I had purchased nokia 6.1 plus on big billion day (10/10/18) with offers and also availed exchange option. My exchange product was declined despite fulfilling the stated guidelines. I was still ready to get my phone by paying the extra price. I notified flipkart to attempt delivery of nokia 6.1 plus again and they agreed to do so. I was assured delivery within 2 business days after exchange was rejected. Later, the delivery wasn't initiated from their end so i kept on calling them and asking them why was i not getting my product. They kept on delaying and dodging my requests. Finally, they declined to deliver my product and are asking me to cancel and reorder. As a consumer, i am at a loss because the big billion day offers are now over and i would have to spill more money to get the same product. They kept on delaying just to scrap and nullify those offers. I can't understand why i can't get my product delivered now. This is nothing but cheating.

Complaint marked as Resolved After putting up a complaint on this forum and numerous tweets on their twitter support page, accompanied with several calls with Flipkart executives daily, I finally managed to get my hands on the phone that I had ordered. It was the tweets and private messages on the "@flipkartsupport" page for me which made this happen. Customer care on the Flipkart app wasn't helpful at all. They took my case seriously only after I tried to make my issue public through Twitter. Constant messages and calls went on for 5-6 days and finally, the phone came at my doorstep.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
