Flipkart — cheating/ dishonesty/fraud

Last month, we did ordered and paid for 2 bottles of english perfume. We have received only one bottle of the perfume. Our claim is also well supported by a video evidence. I do believe that the supplier must have omitted a quantity either with or without knowledge.
The matter remained unsolved for a long. Requested to sort it out before an authorities designed to protect consumer approchead. Some customers shouldn’t be underestimated.

I has booked a puma shoe on 15th oct...bt die to some reason i have cancel this order on this day...i have prepaid by phonepay...bt till now i dont get my money back
