My order id is od[protected]. I ordered a mobile redmi note 5 pro on 2nd sept, 2018. I got the box without phone on 4th sept, 2018. While i received the box i saw that the box was too light and the seal was tampered. I raised complain immediately after i noticed. Flipkart executives always providing me time of 24 hours whenever i call them.. It is just a kind of moral harassment. They are cheating me. I want my money refund. Kindly consider

When I received the phone from the delivery boy the seal was tampered.
Fraud Flipkart company..they are saying that my return request has been rejected as there were high no of returns in my account previously..what the hell is this..if there were more returns then why did you approve my order when it is placed..it's not fair..your executive has done it intentionally..there are no other ways except lodging a case in the consumer forum.consumercomplaints.in website is also not considering my problem at all..

        I am a regular customer of flipkart and trusted their service because of their on time delivery and authentic products. But this time I am very disappointed. The box was very neatly packed and the seal was also not broken but inside the box there was a brick instead of the trimmer that I ordered. I demand a replacement for the same and am very disappointed in flipkart.

          This is with reference to the order placed by me through Flipkart on 28 Sept 2018, I have ordered the Wildcraft shoes today and to the best of my knowledge the shoes are used...I am attaching the pictures as well for your information...
          The box in which shoes were packed was also damaged... Also I would like to let you know that insole inside both the shoes are different.. Bad odour is coming from one of the shoes and it is clearly visible that it our used shoes...
          This is the pathetic service anyone can expect from this big brand...
          Also you are selling Wildcraft brand things and spoiling their name as well...
          Very disappointed with this type of service and material received...
          I Would request you to please get back to me on this issue on immediate basis.
          Also I will be escalating & highlighting this in every social site if no proper feedback received...

            I ordered a beauty blender puff i received the ordered on 28th sept 2018 i open it and looks that was a diff product different item i call the customer care they raised an Complain and replaced it on 3rd oct 2018 when 3rd oct it came to delivered i open it and shocked it was also different items.. they harashing me everytime.. what the hell is doing in flipkart.. very cheap facility.. i want to rasied a Complain against flipkart and also seller so they think 5 times to do that kind of things with other buyers..

              I ordered a realme 2 (Diamond black 32 gb) order id[protected] phone off flipkart on 25th september 2018 but my order was cancelled without any notification on 26th september 2018. On enquiring i was informed that their systems detected some irregularities in my account history and in order to fix it and process my order they requested some documents. The documents were promptly sent by me in few hours. Now my question is why was my order cancelled instead of being put on hold subject to verification and why my order is not processed yet. I wrote to customer service as well i was told i have to order it again. They don't deserve to do business with such pathetic service.

                  On 19th september 2018, made the payment via online banking a sum of rupees 20999

                  Got the above mentioned phone delivered on 21 september 2018
                  The package was good.

                  On opening the box, the mobile phone and i got it switched on, right saw a black spot near the right side of the notch is visible clearly and it is inside the display not outside. The black spot is like an aura of black light inside the screen now. As you can see it is clearly a defective area in the phone on arrival from your side. I restarted the phone several time but its not going. So that mobile phone you have delivered is defective.

                  On 24th september 2018, i requested for a return for replacement this defective phone or for a refund of the amount i spend on this defective phone you delivered to me.

                  After the return request made, i called your customer care a number times and no one is able to help me to resolve the difficulty i faced from flipkart side.

                  Two times a lady personnel from flipkart technical side called me and said she cannot do anything with the problem i am facing, its a manufacturing defect, instead of returning the product she ordered me to use that defective phone you delivered to me. And she cut the phone call.

                  What did she meant by that???
                  Am really angry with that personnel who ever it is.
                  Is that the way to talk to your customer???
                  Is that how you resolve your customers problem???

                  Your return policy clearly says that if the delivered product is "damaged, defective or item not as described" the product will be replaced with new product.

                  I think the technical personnel who talked to me doesn't even know the meaning of your return policy.

                  This is a 21000 rupees phone man, not a silly pair of socks of around 100 rupees.

                  Are you trying to cheat me or playing games with me???
                  I just don't understand

                  I want my money back or a brand new product with no defects should be delivered to me instead of this defective phone you gave me.
                  Or else i will file a complaint against you in consumer court. Cheating of highest quality from your side.

                  The worst ever service i ever come acrossed in my life from any online service company. I won't buy a thing from your side again. I won't recommend anyone to buy anything from your side.

                        This is very disheartening that company like flipkart is not accepting my item though initiating return on my app i have already mentioned in my remarks that no brand tags were available during unboxing but they are refusing my return by saying that it was a 'flipkart assured product' and the tag can't go missing there.
                        Seems this is a new way of duping potential customers by selling your products under the category ' flipkart assured' and providing no brand tags and after that you don't initiate return.
                        # my last option is to approach the consumer forum.

                          I purchased a google pixel 2 xl phone on 20 may 2018 on flipkart with a hdfc card. I was supposed to get a cash back of 10000 rs. It should have been processed by 30 aug but it has not been processed till date. When i contacted customer care, i was given a reply that the offer applies only on emi purchase. There was nothing mentioned in t&c on the date of purchase!.

                          Got a call from flipkart team who are parroting the same thing over and over again. Another person has had the same issue and had it resolved.                           I had purchased Samsung galaxy note 9 from flipkart using hdfc debit card in thw month of Aug2018 and was about to receive 6000 cashback in the month of December 2018. Now its february 2019 and i have still not received the cashback. I already called bank as well thrice and they first informed that you will receive it by 5th Jan and then again when I called they told you will receive by end of Jan 2019.

                          We are into Feb 2019 and i have still not received cashback. I think filpkart and hdfc bank are making fool of people. They don't provide any cashback

                                  I have placed order for fisher price rocker on 27th sep on your app and expected date of delivery was 2nd october. I am yet to receive the order and when i call up customer service they refuse to divulge any details where the order is and also when i asked for supervisor the executive ankita directly refused to give me supervisor on call.
                                  Inspite of repeated asking for supervisor the executive refused and stated that callback will be arranged by 5th october!!! Are you serious???
                                  I called for my delivery status which is already delayed and flipkart simply says they cant help me and i have to wait as there is indefinite delay!!!
                                  Furious at the response i asked for compensation
                                  Again executive flatly refused and says sorry we can't help as per policy!!

                                  I made an order on flipkart after 2 years that making that maybe flipkart has improved it's services but to my horror service standard have worsened terribly!!

                                  The product was meant for my sons birthday and i couldn't gift him on time due to horrendous service by flipkart!!

                                  I have received the delivery today however let me tell Flipkart this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced with any retailer. Even my local kirana store goes extra mile and provides Fantastic services.

                                  I get an email from Flipkart stating that I will now get an update by 6th October. Are you guys even aware what's going on???
                                  I have already written yesterday that I am not ok waiting till 5th October and now I get an email to wait till 6th October!!

                                  This case is not closed!!! Flipkart are cheats, they called me today and instead of resolution and compensation just said sorry we can't give any compensation and closed case without my confirmation!!!

                                  I will post the arrogant executive call on social media if I don't get compensation by tomorrow from Flipkart.
                                  Looks like no one at Flipkart is responsible and worried about their image.
                                  By tomorrow the call will be all over social media!!

                                  Ensure this case is Open until.i get compensation from Flipkart!!

                                    Dear sir/mem i have ordered a samsung smart phone of rs 13020 and in courier hand the product is damaged and a got a totally damage handset and while i call to flipkart they said that the product is not delivered yet and youu have to wait until the product got delivered and and 10 to 15 days the and so many call the product status has bees delivered and while i call for replacement or refund they said your replacement policy of 10 days is now expired so we can not provide you the replacement or refund of this product and and after so many call the arrange a refund and said that your replace is approved and asked me for bank account details after one days they said we can not refund your payment because u have so many number of returns in you account so we cannot process your refund and they blocked my account also other than that i aonly have 2/3 order in my account and this is my first order i am returning so they are tottaly fooling the customer and they send damage product and blocked the customer to return or replacement i want my money back

                                      Meine flipkart se 29 aug samsung galaxy s7 edge order kiya tha jo ki mujhe 1 sep ko received hua and uski display damage thi to meine isko return ke request dali to flipkart ne kaha ke hum apka return process nahi kar sakte kyuki apki purchase history me number of returns jada hai... Agar mere account me number of return jada hai to purchased bhi bahot jada hai or agr meine flipkart se 100 product purchase kar raha hu or 100 me hi mujhe issue hai to return policy ke under me 100 hi product return kar sakta hu or flipkart ne product purchase karte tym 10 days ki replacement policy di thi or jitne bhi prodcut mene return kiye phle flipkart ne verify kiya uske bad hi courier partner ne pickup kiya product usse issue laga isliye but ab ye meri complaint par koi response nahi kar rahe hai

                                        I recived an sms that you have initiated a payment to flipkart payment banglore
                                        Which was not done by me
                                        Any one fraud me regarding that transaction where not only one i recived back to back 3 transaction worth of rs 5000, just in minute but it has name of flipkart payments banglore it means something was done by flipkart so what is the issue so that i can understand it is done by flipkart or not.
