Order place for washing machine 19 sept 2019 get delivered. Machine found faulty. Had put for replacement. Max expected date given for pickup and delivery 13 oct 2019. But till date 23/10/2019 nothing has happened. Had called flipkart multiples times. But every time they postponed. Finally i decided to cancel the product but they are not accepting my request.

Please help me. I face lot of problem for this one month without washing machine.

    Customer support executive don't have any answer and they are like sir we don't have any updates to give you.
    Already more than 6 promised date has been crossed and more than 15 days they don't have answer to give me.
    I have raised many complaints but still no resolution yet.
    Many of the executive cut the call without informing me nor giving me answer when my product will get delivered.

      Respected sir... Actually i have ordered a smartphone redmi 8a from flipkart on 13 oct this month and its last promised date was 22 oct.. And the order no. Of product is od[protected]... But the problem is even after last promised date i didn't receive my order... And because of this very poor delivery service i have to cancel my train ticket as that phone was very urgent for me... What to do now sir... It is totally exasperating as am feeling like i am in loss which is just making me more tense... Please help me sir... It's very urgent...

        Hi team,
        I have ordered combo gym set from flipkart on 2nd of october during big billion day by making the payment through credit card. As per promise made by flipkart supposed to deliver the product by 11th of october, but they are failed to deliver on 11th of oct, so i have raised my concern with flipkart the same day, so again they told me to wait upto 16th of october so that my issue will get resolved, but i have waited up to 17th of october with patience, i didn't get my product, again one of flipkart telephony representative called my and told me to cancel the product as there is no response from vendor, so i had agreed for that also, after the completion of the call i tried to cancel the product but there is no cancel option for that product as we can cancel that product only within 24hrs of booking, so immediately i called customer care and raised this issue they told will forward ur query to concerned departments and will get it resolved, but untill today i didn't even get that product nor i didn't even got that refund back, i have called and raised this issue more then 8times, i have raised this issue through text message more than 5times, no proper response from representative, so please do the needfull and get my refund back so that i can place my order from other sites

          This is regarding my account on flipkart with email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, i need to know the status of my refund for my prepaid cancelled orders along with i have to return further products because of the poor quality, thought the products were flipkart assured and comes under within 30days return window period i am unable to return because o[censored]nnecessarily blocked my account and not responding through email or even on call! I want my refund money along with unblocking of my account so that i can return unwanted prepaid products and get my refunds. Also i am demanding the compensation for the mental agony u have given to me.

          Why you have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed? Why now you are detecting high numbers of return, becoz you have received your money as its prepaid orders!! What rubbish you are talking! Tell me how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders I have placed? I want exact numbers. And I want proof from your policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what your buyers protection policy? How can I trust you saying that all my refunds been given when your policy are only for ur company oriented? You are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting your explanation. You better should act on what I have previously asked for. Unblocking of my account so that I can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.

            Hi all,
            I buy weightlifting belt from flipkart which having order id : od[protected] and send me wrong product then same day i made complaint to replacement but after 5-6 days i got same different product which i don't need and i denied to accept that.

            Finally did not receive my order which i wanted to buy, i tired to make called to flipkart executive and tell them same issue again and again

            I just want my refund because this is not any mistake from side. Flipkart only send me wrong product 2 times.

And after raising a complaint in flipkart, they are giving resolution that from some seller's update they blocked my account. They are just cheating with the customer.                 I have bought a redmi note 7 from flipkart along with jeeves complete mobile care plan.
                Due to some accidental damage i sent the device for repair, they took almost 20+ days to repair and return the device.
                The device returned is still faulty and has mic/speaker issues and is unusable to make calls.

                I have raised complaint many times and sent many emails / twitter posts but there is not response.

                Pathetic serivce from flipkart as well as jeeves!

                  I had ordered one cricket helmet from flipkart and it was delivered on oct 11, there was some size issue and i had requested for the return that day itself. According to flipkart delivery guy had to come next day i. E on october 12th. But he didnt. I kept on asking flipkart for the updates but they kept on post ponding the date till the 10 day return policy was over. After 10 days i. E today i get the message that your item cannot be returned because it was already 10 days.
                  Is it my problem that flipkart's logistic partner wish master didnt come to pick up the item?
                  And when i called flipkart costumer care, they just rudely told me the return policy was just for 10 days so now it cannot be returned (When i had already requested return the day it was delivered itself) and he cut the call. Now it's 848/- loss for me. I need justice for this. Please help.

                    I have placed ordered after seeing them policy that they have installed item on or before 20th october. Wardrobe received on 17th october but till date installation was not done. On 21 st october their engeneer called us early in the morning and told us he was coming today. We called him several time and everytime he told that he was on the way. Full day we were waiting and he didn't come. Our full day wasted. We called several time to flipkart customer care but they were not give us satisfactory answer why so much delayed was done and our installation date was extended to 25 october but them service partner zevee told us that installation will be done on 26 th october. We called so many times to flkpkart customer care but they are not listening to us. And we are unable to complain in writing on flipkart because submit option is not working. So all issues written there are write by themselves. We mailed to their email i'd but there is no response from them. And we are in urgent need of this thing so we ordered this after seeing installation date but our money and time both are wasted. And they are not agree to refund also. They instructed us not to open the box until and unless their technical advisor visit the house. According to their products policy return can be done before 27 oct 2019 (10days after delivery) now their advisor will visit us on 26 oct. We got suffered by flipkart mentally, financially. And they spoil our precious time so please take strict action against cheater flipkart company immediately. Kindly impose a huge penalty against them for their fake promise.

                    Why it displays that complaint resolved?? Today a call received by me from flipkart customer care. I have recorded that call, in that call I came to know that no refund will be done for the wardrobe and I have to wait until technician visit. When I made a call to their technician team they told that flipkart has cancelled the installation. Flipkart confirmed me that installation will be done on 28 october 2019.the purpose of purchase got wasted. Kindly teach a lesson to flipkart.

                      I have ordered realme 5 pro mobile on 4th october in flipkart and ekart delivery people received it in hyderabad by 14th october.
                      I actual delivery date was mentioned 17th october 2019. But it didn’t get delivered. I called flipkart they told it was miss routed by ekart team and mentioned it will be delivered by 19th october 2019 but even on 19th oct 2019 it didn’t get delivered. Again it was miss routed by ekart team. I called them flipkart again they told it will be delivered by ekart team by 21st october 019 but even today it didn’t get delivered.

                      speaking to flipkart customer care daily from 17th oct 2019. They are speaking but no one is resolving my issue. Even to mail them regarding ekart delivery issue their mail is not correct, showing message not delivered. Trying to reach Ekart from the numbers present in internet but not connecting. I told flipkart if ekart not able to deliver tell me where the product is in hyderabad warehouse i will go and get it by myself, even for that they are telling. I need the product by tomorrow eod as im going out of town and it's gift to someone. Because of these people im not able to do anything. I need apology letter from each and every one with whom i spoke to from 17th oct 2019. I have all the call recording till date. I raised complaint in consumer court as well against everyone.

                        Ordered a product from flipkart internet private limited on 29th september payment done through debit bard. Then my product out for delivery status from 4th october and promised delivery date was 5th october 2019, on 4th october words given by delivery boy my product deliver to me with in 3pm on that day but still it was not delivery to me and i called many times till date, now i got the call from flipkart customer care and told me cancelled the order. I do not want to cancel my order already paid for my product. Please help me

                          On 29 sep i ordered lg refrigerator and my delivery date was 16 oct but still not received my product. I purchased this item on emi. Several fake commitment made by executive team and still i am not getting any phone call from backend team. Also i made several phone call flipkart but only one statement i received i. E wait for sometime, it will deliver asap.

The delivery date is 17th oct 2019. But my delivery couldn't reach to me in given time after 4-5 days one text message came that your order is cancelled and other order also couldn't reach yet. I contacted flip kart but they can't ready to resolve this issue. Even the parcel reached my nearest hub then i got a cancellation message.

                              Flipkart organises games in their app which i have been playing for a year and have won a few things. Suddenly, a few days back they barred me from playing the game citing fairplay rules and also my previous rewards are pending. I have tries to call them, tweeted them, but in vain. There has been no resolution to it. It turned out that they disqualified thousands of players who have been winning the games fairly.

                                I have ordered two similar alcatel tablets from flipkart, both the orders were pre paid. Later i cancelled one of them, but flipkart cancelled both of my orders saying that product has limited stocks. As of refund of both of the tablets, one has been credited to my account, but the other hasn't been credited.                                   12th october 2019 mobile mila mujhe flipkart se, account add karne ke time previous pattern lock ka option aya tha, aur uske niche gmail account add karne ka option tha, maine gmail account add kya aur mobile chalu ho gaya, 3 din ke baad mobile me camera ka problem aya, maine replacement apply kya, last sunday ekart ka executive aya, aur mobile ko firse reset kya aur bola pattern lock ka option remove nehi ho raha, maine bola ho sakte hain yeh used product, pahle sei aisa option tha, executive refund reject karke chala gya, maine uske baad khud reset kya aur dekha koi pattern lock pucha nehi, maine flipkart ko complain kya, aur mera replacement flipkart cancelled kar diya. Ho sakte he seller used mobile delivered kya, ho sakte hain ekart ka banda acche se dekhai nehi, mera kya galti hain. Paisa deke damaged mobile lunga aap bolie.

                                  Flipkart ta executive call kiya aur bola product out of stock hai aur refund milenge but mujhe replacement e chahiye. Kiuki is se mera koi galti nehi hai, main ivoomi i2 lite purchase kiya aur mujhe same product chahiye.

                                    I have order furniturekraft nancy metal queen bed on 4th october 2019.

                                    The delivery date was 12th october 2019. After numerous follow-ups with customer care dated 14th, 18th, 19th, 20th october, every time they are extending the time but not taking any serious action. Whenever i talked with them they asked your problem will resolved in 24 to 48 hours but 48 hours never ends. I don't understand what is going on.

                                    Till now i didnot get the product. No one give proper answer about my product.

                                      Sir this is my continuous writing to u abt the problem i am facing now about the mobile i have purchased (Huawei p20 lite @rs 12051) it is an useless product seller send me a used mobile/refurbished item.
                                      Od[protected] oder id i have checked this imei number of the mobile on huawei official website this mobile was purchased buy some other on 29.01.2019

                                      1. I opened the flipkart packing and found mobile box sealed with seller own seal not original.
                                      2. Saw the mobile turn around found plenty of scratches including rear camera and also found the strain on fingerprint sensor (That we usually get after 1year old mobile)
                                      4. Inside the box headset missing also charger inside is not a quick charger.
                                      5. As i switched on the mobile device asking me to verify the account using previously signed in google account. Which makes i can no longer sign in since it was used by so other previously.

                                      I called multiple time to customer care they asking me to wait wait till certain time period but no use

                                        I have to order sound bar of 4499/- on flipkart but uts saying not available for pin code 413512 & 411028.
                                        Please help me or discard the product advertisement on flipkart.
                                        Actually i have to order boat avante soundbar 1200 80W... But when i am tring to ckick buynow its saying the postal code/ Pin code is not a shipping point or product can not shipped to the provided location.
                                        Here if its not able to ship to any location then why flipkart is showing on catalogue and advertising it on website.
                                        Please edit and make product available if possible or discard it from website.
