Refund Fraud, cheated for over 1 lac rupees

Flipkart is refusing to return my money on cancelled orders it's been over 15 days. Total amount Rs.1, 02, 476. I have contacted their CS head too with two reminders and all emails have been ignored. I believe flipkart is conducting this scam in association with
or through seller omnitech retail (suspected subsidiary). So far i have found no contact information for omnitech retail and flipkart refused to divulge seller information...

FLipkart customer

i bought 3 products from Flipkart and 2 product is different brand and one product is missing from the package

i also raised a complaint in flipkart customer service

but evertime he response me same answer that
your account is blocked for high amount of return request

but i return only 2 products

i am the plus membership of flipkart

i record video of product opening
but even after send this he also refused my mail and blocked my account

    I ordered a realme bud Q2 neo at first they delivered me missing accessories and when i raised a replacement flipkart delivered me a completely different product of ditterent brand (PTRON) . now flipkart is taking much time to resolve my issue order details are mentioned below :

    now i want refund so i requested for a refund but flipkart is not approving my return request they are asking my government valid id proof, even i uploaded every document they don't take any action flipkart is harassing its customers and sellers and delivery partner are also equally responsible for it . so i request flipkart to take strict action on such sellers and their delivery partner @ekart .

          Flipkart use to Scam people openly.. Like They are selling 10rs Lays packet at rs30. Order No. OD[protected] Their Customer Support is Frustrating and Ridiculous..

            Hi Team,

            I placed an order at Flipkart on 15th April for a mobile phone which is Realme 8 128 GB. And I was supposed to receive this product on 17th April. On 17th April, I got the delivery boy's number in my order details. Instead of getting an update from his side, I called him almost 100 times between 05:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and every time he picked up the call promised to deliver the product in the next 2 minutes and then finally I received the delivery failed message from Flipkart. How come?

            On 18th April again I did almost the same thing to get my product. Unfortunately at the end of the day, I got the Failed delivery message from Flipkart as my corresponding pick up item was rejected. How is it possible when no one came to my doorstep? Don't you think that this is some kind of a fraud or scam, run by the delivery boys or the seller?

            I raised the concern with your customer support team and was promised to receive the product by 18 April. And today is the 20th of April and still, I am waiting for my product even for a single update

            Unable to understand why Flipkart is not showing interest to deliver the product, even if the product is prepaid.
            Why are your Wishmaster delivery boys doing misbehaviour with customers?

            Do I exist for Flipkart?

              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

I ordered the product of zoonis company but I received the product of brozzo company so I requested a refund and my refund request is accepted but pickup boy is refusing to pickup my product I want Flipkart to resolve my problem and pickup my product and give the refund

                  Flipkart supplied faulty Bluestar Inverter split AC. AC was delivered on 6th of April and Installation done on 8th April. AC worked for one day and other day stopped cooling. And next day we informed Cool control systems which is service partner to Bluestar. Next day they came and tested for 2 days and confirmed indoor unit and outdoor unit is faulty. We informed Flipkart after multiple calls received call from Flipkart saying will replace the AC with free installation. Prior to that a technician will visit my home on 19th April and verify and confirm the replacement. Till now no technician visited and me and my family members suffering from sunstroke including kids. I made multiple calls to Flipkart to track the status of technician visit, only once they responded and said have to wait until technician visits and rest of the time kept disconnecting my calls while I am talking to the Flipkart agents. Having paid to Flipkart for AC and they haven’t provided proper service and gave faulty product.

                  Still waiting for technician to visit and replacement of AC. My kids suffering from sunstroke and myself too. Flipkart is such a worst company giving priority to customer concerns even after payment is done.

                        I have place order on 9th April a trolly of skybag . On 11th April the delivery person came and delivered tshirt to my wife . He just asked for otp and my wife was unaware what was to be delivered and she shared . She told the deivery guy that we have trolly to be delivered but he said he delivered the product which was given to him . I immediately within 1 hour raise request callback and raised complain. The executive denied to take complain as it was not showing delivered and asked me to call back after 24hours. On 12th April i spoke to senior executive and she assured me the issue will be reolved by 15th and she will call me back and pickup was scheduled. On 14th pickup was scheduled by deivery guy refuse to take product as it was obviously not matching . Then again i called cc and pickup was reschedule on 16th. This time the delivery guys did not come and cancelled pickup saying customer want to keep the product . Then again I called and got surity it will be reaolved by 18th . On 18th to my surprise i saw the return was cancelles and again Ibcalled customer care and they said it will be resolved by 20 and on 20 I get mail it will be resolved by 21 . So far nothing has happened and as delivery guy know me he is not coming to pickup another product also qs he cancelled my pickup request earlier .

                        So flipkart is not taking any action from thier end and everytime come up with new date .

                        Please help I really lost trust on flipkart.

                          I got different colour .I ordered black colour I12 earpods from shopsy its is not working properly . I wanted to return the product but opction was not showing up in the app. But it has 7 days replacement policy .I have got product today but then also it is not showing up any return opction . please resolve my issue fastly

                            I purchased Samsung Split AC from flipkart. After receiving and installation on 13.04.2022 ( by paying 1414 rs ) the product not providing cooling . I request replacement. Till now ( on 20.04.2022) flipkart not responding on replacement. I gave a complaint on 19th April about delay then flipkart representative called me and asking for more time. But I don't want their product any more because of their delay process. I called them for refund but they are accepting the request, flipkart representative constantly asking for more time.why I give more & more time after paying? They have taken enough time.

                                My account has been blocked, I was repeatedly sending wrong items and customer care used to say that order again, now it will be right But still sending wrong, damage, missing like this and blocked my account Give me my refund then do anything with the account I want my 1499 ₹

                                  I have ordered a laptop on 13th April 2022 and got the delivery on 14th April. But when i open the box i saw that the laptop front side have to many scratches which means the product is in damaged condition.
                                  I had call the customer care and ask them for a return request but they made excuse of technical issue and till today 20th April 2022 they have not solved my issue.
                                  The return window is going to close on 21th April 2022.
                                  Please help me and provide me the refund for my product.

                                    Flipkart gave me a credit limit of Rs. 55000/-. In October 2021, I purchased a phone amounting to Rs.16749/- on Flipkart Pay Later EMI for three months. In January 2022, I cleared the last EMI but in my Cibil report, apart from Rs.55000/- credit, Rs.16749/- is showing as a personal loan in my cibil report. I tried connecting to Flipkart and they said your loan is cleared and you need to connect to IDFC Bank for loan closure as I connected to IDFC, they said to connect to Flipkart as they can help you with the pay later option.
                                    It's been three months, I'm fed up with that. It is showing as a personal loan which is already closed in January 2022.
                                    I tried talking to the executive and they told me to hold on to the call for details and then disconnect the call.
                                    I will lastly take legal action against both if my issue doesn't get resolved..

                                      I have ordered MIVI collar 2A Bluetooth Headset from Flipkart on 1st of April 2022, i have received the product on 6th of April, later than i used the product and the sound is lagging too much, i have tried the headphones with other mobiles, i have tried charging the device, even after full charge the sound is lagging, at that point i am so frustrated with the device and i checked that i am eligible to return it so i requested a return on 12th of April and return got approved and pickup was expected on 14th of April, till than i waited for somebody from flipkart courier partners to come and pickup, but no came and i have got a message from courier partner that pickup rejected for product mismatched and there is the point that no one from courier partners come to me or even they didn't try to contact me and they are saying that product mismatched after that i have contacted flipkart customer care they put me on hold and didn't give a satisfying reply, they said that someone from courier partner will pick the product by tomorrow but later no one come to me and i was trying to contact that pickup guy whose number came into the message from courier partners out for pick up message, but no one came i tried again to contact flipkart customer care but they are just saying that we processed your complaint with our courier partners but nothing happened.
