I Order My Realme Xt mobile on 13th October 2019 via online Online transaction,
It was supposed to be delivered to me by 15th of oct 2019,
Unfortunately It was not delivered to me to the promised date,
I called for customer care, they said we will give you resolution in 2 days and It will be delivered to you by by 17th Oct 2019.
I said OK,
Unfortunately on 19th of Oct too, product was not delivered to me,
again I seeked customer care, they said the same thing,
we' re sorry sir we will give you Resolution in 2 days, your product will be delievered by 19 Oct.
I said, Ok, NP, sometimes It happens.
but unfortunately same thing happened again,
date went to 21st october,
and this time It was hectic and not working
this time I make a call with Senior Supervisor, he said you will get a call for resolution on 22nd oct from working hours 9 a.m to 9 p.m.
and again I did not recieved any call from your end.
this is hectic now,
what kind of customer care is this??!
NP, if it is delaying but atleast give me proper customer care, and exactly what problem is making delay in my product.
plzz contact me for resolution and if it is delaying what compensation flipkart will make for me it?
or should I take the matter to Consumer court?
bcoz if not getting proper assistance from your End.
hope this time I will be helped.
