I am trying to place order for 1 headset on the flipkart app but order gets auto-cancelled. Bad customer service, i was speaking to a rep name nidi, she refused to help, nor was she able to transfer to supervise, also sounded like the supervise did not want to come on line. Flipkart is fraud. I ordered a benetton hard case trolley bag worth inr 5500 and i have received a unbranded 300 bucks worth duffle bag. Customer service is very poor and does not provide any help. Back end team is still investigating, don’t know what. It’s been 10 days now already and they could only manage to reject the return raised without any reason.
