With great regret I am writing this email to you, I tried reaching out to your customer care every day multiple times & also seeking help from your pick up partner & spoke to your hub for resolution. But none of your partners were able to resolve my issue. Now I tried to reach you expecting faster resolution, if failed I will have no option left to highlight to social media & my legal advisor. Please Help!!
I have purchased the Hitachi 1 ton 3 Star Split Air Inverter AC - White on 24th March 2022. On 27th March 2022 it was delivered. And on 28th March 2022 installation was done. After 2 days i.e on 31st March 2022 we found that AC is not working & we called up the Hitachi customer care.
A Hitachi technician arrived at our place and confirmed after checking the machine that there is an installation issue hence they can't help & directed us to call flipkart and get the resolution.
It took 3 days from flipkart to get the technician to visit our place. People are very rude & its hard to tolerate them. The Flipkart technician said the machine was defective so requested us to place the return request.
Then I had to call the flipkart customer support to uninstall the product. After that I had to place a call for return.
On 5th April 2022, I placed the return request. Again got harassed by their customer support & their pick up boys. They are regularly delaying the process. After several complaints finally on 7th April 2022, the pick up boy arrived & picked up the product. The pick up boy said that within 5 days I will get the refund.
Since 7th April 2022 post the pickup of the defective AC is done neither pickup done is showing in my app (refer to my screenshot attached) nor refund has been processed. We are regularly calling the end number of times customer support team, pick up team but they are simply bluffing us & as on date no resolution has been initiated. This is simply a fraud nothing else. Every time when we call them they mostly disconnect or don't reach us with any response.
Requesting you to please intervene & help us to resolve at the earliest. My entire money has been debited along with the installation amount. Product Price Rs 29800 + Installation Charges Rs 2700 + Bank EMI Charges. My first EMI was also charged.
