I'm one o[censored]r regular customer. On 11.10.18, I booked (paid online) a Vu 43 inch smart LED TV, during big billion sale day & got a good price. The product was available & the delivery was feasible in my pin code 835207.

After that another mail received that ur order has been cancelled. Without any information the seller canceled my booking. Called to ur customer care executives, but they r not able to clarify clearly about the cancellation & shown their inability. The matter escalated from executive to the floor manager & then the senior manager, Mr. Lalit. Mr. Lalit, tried to solve the issue & confirmed that Gati Courier updated as COD not available. When I have paid the whole amount during place my order, how COD comes here???
Without customer's any fault, how the seller cancelled the order? As a customer, I made a deal with FLIPCART, before any updation, isn't its the job of FLIPCART to call the customer in his registered no??? Why the big organisation like FLIPCART, whose punch line is CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY, plays the sentiment of the customer.
So, I request you to take the issue seriously & resolve the same at earliest.
