I ordered "Safari Mosaic Check-in Suitcase - 26 inch" from Flipkart on 12th April 2022 however, on today(18th April) Flipkart cancelled my order with no reason. I just want to reorder same item with same old price. I'm not asking anything else. Order ID is available in below screenshot.

    Dear Team
    Order OD[protected] received a defective mobile phone from Flipkart which is not working and I have raised the complainant immediately about the item is defective and not working .
    Now they are nit sending the Technical person to verify the same
    They are just dragging the call with executive and still after 4 days also my return has not been picked and the amount paid Rs.4499 is still not refunded .
    How can I approach consumer forum for the refund which is still pending .
    I am waiting for the person to picke up the defective mobile phone return and refund my money back to me

          Dear Team,

          Reminder 1 !!

          Sad to see that no resolution has happened yet. Your commitment was 48 hrs. We are standing at 96 hrs.

          With great regret I am writing this email to you, I tried reaching out to your customer care every day multiple times & also seeking help from your pick up partner & spoke to your hub for resolution. But none of your partners were able to resolve my issue. Now I tried to reach you expecting faster resolution, if failed I will have no option left to highlight to social media & my legal advisor. Please Help!!

          I have purchased the Hitachi 1 ton 3 Star Split Air Inverter AC - White on 24th March 2022. On 27th March 2022 it was delivered. And on 28th March 2022 installation was done. After 2 days i.e on 31st March 2022 we found that AC is not working & we called up the Hitachi customer care.

          A Hitachi technician arrived at our place and confirmed after checking the machine that there is an installation issue hence they can't help & directed us to call flipkart and get the resolution.

          It took 3 days from flipkart to get the technician to visit our place. People are very rude & its hard to tolerate them. The Flipkart technician said the machine was defective so requested us to place the return request.

          Then I had to call the flipkart customer support to uninstall the product. After that I had to place a call for return.

          On 5th April 2022, I placed the return request. Again got harassed by their customer support & their pick up boys. They are regularly delaying the process. After several complaints finally on 7th April 2022, the pick up boy arrived & picked up the product. The pick up boy said that within 5 days I will get the refund.

          Since 7th April 2022 post the pickup of the defective AC is done neither pickup done is showing in my app (refer to my screenshot attached) nor refund has been processed. We are regularly calling the end number of times customer support team, pick up team but they are simply bluffing us & as on date no resolution has been initiated. This is simply a fraud nothing else. Every time when we call them they mostly disconnect or don't reach us with any response.

          Requesting you to please intervene & help us to resolve at the earliest. My entire money has been debited along with the installation amount. Product Price Rs 29800 + Installation Charges Rs 2700 + Bank EMI Charges. My first EMI was also charged.

            I ordered a Jabra Elite 75T wireless earphones on 15.04.2022 and the parcel was delivered on 17.04.2022 via flipkart. As I opened the parcel it was noticed that the earphones and its charging case is missing. I have done everything in my oower to get my return and refund request approved but the only thing I received was an email from flipkart stating that the seller has denied the request and they sent the product intact. Now, Flipkart investigating team has asked for some supporting documents which I submitted by replying on their email but their email id “[protected]@flipkart.com” is not deliverable and my email was not sent. Please help me out

                I tried submitting feedback for the product I purchaced. When submitting the feedback, its saying "Thank you so much. Your review has been saved". But its not reflecting the products page. The product I got is damaged and received a smaller sized product, rather than ordered one.

                During return pickup, they say the product is damaged. The actual received product is itself damaged and not correct in size.

                    Heyy, i ordered a laptop on 8th April and got delivered on 10th April i got a defective piece after using 2 to 3 days i faced the issue that my ryt side of the laptop created a sound and was also compressing i called flipkart and told them to return it they took atleast 2 hrs to do this work after this a technician visit was scheduled the technician came and faced the same issue he also agreed that the laptop was faulty and he was also saying that the laptop should be replaced asap but he already knew that his senior would not give the 4 digit code to return as this happens every time they always rejects he send the vedios but the senior said the same and skipped it by saying that it was a sound coming from the speaker grill which was not true so i told him to talk with me which he did very rudely...i want a return or refund asap i have clear videos of the laptop as well as the technician...

                      I ordered a mobile from flipkart and have to shipped in 2days and it has been 4 days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same state and city misrouted)" and saying to wait for another business day.
                      Previous items too were delivered to the same address within given time but for this order they are saying state misroute.
                      The package is in near by Hub in Koramangala, which is only 6km away from my given address. Please help me

                        I had ordered the same mobile realme 8 2 times and it always cancelled automatically without consent. its a breach of agreement between buyer and seller. i lost around 300 rs during order cancel.

                            I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator on the 5th of April 2022. When I received the product it was damaged and the same was confirmed by the Whirlpool guys who came to give the demo. We requested the replacement on the 6th of April. But Flipkart hasn't replaced the Refrigerator to date.

                            After contacting customer support on the 10th They informed me that they will be sending a technician to check the product again and then it will be replaced by the 16th. The technician came and did the product checking and agreed that the product is damaged this time we kept the job sheet screenshot same is attached.

                            When we didn't get the replacement on the 17th we again contacted customer support and they informed us that we will be getting the replacement on the 20th of this month and were sorry for the delay.

                            Today Morning I got a message that again a technician has been assigned so I contacted customer support again. They asked me to be on hold for some time I was on hold for 10-15min after that they disconnected the call same thing happened to me 3-4 times my whole day of work has been wasted and they also have rejected the replacement request and mentioned that it was resolved by troubleshooting but no one has visited and my problem is not yet resolved.

                            Didn't expect this kind of service from one of the India biggest shopping platform. Really disappointed Once my issue is resolved I will be boycotting flipkart and won't be using it for future purchases.

                            All the document and details has been attached for future references. Please help me get the replacement of my damaged Refrigerator ASAP.

                            Got a call from Flipkart customer service. When I explained to them the issue the only reply I got is we will call you back. And When informed them I am going to take an action if I did resolve my issue they replied on a call. I have the recording, the senior with whom I was talking was Rahul.

                            Here is what he said in summary
                            1) I don't know who closed the case.
                            2) When I asked them for a job sheet based on which they close my case his response "We don't have the job sheet"
                            3) When I asked him what is the next step his response "We will call you back"

                            I am keeping all the recordings of customer care so I can take legal action against them.

                            Haven't seen worst service then this where Flipkart service people don't know why the case was close who closed it and they don't want to reopen it

                              Dear, Sir/Ma'am
                              An order for a product was placed on 13 April 2022. The expected date of delivery of which has been kept as 17 April 2022. But the delivery has not happened on April 17th, but at 07:02 I receive an email from flipkart saying that the product will be delivered on April 19th 22nd. Then I canceled this product but why was the cancellation fee 75 ₹ charged to me.

                                  I registered my Flipkart account with my old mobile number few yearss ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    This is 3rd time i am complaining because not getting support of Flipkart
                                    Only delay.

                                    Seller and Flipkart doesn't want to give my money back

                                    Flipkart has given me damaged product and now they are not initiating refund .
                                    Flipkart is mentality harrassing me .
                                    I am very disappoint since last 1 week but no one listening . I have talked 100 of times with they customer support but not getting my money
                                    They are cheating my money.
                                    I am a student and 53k money matters alot to me and Flipkart only affects my mental status and my studies also
                                    Please some one open you voice for me.
                                    I am feeling very low and disappointed.

                                    Don't make excuses of tech problem because it is in Flipkart hand.

                                      I order mobile phone via Order No. OD[protected] Dated 14.04.22 and its delivery date was 15th April, but on 15th I am not available so I extend date to 16th April, but on 16th April product not deliver also not contacted me. And then message show on order that delivery attempt failed. On 17th April sunday the delivery boy comes for delivery but I clearly mentioned on order that its my office address then how can you can deliver on sunday, After On monday i checked my order status its show delivery was reattempt on 21st April, But I have to go out of delhi for 2-3 days so I am unable to receive. I already complaint on Sunday that product should be deliver on monday. But no customare care service worst. Please solve my problem.
