I ordered a us polo shirt from flipkart. When i opened the parcel it was packed but packed very differently like the products we throw in a corner after trying at a shop. It was not packed like new. It was a used product and its cuffs were rounded and already folded. It is totally #, a fake cheap product. The ones that are being sold on roadsides. Order id - od[protected]. I want to take legal action against the seller. What do i do? Pls suggest.

    The product was to be delivered by 12/10/2012, but it is not delivered till date 22/10/2019. On 9th of october, i got a call in the evening at about 8:30 pm to receive the product at a distance of 15 km from my address. I registered an issue on 10th of october in the flipkart portal, and was assured by the flipkart officials that the issue to be resolved by 14th of october. But nothing was resolved and they updated that "issue is resolved" on 14th of october and in the query section they updated that the issue to be resolved by 17th of october. When i called the costumer care executive on 15th of october at about 12:01 pm, they only consoled me to resolve the issue within 48 hours. The call hung up due to some network problem, so i didnot get the clear idea, what they were talking about. Later at 12:06 pm i called again and the costumer care executive clearly shouted at me with frustration of not able to resolve the issue. I didnot expect this from flipkart. Now, even they stopped taking feedback from me after any call after this incident. Again i called them on 20th of october way passed than 17th october, they only say another 48 hours. Again, i called them on 22nd october today, and they are unable to provide any information, they say they donot have update regarding the order. I feel harassed by flipkart. They behave good when they are at profit only. They donot value costumer. Very bad experience with flipkart. I have made several complaints for flipkart partner gati courier also, but it is of no value. I will stop buying anything from flipkart further.

      The seller has cancelled my product after detecting money from the account in consecutive orders.
      I ordered redmi 8a on flipkart oct21 using my credit card. But the seller is cancelled my order and money is still not refunded. But customer care official told refund is completed.

      On today oct22 i ordered the same product with the same seller. The product again is cancelled by the seller without any reason and money is detected from the account.

      The same mobile ordered my colleague today the order was successfully completed.
      I want to know why the seller is particularly cancelled my order repeatedly because i suspect the seller is cheating on customer money.
      Customer care executive is very rude behaviour.

      Customer care is not takin the complaint againts seller. I suspect they are behind this cheating

        I bought this real me 5 (4-64) and wanted to return the phone because the voice of the phone is not there and sometimes it's blur and hardly a word could be heard but they just listen to you and tell you to stay calm that's it and they don't even care about the customers issues about the device. They send me same jeeves companys technician who forwarded no issue in the device both the time and said ki hmare salary se refund katega toh aap yehi phone use kro. Is this a even the way to talk with the customers. They just care about their # policies which are useless for the customers and fulfilling the demands. Never buy any devices from flipkart. I just want my money back because flipkart cancel my request like 4 times and telling me to go to the service centre. Bhai me kyu jau agar faulty piece aapne diya toh. It's your duty to satisfy the customers. But they just take it lightly. Now i just want my money back and take this device back which i haven't even used and is 15 days old only still they saying to use me this faulty piece.

          Delivery is not done even after 23 days of booking the order the deadline they have given is 10 days, there is no proper response from the customer care, they re really testing our patience, we ordered the product so that we can get it in time according to our needs but this service is horrible they had taken the money and acting as if they like. I would like to demand some monetary benifits against them.

            I have given an order for realme 5 pro in big billion days and the expected date was 3rd oct 2019. From that day i have given so many time complaints regarding cancellation but there is no response. Around 15000 rupees is blocked. Nothing is working for me. Please help. When i am canceling it is again activating.

              On 2nd october i had received an offer that if i buy a phone i will get the full amount of the phone back in terms of gift card... They put the condition that i have to book any phone between 8pm to 10pm... I have proofs that the offer was valid and genuine... And i also confirmed it from their executive 3-4 days later.. He said that the offer is valid and i will get the reasonable reward on the declared date... But i haven't received any reward yet.

                  I had booked the samsung the frame tv on flipkart in their big billian day festival. The tv was booked on 2nd october and the promised delivery date was 14th october. But it has been more than 1 week now and i have still not received the tv. Flipkart has the worst customer care as well. Instead of resolving the issue, they just keep asking for more time and keep raising useless stupid complaints. But even after raising multiple complaints there's no response. This is just a kind of mental harrasment flipkart is inflicting on customers.

                      I have ordered samsung the frame qled 55 inch tv on flipkart on sept 29, 2019.
                      It has to be delivered on oct 10, 2019. I have already paid for it.
                      But still (Oct 22, 2019) they did not deliver my order. When i called customer service people they will say within 24-48 hours your order will be delivered. Like that they made wait 12 days and it is still going on. They have broken their promise delivey five times. So please help with this and take my complaint and

                        I have purchased samsung washing machine from flipkart on 4 oct. Order id od[protected] it is delivered on 7th oct. Installation expected date was 9th october. But it is not completed and marked as installation completed on 13 th october by jeeves. What a surprise no one came for installation even we didnt recive any call from it. I complaint on flipkart they were telling it will done by 19. On 20 i complain they told it will by 21. On 21 i complain they told it will done by today. It is 22 but still they are expecting 22 also. How many years i have to wait for this worest service.

                        I was playing flipkart game frm 4-5 months i even won some of them ...i've alwys played with right rule never ever i tried to cheat or something suspicious against games rule...finaly tge day was on way whn i was suppose to get my prizes they banned me from plying for some unknwn resn related t&c.thy r jst doing coz thy dont want 2 give my rewards

                          Hello sir, i won 2 rewards (1 earphone and one powerbank on 25th and 26th september respectively), many supercoins and few gift vouchers in quiz time and crazy cannon games held under the game zone section in flipkart between 22nd september to 4th october and the rewards and all other winnings were supposed to be credited till 9th october as mentioned by flipkart but when i complained to them on 10th october that i have not received my winnings they kept escalating the issue and on 15th october the seller and flipkart blocked me from playing further games and also not crediting the earlier rewards telling that according to sellers update you are blocked from playing and won't get the awards too, they are telling that according to the t&cs if you login same account in different devices you will be disqualified, but i have checked many times it is nowhere written in the t&cs and they are deliberately not mentioning as to save themselves from giving away the rewards. Also wanted to expose their double standards - a person can order from same account in different devices but can't play games. If thisnis the t&c they should have mentioned in the t&cs page but nothing is mentioned about this thing there and now flipkart is not willing to help and not giving the pending rewards too. I urge you to help me getting my rewards and made flipkart to unblock me from playing in the gamezone too. Flipkart is shamelessly blocking many users like me, even when i played all the games fairly & genuinely. Also i want to mention that i played according to the t&cs mentioned by them even then they are doing such things. I hope you take appropriate action on this and urge flipkart to help me on this regard. Hoping for a quick and positive response. I'm also attaching screenshots of flipkarts response to the complaint and the t&cs page. Thanks.

                          First tell me the reason why my account is not eligible for game zone? What have I done? Is it Just because I won rewards, supercoins and gift vouchers playing the games in the game zone and the seller and flipkart doesn't want to give me the rewards now? Or is that seller only wants his fake and dummy players to win so that he need not give away the prizes to the genuine players?

                          Secondly I want to ask, whether I will be able to play in the game zone in future or not? Is my account temporarily blocked or permanently? Answer in YES or No? And if YES than tell me a date range and if NO than By to flipkart forever, I will uninstall flipkart right away and do Reply to my above queries, It's my right to know why I'm blocked @flipkartsupport .

                            I have booked a nikon camera on oct 3, expected delivery oct 13. On 13th, they inform me, there is some issue. Please give us time till oct 16. On oct 16, they ask for time till oct 17. Then, till oct 18. Finally, they disappeared. I raised a concern on chat. She tell me, she can't solve it right now. They will call back in 24 hours. I managed to miss that call and called them back. Again response will be only in 24 hours.
                            Now, begins the real story.
                            Final settlement is to cancel the order. Place the new order at new price and new payment terms (Which of course does not include no cost emi). They will refund you the difference in the form of gift voucher after you pay and receive the new order. Gift voucher amount cannot be encashed in account and has to be spent within one year, only on flipkart.

                            @flipkart, why is this disappointing to me as a customer and i will not trust you again?
                            1. You are not giving me same deal again which is no mistake of mine. Issues with your sellers, technical glitches in website, if any, are your problems. Not mine as a customer.
                            2. You didn't even bother to follow up about a situation where you are failing to deliver an order until i followed up. Shows poor concern for the customers and their orders.
                            3. Your customer care is not at all cooperative and apologetic beyond the formal figure of speech. They are like, 'this is the system. This is the policy. We don't care even if you are customer. This is it. Take it or not. Your wish!'
                            4. When you have booked my order, of course i trusted you and did not place the same order with any other portal. Because of your failure to deliver, i missed the opportunity to order from any other portal. Clearly, disappointing for the trust shown your brand.
                            5. You have also blocked my money from my account for this period. So again, i could not place another order with you or anybody else because i my money is with you till you solve the issue. Was it planned?
                            6. Let me not talk about getting the frustration of all this instead of joy of buying a new product during biggest festival season.

                            Dear Support,
                            Seller is providing the difference amount only in terms of price. But payment terms are different. Earlier, I was buying it on no cost EMI option. Now, that option is not at all there. I have to pay the interest in the EMI which was not the case earlier. So please realize that the new deal is not same as before. You (your seller) might have matched the price difference but not the payment terms. And hence I am ending up paying extra for no fault of mine.

                            And thanks for accepting that refund will be reflected back to my account by 30th Oct. So you kept my money from Oct 2 to Oct 30. For doing what?

                                  Last month, we did ordered and paid for 2 bottles of english perfume. We have received only one bottle of the perfume. Our claim is also well supported by a video evidence. I do believe that the supplier must have omitted a quantity either with or without knowledge.
                                  The matter remained unsolved for a long. Requested to sort it out before an authorities designed to protect consumer approchead. Some customers shouldn’t be underestimated.
