I am not satisfied with the product and when I requested to return the product, technician should have seen the product but he did not see the product and cancelled my request by flipkart .then I talked to customer executive then only keep me hold on calls and giving no any solution and disconnect my calls then I tried to contact customer care repeatedly but I am still getting no response from it . I want to return product and refund as soon as possible .

    I had ordered Philips iron from Flipkart
    And promise delivery date was 3rd oct but still I didn't get that product and they always telling to to wait 48 hours,
    They are wasting my time as well as money and mental distress,
    They are not discuss with me property,
    And also not provide proper status,

      Hi team,

      I had ordered Bluetooth headset from flipkart but unfortunately the quality of the product was not good hence I had raised return request for the same.

      Even this was accepted by flipkart and they have initiated for refund. They said product will be picked up within 4 to 5 days.

      But these people sent the executive very next that too on Sunday. Sunday nobody will be there even I have was not there so I told the executive to reschedule the pickup but that bugger cancelled now I m not even getting the option to return it.

      After that I spoke with 2 of the executives who were not fit for the job.

      They both disconnected the call without any resolution.

      Again I got a call from the customer care these guys doesn't even know to speak English. Simply placed my call on hold for hours together and they have supervisor or manager on the floor.

      The product is of 499RS/- worth that's of no use no I need refund on the same and action should taken against the agent Sandhya who spoke with singularly without respect.

        I bought a new washing machine from flipkart, which was delivered on 18th of october. There was a message that the installation and demo of a newly bought washing machine will be given on 19th of october 2019 and today its 21st of october, till today there is no one who has contacted or has come to install and show the demo of the product.
        This is what flipkart's service is, the worst service i have ever seen.

          I placed an order on flipkart on 18 sep 2019 through hdfc debit card emi of 7390 which i have to pay in 9 months emi of 679rs and next day I had cancelled my loan on flipkart of 7390 on 19 sep 2019, even then my emi of 679 was debited from my account on 5 oct 2019 and next emi due date is 05 oct 2019 and my loan account is still active as hdfc bank is saying.
          I have registered so many complaints on your customer care but they just note complaints and give time and do nothing...

          Now i am totally frustrated and irritated to call and messages again and again. Even i sent my account statement to flipkart that i have not been refunded.

            Flipkart have game zone and in which they have guess what and other game. It is fraud because it already show the high score of 2171 which is impossible. If someone give all the answer correct he gets only 2050 max score how can anyone score 2170 everyday which is impossible. I really hate these fraud tricks of componeys and i need some one take action on it i can complain wherever you want but this fraud needs to be stop they fooling people very badly. Do something take action against them.

                Order Date :3rd Oct, Expected Delivery Date :5th Oct, Extended Delivery Date :15th Oct.

                Order Cancelled :15th Oct, Refund Date: Not Yet Received.

                Flipkart has delayed the delivery for 12 Days, with numerous commitments which they failed to fulfill. I had multiple followups, call backs with the Inefficient Flipkart customer care team for the delivery concern, However they were never of any help.

                Considering the delay for delivery i sought to cancel the order to get the refund, and now i get to know that the refund will only be initiated once seller gets his product.

                My money is suck with the flipkart for almost 20 days now and no proper support from the flipkart team.

                Based on the escalation email to [email protected], my issue was escalated to the concern dept, However they took their own sweet time to complete the process and everything moved n their own terms. It took almost 21 Days to close this Order to Refund Process... One of the worst customer service i have encountered and likely would try to refrain using Flipkart for expensive items...

                      I have bought this product in exchange scheme on 13th oct'19, and they delivered it on 14th oct'19 and taken my old machine but when installer open the box it was the wrong model and different colour. Therefore i talked with flipkart for exchange but they took casually and after plenty of calls and escalations, they are just making a call w/o any commitment. Still i am waiting for a machine, i have stuck now due to no money back policy, even i don't have any machine right now till today i. E 21st oct '19.

                      Just one important note when anyone order a machine, flipkart took only one day for delivery but when they delivered wrong / defective itesm they never bother for customer and they took endless time...

                        I have ordered an IFFALCON 50 inch LED SMART Television from Flipkart but received a defective product and placed a replacement for the same but even after the technician visit I was not provided replacement which was supposed to be completed by 12th October 2019. Even when I try to contact Customer care they just to deviate and keep on initiating newer and newer dates for the resolution and even without calling me they just a message that they did try to call me for which when i Contacted them instantly they could not provide resolution to me. They are just repeating the same lines over and over again.
                        If they can not provide the product at least refund my money. They are just cheating with us

                          Hi, I had ordered two products from Flipcart on 1st October. Expected delivery date was 7 October however its 21 today and the order is still shows in shipping. Customer service talks non sense and does not know where's my order. Money has been deducted when the order is made. Very poor customer service. Customer service representative does not have manners to talk and put my call on hold without saying anything . They were laughing and making fun of my frustration. Companies like this shold be locked out.

                              My phone overheats and the notification light is bugged. And also my system ui stopped working couple of times now. I contacted flipkart to have it replaced as its still under the 10 days replacement guarantee. But when i check on flipkart it says they will contact me on 19th oct 2 pm and it's 21 oct and the date keeps getting pushed forward and the 10 days gonna be over now. They haven't called me once. And the phone was sold by your company.
                              This seller is really a fraud... They sell bad products and don't take back them... By using cheap methods, they ends the return period...plzz someone take notice of this cruelty

                                Flipkart has blocked my account ([protected]) for game zone.

                                Only thing i did was switched my account to my other number account.
                                Is it wrong in doing so?

                                I didnot do anything apart from it.

                                I have sent mails after mails but they are not taking and response nor they are replying to my mails.
                                Also i tried calling them but it seems their all agents are busy from last 5 days continuously

                                Kindly help as flipkart customer care is worst.

                                    2. I had purchased 3 bean bags of which two have been delivered on time but the third one has not been delivered as yet although the promised delivery date was 12th-order od[protected]

                                      On 14 oct 2019 i was not accept the order due to too late delivery. I was already spoken to your customers care for cancellation of my order. Your executive also take my cancellation request he said i issue a your cancellation request also you received the email and msg. So i already cancle my order so how come it's show delivered? I want my money back or refund there is no option given by your return policy. I have all recording which i was spoke to your customers care executive i clear said that i don't want this order due to late delivery... Also when the delivery boy come for delivery in my house reject the order and return.. So how come it's show delivered? I have that boy mobile number[protected] he was come to my house for delivery.. I was told him i don't want order please cancle it he said he will update the same with filpkart. So how come it's show delivered tom i will file a case against you for fraud transaction. Customer don't have the product still filpkart company said its delivered. I want my money back this is my hard money... I really surprised from filpkart such a pathetic services on. Now the filpkart given me excuse for my solution that today not tom or they after tom it will be solve. Every time i was call customer care service they was told me we will get back to you on 3-4 days

                                      Today is 23 October 2019 I still not received any refund about my product... This is how filpkart doing business. Just buy the product from filpkart but if any problems or default happened we are not helping to our customers just full them... We make such problems to the client where customer will get frustrated . Your customers care executive are pathetic they don't no what to said there client . I am sharing one query I'd IN[protected] I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY TOMORROW OTHER WISE I WILL COMPLAINT THIS MATTER ON SOCAL MEDIA AND CONSUMER COMPLAINT Today is 23 October 2019 I still not received any refund about my product... This is how filpkart doing business. Just buy the product from filpkart but if any problems or default happened we are not helping to our customers just full them... We make such problems to the client where customer will get frustrated . Your customers care executive are pathetic they don't no what to said there client . I just talk to the filpkart customer care executive they such pathetic his name is Saurav query I'd IN[protected] . I WANT SOLUTION BY TOMORROW OTHER WISE I WILL FILE A FRUD CASE AGAINST FILPKART

                                      Every day your excutive call me ask stupid questions about the product. I was already told you that I was not received the product so why every time your excutive ask this question. I was already mentioned the logistics service boy mobile number. Your executive said it will be take time for investigation, for investigation how many days you want I think you have investigate only in mumbai not a out of India? It's almost a month gone. Every time filpkart told ma'am you get the resolution with in 24 - 48 hrs. I am literally frustrated on you guys for this. I want my refun . How many days or a month you want for investigation? This is filpkart service? This is pathetic services from filpkart I never ever buy a single product from filpkart once I received my refund . I want resolution in next 24 hrs next call from filpkart I want the resolution not a 24 hrs.

                                        I have played several games in flipkart game zone section and won some prizes, as mentioned at that time the rewards was to be given on 20 oct. But as now flipkart says i am in eligible to claim reward without any justification. [protected]@gmail.com this is my flipkart i'd and i even have screenshots of winners list. I will surly move to consumer court if my problem not solved.

                                        "fraudulent activity" what do you mean? I am sure l haven't been in any such kind of activities. Whole and sole if feel this all contest is scam just to attract footfall for the sale. Highly disappointed with Flipkart and for sure i am escalating this problem under law.
