I purchased a mediapad m5 lite on 3rd october 2019.
Sales package included following items,
1. Mediapad m5 lite tablet along with its components in a packed box
2. Stylus compatible pen for m5 tablet
I didn't receive the stylus in the sales package along with tab!!!
When i complained about it they promised me that they will provide me a link by 25th october 2019 where i can buy stylus for just rs. 1 inr, but no such link was provided to me.
Now when i checked again status of my complaint, i saw that they marked it resolved on their website/application!!!

Firstly, they didn't deliver the full package with all items that i purchased from flipkart.
Secondly, they made fake promises to get this resolved.
Thirdly, they cheated on me by closing the case without resolving it and giving any kind of information!!!

    I booked two products in flipkart app paid through flipkart pay later account and i cancelled two products cost of two products is 1088 rupees. Order id od[protected] product reached the seller on 27 th september and seller initiated refund on 1 st of october but it is not reflected in my flipkart pay later account. I complained about it multiple times but they didn't not added refund to my flipkart pay later account. As i didn't get refund i haven't paid the bill of september before 10 th october for not paying bill before 10 th october they added 400 rupees as penalty. I complained about it but they are not responding to me. And their customer service representative said that it is their fault. I won't get penalized for delay of bill payment as i complained about it before 10 th october. But they added 400 as penalty and not refunded my money 1088 to my flipkart pay later account. They informed that if i don't pay the bill within 45 days they will disable cash on delivery option to my account and they will hold the money of prepaid orders and if i don't pay the bill within 24 hours they will cancel the prepaid orders also. Without doing anything wrong they are torturing me like this and indirectly blackmailing to pay penalty and bill without refunding the money. Please take care of this and provide services from them.

My onida smart tv 109 model number: 43fis/2017 screen size 109.22 tv display colors issues looks like tv flash light issues, i raised complaint on october 2nd jeeves taken 7 days to register complaint itself 7th october finally complaint registered 8th october executive captured the photos and went he said with in 1 week issues will resolved. After that no response it almost 1 month, every day even i am calling to jeeves customer care executive not responding properly every time say part pending issues. Wait for few days we will escalate the issues to extend warranty team. No response from extend warranty team. I have plans to complaint pettiation in bangalore civil court or high court

        Dear Flipkart Seller,
        This is sorry to inform you that I have ordered Redmi Note 7 pro three times on 23/10/2019 having ORDER ID
        OD[protected], OD[protected] and OD[protected] respectively, paying through my SBI Credit Card. Twice of them were cancelled by the seller instantly but one order of them was accepted by seller and that was approved by seller on 24/11/2019 again at 07:35 AM, one SMS regarding cancellation of mobile by Seller end was sent by on my registered mobile no. My Order was showing as₹ 9799.0 as refund will be added to your SBI VISA Credit Card by Oct 25.But unfortunately I didn't get my money back. I called several times to customer care executive regarding this, they assured me for refund of my money if I consult to mobile no of credit card executive and customer grievances printed on back side of Credit Card. On talking to Credit Card executive, he asks me regarding Return Reference Number.I received call from Flipkart Executive from mobile no. [protected] DTD 28.10.2019 at 06:50 PM and inquired about the return reference no.But he didn't provide me and marked this issue as resolved from his own end, without any resolution.I once again raised this issue DTD 28.10.2019 but I have not got any resolution till now.
        Kindly look into this matter and return my money back along with return reference number.
        You have neither provided the product nor refunded the money.so my question to you is who will bear the interest cost involved in this credit card transaction and why?"

          Flipkart have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed but now they are denying high numbers of return (Without mentioning exact numbers), becoz they received money from me as its all prepaid orders!! What rubbish they are talking! I am demanding from flipkart, how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders i have placed? I want exact numbers. And i want proof from their policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what flipkart buyers protection policy? How can i trust flipkart saying that all my refunds been given when their policy are only for their company oriented? They are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting any of their explanation except they better should act on what i have previously asked for; unblocking of my account so that i can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.

            I have booked v guard stabiliser through flipkart but they have delivered the product after 20 days and that too wrong product.
            Flipkart did intentionally did this and they want to use the customer amount for their business for some days.
            So I complained to the flipkart customer care to replace the product so first they denied so i argued with them to replace the product.So finally they accepted and send for the replacement.
            Today 29 Oct 2019 received the damaged product.
            So i complained them for why did you send the damaged product they are finally replied with careless answers.

            I have booked 4 products from Flipkart and all received with damaged products.I don't know why Flipkart is doing this way.i heard Flipkart is in downfall now. These type of issues may be reason for that.
            So I called to the customer service for the issues and they are saying that it was the happened by logistics and they are ready for refund for the same.
            Can Flipkart think refund is the solution for this . See customers book the products for their need not for time pass they have some commitments with the booked products.
            We can accept the mistakes for once not all the time.
            I can say that Flipkart is doing intentionally these mistakes because they are accepted the products with fake images and they wantedly send the products after too many days so they can keep the money with them for their business needs because now the Flipkart position is not so good as I heard from the social networks.
            So Flipkart is looting the people by creating the fake products and using the customers money for their usage.
            If Flipkart is really concern about the customers why they don't provide the replacement.
            Because I booked those products because I can those products with less price at the same time Amazon has the sale ..if I know before about Flipkart I can book it Amazon right?
            Now I can get the products with less price will Flipkart provide again the products with booked price.
            I requested to provide the replacement not the refund.
            They denied for this.

            Now I am exhausted with Flipkart team. I want the compensation for their repitative mistakes

              I received a call from a female from offer and promotion department of flipkart notifying me that i have won either a laptop/iphone/fridge/tv/ac. And to register for the prize i need to select a product of 4999 and transfer that amount to an account via google pay. I selected the product jbl speaker and transferred 5690 to the account they told me to. Then she connected me to a senior called nitin singh who told me i have to pay gst for the prize and transfer 12999 to the account they tell me to. When i refused to do so and told them i want either an authorisation letter or email or my money back. They told me unless i pay the gst i will not be getting the money back.                 I am Kranthi and I placed order with flipkart (order no: OD[protected] on October 21st 2019. They collected my working old phone(Redmi Note 6 Pro) under name of exchange, also collected 5K more to give a new phone(Redmi note 7 pro). It turns out that phone is faulty.

                I sincerely believe flipkart is selling refurbished & faulty mobile phones(that failed quality checks) in these falsh sales. Please take this to notice of indian government.

                I ordered for replacement and I don't have any alternative mobile. The way they are treating me with their return policy is not good. I called their customer care multiple times and asked for communication in email as I don't have alternative mobile. They didn't agreed to that even.

                They continuously send messages either customer care, authorized service persons stating that i am not accessible. How Can I be accessible when they sent me a faulty piece and took my old working mobile.

                Eretail business must have stringent norms so that consumer won't be suffered like this.

                  I have ordered kangaro stationery office set (Orange) on 11th oct 2019 and have been waiting for almost 18 days. I contacted flipkart support center 5 times and each time they asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs. It's keeping on going and they have given 5 false commitments regarding the ontime delivery. I am still wating for the product to get delivered.

                    I Have bought Skin care product from flipkart which i am using since 2 years. so i no very clearly what is the color, texture and fragrance.

                    as i am recently delivered i cant go out and buy for anything, so I trusted flipkart and ordered the Maybline foundation 332 on[protected], 11:37 PM
                    Invoice No: FAA0W[protected]. Order, ID - OD[protected].

                    I was received the product which was duplicate in color, smell and bottle too. I have requested flipkart to not do so. They have not accepted the request and i have requested and begged them alot. Finally they gave agreed and replaced my product.

                    They have replaced my product and i have received on 28th oct 19. This time again they cheated me very badly. They changed the colour of product and i have checked the bar code. Which is coded as MAC product and they bought from Snapdeal.
                    Its completely fake product. When i am asking them for help no customer care execuitve is not responding properly, i am asking management mail they said its not possbile.

                    As i am female and just delivered a baby, my skin is so sensitive. How come flipkart allowed such a nasty product. Pls do R&D on this. If required.

                    When you will revert...always saying 24 to 48 hrs..from every mail since 15days...till now u people didnt c the mext day or what...all customer care executives r playing with in mails...such a use less amd helpless..one so called senior madam called me and said by nov 11th issue will close ..surprisingly no one is not responding from that day onwards

                      Hi,

                      I am lovlin rath from odisha. I have placed two nos of sarees. Due to quality issues i requested for refund.
                      Seller didnt refund the amount within the promised date.
                      When i am complaining them why its late, they are only saying to ask in bank regarding the issue. As per their word i haved enquired in bank also they said nothing has been done.

                      Kindly help me in this regard.

                      I have already visited to bank and given the utr no and they checked and denied that no such payment has been done. And here bank cannot do anything as they dont have information regarding this .They told me to talk with you . Also they said that you ask your seller to check your bank whether your bank has initiated the amount or not.Bank said it is flipkart fault and they should check at their end, here bank cannot do anything.

                      So I also request you to please ask your seller why the amount is not reflecting in my account if the amount has been initated.
                      Also provide me the proof from your seller towards refund initiation.

                        I have ordered a casio ex295 men analog watch from flipkart on 26th oct 2019. I paid 7, 916 inr for this. This is a prepaid order. On 27th dec i received a message from flipkart saying your order has been cancelled and your refund will be generated by 5th nov.
                        They cancelled my order without giving me any prior information or without asking me.
                        Even they're making me wait for the refund till 5th nov.
                        I have reached them 2 3 times to request them to process my refund as soon as possible.
                        But they are telling me to wait till 5th nov.
                        I needed that product very urgently and they have not delivered my order and not refunding my money as well.

                        It's a big amount. I can not invest again this big amount to buy this watch because i want it earlier.

                        If they can cancel my order without telling me they should have refunded me the same day.

                        If they could not deliver my product then why did they accept my order and payement for that. They should not hold my money and make me for it if they are not delivering it. I want a strict and needful action against this.

                        My concern is about my money. I can not wait till 5th nov. I want it much earlier. That's why i have complained about your company at consumer forum. Do remit my money at earliest. It is urgent.

                          I suppose that my product which was being order on 23rd oct 2019 has been lost because yesterday was the delivery date but it is not yet being delivered. I had words several times with flipkart executive but they does not sound convincing. Moreover they are saying that the delivery person tried to reach me twice yesterday which is absolutely false. Blue dart company sent me a message with a number to track the details but tracking shows "no product found".                             From last 6 to 7 years i was using flipkart and i was happy with it, i have buy many products and from last 6 year i have canceled only 4 to 5 orders due to quality issue, suddenly on 23 of october 2019 my account got suspended due to "irregularities in the payment method" this was the reason given in the mail by customer care and when called to customer care they told my account was suspended due to cancellation of orders which i had purchase before 6 months. When asked to the customer support for a senior person he said go on website and request for a call back as the senior is on another call. And he informed that i will not be able to use this account again, as it is being permanently disabled. I am have the mail, as well as the call recording. I need my account back, or i will have to log a case in consumer court.

                              Flipkart is not returning money to my gift card if i return some items. They just eat it up and when i call the customer care they just blubber something as if they dont have proper training. Not sure how a company like flipkart is cheating customers to such extent. I would like to sue them. I have necessary proofs

                              Till now i have called the customer care hundreds of times, still the issue is not resolved. They just say that they have credited amount to gift card/wallet. However when i see my wallet, money is not there. I also tried adding all my gift cards to flipkart back again in the hope that somehow the money reflects, but in vain

                              They are a big cheater in the name of e - commerce. Please let me know how to sue them

                              What happens when I return an item purchased using Wallet?

                              The money is refunded back to the original payment source.

                              If Gift Cards were redeemed in the original transaction, then the same will be refunded to the respective Gift Cards.
                              Similarly, the amount originally redeemed from your PhonePe wallet will be refunded as PhonePe wallet. If a bank transfer was made over UPI, it will be refunded back to your account.
                              Despite having balance, I am unable to use Wallet as a payment option for some of the purchases. What are the reasons for this?

                              When an order is placed with items from different sellers, Wallet might not be usable as a payment option. We are working on enabling this functionality soon.

                              I have called customer care a hundred times for this. They told that money has been refunded. But it is not visible in my wallet. if it is not visible, then how will I use that money from Wallet?????????????/

                                I have ordered the asus rog phone-ii on 12th october, 2019 and paid the price of rs-37, 999-/ on flipkart. They are showing expected date is 25th october 2019. But they couldn't deliver the product as their expected date, and demand a another date of 29th october 2019, and they couldn't delivery.
                                And now on 29th day they send me a message "be assured that the order will be delivered to you by 31.10.2019".in the order section it showing, the product is not packed still now, then how can they deliver the product in 2 days.
                                They are totally harrass to me.
                                In another ordered my product the same same thing happened to me before, and after 15 days of their expected date at last they told me to cancel the product.

                                  I ordered jockey men brief pack of 2, they delivered yesterday - 28.10.2019 (Monday), but they are not delivered which is i ordered. They delivered worst quality, colour. I complaint to customer care number, but, they are not taken any action and responsible, and, they told product has no-return policy. I feel this is cheating.                                     I have ordered a car cover order i'd do[protected]Fabtec, maruti suzuki swift red, blue cover) on 30.9.2019. The product was shipped i used it and the car cover colour stained on the top of the car bonnet. I return the product and pick up by 17.10.2019 (Return id[protected]) cash refund to my ac date 14.10.2019. The main issue, my car attached service station. They paid for recondition process for buffing and polishing cost 2500 rs. I had a bad experience in first time with flipkart. Please reimburse me your irresponsible action.

                                      Against order no.0d[protected], i have paid online payment inr 12496.in this order i have cancelled two items 1) mi led smart tv 4a pro 80 cm (32) with android, 2) complete tv protection (3 years).

                                      Inr 10798 not received against cancelled products.

                                      Order placed on 20th september-2019 and cancelled on 30th september-2019. Its almost 1 month passed, still i have not receive the refund and there is no proper response from flipkart.

                                        Dear sir/madam.. I haven't ordered any item from my account but a product has delivered to my home order with order id: od[protected]. We ordered other product, thought they delivered. But unknowingly someother product was delivered. Please check where the mistake has taken place and kindly do not repeat the same in the coming days. Seems like we are having security issues regarding our orders, address and phone numbers. We got calls from these numbers [protected], [protected] but when we called for returning the product, they are not picking the calls. How can i get my money back?

                                        This was the copy of the invoice which we haven't ordered. We ordered other Product but they delivered this which is on COD. They are not picking the calls now, how are we going to get our money back?
