I have ordered a product with order id od[protected], it was suppose to get delivered to me by 18th october, which i was ready to wait for. But the drama begins on 10th oct, got a message that the product is out for delivery, i have not been contacted and at evening i got a message as undelivered. The same got repeated on 12th oct, so, i did a complain about the same as the message which i receive contains a number and no one picks that number. Then they raised there level of torturing customer, and on 13th oct, the next day, i got a out for delivery message, and after 1 hour, delivered message. I got shocked and called the number mentioned on the out for delivery message, it rings and rings but no one picked. After sometime i called the flipkart customer care and they said i should ask to neighbors, relatives for the package, that was ridiculous. I live alone, why should delivery person give my package to someone else, without contacting me. On this, the person on the call, told be to be assured that concerned team will help me in this regard (Incident: in[protected]. Received a mail assuring that a resolution will be provided by 14th oct 9:00 pm. But i haven't received any resolution, so contacted the customer support on 15th team, and they said the resolution date is 18th oct and i should wait till then, and the previous mail mentioning the resolution by 14th oct 9:00 pm was by mistake from one executive.
I have not received my product, it is showing delivered, and they need 5 days to figure out what happened. I don't understand this kind of service. I still have no idea what they are doing to solve my issue and what should i do as they are not providing me any other input rather than me to wait till 18th oct. So, i have waited till 18th oct, and then they said to wait till 19th oct and still i didn't get any response.

Updated by abhigoldy2205 Received a call from Flipkart executive on 20th oct 5:00 PM, after 7 days of logging complaint to them. But still no resolution received, just promises that be assured it will be resolved.
