As per the wishmaster the screen is damaged, my question is did they provided you with the pic of the damage part. I mailed flipkart with the pic of the mobile and no where there is any damage. The wishmaster broke my tempered glass in pieces, who will pay money for that. He behaved unprofessionally and doesn't know the ethics to behave with a customer. There was a full rush on my shop and he wanted my time in argument and shouted in front of my customers, i got irritated and i suffered loss of money as i couldn't attend so many customers. I need an explanation who will pay for my loss and for my time. I am not gettproper resolution from flipkart. It seems that i have to complaint to consumer portal to get proper update and resolution.

I need an explanation today itself, as my sister will be going out of station tomorrow night, so if reattempt of delivery will be done, then it has to be done by tomorrow. Otherwise till 25th it won't be possible then.

    Hi i have applied for my phone exchange and i was waiting for my new phone delivery. Today delivery attempt and he rejected my phone for exchange even my old phone is in good condition...
    This old phone is 1 year old and it has scratches on one side due to this device is used in mobile holding stand.

    I just want to know what the hell is going on from your side.. Flipkart is one of trust e commerce brand i am very much dissatisfied from your end disgusting policies you are having...

    Let me know one thing, do you need a brand new mobile for exchange???
    I think i am not a fool to give a new phone for exchange...
    Phone is working fine, there are no issues in phone not even visited service centre a single time.

    I have attached the scratch photo in this i am waiting for my new phone kindly exchange it...

    I[censored] can't able to favour a customer kindly don't post that fake offers.

    Even I got charged of Rs.100 as pickup charge when I difn"'t get my new phone delivered also cancelled my exchange...

    Guys look at this exchange policy again they started making customers fool again they are offering same offer...

    Now those who will go for exchange offer they will take a brand new phone otherwise due to some scratches they will reject it...

    Cheaters doing fraud on large scale not caring about their reputation.

    It was not resolved I have the order history they spoiled my time and still I have not used the disgusting flipkart and will try my best noone in my contact go to trust Flipkart these people are cheating the customers they wanted new phone which I could not give them I have uploaded the pics also but they didn't reverted here because they were trying to cheat

    They offered me 5500 and didn't given finally I had to sell my phone in 2500 just because of them I had changed my mind and ordered a new phone

      I bought an hp laptop on 11-10-18 from flipkart in festive season sale and today is 20-10-18. If i'm tracking my order (I. E. Od[protected] from flipkart website it is still showing that courier partner has not yet picked up my order. I really doubt i will get my order till[protected]Which is the promised delivery date from their side). Also, without telling me my laptop supplier has been changed. I bought this laptop at 15k discount and it would be extremely rude if they cancel my order and i lose this discount promised from their side. I really want to resolve this situtaion by getting this laptop within promised date and with the quality promised...

        Order received on 19/10/2018 at 5.00pm,
        Installation person mr. Satyam contact no - [protected] was insisting to purchase a wall mounting bracket costing rs1500/-. Already company gave a bracket with the kit, but mr satyam was ready to fix that bracket as he was giving several excuses and he went without installation of the led tv. This is not acceptable, please take a necessary action on this.

          This message came to my phone and then call after call to say about the offer and ask my personal details. If i want cash, then i need to send my account number. If i want the vehicle, then i have to send my adhar card, voter id, pancard etc. Even he told that he would send the pic of the vehicle to my whtsapp account. They knew my accurate address and pincode. That was the topic of concern. How did they get my address details. He told that i only need to go to the nearest bank and send the registration cost, if ever the total 9999 is not possible, then if i can afford only ₹1000, then also they will send me the vehicle in my home address. He even read my accurate address and pincode. My complaint is how consumer phone number and address are licked to outsiders. Then what is the security concerned?? This is disgusting.

                I have ordered my mobile on 13th oct 2018, and my promised delivery date was 18th october. On 18th oct they mentioned in the tracking of the website that it was misrouted to another city when i'm asking customer executive that my order is getting late but they are replying like 'you can cancel the order if you want'. I feel it as too rude and moreover today which is 20th oct but still, i didn't receive my order. And when i call the customer care they're telling that promised date was changed to 24th oct else you can cancel the order. I need to take action against the flipkart india and i need a compensation for that rude behavior and bad service. They're not even bothering about my concern, i have to go hometown today, i already have postponed the travel because of this order earlier. And now again i have to postpone my travel for this order. Status is showing shipment is nearby me but delivering to me.

                  I was purchased two mi led tv from the flipkart, but both tv lcd tv delivered to me, i was complaint to flipkart, zooming mi company, but no body resolved my problem they always execause as this tv led but we don't license sale in india, if the company haven't license for labeled as led tv why sale it, it means fraud with consumers. Do needfull, i will go judiciary but through proper channel.

                      I have ordered this tv on 10th of october and i got the delivery date as 15th of october. However i still didn't get the product. Here most annoying thing this is that even the status details are not updated in app properly. Even today also it is showing that it will be

                      I called around 10 to 15 times to flipkart support team and those people are not helpful at all. Everyday they are saying the same thing again again and asking me to wait for 24 hours to get a call from logistics team, not
                      For to get the product. I am also waiting from last 48 hours to get a call and asking me to cancel my order. They said they are not able to contact concerned seller.

                      Again i called the support guy today and finally they confirmed that flipkart can't do anything and they can't deliver the product on time.

                      Higher officials are also useless to provide any further details on the product.

                      I waited for almost one week by paying the total amount to get the product.
                      Flipkart as big organization cannot arrange alternative seller and organize the tv is very [email protected]

                      From last 4 days they are saying that they don't have any info on product from courier facility and asking to wait for 24-48 hours. However the problem is not getting resolved. This incident has made me to avoid flipkart for future orders.

                          Customer care isnt aware of the actual status of the logistics. Even after receiving a text message of out for delivery no one turned up. The customer care says the same thing which i can also see on flipkart app... They also stated that they dont have any information about the seller or the logistics. Thats a fake statement. There was no availability for gstin input while booking or post booking. Customer care executives denied to help in this issue. Is there any mean of just deducting gst amount?                               Where is my order flipkart??? I order (Moto one power) on 11th oct actually delivery date was 17th oct. I received a message saying my order will be delivered on 14th oct sunday i waited for the phone call from delivery agent no one call me and in the evening received message saying address incomplete, wtf!! I received all the orders that i placed online on the same address that i provided to flipkart, i called that delivery guy and asked for my order, he said he wasn't on work today (Sunday) he don't know why his number was update for delivery. No help. So i called up customer service they said they will try delivery my order on next working day, i told them there isn't any problem with my address. I never received a call from delivery agent they apologize blah blah blah.. Next day monday i called that delivery agent he said he is going to office and will check about it. But no news about my order, so i called up flipkart customer, they said your order will be deliver on 17th, i said okay i will wait. Nothing happened in happened on 17th. I called flopkart customer service they said the same your address was incomplete, i told them more 20times that my address is correct i never received a call from the delivery agent, again same thing apologize blah blah blah no help. I called up dotzot they told me same thing address incomplete i told them the same thing. Address is correct your delivery agent didn't call me and he doesn't even know that why his number was update for sunday delivery, again apologize blah blah.. I asked where is order now, they told your order is at mahipalpur, even the flipkart customer service told me that my order is mahipalpur, i told my address is in mahipalpur my order is in mahipalpur why it is too difficult to deliver my order, dotzot guy told me that they are waiting for flipkart order to proceed with the delivery. Called up flipkart no help, all they want is more time and they want us to fill the survey. Am tried of giving strongly disagree to the agents. I already paid for my order till today no news no update and they want time till 23rd oct, said it will be resolve before 1pm. Am still waiting.. 23rd oct will be last i gave more time to flipkart, what they did was they provide flase information to their customers. Big billion day is over flipkart owner busy counting the money, don't even bother what's going on with customer order. Please deliver my before 23rd oct.

                                I am extremely disappointed with you as your poor packaging of redmi note 5 pro that i ordered on Flipkatrt has resulted in my receiving a damaged phone.
                                I submitted my old phone to flipkart as my new redmi was bought on exchange.
                                Now am without any phone because of your carelessness. In the last 3-4days i suffered huge losses in the form of disconnection from friends, defaulting on financial promises to my creditors, loss of face in the family etc. It is very clear that your are greedy about your profit and do not care about the inconvenience and distress you cause to customers.

                                  I had ordered three phones during the big billion day sale. One reached by the stipulated time. However, the first two phones i had ordered on 10 oct have not yet arrived. They were to be delivered by 14 oct and have not been delivered till 19 october. There is a huge communication gap between the customer support guys and the ekart logistics. They just do not work together. I keep getting messages that my issue will be resolved by a certain date. Then i get another message that there will be a further delay. Will this issue even be resolved?

                                    We have attached all the proof regarding exchange phone
                                    Being an advocate we have also gone through all terms & conditions for exchange offers.
                                    Our device are in full working condition as well as satisfies all your needful terms and conditions,
                                    But due to some fake reasons your executive did not exchanged our cellphones
                                    We are more than 8 to 10 people in our group who faced same problem
                                    Hope you guys be responsible & provide proper solution on these matter.
                                    Or else we will have to take these matter with all proff bill, terms, cellphones, etc to social media & through legal departments
                                    Very poor service

                                      Hello,

                                      I have placed a order for a smart watch huami amazfit, order date 12/10/18. But i haven't received the order up till now.
                                      After having telephonic discussion with the back end team of flipkart got to know my order is misrouted and product is return back to seller.

                                      How this magic has happened let me know?
                                      Why the order is misrouted, did i mentioned address of any other planet?

                                      As per suggestions by support team of flipkart, i need cancel the order and reorder it, but since the product no more in stock, how can i re-order it?

                                      Due to technical problem or co-ordination, why do i suffer.

                                      I have been shopping since many years from flipkart because of best quality of services, and this thing has happened with for the first time.

                                      Kindly note my complaint and provide me resolution asap.

                                        I had ordered 2 carpets and i received a single blanket in a pack where as on top of the pack it was maintained 2 carpets its a fraud by flipkart first of all they gave me a single product with a bill of 2 products and that single product was also a wrong product and when i asked for cancellation they accept the blanket and returned me money of single carpet where is my money of other carpet
