I have order a tefel intense pure air thru flipcart and today i got the delivery. But when i open it. There is no nano filter which is mentioned in manual. And my son suffring throat infection. So please this is my humble request send me a demonstration guy and nano filer... Please as soon as possible.

    The order with order id od[protected] was placed on 04/10/2019, the promised delivery date was 13/10/2019 but the product has not even been packed yet by the seller, on asking the customer care of filpkart about the whereabouts of the order, i was told to wait with no questions being answered regarding the delay of the order, the customer care then raised the issue to their backend team which were to respond
    & resolve the issue but even the backend team is extending it's deadline without giving any proper reason, the first date given by their backend team was 18/10/2019, then on 18/10/2019 they without even calling or conveying anything extended it to 19/10/2019 by 14:07 pm. Till now there has been no resolution provided and also the promised delivery date has been extended twice by flipkart with the next promised delivery date being 20/10/2019, which again will get extended as the product is not even packed yet by the seller.

      I have ordered a product with order id od[protected], it was suppose to get delivered to me by 18th october, which i was ready to wait for. But the drama begins on 10th oct, got a message that the product is out for delivery, i have not been contacted and at evening i got a message as undelivered. The same got repeated on 12th oct, so, i did a complain about the same as the message which i receive contains a number and no one picks that number. Then they raised there level of torturing customer, and on 13th oct, the next day, i got a out for delivery message, and after 1 hour, delivered message. I got shocked and called the number mentioned on the out for delivery message, it rings and rings but no one picked. After sometime i called the flipkart customer care and they said i should ask to neighbors, relatives for the package, that was ridiculous. I live alone, why should delivery person give my package to someone else, without contacting me. On this, the person on the call, told be to be assured that concerned team will help me in this regard (Incident: in[protected]. Received a mail assuring that a resolution will be provided by 14th oct 9:00 pm. But i haven't received any resolution, so contacted the customer support on 15th team, and they said the resolution date is 18th oct and i should wait till then, and the previous mail mentioning the resolution by 14th oct 9:00 pm was by mistake from one executive.

      I have not received my product, it is showing delivered, and they need 5 days to figure out what happened. I don't understand this kind of service. I still have no idea what they are doing to solve my issue and what should i do as they are not providing me any other input rather than me to wait till 18th oct. So, i have waited till 18th oct, and then they said to wait till 19th oct and still i didn't get any response.

      Received a call from Flipkart executive on 20th oct 5:00 PM, after 7 days of logging complaint to them. But still no resolution received, just promises that be assured it will be resolved.

        Dear designated flipkart officer. I ordered a wireless hoatzin p10 sound player vide order i'd no : [protected] and tracking i'd is fmpc[protected]
        18/10/2029 was the date for delivery but the currier boy didn't call me and sent me an abrupt sms that he tried to reach me but couldn't. Today also he neither called me nor delivered my item to me and sent the same sms that he couldn't get me and in next working day he will try to deliver. The delivery boys don't hand over the ordering items in the address given at the time of placing order and they generally sit in one place and call us to receive, what is beyond the condition between the customer and the company.
        My query is to you, whether you take my grievance positively and get my items in time or not?
        I called to the so called helpline number but i have not got response from the company. If the helpline numbers don't work, why have you provide such system?
        I have totally lost my patience. I'm sorry for such inconvenience happening with me.

          Dear team,

          I had ordered fastrack watch on 1st october. On 7th oct ie
          On the day of delivery, received call from courier/delivery boy.
          He asked me to come at entry gate of my office premises.

          Before i reach to the location i have recieved message that 'your courier has been delivered' however courier was not handed over to me by courier delivery boy.

          Courier delivery boy was there only when i asked him to hand over my courier then he refused and told me that courier has already been handed over to another person.

          Here courier delivery boy had not identified the original customer. I have raised complaint immediately in front of courier boy and shared the details.

          Executive had raised compliant and asked me wait for 48 hour to get this resolved. After 48 hrs, got from customer care that refund has been initiated and i will get the refund within 5 days.

          Post 5 days, i have contacted customer care again as i was not received any refund or confirmation. When i contacted customer care again then i was informed that previous complaint was incorrect and we are initiating new compliant and same will be resolved by 15th oct.

          Today, i have contacted customer care, executive had raised new complaint and failed to explain the resolution time as well as status of previous complaints. He also asked to me check email and revert on the same but i have not received any email.

          So, i request you to look into matter and help to gets this resolved asap.

              Hi team flipkart,

              This is with regards to the order for wakefit mattress with order id - od[protected]. I have size fit issues. I found out that i ordered the wrong size of mattress. The delivery period was also quite high. So i decided to get the order cancelled and bought the mattress from market too to avoid size fit issues. So i don't need the mattress now at all. Already it cost me a lot of money and now i can never afford a second mattress for my bed. So i reached out to flipkart customer care to cancel the product. But they informed me that the product got non cancellable after 24 hours of order as per seller (Wakefit) policy. So they cannot help me cancel it and instead told me to contact wakefit. I contacted wakefit mattress via call at first, where they told me to mail them the entire details of the order and request for cancellation. So on the next day i mailed them the entire order details and reason for cancellation. After that they responded to my mail saying that they can cancel the product as soon as they receive a cancellation confirmation mail from flipkart. Then i contacted flipkart telephonic customer care service where after multiple attempts of describing the incident and about the cancellation request, they failed to understand my concern. I contacted them two times yesterday and three times today. I repeat :
              1. I completely understand that flipkart cannot cancel the product now.
              2. As per seller policy cancellation is not allowed after 24 hours of purchase
              3. Flipkart is just the platform for buyers and sellers to connect and do business.

              A few hours back i received a call from wakefit mattress (Seller) and they told me that they can cancel the product immediately when flipkart confirms the order cancellation. They told me :
              1. Flipkart cannot cancel the product after 24 hours as per wakefit policy.
              2. Wakefit only can cancel the product as soon as they receive the product cancellation request mail from flipkart.
              3. Requested me to contact flipkart and get them to send a mail for product cancellation
              4. They have kept the production of my mattress on hold due and will cancel the product wheh the get the mail confirmation from flipkart.

              So when i told them what if flipkart tells me they don't have your mail information, they said that flipkart is supposed to have their mail information and if they don't then mail at '[protected]@wakefit.co'

              So flipkart i humbly request you guys to help me out in this. All you got to do is just send wakefit a mail regarding product cancellation. That's all i ask for. Don't just surrender saying we can't do anything after 24 hours of purchase. Just send them a mail. I am a middle class man i cannot afford to lose rs 12k after i already got a replacement product.

              I am attaching the screenshots of the mail sent by wakefit to me. Do look at the sender info for authenticity of the mail.

              I understand this Flipkart. I don't know if you have gone through my entire post. I clearly have written it there in points that I understand. Every time, even now I am getting a generalised response from your end. You just told me what the customer care executives told me from the beginning.

              But what I wanted you guys to do was just send a simple cancellation MAIL from your end to wakefit mattress(SELLER) and the issue is resolved. It is just a simple MAIL. I have shared the screenshots of the mail sent by the seller(Wakefit). You just said that there are certain items that cannot be cancelled after placing order. Cancellation not allowed for 24 hours of booking as per SELLER(Wakefit) policy. But as we can both see, the seller only has told that they can cancel the product on their end as soon as they get a MAIL from Flipkart. Don't know if I could make you understand this simple thing which you need to do.

                Being a promoter & prime member for the last 5 years, i did not dream of ever going through this. I ordered a redmi note 7pro and it was delivered on time. Within few days i found there is a slight bent on phone so i lodge a complaint on 15th oct 2019 for replacement as my phone is still in under replacement policy.
                After so many followup & calls on 17th oct, a technician visited to my place and made me ensure that i will defiantly get my replacement as there were no physical damage on the
                Product but according to him it is a manufacturing defect which happens
                Once in a while. Then after one hour i found my replacement got rejected. I imdiatly made a call to flipkart and mention about my issue
                They told me within 24 hour my issue will get resolved they will again process my replacement. Since then, i have spoken to 5 different people but nothing has moved forward. They have these standard responses of "24hours", "concerned team", "technical error.

                I have mailed every concern person like grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com, [protected]@flipkart.com & [protected]@flipkart.com to resolve my issue. But didn't get any response from their side. Now i am feeling hopeless.

                I want resolution on my problem. Please help me to get this resolved.

                Today I got a call from Flipkart stating that if there is manufacture defect in product in that case they can not give replacement/ refund of the product. Even its under 10 days replacement & return policy.
                Flipkart making fool of people, also cheating with us. If there is a manufacturing defect in product why a customer should suffer, what is his fault. Flipkart & reseller should be responsible for that.

                Please help me here to take the legal action against them.

                    Delivery boys delivered the product to themselves and asked me that they will give it to me the next day but even after a week i haven't got a call from them and the products were prepaid so i lost my money. The same thing happened with one more product.
                    I wasn't able to pick up the delivery call as i was in middle of some important work but i called them afterwards and they said that they have shown it delivered but the product is with them and they will deliver it tomorrow but now as a week has past this started looking like a case of fraud. Something as silly as this can't be expected from a company like flipkart. Please take a serious action against them to ensure no such further cases arise in the future.

                        I had first ordered a phone named as oppo reno 10x zoom on flipkart and purchased it vide order id - od[protected] along with a buyback policy. Buyback policy amount = rs 36000. Buyback policy was covered for 3 months valid from 10th june 2019 till 10 th sept 2019 (Both dates inclusive). However the policy got expired before due date and i had first raised concern on 12th sept 2019. After repeated follow up and raising the concern on facebook and twitter official page of flipkart, a lady named sitara huilagol from the social media gave me a resolution on 26th sept 2019 to place fresh mobile order by exchange offer and seller will refund the difference amount to source on call and email ([protected]@flipkart.com) on 27th sept 2019 i raised a concern again as i was unable to find oppo reno 10 x zoom mobile under exchange option of any mobile. On 1st oct issue was resolved and i placed fresh order for redmi k20 pro under exchange option. And then again i had sent email/call to confirm whether i would get the difference amount (Buyback value - exchange value) for any ph or not before delivery of the ph, on 2nd oct 2019, siatar huilagol at around 4.30-5.30 pm called me from[protected] and informed me that i have to place atleast 1rs more than the buyback value and redmi k20 pro would not be eligible. Accordingly i placed new order for oppo reno 2 under exchange option on 3rd oct 19 vide order id-od[protected] wherein exchange value offered was rs 13250. And pick up charge was collected rs 100. Accordingly there should be refund for rs 22850. So i sent an email to [protected]@flipkart.com and on flipkart facebook and twitter pages twitted, flipkart informed me that once the product will be delivered i will get the refund. I also did not want to take a chance if this product will be eligible or not, hence i requested flipkart to arrange a call for me from sitara who was handling my case. And sitara on 4th oct 2019 called me from [protected] at around 6-7pm and confirmed that this product is eligible and i will get the refund difference after the product is being delivered. The product was finally delivered on 13.10.2019 and then immediately i mailed to flipkart along with all details and the amount of rs 22850 which should be returned back to me. On 13th oct 2019 aditya mahapatra from the grievance dept called me around 4:57 pm from[protected] and informed me that seller would not process the difference amount as i got rs 2000 bank discount and product value was reduced below rs 36000. I was shocked to note that and then i told that i had accepted delivery of the product as sitara had confirmed on call on 4th oct 2019 that i will get the difference amount for oppo reno 2 which i had ordered. Then aditya told me he shall get back to me within 24hours and drop me an email stating the same. After repeated mails and post on flipkart facebook page and twitter page, aditya again contacted me on 16th oct 2019 at 8.39pm from [protected] and informed me that seller will refund the difference amount of rs 22850, however he will deduct rs 2000 which i got bank discount on placing oppo reno 2 mobile. I told him that discount was provided by bank and not by seller, and also it was not my fault as sitara had earlier confirmed me that i will get the refund difference amount,. Since already more than 1.5 m had passed with regard to this issue, i told aditya that even if i consider rs 2000 discount which reduced the product price to rs 34990 which is rs 1010 less from the buyback value of rs 36000. I then told aditya ok refund me rs[protected]= rs 21840. Aditya confirmed from seller and told me that either this amount will be refunded back to my original mode of payment when i had placed order for oppo reno 10 x zoom (Which was hdfc credit card) or to bank account after obtaining details from me. However after that even after posting on facebook and twitter reaching out on [protected] and replying mail to same email id which aditya had sent me and also marking a cc to [protected]@flipkart.com; [protected]@flipkart.com;kalyan. [protected]@flipkart.com; grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com no one has responded to my calls/emails/posts since 16.10.2019. Only they have mentioned to wait. I am following up for my refund since last 2months already and still they have not refunded my money. Will flipkart me compensation for this delay. Now i want my full rs 22850 along with delayed interest @6.5% from 19/10/2019 till the day of actual credit to my flipkart account.

                        Please help me to recover my money. And take strong action so that no other customers are deceived.

                            I placed order ponds triple vitamin moisturizing lotion (300 ml) 2 quantity and have received only 1 ponds triple vitamin moisturizing lotion (300 ml) when i called flipkart customer care he was created returns and refund request and also i also told him do not created returns and refund request, create product missing request.
                            He said flipkart system will create returns and refund request and he mentions a product missing. I called 3 times to flipkart customer care and they are always created returns and refund request, i did not want a return product i want refund against product missing.

                            That's why your system showing a high number of returns. And returns and refund request did not create by my side, i told him customer care and they created.

                            This is a serious case, not fault my side.

                            Point 1. Refund against product missing 1 ponds triple vitamin moisturizing lotion (300 ml).
                            Point 2. Unlocks my flipkart account.

                              Sir i ordered apple macbook air (8 gb, 128 gb) with order id od[protected] of rs 50490/- by my debit card on dated 30/09/2019 this packet was out for delivery on 12/10/2019 vide tracking id fmpp[protected] when the delivery agent named mohan singh call me he asked money of 500 rupees told this as surcharge by flipkart if the amount of order exceeded 50000. When i refused to pay the some he didn't give the packet to me. I complaint at the same time on flipakrt customer care. But when i checked its status it was showing delivered on same day on 7:12pm in evening.
                              Till now i didn't get my product i have made so many complain to flipkart but they are just putting off this case by giving date. I also have recoding of their delivery agent.
                              I request you to please provide me resolution by give my packet

I communicated the customer care. They also don't know the present status of the order. Then, i communicated the ekart logistic but the also don't know the present status. After 16th, there is no updation in the tracking status in flipkart.

                                  I had purchased livpure ro during big billion day, however it became faulty within 10 days and as per policy it is returnable. I had filed a return request. Flipkart told that a technician will visit. But in reality nobody came. Flipkart rejected the return request stating that livpure technician gave feedback as issue resolved. However, no one came from livpure.

                                  Flipkart and its big billion day is a scam and also its seller omni tech retail is a fraud seller.

                                    I ordered 2 quantity of lux velvot touch body wash of 470 ml each which is amounting to be rs 350 as shown in flipkart but they are given me at rs 310.                                         Hi ; on 13th of oct i have ordered for exchange of my laptop lenovo w520 with new lenovo idea pad 130 as per the deal of that day. I have paid the amount as required for the purchase. The info was provided that they will ship the same by saturday. But the same was bought for delivery with the courier agent on 18th oct.
                                        The courier agent who came for delivery was suppose to check the details of to be exchanged laptop as per the details i have provided at the time of purchase. But the guy while checking could not find any problem, but he started lifting the mouse section and keyboard section to show that there is some problem but i insisted not to touch the same, after which he pointed to a small corner nick and started telling it is damaged. He took his phone took the photo and tells that exchange value will be reduced by rs.6500 and if i pay immediately he will deliver and when i insisted that i will call customer care he told they will not respond and left the scene.

                                        I called the customer care executive they are very bad in understanding the problem, instead they kept on pulling the stories. I wanted to talk to floor manager they say no one is available, after insistence some one pretend to be floor manager but couldn't understand the matter.
                                        Finally they cancelled the order by themselves. I received a notification stating that the seller has cancelled the order.
                                        Upon my insistence and escalating the same they send another notification with excuse reasons and rs.500 voucher will be credited instead of the order.

                                        For me the seller is flipkart who took the money into their account but didn't deliver the items, cancelled the order on their own, sending communication the their seller will return the amount. What a play this flipkart plays their charge from us keep the money for ten days or more to make their balance sheet better and get more funding. This act of negligence to customer agreement is illegal and need to be arrested immediately.
                                        The photo of the laptop is attached herewith, if the purpose of exchange is to change the old item with wear and tear but their expectation is it should be new or i feel there is some ploy with the delivery and agencies selling the products. The such sellers should be blacklisted first or flipkart should be made to give the compensation in lieu since we buy the items on flipkart affiliation and values.
