I had ordered a book on website www.flipkart.com on 28-September-2018. Order reference number is OD[protected].
Payment has already been made to Flipkart. At the time of order placement, delivery was on 05-Oct-2018.
Product was not delivered on 05-Oct-2018.
I contacted Flipkart on 08-Oct-2018. It was informed by Flipkart that matter has been escalated to the concerned team and problem will be resolved by 12-Oct-2018. On 10-Oct-2018, Flipkart called up and informed that matter has been escalated and they are co-ordinating with logistics team. During the phone call on 10-Oct-2018, Flipkart further informed that they will try to deliver by 12-Oct-2018. However, Flipkart refused to commit that product will be delivered by 12-Oct-2018.
We need this book on urgent basis. In absence of book, the user is suffering and her studies are getting hurt.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on [protected] and she conformed from her that the has product has delivered to her yesterday the issue has resolved so closing the case from our end.
Due to this my study is very affected and i m also mentally disturb for sometime of costumer care service
Costumer care advise me to purchase this product from other site like amazon
