I have ordered realme 5 pro mobile on 4th october in flipkart and ekart delivery people received it in hyderabad by 14th october.
I actual delivery date was mentioned 17th october 2019. But it didn’t get delivered. I called flipkart they told it was miss routed by ekart team and mentioned it will be delivered by 19th october 2019 but even on 19th oct 2019 it didn’t get delivered. Again it was miss routed by ekart team. I called them flipkart again they told it will be delivered by ekart team by 21st october 019 but even today it didn’t get delivered.

speaking to flipkart customer care daily from 17th oct 2019. They are speaking but no one is resolving my issue. Even to mail them regarding ekart delivery issue their mail is not correct, showing message not delivered. Trying to reach Ekart from the numbers present in internet but not connecting. I told flipkart if ekart not able to deliver tell me where the product is in hyderabad warehouse i will go and get it by myself, even for that they are telling. I need the product by tomorrow eod as im going out of town and it's gift to someone. Because of these people im not able to do anything. I need apology letter from each and every one with whom i spoke to from 17th oct 2019. I have all the call recording till date. I raised complaint in consumer court as well against everyone.

    Ordered a product from flipkart internet private limited on 29th september payment done through debit bard. Then my product out for delivery status from 4th october and promised delivery date was 5th october 2019, on 4th october words given by delivery boy my product deliver to me with in 3pm on that day but still it was not delivery to me and i called many times till date, now i got the call from flipkart customer care and told me cancelled the order. I do not want to cancel my order already paid for my product. Please help me

      On 29 sep i ordered lg refrigerator and my delivery date was 16 oct but still not received my product. I purchased this item on emi. Several fake commitment made by executive team and still i am not getting any phone call from backend team. Also i made several phone call flipkart but only one statement i received i. E wait for sometime, it will deliver asap.

        I ordered 2 books on 11 oct.2019. One is prepaid and another is cod mode. At that time not any terms and condition can be shown about buying policy. The delivery date is 17th oct 2019. But my delivery couldn't reach to me in given time after 4-5 days one text message came that your order is cancelled and other order also couldn't reach yet. I contacted flip kart but they can't ready to resolve this issue. Even the parcel reached my nearest hub then i got a cancellation message.

          Flipkart organises games in their app which i have been playing for a year and have won a few things. Suddenly, a few days back they barred me from playing the game citing fairplay rules and also my previous rewards are pending. I have tries to call them, tweeted them, but in vain. There has been no resolution to it. It turned out that they disqualified thousands of players who have been winning the games fairly.

Later i cancelled one of them, but flipkart cancelled both of my orders saying that product has limited stocks.               12th october 2019 mobile mila mujhe flipkart se, account add karne ke time previous pattern lock ka option aya tha, aur uske niche gmail account add karne ka option tha, maine gmail account add kya aur mobile chalu ho gaya, 3 din ke baad mobile me camera ka problem aya, maine replacement apply kya, last sunday ekart ka executive aya, aur mobile ko firse reset kya aur bola pattern lock ka option remove nehi ho raha, maine bola ho sakte hain yeh used product, pahle sei aisa option tha, executive refund reject karke chala gya, maine uske baad khud reset kya aur dekha koi pattern lock pucha nehi, maine flipkart ko complain kya, aur mera replacement flipkart cancelled kar diya. Ho sakte he seller used mobile delivered kya, ho sakte hain ekart ka banda acche se dekhai nehi, mera kya galti hain. Paisa deke damaged mobile lunga aap bolie.

              Flipkart ta executive call kiya aur bola product out of stock hai aur refund milenge but mujhe replacement e chahiye. Kiuki is se mera koi galti nehi hai, main ivoomi i2 lite purchase kiya aur mujhe same product chahiye.

                I have order furniturekraft nancy metal queen bed on 4th october 2019.

                The delivery date was 12th october 2019. After numerous follow-ups with customer care dated 14th, 18th, 19th, 20th october, every time they are extending the time but not taking any serious action. Whenever i talked with them they asked your problem will resolved in 24 to 48 hours but 48 hours never ends. I don't understand what is going on.

                Till now i didnot get the product. No one give proper answer about my product.

                  Sir this is my continuous writing to u abt the problem i am facing now about the mobile i have purchased (Huawei p20 lite @rs 12051) it is an useless product seller send me a used mobile/refurbished item.
                  Od[protected] oder id i have checked this imei number of the mobile on huawei official website this mobile was purchased buy some other on 29.01.2019

                  1. I opened the flipkart packing and found mobile box sealed with seller own seal not original.
                  2. Saw the mobile turn around found plenty of scratches including rear camera and also found the strain on fingerprint sensor (That we usually get after 1year old mobile)
                  4. Inside the box headset missing also charger inside is not a quick charger.
                  5. As i switched on the mobile device asking me to verify the account using previously signed in google account. Which makes i can no longer sign in since it was used by so other previously.

                  I called multiple time to customer care they asking me to wait wait till certain time period but no use

                    Please help me or discard the product advertisement on flipkart.

                    Here if its not able to ship to any location then why flipkart is showing on catalogue and advertising it on website.

                        I ordered a us polo shirt from flipkart. When i opened the parcel it was packed but packed very differently like the products we throw in a corner after trying at a shop. It was not packed like new. It was a used product and its cuffs were rounded and already folded. It is totally #, a fake cheap product. The ones that are being sold on roadsides.                           The product was to be delivered by 12/10/2012, but it is not delivered till date 22/10/2019. On 9th of october, i got a call in the evening at about 8:30 pm to receive the product at a distance of 15 km from my address. I registered an issue on 10th of october in the flipkart portal, and was assured by the flipkart officials that the issue to be resolved by 14th of october. But nothing was resolved and they updated that "issue is resolved" on 14th of october and in the query section they updated that the issue to be resolved by 17th of october. When i called the costumer care executive on 15th of october at about 12:01 pm, they only consoled me to resolve the issue within 48 hours. The call hung up due to some network problem, so i didnot get the clear idea, what they were talking about. Later at 12:06 pm i called again and the costumer care executive clearly shouted at me with frustration of not able to resolve the issue. I didnot expect this from flipkart. Now, even they stopped taking feedback from me after any call after this incident. Again i called them on 20th of october way passed than 17th october, they only say another 48 hours. Again, i called them on 22nd october today, and they are unable to provide any information, they say they donot have update regarding the order. I feel harassed by flipkart. They behave good when they are at profit only. They donot value costumer. Very bad experience with flipkart. I have made several complaints for flipkart partner gati courier also, but it is of no value. I will stop buying anything from flipkart further.

                            The seller has cancelled my product after detecting money from the account in consecutive orders.
                            I ordered redmi 8a on flipkart oct21 using my credit card. But the seller is cancelled my order and money is still not refunded. But customer care official told refund is completed.

                            On today oct22 i ordered the same product with the same seller. The product again is cancelled by the seller without any reason and money is detected from the account.

                            The same mobile ordered my colleague today the order was successfully completed.
                            I want to know why the seller is particularly cancelled my order repeatedly because i suspect the seller is cheating on customer money.
                            Customer care executive is very rude behaviour.

                            Customer care is not takin the complaint againts seller. I suspect they are behind this cheating

                              I bought this real me 5 (4-64) and wanted to return the phone because the voice of the phone is not there and sometimes it's blur and hardly a word could be heard but they just listen to you and tell you to stay calm that's it and they don't even care about the customers issues about the device. They send me same jeeves companys technician who forwarded no issue in the device both the time and said ki hmare salary se refund katega toh aap yehi phone use kro. Is this a even the way to talk with the customers. They just care about their # policies which are useless for the customers and fulfilling the demands. Never buy any devices from flipkart. I just want my money back because flipkart cancel my request like 4 times and telling me to go to the service centre. Bhai me kyu jau agar faulty piece aapne diya toh. It's your duty to satisfy the customers. But they just take it lightly. Now i just want my money back and take this device back which i haven't even used and is 15 days old only still they saying to use me this faulty piece.

                                Delivery is not done even after 23 days of booking the order the deadline they have given is 10 days, there is no proper response from the customer care, they re really testing our patience, we ordered the product so that we can get it in time according to our needs but this service is horrible they had taken the money and acting as if they like. I would like to demand some monetary benifits against them.

                                  I have given an order for realme 5 pro in big billion days and the expected date was 3rd oct 2019. After waiting till 6 oct i tried canceling the product as i was in need and i purchase it from another shop. From that day i have given so many time complaints regarding cancellation but there is no response. Around 15000 rupees is blocked. Nothing is working for me. Please help. When i am canceling it is again activating.

                                    On 2nd october i had received an offer that if i buy a phone i will get the full amount of the phone back in terms of gift card... They put the condition that i have to book any phone between 8pm to 10pm... I have proofs that the offer was valid and genuine... And i also confirmed it from their executive 3-4 days later.. He said that the offer is valid and i will get the reasonable reward on the declared date... But i haven't received any reward yet.

                                      I ordered mobile phone in flipkart on 30/09/2019 actual delivery date 07/10/2019 but they extended to 12/10/2019 but i can't get it still. Flipkart support order number is:- od[protected]. I request them to take manually from where it is. They not supposed to do give me that manually. I paid it through credit card i paying money without using my mobile. So help me to take my mobile handset. And i want justice for my money.

                                        I had booked the samsung the frame tv on flipkart in their big billian day festival. The tv was booked on 2nd october and the promised delivery date was 14th october. But it has been more than 1 week now and i have still not received the tv. Flipkart has the worst customer care as well. Instead of resolving the issue, they just keep asking for more time and keep raising useless stupid complaints. But even after raising multiple complaints there's no response. This is just a kind of mental harrasment flipkart is inflicting on customers.
