I have ordered combo gym set from flipkart on 2nd of october during big billion day by making the payment through credit card. As per promise made by flipkart supposed to deliver the product by 11th of october, but they are failed to deliver on 11th of oct, so i have raised my concern with flipkart the same day, so again they told me to wait upto 16th of october so that my issue will get resolved, but i have waited up to 17th of october with patience, i didn't get my product, again one of flipkart telephony representative called my and told me to cancel the product as there is no response from vendor, so i had agreed for that also, after the completion of the call i tried to cancel the product but there is no cancel option for that product as we can cancel that product only within 24hrs of booking, so immediately i called customer care and raised this issue they told will forward ur query to concerned departments and will get it resolved, but untill today i didn't even get that product nor i didn't even got that refund back, i have called and raised this issue more then 8times, i have raised this issue through text message more than 5times, no proper response from representative, so please do the needfull and get my refund back so that i can place my order from other sites
