Hope you are selling well on bbd but it is very sad to know that your services are getting worse day by day in all the aspects including the delivery date and deadline.

Your customer care is just a layer to pass the information but they don't have status of the issues which they have escalated. All the deadlines/tat given are failing again and again without any information to customer and customer...

I ordered dish tv set box on 13 sept 2019 but till date my product is not delivered, i complain flipcart customer care and ask for delay but every time they gave me new date for delivery at that time they gave me 3 dates in 1 month but product not delivered flipcart customer care only send promising mail but its to late for delivery approx 1 month pass out and this product does not show cancel option, please help me in this issue for refund...

This has ref to above subject recently i have bought iphone 7 32gb black from flip kart which was delivered on 6th oct’19. Once i use black colour wallpaper i found that in left bottom side of the screen there is a green dot is showing and i don’t know whether it’s a manufacturing defect or not.

Request to intervene with the replacement as assured by flipkart during purchase.

I have ordered for redmi note 7 pro and received redmi note 7s, my order id = od[protected], in my invoice its written has redmi note 7 pro, but imei written in the invoice matches the redmi note 7s mobile which i have got,

I have ordered the mobile on 9/october/2019 and received it on 11/october/2019,

I see all other customers are having the same problem and haven't seen flipkart resolving there problem...

I have raised the issue since day 1 of the order placed. I was being assured by customer care, backend team by calling me be aassured you will get the instant discount as this discunt was available on your order.

Cases were created but every time they are taking 24 hours to revert back... This goes on and now its more than 13 days without even any solution on raised cases.

Now flipkart started to close the case...

I order a digital camera nikon 5300 dslr model but flipkart send me a different model nikon 3500 model. Then i sent a return request to flipkart but flipkart rejected my request. The advertised expensive mobile phone at a low rate, from which we booked a mobile phone which was priced at 3999, the payment details and payment details of the order are not being shown immediately after the payment was made in the payment option and our patium has cut money from and the payment deducted from the paytm has gone to the paytm account of a bhagwati general store......

The flipkart gamezone is fake they don't provide they don't give the rewards.
It's just luring customer to be activated on flipkart app.

Hello team,
I ordered attached product on 1st october'19 to gift someone and received defected product.
I raised complaint and technician visited twice.
The technician verified defected product and approved for replacement on 6th october'19.
From 6th october'19 the delivery status freezed @seller and for packing, but yet it has been not packed and move for next step.

I already missed to gift it...

This is really absurd from the flipkart delivery boy. They don't even take a fully functional small scratch phones for exchnage. What do you guys want a brand new phone in return. I ordered two phones with exchange and delivery rejected both of them. Both my old phone are in perfectly working condition and with original screen. Okay the phone have some small wear and tear, but it is a used phone, it is not going to be in pristine condition....
