I have ordered oppo f9 on 11th october 2018 with exchange of my phone redmi note 3 and order delivered date is 12th october 2018. Delivery agent who came to my house was very rude and declined to come upstairs on my building, so my wife has to go downstairs to collect the phone, as i was in office. Without having knowledge of checking the phone he refused to exchange the phone and go back without delivering the order, and then i received the message that order was declined as product was not matching.
I have called customer care and they promised that order will be delivered as soon as possible, but today 16th october 2018, i received a message that my order was cancelled. I have called them everyday and they promised that your phone will be delivered shortly.
I have formatted my phone due to exchange and kept my phone at home only, so that delivery guy will come and exchange the phone and i have to use different person phone. These few days are almost torture for me and i have suffered a lot, and still they cancelled my order.
Therefore i want to complaint and want to take strict action against flipkart as soon as possible.
