Hi flipkart team, i have ordered based on the information available from the flipkart display page, when i ordered i have received email confirmation and sms stating my order will be delivery on 18th oct, but i did receive the product as per your promised date, hence i raised call back request through your app, later all of sudden my delivery date changed to oct 25th. Then i received the call from flipkart associate named rupan and he claims that this is not an flipkart issue either flipkart is not responsible and he said this issur because of seller and logistics when is asked for escalation he disconnected my call. Again i contacted flipkart i have spoken with 3 level of esclation and floor manager everyone said same answers flipkart is not responsible. Now you tell me did i ordered directly to your seller or through you.. Am buyer i know only flipkart and i trusted you hence i purchased through you but now am frustrated now i have unnecessarily spend 600rs to buy the same product in local shop since its a day to day requirement of my baby please investigate and i need the compensation for the same i have all email' sms cofirmation and also the call recordings if i did't get proper response from you i will post this alog with call recordings in all social media regards, aravind raj

The above email was sent on 19th oct still i didn't get any response for the same

The second promised date by flipkart is 25th oct however i didn't received my product yet

Your customer support people are clearly stating that flipkart is not responsible for delay by the seller or delivery partner

Your customer support executives or refusing to escalate or transfer my call to customer support manager

One the agent named vaibah was very rude me and repeating the same as recorded machine please listen to that call on 25th oct ([protected])

Finlay my call connected to the team leader kavitha she also disconnected my call without my knowledge

Still i didn't receive my product please look in to the my issue and process compensation for the same

I have all emails and call recording i am going to post everything in social media

    Every time order gets autocancelled.
    In every different adresses.
    Big deal best deals all are the business mimic nothing happens every time cheated with customers.
    I have paid it through flipkart giftcard.
    But everytime the order gets cancelled.
    I have tried alleast 4 to 5 times in 3 different adresses. But nothing happens.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear team,

      Last few years i am using flipkart but this is the first time i am facing this kind of issues which i never expected it is almost one month of my product and still they didn't even dispatch my order! I think they will take another 6 to 10 days to get my product delivered. I ordered that product as diwali gift for my mother, which is falling this week. And i think i will be disappointed! Asked customer care, and just like recorded message, they reply "sorry for the delay and we are escalating and some bla bla. Please find the attachment of emi copy which i am paying before using the product. Worst service ever.
      This is my final attempt which i am sending to you and i hape you will resolve my issue asap.

          Flipkar totally cheat with me, flipkart loss my 20 thounsands money. I placed a order this is 5grm gold coin from seller malabar gold & dimonds on 14.10 2019. Flipkart noticed me this product delevery by 24th october but today 26th october. But till now i am not received my product. This was a dewali gift for my family but for this order i cancell my train ticket and hotel boking all. Total spend 20 thousand money for this order. This was a big fault of flipkart. Total responsibility going to flipkart. Plesae send me penalty twenty thousandsmoney.

            I placed one giordano c1129-01 analog watch - for men, i was not satisfied with the product i placed return request on 7th oct, same pickup was completed by 9th oct, till now no one came to pick the product and i ask calling customer care they are not even understand what i am asking is and they repeatedly saying same answer as a recorded voice, that will give very irritating ans.                 I ordered realme xt on 14th october, 21st is promise day but not delivered, again 23rd not delivered again 24th not delivered and again 25th not delivered they are keep on extending promising time, when i will receive, and more then that we r not able to track my order, know buddy's know that my order is wher. Flipkart don't know, logistics people don't know, and bluedart people don't know, now tell me where to go whom to ask. Please help us.

                  I ordered product on 3rd oct which was supposed to be delivered by 12oct which was not done after that i have contacted flipkart number of times and every time they ask me to wait for 3 days but nothing happens and again i call them on 4th day and again they give a date after 3 days and ask me to wait. This is getting really frustrating now they have asked me to wait till 29 oct. They are not even cancelling the order and refunding the money and not even delivering the product.

                    I have purchased mar-q by flipkart 40 inch television (Led tv) online on flipkart. His order id is - od[protected] dated on[protected].
                    My order has been placed by flipkart on[protected] and i have completed the payment of this order by credit card. And his order amount is rupees - 13701.00 inr.

                    On flipkart application my order delivery expected date is[protected] but some problems of flipkart his not delivered product on[protected]. Then i have call to flipkart customer care on[protected], and his customer executive say my issue is resolve by flipkart team before[protected]. But delivery related problem is not resolved by flipkart team on[protected]. Then i have call again to flipkart customer care on[protected], and his customer executive say my issue resolve by flipkart team befor[protected]. But my delivery related issue is not resolve by flipkart. Flipkart is shared false information relevant to my order via sms and on his flipkart application, flipkart application and her customer executive is say my order shipment is out for delivery by the courier delivery boy on dated 11-oct-2019. But my shipment is not delivered yet to me on dated 25-oct-2019.

                    Flipkart is cheat to me and his not shared right information relevant my order to me.

                    I request to consumer complaints forum for resolving the product delivery related issue of my online purchase order,

                      I ordered redmi 8 phone on 12 oct 2019 and expected delivery was 19 oct 2019. But i not received this item on that day so after many reminders flipkart customer care executive promised to deliver this item by 24 oct 2019.
                      I calling customer care many times still they are assure me for fastest delivery.
                      As i already paid for this.
                      So this it worst situation of flipkart.

                        I bought this tv from flipkart and along with complete protection plan for 3 years by paying more. But after even 1 month my tv in not installed and liening in my house. I am facing problem at the beginning of my service and now think what sevice they will provide service for next 3 years. They service partner denied installation of tv saying you provide us with stamp paper agreement that if something happens to tv after installation he is not responsible. Flipkart why didn't you mentioned that you need stamp paper agreement for tv installation. Your partner is saying my wall is not appropriate for tv installation. I have bought the letv tv from flipkart and it was wallmount on the same wall from last 3 years. After i faced issue with the levv tv i puchased this tv and now wall became inappropriate for this tv. I don't understand if levv tv was fine on my wall and they what is problem with motorola tv and what so special in this tv. And more over your telephone executive are giving me suggestion to give another address for tv installation. Really cool suggestion. I am common man not tata, birla or ambani. I have only one small house and one wall for 65 inch monster. If you can't install tv here, then take your tv back and return my money. More over your app work for purchases and have bug for creating return request it gives error.

                          I had placed 2 orders using flipkart pay later, one using flipkart app and one using myntra. Since the bill payment date had come i paid the bill using my icici bank account. But when i returned the items, no refund was issued to me. A total of 3000 rs.

                          I have made several calls, each time a customer executive picks up, says sorry and gives me a future date for resolution. I sent mails, tweets, but no one responded. Then they automatically moved my issue to "resolved" status without paying me my money. And it showed "refunded back to source" in the app. I still did not receive a single rupee in my bank account.

                            I ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart with my sbi credit card. I cancelled it on 15th october 2019 because of some reason. Then i got update from flipkart that i will get my money in my credit with in 8 days.

                            After the completion of 8 days, i called to customer care, they told me that seller forgot to update your refund status, and he updated it today, now refund will again take 8 buisness days to get reflected in your account.br...

But till today it was not installed, i am trying to connect the engineer which was received in SMS, but the engineer was not picked my call daily.                                 The seller did not refund or collected wrong merchandise given
                                Instead of asics gel kayano 25 they delivered asics cumulus model and now asking various documents and even after providing the same have rejected the claim... Preposterous... Since the cost difference between the two models is 7000 rupees...

                                  I have bought one lee jeans from flipkart on 4th oct 2019 and as per order it was showing delivery date 11 oct 2019. But till now shipment not delivered and escalate this issue with flipkart two times and not getting any conclusion.
