I order woodman s1 android (1g... With order id od[protected] and it delivered tuesday, oct 16, 2018. Product model is change it look like rs 4000 model. Also used product send. Which mean seller become over smart he send used product to customer and think didn't notice. See picture and confirm seller mind setup. He send wrong model to fool customer. Shame on it. Next time didn't do that.

    I ordered vivo v9 mobile on 13 oct 2018, it showing delivery date is 16 oct 2018, still i didn't get my mobile. I called him and asked about my order, he said your order was misplaced cancel the order like that, i purchased this mobile in prepaid, tommorow i'm going to my home town so i want my delivery in between 3 to 6. Please help me in that.. This was just happened because of negligence of the delivery boy. You should take care of it, the way he spoke with me is also in a rude way, i hope please deliver my order tommorow in between 3 to 6 or 22 october 2018

      Past one week i have been struggling to get refund credited for orders i canceled.

      I received no support from their end, however, i connected with the bank, escalated the matter and they have mailed to my registered mail id that there is no such payment with the given reference id [protected] has been sent to my bank account from anyone. Bank also confirmed there is absolutely no problem with the bank account as i have received another different refund from flipkart on 11th october and one more from amazon too.

      I have sent them detail of mail from bank and my current dated bank statement copy. It is a clear case of cheating/misleading - all other refunds including from flipkart, are being credited except this particular one they are claiming with bank ref id [protected].

      My bank account statement clearly showing the payment has not been credited, bank also written the same. Now it is very clear whatever they demand, they have not refunded the amount - there is no proof they have given so far.

      I have received the balance 521 credited on 20th October. As per Flipkart the same was refunded on 10th October, but after much struggle at last the refunds were credited on 19th and 20th October. Not a single person tried to find out if really the payments were refunded (that too for an order cancellation without any shipment/return hazards) - if it is not credited then where the amount is stuck. The only monotonous reply I got "the payment has been refunded by the seller vide bank ref id 1549935395, please lodge a complaint with your bank" - I am sure this was pending with Flipkart itself and after escalation I have received refund. Thankfully this transaction was a small amount, but the harassment can be for bigger products like washing machine or AC as well - I have bought those products earlier from Flipkart !! Not at all a place to shop online anymore - credibility completely lost. At the end of the day, Flipkart lost one customer only because of non co-operating and robot type unfriendly customer care and escalation team, who are keen to give blunt responses, not assurance.

      Despite giving all proofs I haven't received the refund, and bank's confirmation the person kept on insisting me to raise a dispute with bank's higher officials.

      Call from escalation team is extremely irritating as they absolutely give blunt recorded response and not interested to solve the problem!! I have never seen such blunt people like their escalation team!!! It's more substandard than customer care since they are expected to be better.

      Even if we imagine there was a problem with bank for this transaction, still the refunds must have gone back to flipkart as this evidently has not been credited to my account. That is a standard process and Flipkart stands responsible for not admitting the same.

        I got the product in 16th october. When i open the product it was a powerbank. There was no bill/ invoince. The seller name was different. I bought from indiflasmhart but received from health & happiness pvt ltd. It was a prepaid product.

          Booked Samsung A7 and expected delivery was 14-Oct-18. But it arrived on 13-Oct-18 before schedule date while I was not at home. As per request it has been rescheduled to deliver on 14-Oct-18.

          The delivery did not happed on 14-Oct-18 though the product was available with delivery boys.

          Called customer call on 14-Oct-18 for the delivery status. They informed that you will receive delivery on 15-Oct-18 or max by 16-Oct-18 by 7pm.

          There was no update on 16-Oct-18. While contacting customer care there was message that it has been escalated to concern team. and you will receive call starting from +9180679 by 18-Oct-18 1:00pm.

          very bad experience even customer care pople are not able track the order or not able to forward the message.

          It is very difficult that the same product and fresh product will be delivered to on 18-Oct-18 as well.

          There is no option to exchange or cancel order.

            I ordered ( Order No-OD[protected] a pair of jeans from Flipkart on Friday 12 October .The status of my order is shown to be delivered on the website even though I have not received my package yet .On further communication with their Customer Care representative i was informed that my issue will be resolved in 3 to 4 business days.
            I was in immediate need of that pair of jeans and I am deeply grieved by this unprofessional attitude shown by Flipkart . This venture has mentally stressed me a lot.

                I'm abhishek kumar, mobile no [protected] i placed order for redmi note 5 pro from flipkart.com before 11 days. I payment through credit card but nor be show item in my cart neither flipkart refund my amount yet. Customer service of flipkart is also too poor and too careless. Order doesn't show in cart so i am not able to describe order id number. I hope you will proper care about it.

                  I can't login into my account. Everytime i try it says "login unsuccessful please try in a minute" . I can't even change my password everytime i try it says unable to change your password please retry and if i try too many times it says maximum login attempts reached please retry after 24 hours.                   I had purchased nokia 6.1 plus on big billion day (10/10/18) with offers and also availed exchange option. My exchange product was declined despite fulfilling the stated guidelines. I was still ready to get my phone by paying the extra price. I notified flipkart to attempt delivery of nokia 6.1 plus again and they agreed to do so. I was assured delivery within 2 business days after exchange was rejected. Later, the delivery wasn't initiated from their end so i kept on calling them and asking them why was i not getting my product. They kept on delaying and dodging my requests. Finally, they declined to deliver my product and are asking me to cancel and reorder. As a consumer, i am at a loss because the big billion day offers are now over and i would have to spill more money to get the same product. They kept on delaying just to scrap and nullify those offers. I can't understand why i can't get my product delivered now. This is nothing but cheating.

                  After putting up a complaint on this forum and numerous tweets on their twitter support page, accompanied with several calls with Flipkart executives daily, I finally managed to get my hands on the phone that I had ordered. It was the tweets and private messages on the "@flipkartsupport" page for me which made this happen. Customer care on the Flipkart app wasn't helpful at all. They took my case seriously only after I tried to make my issue public through Twitter. Constant messages and calls went on for 5-6 days and finally, the phone came at my doorstep.

                  Finally, I got the phone after a long long wait. Had to push Flipkart to the edge to get it. Though the experience was abysmal, must say that Flipkart at least stuck to their promise and delivered the phone. Hope they cater to their customers well in future.

                      I am trying to login to my flipkart account for last 4 days but there was a message showing that my maximum attempts has been reached so please try after 24hours. And i had retried for past 3days but still i cant login to my account . Also i received a mail that i cant use flipkart account anymore /login anymore. My flipkart wallet contains 705Rs and it is very important to me. I had also called your customer support team for several times but there were no reply or use . So what am gonna do is that i am going to file a complaint to RBI and Consumer court for blocking my flipkart account with fake issues and for holding/or my wallet money . I also have my wallet balance proof and also some excused emails that i had reveived for last days and 2 of your customer care executives phone conversation which i have been recorded (1 senior representative). I am gonna file the complaint today itself by attaching all the proofs.

                        I got nokia 6.1 under exchange program. Wishmaster took old one plus and i got my new nokia6.1.in evening i started to get the call from flipkart local warehouse. That phone is damaged so we can not take it. So take your old phone and give back new phone otherwise we will deduct salary of wish master. Please let me know what to do? I have already complaint to tfn of fc but yet to receive resolution.

                          Flip Kart is worst and adding to grief customer service is more rude and unprofessional, They are just playing with the 10 days refund policy and making excuses. In the way customer support official talks is so rude and very humiliating. Does any one trying to take flip kart to Consumer court, please do let me know. I ordered a mattress which flip kart app suggested me to (Frequently bought together) with a bed, and now that is not what we wanted. And customer care official are so rude and unprofessional, VERY WORST SERVICE. WORST

                            My product is suppose to be deliveres on 18th october but since 15th oct flipkart is sending messege that the product it will deliver. Twice i receive the messege, so i stayed at home skip all the work that was planned awaiting for the product where in the evening twice i got thw messege that 'the buyer was not available ' when neither i got a call from the delivery man nor he came to my door step.
                            Second day, messege received tht the product will be delivered.. But this time, the delivery guy dont know the address, he does know hindi and english neither i do know the local language...
                            Such a poor service from flipkart never expected!!

                                  While online payment, order was not placed and amount is debited from then account.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I had purchased RK Aquafresh water purifier on the basis of product was "flipkart assured".
                                    Order Id: OD[protected].

                                    The product has reached but needs installation on wall mount. I tried to call seller on provided toll free no. [protected] for demo and installation, they directed to another number where they can be only reached through WhatsApp msg "[protected]". After messaging to this number I got response after 20 hours with another number to be contacted "[protected]". Now this number is not reachable .

                                    Hence I decided to call flipkart care where I recieved very poor response.

                                    On calling they said the product doesn't require installation and they will not be able to help me with any thing for this product.

                                    I ask them to contact the seller and arrange a callback for which they straightly denied but 1st executive have me another no. "[protected]". Again I received no response from this number.

                                    I again called back flipkart executive "Pulkit" for same briefed him same thing again, he straightly denied that he
                                    Won't be able to help me. I asked him to get myself contacted through seller or cancel the product. He said nothing he can do so I asked him to connect me to senior person over there where he denied at first case saying he will not transfer this case to senior person as this is not the issue for flipkart and after fighting back with him than he lied saying they all might busy in meeting and hence could not transfer. Later he said they all are busy with other call so no one is responding. I said I would be waiting for the senior to response and won't disconnec till than.

                                    Pulkit your executive has purely mistreated with me by telling lies every time. Later he disconnected call saying he could not hear me and never transfer call to senior.

                                    On no reponse from product seller or flipkart executive niether your senior executive attended I am writing this big message.

                                    I hope I would get positive response from here.

                                    Why does flipkart does not check on seller?

                                    How do you make this product flipkart assured if seller has such a pathetic service ?

                                    Such a poor flipkart telecalling service is not expected and needs to be investigated?

                                    I request for a quick response for my product. Either take this product back amd refund or arrange for seller to call and provide installation/ service on time.

                                      Someone made a fraud transaction from flipkart of rs 53990 on 12-Oct-18 at 18.23 through internet banking. My account number 9031 last four SBI. Could you findout who did the transaction. I had to block my user id due to this. This is so samefull that flipkart customer care number does not allow to report a fraud. Are your solution architects so out of their mind that they cannot anticipate such issues. Shame on flipkart. This is why companies like amazon are successful.
