I ordered a laptop on 11th oct 2018 from flipkart and have to shipped in 3days and it has been 5days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and saying to wait for another 24 hours after i registered a complain by flipkart executive.
I got my previous items to the same address within time but for this order they are saying pincode is wrong and telling to wait 24hrs and the shipment will be delivered and till now my order is not getting shipped. Please help me

My order delayed again and again i don't understand whats going on. I register a complain 5 days ago and the said your order will reach you by 18th Oct 2018 and here we are again i receive order delay massage again. Please help me. If my product not reach me i will take serious action now on.

I received a email from flipkart today after many requests and phone calls but they don't call me back or delever my product. When i call flipkart customer care service they told me to wait 24 hrs again and again. I think they are playing with me. Their customer service is not helping me and their Manager is not helping me either. I have all phone call recording and screenshots. I also have phone call recording with manager itself if my product will not delever i'm going to send a legal notice and take action now on.

Flipkart is the worst company i have ever imagine or see. I talked to customer care 20-30 time and yet my product is not delevered. They are playling with me this is the 4th time they promised me and this is the 4th time same city misroute happen. Few days ago i talked to the flipkart customer care manager and he promised me and said your product will be delevered by 22nd Oct 2018 and again next day i receive email from flipkart that your order will be delevered by 25 Oct. I mean what's going on there can you at least tell me what is the problem why my product same city misroute again and again.

Literally worst experience ever in my whole life. flipkart sucks and there customer service even more terrible. Please fix

    I have no faith on indian e commerce sites like flipkart, snapdeal, paytm mall etc. This was my first experience with flipkart and my believe was correct. These sites are cheater. I have been cheated here.

    I have cheted here and no refund get according to rbi guidelines. I did not get my cancled amount. However i did not said to cancle my product. But cancle then didn't got my refund in my source account.

    I did not get any revert amount in my source account as promised by back end support team member Pooja, Satish and Neha as on 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th of October that it will be reverted within 48 hours.
    I always receive a call from above mentioned name and said my refund amount will be credited in my HDFC souurce acount within 24 - 48 hours.
    I just want to know this good 24- 48 hours will come ever or every time I will be cheated just like my amount.
    Please let me know clear date when I get this credited to my source account and clear mention me if I have to do anything to get this amount back as soon as possible.

      I have paid full amount to purchase below TV.

      Ordered LG Smart 80cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart TV on 11th October and status is showing that TV has been delivered on 23rd Aug 2018. Mystery !!

      Got flipkart tracking link which is also incorrect.

        I have bought Lenovo K8 Plus from Flipkart in Mar18 with buyback guarantee. i bought Realme 2 Pro buy claiming buy back from flipkart but as an exchange phone, its showing Oppo A71 which i have never bought. IME number of my lenovo and exchange phone are matching. its the brand thats incorrect due to flipkart's mistake. while delivering they aren't accepting my lenovo as the mobile is different according to them. its flipkart's mistake. they aren't giving proper response when from contact center.

          This is regarding order on flipkart (Order# od[protected] dated 11 oct 2018)

          I have paid full amount to purchase a new tv with an exchange offer of our old tv.in the instructions it was clearly mentioned that you will consider if old tv is working/non-working condition. Our old sony tv is in perfect condition and could able to see the picture, sound etc., with cable connection but, flipkart staff refused to take old tv and not delivered new tv... How insane it is after paying full amount?

          Could you please let us know how to proceed with this case and how can i take legal action against flipkart under it act, 2000

            This is Parag I have ordered phone Vivo V11 in exchange of my old phone Letv 3 GB Ram and 32 GB internal memory after checking my old phone that flipkart executive denied to exchange due to 1 small mark on corner of the phone as we all are protecting our phone by using back cover due to this that mark was there.
            Also I shared exchange terms and conditions with your flipkart executive but he is not ready to take my phone. Please you see the pics of my phone and suggest. Henceforth I will think 10 times before using this exchange offer I don't understand why you people are offering such offers which u cannot fulfill. Very disappointed will uninstall Flipkart

              I have ordered mi note 5 pro 6gb/64 gb black during big billion days. After
              Exchanging lenova p1m and hdfc instant cashback offer, i got
              It for 12149/-. Mobile delivered today (10/13) and passed my exchange phone.
              After 10 to 15 mins validation of exchange phone, delivery person has given
              New phone and left my apartment. After 2 hrs, delivery person called me and
              Told me that exchange phone having scratch on screen and you need to pay
              1500 now, but i didn't agree for that. He came and collected the new phone
              And give the exchange phone back, which was not in original condition. My
              Exchange phone was having tempered glass, he ripped and returned back. He
              Didn't give any receipt while collecting new phone back. I am note sure
              What type of service flipkart providing. While complaining, they are changing the ticket sla ano resolution yet :- (

                I have ordered goPro 2018 on big billion days on 14th of October. Today 15th of October it got cancelled automatically. When I enquired with flipkart customer care, they said seller cancelled it, so they can't revert it back. Actually it was paid order not a cash on delivery order. For My friends who ordered along me, it is not cancelled, that too they placed cash on delivery. If this is issue because of stock of product, Why can't they cancel
                Cash on delivery orders? Why paid orders? As far as I noticed, that product never went on out of stock, throughout the sale. Even now it is in stock. Then what is the reason for the cancellation..??? Even I ordered a gimbel of my goPro, now I even need to return that also.. This is very bad. Hope flipkart will resolve this soon

                  Hi All,

                  I am writing this mail with huge disappointment from filpkart and their so called service as Customer service, who really not understanding the problem which their customers goes in. In the eve of Big Billion day i have purchased many products from flipkart which was very important and close things to my mind, things which i used to share my love and to my loved ones.

                  You all know in flipkart gives an option to their customer to maintain multiple delivery address which will help the customer to place an order and to deliver it in the address of their loved ones. But that feature mistakenly became my night mare which i am facing now. Please find my issue and which brought lots of disappointment in flipkart.

                  I have purchased a cot in flipkart mistakenly i have given my old address as my delivery address. I reailzed that mistake later and tried to modify the delivery address from flipkart application. In the order details they have given a menu option names "I want to change the delivery address of my order" but once i clicked the menu and navigates to next page where it has the steps to Add the new delivery address. "How can I add a new delivery address to my Flipkart account?". So i called flipkart customer care and explained my issue and expecting the solution for my problem, but their response was no it is not possible, and i asked them is it possible to ask the delivery person to deliver in my new address which is 2 streets away during the time of delivery and they said it is not possible and also not allowed as per their policy. Then i asked them to give some other option but as usual their response was sir it is not possible and not allowed as per our policy. Then i asked representative about the menu option discrepancy there is no answer for that. So as my known option asked representative to the senior person who can help me make the things to act. But unfortunately that person's representative is same as no difference from the junior executive.

                  My Problems are
                  1. If i would have bought some small size product, i could have do some effort from my side and go to my old address and collect. But in my case product is so big, which i cannot do it by myself.
                  2. I am ready to cancel and place an order with correct address, but the problem is huge difference in price of the product.

                  But by looking in this entire process i feel something fishy which these peoples are trying to do. I really don't understand how customer care run by without supporting the customer from his/her needs which he is not able to do in his/her application or in flipkart website. I have received a mail from flipkart's customer care support center for their service improvement. I hope this is the reference number of my call logs with flipkart. IN[protected].
                  through this mail i am requesting the senior people or team who can help in getting this issue resolved. Please understand that "Customer Care" is the team which should help in the perspective of customers not only for organization.

                  Note : I can provide you the orders list which i have ordered so far in my flipkart's account and current product order which i am mentioning about in my mail.

                    Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                      I picked up 2 mobile phones against exchange of old nokia smartphones from flipkart during the billion days sale. I fulfilled the checklist for exchange of old mobile phone, no cracked screen, no damage to charging port, no battery swelling and phone switches on and off.
                      When the first phone arrived the delivery executive said there is a corner scratch and refused to accept exchange. We paid the difference. During delivery of the second mobile the excuse given was wrong imei number entered. So basically both my old nokia smartphones were rejected. My mother who is a senior citizen, did not argue and paid the difference for delivery. I was in the clinic when this happened.
                      Is this how flipkart wish masters take senior citizens for a ride and make them look like fools? If you cannot honor your terms of exchange itself, then why do false advertising.
                      This is definitely wrong and unprofessional business like attitude from such a big establishment. Will be filing a consumer case against you for false advertising if you do not make good on your promise.

                      If I try to reach out to customer support, the usual reply is will forward to the concerned department and will resolve your problem shortly. Later an email reply is sent saying since the phone was accepted nothing much can be done. Why so? The customer support has already verified the details of the exchange mobile. Send your rep and make the necessary pick up. Accordingly either refund the discounted price through flipkart account. That would be deemed as a proper solution instead of empty promises to not repeat this mistake in the future. When you acknowledge it's a problem at your end, why not attempt to seriously resolve?
                      I ordered a bag and it was not placed and it was rejected by seller and my money which I paid has not been refunded to my account so please help me to get back my money

                        I have noticed that amazon and flipkart delivery boys are carrying bags of huge size with commodities in it on bikes. They don't have proper storage or carrying facility except for a bag. This is a posing risk to the life of the service deliverer as most often they move on bikes. The huge bags (sometimes more than one) makes the ride on the bike very dangerous. He may lose control and end up in an accident. This dangerous situation can lead to loss of life.

                        The company or the service deliverer must ensure the safety of their employees. They should be provided with a proper vehicle when the luggage is very huge. The company has to take responsibility on the life of the delivery boy in case of an accident that is caused due to the unscientific loading of luggage on a two-wheeler.

                            I have Placed a order of "Hot Wheels New 50 Car Pack" on Tue, 9th Oct 9:12 pm with amount of 1, 548 with HDFC Credit card offer on Flipkart in Big Billion Days with my Flipkart Plus Account. As i got early access of the Sale on 9th October 9 P.M. They give me delivery date of 12th October. And Seller has processed the order on Wed, 10th Oct 3:59 am. i didn't got the delivery and After waiting for 5 Days my order got cancelled by Seller on Mon, 15th Oct 8:39 am. So, i contacted them for the same. And they told me to place new order. So this the method of making people making fool in the name of Big billion days. Now the Price of the product is 3, 869/- . My 3 year old son was eagerly waiting for it. Is this the way Flipkart plays with emotion and feelings of customers? Now they are telling me to place new order. Why should i? Flipkart has to deliver the product to me with the price of 1, 548 or Pay me the difference for placing the new order.

Let me adequate solution to me. i want to take clam against mentally disturbance. Kindly solve my problems and tell them to improve online shopping structure. Consumer should not have any problem during buying goods.

Than you may show your product out of stock. we will understand but after the payment they cancelled the order and refund late in the account. this procedure is not good. i have create order three times. first time customer care told me your address is not proper although address was correct. second time non availability if the item. third time they deliver my material wrong address. and show person is not available there. I have giver right address but seller send the item to wrong address. so how the wrong person take this product without proof. all of the orders i have no any fault but too much harassment due to product delivery. mentally disturbance. flipkart is responsible for all kinds of the disturbance and Harassment. i would like to share wrong address with wrong Dates which is given below the attachment please telly this wrong address with my actual address. kindly see the attachment and judge is that
                              my fault or site /seller problem.

                              Ok, I've read your mail now. You have told sorry instead the place of my cancelled orders. It's not enough.Because i Harassing due to cancellation my orders. I am very sad because i was so old customer of flipkart. But now Today I will delete my account and my wife account due to too much Harassment by flipkart. I will share also these issues on social sites and media. I've fundamental of Rights that share all the problems with media.                               I have give one more chance to flipcart. I have Reorder again same product.This product price is 13999. But my older Product Order price was 12149. I want at least ₹ 3000 Cashback in my account Due to the Harassment and wastage
                              of my valuables time .Remember that if this product will cancel by any reason I really warn to Flipkart that I will case against flipkart in Consumer Court. With all my cancelled Orders slips and bank Transactions with personnel call recording proofs.

                                I am heena. I have ordered a smart phone of asus company with 6gb ram and 64gb rom with blue color last night. I have selected blue color but you site changes it to black color automatically, i don't know how. Please change this color into blue again.

                                Pay attention on my query. I can't cancel this product and again place because yesterday flipkart provide discount regarding big billion sale. But today its cost more than yesterday because sale is stop now.

                                So please change the color of my asus zenfone max pro m1 mobile phone into blue color.

                                Please do this as soon as possible before dispatched. Otherwise i will go higher level of and highlight this query in media also with you one of consultant akansha.

                                I have connected with akansha on call. But she was saying it is not possible. I have recording of akansha where akansha said that this is normal issue by flipkart site to changeing the color automatically so you should cancel the order and place again, but now we doesn't get discount like last night on big billion sale. So please pay attention on this mail and just do the color change from black to blue.
                                And nothing will be change there is 6gb ram and 64gb rom keep it as it is.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I have purchased serveral products under Flipkart big billion days sale and this complaint is in regards to cancellation of one product Lenovo monitor on 10.10.2018.

                                  I called Flipkart customer care today (15.10.2018) to cancel the Lenovo monitor I bought from but executive Neeraj goofed up and cancelled the boston mattress too the other product without my consent. I have told him clearly that I do no wish to cancel any other thing. Now I would need to buy the mattress with the same price from which I bought it in big billion sale, else I would go in the consumer court for the same.

                                      I'm one o[censored]r regular customer. On 11.10.18, I booked (paid online) a Vu 43 inch smart LED TV, during big billion sale day & got a good price. The product was available & the delivery was feasible in my pin code 835207.
                                      On 15th Oct, I received mail regarding shipment of my product (Your Vu Premium Smart 109cm... with order ID OD[protected] has been packed by the seller and will be shipped soon.                                       After that another mail received that ur order has been cancelled. Without any information the seller canceled my booking. Called to ur customer care executives, but they r not able to clarify clearly about the cancellation & shown their inability. The matter escalated from executive to the floor manager & then the senior manager, Mr. Lalit. Mr. Lalit, tried to solve the issue & confirmed that Gati Courier updated as COD not available. When I have paid the whole amount during place my order, how COD comes here???

                                      Without customer's any fault, how the seller cancelled the order? As a customer, I made a deal with FLIPCART, before any updation, isn't its the job of FLIPCART to call the customer in his registered no??? Why the big organisation like FLIPCART, whose punch line is CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY, plays the sentiment of the customer.
                                      So, I request you to take the issue seriously & resolve the same at earliest.
