I ordered during big billion day sale, but flipkart failed to deliver for 20 days and then cancelled the order themselves!! Why cancel after 20 days? If you cant deliver why sell in the first place? Customer care is absolute # and logistics is crap!! Not sure how many more customers get cheated like this!!
I am been cheated and i would like to claim compensation. When i have spoken to customer care they committed product to be delivered in 24hrs, i want to file case of fraud against flipkart!! This is not the first time flipkart has cheated not 1 but 2 orders also more than 10 orders they have done the same.

Flipkart is repeatedly doing the same, they should be penalized for failing to deliver orders when can't deliver why accept order ????
Don't give excuses tell me what unforseen circumstances?? Why after 20 days n not confirmed with me before cancelled???Flipkart cannot cheat customers !!!pay compensation for your shameless act for 1000 INR else ship products again!!!

Cancellation is unacceptable even I have not received refund !!!

    Hi,

    I bought the thomson tv smart 40"from flipkart, ideally it should delivered on 17th oct, 2019 but it's get delayed till 20th and installed on 22nd oct, 2019.

    When i try to return this product they upfront rejected my return and said its our policy.

    When i called to customer care, in that case one of the executive named as"shashank"replied me that" no matter you will buy product from flipkart or not", means flipkart does not respect there customer.

    Also, as this is the thomson tv and its after sales service is very worst hence don't want to continue with the current product.

    Please help me.

      Bought a cricket bat on flipkart sale for dusshera, was supposed to get it by 16th, they extended the time to 22 & then 24th.. Later they said that the seller cancelled the order. Flipkart told me to reorder it, when i bought the price was 499 on sale now it's 2999. What should i do now
      They wasted my time. Flipkart order the same bat for me.

        Within a flipkart policy 10 days replacement i am placing replacement request and call many times many complaint against defective product but flipkart seller denied my replacement order two times without checking my mobiles no one person come and check out
        They just said me next 48 hours... Next 72 hours and so on due to this service of flipkart i am tired an not interested in flipkartproduct very bad experience from flipkart in future no one product buying from flipkart please refund my money

        My recent problem is found Flipkart technician and he said speaker not issue, display not issue but GPS some time not working and he reported Flipkart that I hard reset the customer mobile and issue is resolved...but here is different story Flipkart technician he lied ...he doesn't reset my mobiles and my GPS problem is not solve ...ask him to show your shop's camera footage that mobile you hard reset . He found one problem but he resolved my complaint how it is possible but yet GPS not working and am raised complaint against Flipkart national consumers court my docket number is 1695651

        When I came his shop I start the GPS ...if he hard reset the GPS Will off hard resting time but GPS Will on Google history at that time so how he hard reset my mobiles and solve the problem my product is not solve still I face same problems I am giving you technician details and ask him give a proof of hard reset vedio footage your shop's camera

            I have ordered a shoe from flipcart. They delivered it after on 11th day of order that is too much time. After this much delay they have sent wrong product (same product but color is differ and used product). I complained on flipcart support and they are saying that ' we can not replace it'. Its meen whatever flipcart will deliver we have to use it.

              I placed this order of nivea grooming kit last wednesday 23rd oct and i received it on 24th between 2 - 3 pm. After receiving the order i found that there was a big hole in the box. After opening the box i found that there were 3 items missing from the kit. It only had the shaving foam and the deo. The other 3 items were missing.                 Recently i have ordered 5 blankets from flipkart. Order id: od[protected]. It was delivered today. Full payment done through cod. After receiving the order it was found only 2 blankets inside the package. But in the order history it is showing all 5 of the blankets have been delivered successfully. This is highly not acceptable as payment was given for all the blankets. And if i want to return the item how am i supposed to return 5 blankets when i have received only 2 of them. How will i get my refund amount.?

                      With reference to Order ID OD[protected] and discussion with your customer care executive, I again reiterate that the product was not attempted to deliver to me and cancelled without making any prior contact.                         At the outset, I'd like to mention that your customer care service for travel bookings are extremely disappointing and ridiculous.

                        I made a complaint on 28th September that I didn't receive the cashback of 10% as I did the payment through the Axis Bank Debit card as per the offer.

                        I made two bookings and I didn't receive cashback on both of them. The Booking details are as follows:

                        1) Prakhar Mittal (Booking ID - FF[protected]
                        2) Jatin Sharma (Booking ID - FF[protected]

                        Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

                        I wonder why incompetent players are allowed in the travel bookings market by the concerned authorities.

                          Hello There,

                          I have brought this product, ' 'Huda Beauty HUDA SET OF 12' on 15th Oct '19 and it got delivered today 24th Oct '19. I am completely unhappy with the product.
                          - First of all the pack is so dirty
                          - all shades are similar
                          - when i opened 1 tube, it is already dried out and not able to apply because i[censored] start applying on the same place it starts erasing already applied layer.
                          - It is giving burning sensation when it applied over the lips/skin
                          - the odor is horrible.
                          - There is no expiry date mentioned on the product.

                          THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER GOT FROM FLIPKART.
                          There is NO Return Process for this product.
                          I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED RIGHT NOW.

                          Hello,

                          I got a call from Flipkart Customer care on 27th Oct 2019 regarding my complaint raised regarding the product. As per the information provided by the customer care executive, the return request have been confirmed for my product and it would be picked up by 2nd November and the refund would be given for the same in 2 days later pick up.

                          Then I got a call to pick up my product. But as I am out of station I asked that person to come on Wednesday i.e., 30th October 2019. He said he would come but he didn't and in my flipkart app, the status is showing as Refund Cancelled.And got an email saying Refund have been Initiated but I have nt received the refund amount to my Bank Account.

                          Are you kidding with your customers? You will tell that Refund confirmed and get the feed back. One receive the positive feedback, you have cancelled the Refund. Don't play such kind of tricks and loose the valuable customers.

                          As discussed with the customer care executive, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AND PRODUCT IS ALSO NOT YET PICKED UP. Refer the attachment for the email I have received. Didn't get any response also when I replied to this email.

                          Let me know when I will get my refund amount.

                            We have placed an order on 28th sep for mi tv and after various unresolved complaints got an answer to cancel the order. None of their staff including an useless managers who do not have authority to speak to a vendor or a logistics team for the status. Three complaints lodged inthe time frame of 25days but none of them was resolved. To our disguise we get a call from the logistics team and force us to cancel yhe order. Very very pathetic, unprofessional, unethical customer service without any resolution for 25 days. Orderno - od[protected]. I have paid for the order and the money was with flipkart for 25 odd days which proves they only care about money but not customer.

                                I ordered this product with a mackbook air, my mackbook air was delivered on 30th of september and this bag was promised to deliver on 10th of october 2019. As per flipkart tracking system my bag was reached kolkata on 5th of october, so i thought i might get delivered soon. But my product was not delivered on 10th of october 2019. I waited till 14th october and then called flipkart exectuves to know the status of my product. They said, i have to wait till 17th october 2019 to get my product. I said ok! Then on 17th i called them again, they replied that i have to wait till 7.30pm to get my product delivered on same day, but on around 8.00 pm i got a massage from flipkart that due to some issue, my product could not get delivered but i will be delivered next day (18th of october 2019 till 7.45 pm). Again i did not got the delivery. I waited on till 21st and called flipkart executive again to know the status, they said i will get my product delivered in 24-48 hours, i talked to senior executive she also said, my product is not shipped yet but i will get it in 24-48 hours, when i asked why your system is showing my product in kolkata from 5th october 2019, they did not had any answer. They just keep repeating themselves like a machine, again in 48 hours they could not delivered the product, today 24th october 2019 i called them again and they said, i have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. And now their system is showing that my product just left bangalore to reach kolkata. I want to know why these flipkart peoples were lying to me all these days about the delivery, if they knew the issue why they just did not tell me instead of lying. They made my life like hell. I bought this bag to safeguard y laptop, what if something happens to my laptop in this period? When i am asking them to give me contact details of a person who can answer my question they just ignoring it.

                                  I ordered item through flipkart on 14 oct skullcandy bluetooth headset. I received on 21st monday around 12 to 2 pm which i opened the box i shocked to see half empty only cable was there but bluetooth headset was missing started complained on the spot to the customer support team which i choosed wrong accessiory missing but product is missing (Bluetooth headset)... You can ck call record of the customer support exexcutive which i spoke clearly. On tuesday they refused to pick up for return (Only cable was there) they cancelled the complain told to complain one more time...                                     I have ordered rog phone 2 on 12 october from flipkart. It showed my order will be delivered till 24 october. As i was tracing my order, it still showing that my order is being processed by the seller. What the hell is this, who takes 12 days to process an order. As today i raised a complaint about this issue to flipkart, i was told to wait till 28 october. I have paid 38000 for my phone in advance and still i have not my phone. Pls help me
