    I had ordered pocophone f1 from flipkarts big billion days sale. Flipkart delivered me honor 7a on sunday. First time i raised the replacement request it was cancelled from the sellers end. Numerous calls to the customer helpline, they ask me same question again and again and apologizes. That's it. I raised the return request 2 days ago. Now it has been more than 5 days, there has been no update. I spent rs. 21600 and got a mobile phone worth rs. 8999. Now they are not returning my mobile and taking longer time to process my return. No confirmations only false hopes given. I tweeted too but they don't seem to do anything about it. I just want the product i ordered or the full refund in my bank account.

      10 oct: asus zenfone max pro m1 ordered (With xiaomi redmi note 3 exchange): od[protected]

      12th oct: came for delivery but denied as he told some body from lower side is not proper shape but there is no issue in actual.
      Then i called flipkart on 12th oct and complaint about it

      13th oct: flipkart asked for clear pics, i sent 8 clear pics of all sides and imei number on same day. Either flipkart should have
      Denied this exchange at this point of time only

      14th oct: mail came for flipkart around 11.13am for approval of exchange and written that new phone will be deliver and old will be picked.
      But no one coming to delivery new phone and pick old phone.

      After that i called with flipkart 5-6 times on next four days, they all assured that phone will be delivered and old phone will be picked but no one coming for delivering till today 19th oct.

        मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से बाय विथ एक्सचेंज ऑफर के तहत १ मोबाइल का १४oct २०१८ को आर्डर दिया जिसका आर्डर id, id od[protected] है..
        फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा अगले दिन १५ oct २०१८ को आर्डर डिलीवर करना सुनिश्चित किया, डिलीवरी के समय मेरा एक्सचेंज वाला मोबाइल फ्लिपकार्ट की शर्त के अनुसार ठीक नहीं था, क्युकी उस पर स्क्रेच थे, डिलीवरी बाय ने उसे देने से मना कर दिया।
        मेने डिलीवरी बाय को इसके बदले में कैश अमाउंट देने की पेशकश की जैसा की आर्डर देते समय तय था की यदि मेरा मोबाइल उनके अनुसार एक्सचेंज की पात्रता पूरी नहीं कर पाता है तो भी कस्टमर केश अमाउंट देकर आर्डर प्राप्त कर सकता है, परन्तु डिलीवरी बाय ने ऐसी किसी भी जानकारी का होने का मना कर दिया और मुझे आर्डर की डिलीवरी नहीं दी.

        मेने इस बाबद कई बार कस्टमर केयर वालो से बात की तो उनका कहना था की मेरा आर्डर १९ oct तक डिलीवर करवा दिया जाएगा, अब 19 oct २०१८ को शाम को कस्टमर केयर वालो का कॉल आ रहा की ये प्रोडक्ट एक्सचेंज ऑफर के तहत नहीं है और वो उसे डिलीवर नहीं करवा सकते और मुझ पर दबाव बनाया जा रहा है की आप अपना आर्डर केंसल कर दे अन्यथा कोरियर द्वारा इसे अन-डिलिवर्ड मानकर केंसल कर दिया जाएगा।

        अब प्रश्न यह है की यदि इस प्रकार की कोई स्कीम थी ही नहीं तो फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा इसका इतना जोर-शोर से प्रचार क्यों किया जाता है,

        अगर इस प्रकार की स्कीम थी ही नहीं तो आर्डर देते समय यह क्लीयर करना था, फ्लिपकार्ट ने मार्किट में आर्डर नंबर बढ़ाने के लिए जबरजस्ती आर्डर ले लिए ताकि शेयर-धारको और कस्टमरों तक ज्यादा पेंठ बनाई जा सके,

        अगर इस प्रोडक्ट पर कोई स्कीम थी ही नहीं तो फ्लिपकार्ट को यह सुनिश्चित करने में ५ दिन का समय क्यों लगा, यह बात तो कस्टमर केयर वाले जिस दिन मेने शिकायत की तो उसी दिन बता देना था या अगले दिन बता सकते थे.

        १ आम आदमी बहुत ही सोच समझकर और अपने बजट के अनुसार वार-त्यौहार पर अपनों को खुश करने के लिए खरीददारी करता है, मेने भी नवरात्री के पावन पर्व पर अपने किसी खास के लिए यह मोबाइल आर्डर किया था, अब मेरे लिए यह पूरा त्यौहार ही फीका हुआ, क्युकी मेरा पैसा तो अकाउंट से काट लिया गया, अब वो जब आएगा तब आएगा, अभी तो में बहुत ही निराश हु.

        फ्लिपकार्ट का कोई एग्जीक्यूटिव इस सम्बन्ध में सॉरी बोलकर अपना पल्ला झाड़ लेगा लेकिन मेरी उस आत्मभावना का क्या होगा जो मेने बड़ी उम्मीद के साथ फ्लिपकार्ट पर भरोशा व्यक्त किया था, आम आदमी हु बस फ्लिपकार्ट के उच्च अधीनस्थ तक अगर हो सके तो बात पहुंचना चाहता हु, ऐसा मत करिये किसी के साथ, अगर कोई आप पर भरोशा व्यक्त करता है तो आपको कोई हक़ नहीं की आपका उसका भरोशा तोड़े।

          I have ordered this tv on 10th of october and i got the delivery date as
          15th of october. However i still didn't get the product. Here most annoying
          Thing this is that even the status details are not updated in app properly.
          Sometimes it is showing as in delivery state and sometimes it is showing as
          In shipped state in app. Even today also it is showing that it will be
          Delivered by 15th of october. I don't know how flipkart will deliver the
          Product on past date. This is how effectively the app is working.

          I called around 10 to 15 times to flipkart support team and those people
          Are not helpful at all. Everyday they are saying the same thing again again
          And asking me to wait for 24 hours to get a call from logistics team, not
          For to get the product. I am also waiting from last 48 hours to get a call
          From concerned team. There is no use. I didn't get any call. I asked to
          Provide the contact details of the hub to contact them directly or else to
          Get the product from there by myself if possible. Even they are not doing
          That also.

          Again i called the support guy today and finally they confirmed that
          Flipkart can't do anything and they can't deliver the product on time.
          Support guys are also saying that there
          Higher officials are also useless to provide any further details on the
          Product.

          I waited for almost one week by paying the total amount to get the product.
          This is how flipkart guys responded to me and treat there customer.

          From last 4 days they are saying that they don't have any info on product from courier facility and asking to wait for 24-48 hours. They also raised the incident in[protected]. However the problem is not getting resolved. They ares imply extending the delivery data without giving valid update.

          After I registered the compalint I got a message for out for delivery. I called wish master guy and he said his vehicle got damaged. So he can't deliver then product on 19th October. But he updated the status as customer not reposnded.

          Again 20th I tried calling him and I got invalid pin respone. Even I told this to Flipkart team and they said they will resolve it.

          Again today (20 Oct) also same thing happened with delivery guy. Without calling me again he has updated as customer is not responded.

          How you guys are encouraging this type of fake things from the courier people. I didn't even get any message regarding out for delivery today.

          Is Flipkart is trying to make me to cancel the product or what?

          I think courier people and Flipkart is playing with me.

          After all these days this is what I got from Flipkart "The trusted online store of India", fake response from courier people and fake updates from Flipkart team.

          If really wish Master made a call to me today, check with the ekart call list or else I am ready to provide my call log to show if he called me or not.

          Even I am ready to show the video surveillance footage at my home to prove that no one came today to deliver the product today.

          Tell me what you guys are expecting after all I kept my trust in flipkart?

          I think Finally Flipkart and ekart is in a process to frame me for the mistake of not delivering of the product.

          Today it self I reported the thing done by wish Master with escalations team and you people said that you will take action against that. However same thing happened again with the wish master, fake updates on customer.

          It prooved that Flipkart didn't take any action against this or Flipkart itself is doing this fake update thing with courier facility guys.
          Hello team,

          Now the issue started with the delivery of the product. I got the out for delivery message and I called the wish Master for the product. He said his vehicle got damaged yesterday and said he can't come. Finally he updated the delivery status as customer is not available.

          Again I tried calling him and getting invalid pin response.

          Is this how Flipkart is messing up with me.

            I bought wd 40 stain remover from fljpcart. And mrp os 450. I got that on 503 rs includes delivery charges... Actual max retail price of product is 320... And i had been cheated... Plz give me reply on this other wise i will going to consumer court. I have done evry paper.. The bill and the product price sticker and actual mrp behind the fake mrp sticker

              I have one e gift voucher which has 3000 balance but right now i having 0 balance. I have purchased one parker pen ₹230, then not a single product, then too my card balance is 0. By contacting with flipkart support team they say, i purchased ₹2800 products which is delivered in thane. And i didn't purchase any of this product which is clearly sat it's a fraud case.

                I received delivered item of hero bicycle on 01/10/18 order details (Od[protected], it is not suitable for my child as described in flipkart site as mentioned the age group of 5-8 year. It is very small in size. I make return request on 02/10/18 as per return policy but flipkart team says that.
                1. Your return policy has been ended on 11/10/18.
                2. Your return request has been cancelled from seller site.
                I have many times contact via email & telephonic conversation with flipkart team but not get solution from flipkart. I wants to return the delivered item & get refund money as per online transaction.

                  I ordered white colour sneakers but i received pink colour sneakers😡. I don't like pink colour at all. I am very disappointed by flipkart service. I wanted to wear it on diwali but now i couldn't. It's not matching with my dress. I ordered it with so much hope but i am extremely disappointed. I will never advice anyone to buy things from flipkart. I will not buy any other thing from flipkart if my product is not returned. You should be serious about your services and packaging after having millions of customers.😣😣

                    I was told my product will be delivered on 17th oct 2018, its 19th still no signs of delivery.
                    My flipkart order shows expected by wed 17th oct 2018.
                    I needed the product by wednesday.
                    Flipkart has failed to deliver the product, its breach of trust.
                    When i called first two days i was told due to technical issues they cannot check my details, second day, one supervisor told i will get my delivery yesterday or today, when i called today they say tomorrow and even after waiting for 20 muns twice, supervisor cannot speak to me, all customer care executive says supervisor is busy.

                      I have placed a order of oppo f9 mobile with in exchange with moto g turbo (During big billion days) with flipkart. Order i. D is od[protected], which is got cancelled without my concern. Flipkart attempt a delivery but that time i was not there to receive my package then i have raised a request to attempt it again but they didn't do the thing and cancelled my product and the order was prepaid order. I had conversation with their executive seven time to take care of my order before the order was cancelled, every time the said you will have your order, we are working on it and now they cancelled my order.
                      The company manipulates me and waste my plenty of time. Being a consumer i want to complaint against flipkart for false promises that company made and wasting of my valuable time and hurting the sentiments of customer. I have the mail copy from flipkart for my complaints

                        I bought 2 pair of footwear (Bata and cara mia) sold by retail net. The size was large so i requested an exchange for both pairs and asked for smaller size.

                        My exchange was denied as there was ni price tag on the footwear. It never came with an attached tag. The price tag is there on the box but not on actual footwear. They are asking for something that they did not send. No return and no exchange is possible.

                        This is cheating of the highest order.

                          Hi, i ordered mobile on flipkart big billion days on 11 th october, expected delivery is 17th october, first they sent to kavuri hills hub next showing status like misroute same city and send back my parcel to shamshabad sort facility, after that they send parcel to hitech city hub.                             I orderd asus zenfone max pro m1 on 11/10/2018 in big billion days from flipkart with order id od[protected]. I received the mobile on 13/10/2018. But, the mobile has touch screen problem. The touch is not working. I requested for replacement and technician also visited to check the issue with the phone. Technician found the touch screen problem with the phone. He reported same to the flipkart with images. But, flipkart rejected my replacement. It happens twice. Flipkart executive told that repair the mobile in asus service center for my 3rd replacement request on call conversation. Now flipkart won't accept for my replacement request.

                            My replacement request resolved successfully. After post a complaint in this forum. Flipkart confirmed the touch screen issue with jeeves technician who alloted for my tech-visit. Then I received calls from flipkart custoner care on 22/10/2018 from 08067987700 and 08067987880. And also I got a mail from [email protected] about my replacement request. Flipkart approved my replacement and alloted tech-visit to get proper report. Tech-visit completed on 24/10/2018 and received a replacement on 25/10/2018. My replacement request is genuine. so, flipkart approved my my replacement. Be Genuine, Don't Fake. Thanks to this forum.

                                I ordered redmi note 5 64gb blue color variant on flipkart, but i received different phone i. E lenovo k8 plus 32gb.
                                I called flipkart customer care several times but they are not responding correctly, initially they told me seller is not providing return policy, after several calls they start saying wait for several days.
                                This is not expecting at all from flipkart, they should provide quick solution and block such fraud seller.

                                Expecting quick resolution from flipkart on this issue.

                                I just recevied mail from them and they are saying seller Is unable to replace the product. This is flipkart assured product and even i opened that box in front of courier boy . So please help to resolve the same issue

                                  I had ordered 2 lehenga sets from flipkart. I paid via cod. D size mentioned on d site n the actual size did not fit at all. Thus i initiated return of goods which was immediately collected the very next day. But d refund for the same has not happened even after several complaints n updation of account details. I m pissed off with them n will never purchase anything again from flipkart.

                                  Now-a-days we are crazy behind offer/ discount/ assured return back etc. We should be wise enough only for items. It should not include our clothes etc. Such items we can't do trial virtually. So better to go to shop, touch it, feel it, test it then purchase. Similarly, if you do not want to buy chinese products (enemy country) then we should visit shops and should purchase accordingly instead of placing order on E-commerce sites.

                                    I ordered nova straightner nhs-860 from flipkart and i received a fake and different product instead of nhs 860 they delivered nhc-329 and on the box where ever there was written nhc-329 they covered it with a label of nhs-860 this clearly shows that they are fooling people.
                                    Seller is giving refund and i want replacement for the original prdouct.
                                    I even called flipkart customer care to discuss this issue but they said sorry madam we can't help you, you can only take refund.
                                    Ps: i want the same product which i ordered at the same price.

                                      I ordered a lenovo k6 power it was delivered to me on 16 oct 2018. The accessories were good the handset had connectivity issue jio 4g was not working properly (4g speed) and other 3g sims were not supporting. So i returned the handset the courier ekart picked it up on 18 oct 2018, then at 10:00 pm i got a call from ekart that my handsets imei code is not matching. So the return cancelled. I use their helpline no they said they would fix this issue within 24 hours. So i again sent a return request after 36 hours, and it was again cancelled. Flipkart is not solving the issue infact the return policy will be expired on 25 oct 2018, then i will have no choice. They are mismatching the imei code on purpose so that costumers will never be able return the defective item or able to reach them.

                                        Order id.: od[protected] model: crompton fan on 11th october, i ordered this fan via credit card, the money got debited. Today while tracking the order, it displayed the above message " out of delivery area (Address pincode mismatch). When i contacted customer care, i was told that i will have to cancel the item, since i was not getting this order due to the above mentioned reason. I am purchased big billian day amount of 1400 but currently 1900. Why you take proper response. I need that product what can i do unhappy with flipkar.
