Greetings of the day!
I have still not received any satisfied respond from Flipkart team. Becouse he was cancelled my order after 18 days, mean time i am lot of call to customer and time to time informed to Flipkart, hence he was not taken right action and not provide service, if he was provided service and correct action on time this condition was not happened.
I need help from your end for raise strong complaint against Flipkart for harassment, frustrations and vesting time of customer.
Flipkart was cancelled my ordered and refund also without getting permission of customer, but after long time i am not expected money, i need a mobile that's why I spend money and time.
Today's i called received from Flipkart customer care team, he was said ordered cancelled by seller but i am placed Ordered to Flipkart not a seller, also how can like speak with customer... Flipkart not provided charity that's why provided service to Customers.
So, please guide me or I can raise the FRI against Flipkart.
I need mobile free of cost from Flipkart.

We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product Realme XT (Pearl Blue, 128 GB) has been cancelled by Logistic due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order.
However, the seller has completed the refund on 20 Oct 2019 and it should be reflecting in credit card by 29 Oct 2019.
