Installation has to be done by 23 but still it not happened, being a flipkart plus number this is disgusting and wrost service. When i contacted flipkart people they are bluffing me saying different dates. I donno whether these people are working or not i feel shameless on them to take money without doing work as a costumer i would have made them to suck my cock anyhow has it seems that they are not doing ant work.

I get washing machine 10th October but installation is not done now. But show the installation and demo is cancelled but I don't cancel the installation and demo. Plz resolved the problem.

    I received my product oppo rezo 2z in 16 th October which I ordered. I received the product but the camera is defected so I raised return request for refund on 21th Oct. They message to pick the item by 1 november but not done. On 24 Oct. I receive a call from flipkart n they told me that refund cannot be done and told me that they will replace the item, but till now not done. Please help...

      I have got my tv delivered on 21.10.2019 and got a message that your installation and demo scheduled on 23.10.2019 but anyone didnt came to install and got a message it was rescheduled to 24.10.2019 and even on that day they didnt came to install .
      Called customer care they told that you were rescheduled. What a pity keeping leave to my office and staying in home for installation and i get that message.
      Pls get the installation done asap.

        I am facing lot issues, after purchasing the TV in Flip kart. Tv has lot of issues. I requested for return. they are not responding, first time they themselves cancelled return without informing or any notification to us why they have cancelled. i again raised return request and 3 times technician visited and they have taken even the video of the issue and technician is not updating the status, they will not status upate, we will raise the concern and again they schedule the technician vistit, for this we cannot wait everyday for there visit, we have already wasted our money buying product, Not getting any help.

        I am begging with Flipkart buy purchasing the product.

            Big billions day cheating : I ordered one JVC Bluetooth speaker from flipkart on big billion sale time ie (October 1 Tuesday 2019). I got it for Rs. 1499 and they placed my order.They given expected delivery date as October 10th, 2019.Till now I didnt get this product and I tried to contact customer care unit more than 5 times.At last today I got one call from their customer service and the executive was telling like cancel the order and do order again with the new price ie Rs.1799. Actually I ordered this speaker for one diwali gift purpose. What can I do at this Injury time? This is a kind of cheating customers. Don't give offer if they cant deliver the product. Because of this I lost my value in front of my friend. I need 10000 compensation for this. Otherwise flipkart should deliver the product before tomorrow noon. I am attaching screen shots below. This is absolutely ridiculous towards a customer like me.

                I have bought one kent ace plus 8 l ro + uv + uf + tds water purifier (White) from flipkart. They delivard on time and help with the installation. Upto this things went well.
                After instllation technisian confirms me that there is no uv filter there and what ever information is givien in website is wrong. After that i lounched a complaint in the their site. But i havn't got any update. So, i connect with then through twiter. There also i am getting any help. They called me once but the persion who called don't what the issue. After listing everything she told me that she can only raise retun request. I told her that what about the drills and other chnages i have made in my kitchen. She said this is your problem sir, she can't do anything with it.
                Thats all commonication i had on this. Can anyone help me to get me out of this fraud. I have attached the twitter url below.

                Someone from Flipkart called me from [protected] on 5:52PM
                1st he ask me the issue again then said someone previously called you. I said yes, then that guyt said how many times you want us to call you. I said but the problem is not resolved. That guy is too much rough. When I start souhting and said call later he said his sift end @6 and can not call me. I said that is not my problem. lastly he said he will not call me again, his associate will call me if possible.

                So Flipkart, you send me wrong product and now soughting on me?

                  3.100 percent assurance from every executive daily basis

                  5.we cannot transfer this call to their managers as they are always busy

                  Calling this call center everyday and getting above mentioned answers.

                  No other solution they can provide.
                  Please be careful before buying this plan

                      I have ordered for saree on 09th oct and they promised me delivery on 15th oct. When i did not receive it by 15th, i called them on 16th. They informed me that delivery man had called you but you did not response so your parcel sent back and now delivery will be on 21st oct. From 21st to 23rd, i called them many a times, they people asked me to have patience and assured they will resolve issue asap. On 24th, i received message from flipkart that by order has been cancelled without any intimation to me. This is rediculas.

                        I had placed my order for redmi 8 on 16th october 2019. (Order id:
                        Od[protected] on 24th october, i received a message that the order has been processed and arrived at the gurgaon courier facility. Around 12pm, i received another message that my order has been cancelled. Upon calling flipkart customer care, they said that the order has been cancelled from my end. However i received no cancellation call request from flipkart. My friend (Who has ordered the phone) got a message, received a message stating that the order was cancelled due to the courier partner not being able to deliver it to our address, when in fact i had ordered the same phone on this very address. I have waited 1 week for this phone only for the order to be cancelled one day before delivery. I would have to go through all the hassle again, and wait for another week if i were to place this order again. I needed the phone urgently and flipkart has been of no help to me, rather than placing the blame on us.

                          I ordered a proxmately 12000 price products when one of then watch i didn't like then because of it is very small i put it on returning when i clik on return buttom instantly they block my account then i contact flipkart coustmer care he says it will be resolve before 24/10/19. After that a mail came to me from flipkart u have been blocked for high number of return form last 2 month only one product i returned between of 15 or 12. Then flipkart had to block me then he can block me before i order after i buyed product then he block how it is the behavior of flipkart now only they say we have nothing in our hand u mail it to our back end team. After that same mail resent it to me..

                              My worse experience with flipkart.

                              I was their valuable client for a very long time, and i did much shopping from them. The reason behind saying these words are below -

                              I placed an order from flipkart on 29th sept [ prepaid order ], and that product max delivery date was 11th oct.in my given image, you can see order arrived at my nearest hub on time but not delivered to me.

                              They did not deliver my product in a promising time. They show me some excuse and take some extra time to deliver my product [ they mention 16th oct, means 5 # extra days]. Alright i was little unsatisfied for this reason but soon that date [ 16th oct ] over and no one contact me [ neither cs support nor delivery agent ].

                              So, i call them again [ cs support ] and they, take again 2 days from me and told me that, they are looking to my issue and support team will contact me soon and they will explain me the reason, why these happen. But still no one contact me [ yes no one ]. Soon the date over and when i complain tonight, again same thing happen. Again they take 2 more days from me and telling me to wait to get resolution from their team.

                              I contact them several time from 16 th oct, and they always told me to wait till next 24 to 48 hrs to get call back from cs support and they will resolve my issue and explain me why this happened with my order.in this long time, only one person contact me some days ago, and she told me, she will get back to me with update within 2 days but more days past and still i'm waiting for help.

                              These is a harassment, here my time wasted much, due to complaining several time and my trust is now broken fully.

                              Flipkart must provide me a compensation for this harassment and must deliver my product asap.

                                  My order id is od[protected]. I ordered a nokia 6.1 plus black (6 gb ram, 64 gb storage). It was delivered to me at 25 september 2019. When i opened it, the product seal was broken. So i requested a replacement process through my flipkart account. Thereafter my replaced product came at 2 october 2019.
                                  Again the product seal was open and i received a used product. I have also attached photos of it.
                                  Therefore i claimed for return and refund request through my flipkart account. Within a day i received a message stating that your refund request has been cancelled. Then i called customer care and narrated about this issue but didn't solved my issue.
                                  Later, i claimed for refund request several times through my flipkart account but it got rejected. Due to this now my flipkart account has been blocked. Therefore i called to customer care again told about this issue and she said that i get a call from flipkart team and i didn't received. I am not not able to claim refund request of my product. I have also told her that my 10 days replacement policy is getting over. This is the 4th time.
                                  So please take immediate action as soon as possible. This is very frustrating if i don't get my refund soon i will log complain in consumer court.

                                    I bought this tv from flipkart and along with complete protection plan for 3 years by paying more. But after even 1 month my tv in not installed and liening in my house. I am facing problem at the beginning of my service and now think what sevice they will provide service for next 3 years. They service partner denied installation of tv saying you provide us with stamp paper agreement that if something happens to tv after installation he is not responsible. Flipkart why didn't you mentioned that you need stamp paper agreement for tv installation. Your partner is saying my wall is not appropriate for tv installation. I have bought the letv tv from flipkart and it was wallmount on the same wall from last 3 years. After i faced issue with the levv tv i puchased this tv and now wall became inappropriate for this tv. I don't understand if levv tv was fine on my wall and they what is problem with motorola tv and what so special in this tv. And more over your telephone executive are giving me suggestion to give another address for tv installation. Really cool suggestion. I am common man not tata, birla or ambani. I have only one small house and one wall for 65 inch monster. If you can't install tv here, then take your tv back and return my money. More over your app work for purchases and have bug for creating return request it gives error.

                                      I had ordered one cookware set worth ₹1499. So when my product was delivered to me i saw that product was defective so i requested for return and my product was picked up. After that i requested for refund and by mistake i was in hurry and gave my debit card number in place of account number. The issue comes here i was in touch with your customer service everyday i used to send msgs through emails to update my right account number so that the seller can refund me the money. Then i raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 3 days will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from support team and after that after so much of mailing them they updated my right bank details but till now there's no refund.. Then again i raise complaint im doing this from 26th of september till now and there is no help. When today i got a call from flipkart customer care they gave me nft number and told me to vist my bank branch like seriously this is how you are troubling your customer and you know this very well how can somone refund money on debit card i went to my bank branch also and they told me that if refund is initiated it should have shown in you bank account but it's not you can imagine how i'm going through like roaming here and there.. And then they told me to share my bank statement of 1 month i shared that also then seller is not refunding my money in my bank account this is how your customer support team is behaving with customer... If you can help then plzz do as i need my money back giving defective product and then not helping your customer is not good.
                                      I hope you will look into this matter and help me with this issue to get my refund.
                                      And also i'm not getting any help i'm writing to seniors and i'm just getting same rply again and again.. If this is the condition then seriously i will never shop from flipkart again.

                                        I have bought asus laptop from flipkart on 8th oct 2019, and product was defected so i have raised return request on 13th oct 2019, so they given expected technician visit date for verification on 20th oct but it was not happened on time so i called to them multiple time and after so many follow up they have raised the concern to concerned department (I don't know how many department are involved in) and given resolution time as 24th oct, but in between tech visit happened on 22th oct and found that product was detective and from tech visit side he has sent his feedback to flipkart, but flipkart executive saying that they have not received feedback and saying to wait till 24th oct eod, i have planned accordingly as per their expected dates given on flipkart and all the planned work are affecting now and till pick up date is not confirmed yet. Even customer executive does not having any update however they are serving the customer's, how the flipkart system work it is hard to understand. Very disappointed and bad experience i could ever found.
