I have ordered Samsung 28 L slim fry convection microwave oven product and it has been delivered on 07th Oct but installation is still pending and i have raised complaint against it but still my problem is not resolve. after many calls on flipkart helpline i just got one answer that your problem will resolve with in 24 - 48 hrs.

      I am run a computer training institute & deals with computer repair & servicing. But sometimes i have to orders mobiles. As it is required, i have to order mobile phones for different purposes but not for mobile business purposes. The last flipkart sell was running from 29th sept. As i look best mobiles, i ordered only asus mobiles. I ordered 4 asus mobiles in 29th sept - 1st october. Later on 02.09.19 for the 1st time i ordered 1 realme 5 mobile. Everytime i made prepaid orders. This time amount paid as prepaid order, but after getting dispatched order later cancelled. I contacted flipkart support multiple times, but not received any good response. Sometimes it was said item was out of stock, seller end cancelled, & suggested that i should reorder if i want. I had question that if again order cancels should i get refund earliest? As my auto cancelled was not refunded... Later i contacted via mail. & tried ordering low price realme c2 on 3rd october. This item was also cancelled. Again contacted customer support asking question should i order or not??

      Among my first 4 orders, 3 items was dispatched. But 3rd item was not shipped, even no updates.

      Later on 4th october mail from flipkart received that

      "we're really sorry to let you know that your order has been cancelled due to an unforeseen error that has now been fixed. You may place a new order and the seller will ensure that it is delivered to you."

      Then as i am running out of cash, & yet among 1 of 4 mobiles is still not dispatched, i ordered a low priced yu ace mobile amounting rs. 3399. As i am in doubt that if again ordered cancels my money will stuck in flipkarts pocket. & the same had been happened. Order cancelled & money stucked.
      And also one thing i have 1000 coins in my flipkart account and 8 coins are pending. I am a flipkart plus member. For these 4 orders i am going to receive 400 coins. So i will had 1428 coins.in flipkart 1500 coins give rs. 3000 flipkart coupon.
      I am so much astonished with this type of service. Again customer service didn’t provide any solution. I asked to transfer calls to resolution team, i tried to make complaint. But later it was seen that my account was disabled by flipkart. Even i was blocked for mailing customer support. Telephonic call to flipkart was not going through. Login to flipkart is done.

      Everytime when send mail to flipkart, mail received that for in[protected]
      ” we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.”

      Does all the cancellation is done to stop converting 1500 coin points to rs 3000 coupon?? I would like to hear from resolution team whats wrong happening??

      I have not cancelled my orders for now and never. All my orders are mostly paid from my Bank Accounts. & Mostly I am not doinmg Mobile Business. I run Computer training Institute, & some Computer Hardware Software service. I had contacted by my Facebook ID also. I have above 11K Page Likes naming my Computer Institute.

      Not every phone brought for my personal use. But some phones are used by my Family Members & some are for Gifting purposes on occassional usages. You can understand that Businesses purchase all Phones. But I only buy Asus Phones as this is my 1st option every time. You have think like a human not from your system. Firstly I didnt know your this type of purchasing policy, 2nd thing I had asked your Customer support multiple times by telephonic conversation & by your chat support. You are requested to check all the information & request you to kindly unblock.

        Recently my friend help me with a buying a mobile phone worth about 28, 000 (Inr), via flipkart using no cost emi. The mobile name is asus zenfone 6z black, 64gb. It was ordered on 30th september and delivered on 2nd october. The replacement policy was ender on 12th october. But just within few days of replacement policy being ended, my device asus 6z's sim card stopped functioning and stopped showing network.
        So pleace replace this asus 6z phone. I will be highly obliged to you.

          Sir i ordered a bucket mop from flipkart. It told us that it has 5 absorbers and steel bucket with wheels but i received only 3 absorbers and the bucket is made of plastic and is of bad quality. I received the deliver late also. I tried contacting flipkart but they are not responding. The order id is od[protected]. The images shown on the site and description given didn't match with the product delivered. Kindly exchange my product with a better one or replace the missing items.

            I bought a mobile device via online marketplace and just after the replacement period over. The sim card is not detecting in my phone. The sim card option is showing but there is no network. But wifi is woking properly now it feels like it is a not a mobile phone with sim and calling and 4g function but. Tablet with only wi-fi option. So i request you to please replace this old device which is asus 6z black, 64gb with new one. I can't handle this frustration with just a few days old device. Now i want you to replay as soon as possible.

              Ordered one phone from flipkart on 2nd oct having delivery date 13th. But i have not received my product not any update for the same. Everytime i say anything in social media they say we are sorry we are working, but it's too late. I want to cancel even, but don't know how to help myself as i booked on emi optn and one installment has alrdy been deducted. Could you please help me. Please please.

                I have ordered vivo z1x on flipkart on 12 oct 2019 and it was delivered on 16 oct 2019.
                As i turn on the phone and start using the phone battery drains very fast with normal use.
                I have a complaint with customer care and they send a technician visit 18 oct 2019.
                Technician checked the phone and done a hard-reset phone and inform to monitor the phone for 24 hours.
                Actually, after reset phone, battery drains even faster so trying from 19 oct to reach customer support for help, but no success.

                I am requesting a call back from manager/supervisor, but no success

                  I am waiting for my payment from almost 3 months. Contacted flipkart seller support team they said their flipkart affiliate department does not exist. So i mailed mr shreyansh modi - head of affiliate marketing & alliances and then i got the reply that this month you will surely get your payment by the end of this month. Currently your account is pending for review from our finance department. Earlier my account was verified but i did not receive any payment so i updated my bank account details since then its showing "the documents submitted are under process. It will take 10-12 days for verification to be completed." please help

                    I have ordered "momin libas ak26117xl-01 kashibo self design abaya" 5 months back and when i received the product i wasn't satisfied with it and had applied for the return and returned the product to the office. But on the return option i have not provided bank account details and so the refund request has been cancelled. But the product has been returned and the flipkart local office has taken the product somewhere else. Now i am left with neither no money nor the product. Please provide me with my money as soon as possible or i have to meet with consumer redressal.

                      I have bought a laptop from flipkart during big billion days, the product
                      Was asus rog gaming laptop i paid full money 73999 rupees. However i
                      Received a product but its left sound speaker was not working. The moment i saw it was not working
                      Filed a replace request it was on october 5th oct. I got message technician will
                      Visit to your home on 12 thoctober th. He visit on 10th oct. I waited till 12th
                      October still issue isn't resolved on the october 20. I called customer
                      Care so many time they told me they are working on it
                      A replacement for that. I said that okay.
                      They hv said we will update request for replacement this happened on
                      October 15.
                      Then they told within 2 days we will resolve your issue.
                      October 20 came still not solved.
                      Simply they are telling tomorrow we will solve this issue every time when i
                      Call the customer support they will tell the same answer
                      Why this is happening with people, we trusted flipkart and we took a
                      A product such a heavy amount product from online without a second thought,
                      In return what we got from flipkart damaged product and they are not giving
                      Proper service for their customers.

Issue is that i place an order of home sizzler 7ft curtain {2curtains in each packet} and thats quantity was 7 ie.14 curtains. But your oblivious seller sends me one packet of {2 curtains}. And gives description of 7 packet with price of ₹2, 443. At last if you really care you customer kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

ISSUE is that I place an order of Home Sizzler 7ft curtain {2curtains in each packet} and thats Quantity was 7 ie.14 curtains. But your oblivious seller sends me one packet of {2 curtains}.and gives description of 7 packet with price of ₹2, 443 on that single packet. At last if you really care you customer kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I ordered phillips powerbank on flipkart - order od[protected]

                                After using several months its otg cable which came with the product is not working. I tried contacting phillips by registering the product on their website and to claim warranty i even send the email via their platform to generate the support ticket (#222696), and tried 10 times on their given number[protected], but they never responded.
                                I sent email again, but no response. I called on general customer care but no help i got.
                                I even gave them proof of purchase in the send email ticket.
                                I have contacted flipkart about this issue, but still no action.
                                My warranty period is. Still not expired. I want either my device to be repaired or i want refund on my flipkart wallet.

                                  I have ordered lenovo laptop from flipkart prize 18450 and received it order i'd od[protected] but this laptop is not working properly, i have made complaint regarding this to flipkart customer care and through emails also. My laptop is under replacement policy still they are not replacing it. It's a fraud by flipkart. It's my right and it's under the replacement policy of flipkart but still they are not replacing it.

                                    I want to justice from flipkart on above ordered and committed delivery date 9 oct 2019.

                                    Following points already discussed with customer care.

                                    1. I am not received any call, sms and email regarding delivery product at 5 oct 29 : what is the action taken by flipkart.

                                    2. 9 oct 19 many call to customer care regarding delivery and flipkart give the commitment product delivered end of the day. : but not received.

                                    3. 9 oct 19 same day i am informed the customer care next 4-5 days not available in pune due to job site visit in haridwar. : what is the action taken by flipkart.

                                    4. 1st time 11 oct 19 received call from courier agent that time i request him please deliver product at 14 oct 19 and he agreed. Same day i was called to customer care and same discussion pass on. : what is the action taken by flipkart (Not received product).

                                    5. 14 oct contact with customer care regarding delivery and i am not available in pune next 15 and 16 oct : what is the action taken by flipkart.

                                    6. 16 oct 2nd time received called courier agent and same time i request him for deliver product on 17 oct.

                                    7. 17 oct many times call to customer care regarding delivery also same day discussed with senior manager and he was give the commitment product be delivered.
                                    On 17 oct : what is the action taken by flipkart.

                                    8. 18 oct also speak with customer care senior manager regarding delivery : what is the action taken by flipkart.

                                    9. Without any intimation how can cancelled my order.

                                    Customer expectations from flipkart p. :

                                    1. Delivere product : because customer spend money, time.
                                    2. Not a cancellation
                                    3. Penalty : same ordered free of cost

                                    I want any one above option out of 3.

                                      I am using for flipkart from many years but now a day's when i know about the quiz time i am starting playing the quiz with my account related to mobile number [protected] after playing many times i am able to win quiz some time when i won just ear phone and power bank and super coin after that flipkart blocked my game zone while there is no my mistake and i am not involve in any unfair activity so please consider my problem and take necessary action for this wrong doing by flipkart and open my game zone as soon as possible i am also a regular customer of flipkart but they are now doing unfair with me...

                                        Refund is not cradited in my account but flipkart says refund is computer they liesabout refund because when i booked the product and payment reference no. Of my payment and they give me a reference number both are same. I book that product on 13sept 2019 and canceled it on 13 sept 2019 and payment through internet banking refund aspected time 24 sept 2019 but my account is freeze on 16sept 2019 and i was open a new account but refeund is not credited in my account. Internet banking id is same on both account call meny times on flipkart.
