer Care Number and initiated a replacement of my product. On 23 rd of April 2023 Saturday morning the delivery person (the Wishmaster) from EKART Logistics came for the pickup of the wrongly delivered product that is the Godrej AC Capacitor . But the most tricky and agonizing thing happened at this point that is the Wishmaster refused to take the pickup of some other brand product although it was delivered to us in the package in the initial delivery. His explanation was as because it is a different brand product he cannot take the pickup .His Name was "Mr. Soumitra Bannerjee" and he was the wishmaster from EKART Logistics. This was a really painful blow to us as because now we are in a tight corner neither we can make him understand that this was being delivered from Flipkart only nor can we get appropriate response from Flipkart before 48 hours. We cannot take so much headache for a simple product delivery and it is really painstaking for us to continuously follow up with Flipkart and all. Hence we want our money back . Please refund our hard earned money . We cannot take so much tension for getting just one product .
                    Desirable Rsolution : Please refund our money back . We are totally exhausted in following up with Flipkart, EKART and all the services related to flipkart for getting just a single product and it is a very bad experience on purchasing from Flipkart. Hence please take back the product smoothly from us via EKART Logistics and refund our money as soon as possible.

                      I have paid 2299 INR to flipkart through Bhim app. Bhim pay has given me the confirmation that the amount has been given to flipkart into his account but flipkart is arguing and saying that they have not received any amount even after i have given them the confirmation of transfer. my bank has also confirmed me that the amount has been transfered to the flipkart account.
                      flipkart is waisting my so much time. this is so disturbing.

                            It found to be broken on dilhivery date i have requested to return but is i am not available at the next day to pickup of delhivery boy .
                            On that day delhivery boy said he come again next day but on next he refused me to come and pickup he asked me to take it to office in front of me .
                            Then he advised me to cancel return request and put the request again but now it not shows order in my list i want to return it and get refund back . I want to gift it to my mom but it fails .
                            I am tensed in this condition ..
                            I feel bad to order this phone ..
                            I regret now i chose not to use online shopping again in lifetime .
                            But i want refund to get new phone to my mom again

                              I have ordered a MOTOROLA e40 (Pink Clay, 64 GB) from Flipkart on 3rd Apr '22 and delivered on 10 th Apr '22 with order id: Order ID: OD[protected].

                              I have faced two Problems with this product
                              1. Phone is not getting charged
                              2. Overheating issue of Charger and Phone

                              I have requested a return on 12th Apr '22. After the Executive call, the request is verified. After that, a technician is visited my address on 13th Apr '22. He found the product issues and confirmed the device having issues in front of me. And Submitted to further procedure and he left from my home and I have got the email from Flipkart confirming the Return request with Return ID[protected]. On 15th Apr'22, I have got a message from Flipkart return request is canceled and the reason provided was there was some technical issue, hence the return request got cancelled. Then I have connected to Flipkart customer service they posted another return request on 15th Apr '22 then the same technician visited my home again on the 19th Apr' 22 and the same issue confirmed by him and updated. After the visit I have got another message from Flipkart "the return request was accepted" and the pick up will be done by 22 Apr'22. However, the same I got the message from Flipkart that return request got cancelled.
                              Since then I am trying to reach out to Flipkart team to know the reason for this. Really the phone was faulty. I am not satisfied with Flipkart and never place an order again. I don't this product please return this product and give me the full refund. I have wasted more than 10 days on this issue, too many calls tried to solve the issue but all Flipkart executives are dropping my call in the middle of the conversation. Flipkart service will be growing downwards. Also, Flipkart makes customers by using 7 days replacement policy and cheating. I kindly request you to take appropriate action against this issue because I don't want this product. I have lost trust in Flipkart.

                                My product has been canceled. Delivery boy didn't contact me single time but I tried more than 20 times to contact to delivery boy but my call was not responded a single time by the delivery boy. Still I want to get my product. Please do something 🙏

                                After 8 days delayed, on 26th April, Delivery boy picked up my product for deliver but he didn't try to contact me a single time. I tried to call him more than 20 times but he didn't respond. I wait for the next day (27th April) delivery attempt but there wasn't picked up my product for delivery and On 28th April at 05:09 AM, my product has been canceled by giving a fake reason that I had requested for the cancelation but the truth is that I didn't request for cancellation.

                                  Firstly they did not pick up the call. They don't know how to address the queries properly. They did not understand the problem of customers. And if you ask them questions or ask to pass the call to senior executives they cancel the call. Pathetic service.
                                  I had ordered lg ac from flipkart. They had tied up with jeeves which is so pathetic in installation (one can search about jeeves on internet) . Because flipkart is getting a higher commission from jeeves. They had tied up with these illiterate technicians who did not know how to install the ac . No proper demo was provided.

                                  Now I am calling flipkart and they did not able to help me out

                                    I had order SAMSUNG 198 L Direct Cool Single Door 4 Star Refrigerator with Base Drawer with Digi Touch Cool (Inox Wave, RR21A2F2XNV/HL) from flipkart on 09/04/2022 and the expected delivery date was 13/04/2022. But now when I track my order it shows that (Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner). In this regards I had already raised a issue at Flipkart website & they had promised to resolved the issue by 21/04/2022, but till date my order was not shipped by flipkart.
                                    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    After I post my complained at this site somebody call me and said to pay some money through link & shared my phone data through anydesk software which I denied.

                                    Please look into the matter how some one ask for any charges

                                      Hello Sir, my name is Shakti Singh and I
                                      ordered a refrigerator of whirlpool (4star)
                                      company on 02 Apr 22 around 2300hrs.
                                      I paid the amount through SBI UPI ID
                                      (BHIM). Amount was successfully
                                      transferred but the order was not placed
                                      and said that the payment wasn’t
                                      confirmed by your bank. Bank said that
                                      transaction was successful.
                                      Flipkart custmer service said that you
                                      have to wait for 08 bussiness days for
                                      getting refund but still not get refund and
                                      now flipkart does not call me after
                                      requesting.
