We are sorry to let you know that your order for Image Realme XT (Pearl Blue, 128 GB) has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 20 Oct 19 and it will be reflected in your bank account by 29 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

Greetings of the day!
Thank you for your reply and you have agreed my ordered was cancelled your end only. (I am not any request rise to cancel for the my order.)
During ordered (2 Oct 19) facilitated by Flipkart.
1. Mobile Value - 18999 Realme XT (Pearl Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM
2. Paid by ICICI Credit card - 10% additional disc. (Max. 2000)
3. Complete Mobile Protection 1 Year by Flipkart Protect - Rs. 1 (base price Rs. 1699/-)
After above all offer final mobile price was Rs.17100
Refer during raised complete details, I got from Flipkart only frustration & harassment (no of times/days call to customer care but flipkart not get any strong action taken, also many time discussed with senior peoples)
base on spend money and time to Flipkart.
So finally my expectation from flipkart as below.
1. Deliver product : As per existing ordered with all offers. (I want fast track delivery [within one day] because you have already get sufficient time) - Note: presently already ordered mobile not available. (my ordered mobile where is?)
2. If any delayed each day Rs. 2000/- as a penalty.
3. Penalty : same ordered free of cost (If you have delayed 10 day's)
This above condition start from 23 Oct 2019.

We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product Realme XT (Pearl Blue, 128 GB) has been cancelled by Logistic due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order.
However, the seller has completed the refund on 20 Oct 2019 and it should be reflecting in credit card by 29 Oct 2019.
Your kind understanding is appreciated.
I have not yet gor a response or final status on my complaint. I need an answer.
