Got the above mentioned phone delivered on 21 september 2018
The package was good.
On opening the box, the mobile phone and i got it switched on, right saw a black spot near the right side of the notch is visible clearly and it is inside the display not outside. The black spot is like an aura of black light inside the screen now. As you can see it is clearly a defective area in the phone on arrival from your side. I restarted the phone several time but its not going. So that mobile phone you have delivered is defective.
On 24th september 2018, i requested for a return for replacement this defective phone or for a refund of the amount i spend on this defective phone you delivered to me.
After the return request made, i called your customer care a number times and no one is able to help me to resolve the difficulty i faced from flipkart side.
Two times a lady personnel from flipkart technical side called me and said she cannot do anything with the problem i am facing, its a manufacturing defect, instead of returning the product she ordered me to use that defective phone you delivered to me. And she cut the phone call.
What did she meant by that???
Am really angry with that personnel who ever it is.
Is that the way to talk to your customer???
Is that how you resolve your customers problem???
Your return policy clearly says that if the delivered product is "damaged, defective or item not as described" the product will be replaced with new product.
I think the technical personnel who talked to me doesn't even know the meaning of your return policy.
This is a 21000 rupees phone man, not a silly pair of socks of around 100 rupees.
Are you trying to cheat me or playing games with me???
I just don't understand
I want my money back or a brand new product with no defects should be delivered to me instead of this defective phone you gave me.
Or else i will file a complaint against you in consumer court. Cheating of highest quality from your side.
The worst ever service i ever come acrossed in my life from any online service company. I won't buy a thing from your side again. I won't recommend anyone to buy anything from your side.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had received damage product, hence request for return, apologized for the issue, return request got approved, informed the RVP TAT and packaging manner and price tag, customer agreed, hence closing the case.
