Hi i am Kuldeep solanki, i wanted to place an order for Asus zenfone 5, i placed an order after that it said that the order was not placed so i placed again it said again order cannot be placed and then said server error and then i went to my orders and the order was there 2 times. but i want the order only once.please help and cancel one of the order for asus zenfone 5.order no:OD[protected].my email id:[protected]@gmail.com..

i ordered 4 redmi phones.but order shows 8 redmi phones.i want to cancel the remaining 4 orders but I cannot because it's big billion day.i don't have enough money for the remaining 4 redmi's.i want to cancel them .please help me.
Hello consumercomplaints.. I am really exasperated at the way flipkart has treated its customers. Today i had placed an order of moto e phone. The order was placed and a confirmation message was sent to me. But then they sent me a message saying that the order had been cancelled and that too after 4-5 hours.Why did they not correct their mistake immediately..?? It is highly unfair and unjust of any big brand as such to do so. I do not require their compensation. I just want the order to be completed. my order id is OD[protected] and OD[protected]. As a proud citizen of india i hope that justice would be done.
On October 06, 2014 I booked iPhone 4S worth Rs.16380 through Flipkart vide order number OD[protected] and received a confirmation mail and message to track the shipment and order. Based on this confirmation, I booked accessories of this new phone worth Rs.499 and confirmation was received. After 25 minutes received order cancellation mail from Flipkart and immediately contacted to the customer care of flipkart. It was informed to me that, this was cancelled due to non-availability of the product. I requested for cancellation of accessories if main product was cancelled. However, they denied to do so. On 7th October 2014, received order confirmation message again and on enquiry from customer care of flipkart they denied of accepting such order. I spent 4 hrs. on flipkart site on October 6, 2014 to finalize this product, My credit card account was debited and I had en-cashed Rs.4000 gift voucher. It was a complete fraudulent activity played by the Flipkart to siphoned public money with free of interest by showing attractive manipulated offers on their sites. This cheating activity gave me enough pain and harassment and wasted my valuable time and cost with no delivery of the product assured by
flipkart. This shows accepting money with assurance to deliver and then deny delivering
and holding my money interest free and with harassment.This type of e-commerce site should be closed immediately; a complete investigation should be carried out to check how much interest free public money has been taken with false promises. As far as my product is concerned, my refund should be given within 24 hrs. for iPhone 4S and its accessories with a compensation of Rs.10000 for fraudulent e-commerce trade practices of flipkart.
I spoke with Shreyas and ticket#:[protected], I was told will be coming back today with an updated but even he is the same like others in customer service.No use of separate service cell like 'Media' at Flipkart, if the service is good and I lost complete trust @ Flipkart because even the Media team couldn't keep up their commitment.Finally, I didn't received my product.Regards,

Hi, Flipkart had a good impression on products & services, but I lost the trust on service recent days rather work on improving services but it drastically going worse. Big Billon day, I placed an order and it got duplicated due to website issues. Unfortunately, the card transaction has been cancelled without taking confirmation from me and spoke to customer service ticket[protected] with Swetha which was pathatic of the service so far I have faced. The associate was so rude and reluctance to provide solution and floors are working without supervisors which is funny. Finally, I provided the solution how to resolve rather the escalation team giving solution to me with the best solution. Please take an action on this issue and never ever I place an order over the Flipkart

Don't trust Flipkart anymore and the service is pathetic, they don't keep their commit.
Today I have ordered for Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, I am a first priority subscriber so they have given two offers me like 12000 discount for first subscription and another 10000 discount. I have completed the order and paid the money. Later some time its shipped and finally it received at the hub nearest to my home. Suddenly i have received message saying its cancelled. I had good impression on flipkart but today its totally lost.

My team has been candled and my amount would be return by 17th July.

I would like to know why my team was cancelled?

And why will it take so many days to return the money? If my item has been cancelled then i want my money on the same day otherwise i want the item.

And if gets late then i would like my compensation.
