Please beware of flipkart business practises, one such incident happened with me, i have bought a mobile (Oppo f3 plus) from flipkart and with that i also bought an assured buyback of this phone within 8 months, sometime back i bought an another phone from flipkart and exercised my right of selling my 8 months old phone for an assured buyback for 9000,
But to my utter surprise when delivery man came to deliver the phone, he rejected to take my old phone on flimsy ground that this has some marks on the back of phone, entire expererience was very frustating, so please be careful while for opting any flipkart offers.

They did nothing of my complaint, just said sorry and refunded my partial payment which i credited for buying the new phone, as I said earlier in my post, buy back scheme which they offere for 149 rs. is just a ploy/gimmick to increase their sale and nothing, they are not going to buy back your phone later, so don;t buy seeing the higher buy back value of the phone, this is not flipkart but cheaterkart.

    This review is about the seller "vision star" and flipkart, both of them are cheating customers, they had sent me a dead phone, neither it boots up nor it gets charged. Very unhappy with flipkart and it`s quality of products sent. And i called flipkart cc to report and realised that thier customer care team standards are 3rd grade, these guys don`t know how to speak single sentence in english and just speak repeated words like "this is our porcess we cannot do anything else" they are very rude, hopless, and unprofessional people right from the cc agent level till manager level... They dont understand customer and speak with arrogantly as if "if you want the product buy it or go, and also when asked about why the dead product was sent, flipkart blames their sellers.. Which very clearly tells that flipkart is not ready to take any responsibility of the products sold by it" they talk as it they are doing a favor by sending a replacement product.. They speak very rude and harsh.. I had spoke with near 15 people right from cc agent till senior manager level and i dont feel sorry to say that all of them are utterly hopless fellows... Flipkart is cheating its customers.. The products are not sent from the company instead they are packed in local shop with flipkart packaging meterial and then we are made to belive that it is sent from flipkart... I have seen this myself... Flipkart provides its packaging meterials to few shops or dealers.. Who send the products to the customers... And if something goes wrong like in my case... No one takes responsibilty or even thinks of compensating it for the mistake done by them...

    I would never recomment flipkart to anyone.. I am sure they might even delete this comment... But i am going to post it in all social media.. Guys dont trust flipkart at anycost.. They are cheatesrs and very unprofessional...

      I ordered a poco f1 mobile from flipkart on 26th september 2018 it has been 10 days and i have not received my order and flipkart is forcing me to cancel my order.

      Customer care people are giving me different reasons for not delivering the order.

      I ordered this product from a flash sale. And it does take a effort in ordering the product in a flash sale

      I seek for replacement from flipkart.

        I am seller on flipkart and i ordered security bags and flipkart tape and paid online on 22 september and delivery date was 28 september 2018 but it is not delivered yet. Inspite of talking to customer executives many times they were unable to give proper information. Everytime they just extending the date by saying ur complaint will be resolved in few days. As a seller i am facing issue to dispatch my product.
        Kindly help me on this issue.

          I purchased tempered glass guard for lenovo zuk z1 but the product delivered is broken. And flipkart have no return policy to this product. As i have paid before delivery through net banking, i have no option but to loss. We must stop shopping with flipkart. As such marketing will result only destroying money and throughing in a dead hole...
          Give me some solution for this because this is very unfair with the customer.

            I ordered grocery for the 1st time on line on 29th sep with flipkart. These guys committed to delivered on 1st oct between 8pm to 10.30pm. I get a sorry message after 11pm that it cannot be delivered. The next schedule for delivery was sent me by sms for the next date i. E 2nd oct same time. Again i get the sorry message from flipkart that they could not delivery it. This is been repeatedly happening and today it is 4th i have still not received my grocery.

            Total inefficient, absolute no commitment!! Along with the sms i receive a phone no to check the delivery products. This number given does not even go through i have tried multiple times.

            Completely taking customer for granted since i have already paid for the product.

            I called the customer care, they need 48 hours to work this to respond to my query, how painful service can't understand to check and let me know the status flipkart needs 48 hours. Total pathetic!!

            Don't even order grocery from flipkart if you need your food soon, they take eternity to delivery.. It is more quicker with just a call to the nearest shop near your home, they can be much fast rather you stay hunger and wait for the flipkart to reach your grocery.

            These guys can stave you to death if wait for them.

              It's totally fraudness they freeze my account my wallet contain 9000 rupees and a 11000 rupees product in my order they totally looted me approx 20k rupees please help me i am in very trouble.I speak to their all senior customer care executive but they deny to refund or access my account.please take a major action on this company.my registered number is [protected].And also beware of this type of fraudness.

                  This is Rohit and I had purchased phone from flipkart and he had delivered me only box without phone. And when I complained on flipkart support then first he taking almost 1 month tie and then called he had delivered me phone while I didn't get the phone and he holding my money to till time and every time customer care called me he did not able to any thing.                         I forgot my flipkart password, When i tried to change password frm the Forget Password it says ' Cant change password this time try later '.

                        I spoke to Customer care they said the account is blocked but they were not telling any reason and not reactivating same the same .Instead they suggested me create a new account .

                        I have two asks.

                        I want to know why my account was blocked and why no communication was sent in this regard .

                            I placed an order for vivo v11pro starry black 64 gb on october 1st, and tried to pay via credit card (No cost emi).
                            I was immediately debited with 6498.00 (Down payment), and 17628.00.
                            But the order wasn't placed. So i called the costumer care immediately (11:53 pm) and was said the servers were down at the moment. Later a friend told me the amount is usually credited back in 48 hours. Today (October 4th) i received a message stating

                            "dear hdfc bank cardmember, your transaction for rs.*17628.00 at flipkart payments bangalore ind is converted to emi for *18 mths ¡ 15.00000 % p. A. With pf rs. *0.00 on 03/10/2018. Emi amt is exclusive of gst."

                            I called the costumer care and they say there is no payment details with them.
                            Please help me resolve the issue.

                              today i got a a call same and same thing inform previous already 1 day wait and again 2 days inform but not arrange the pickup because flipkart people avoid and think after some day customer loss passions kindly take action high priority basis
                              Txn ID: TX[protected] ... in this txn no dated 28th september amounting Rs.1049/- for buying a ceiling fan high speed. i paid the money through internet banking of SBI . till date i have not got the refund for that transaction or the txn not confirmed yet. please do the needful at early as possible. URGENT

                                I have already registered a complaint on 20th september 2018. My complaint id is 2082827. I have received a call from flipkart customer service for asking the bank details and i have submitted it on 29th september 2018. They asked for 5 working days from october 1st and still have no refund received from them. Kindly follow up the matter with them and expedite the matter as it is old from 23rd august 2018 they assured me to pay back the amount of rs.7739/- being cost of vu tv set returned to them.

                                  I had ordered Asus zenfone max pro m1 and mobile protection on sep 21st
                                  The orders placed are -

                                  The delivery date as promised by flipkart was 22nd sep. After placing the order, i have been requesting flipkart to share the seller details or at least request the seller to deliver the products earlier than the promised date.
                                  I had done full payment of the products with my sbi net banking.

                                  The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered.

                                  I would have made more than 50 calls to flipkart so far but the customer service is pathetic.

                                  i am not received but my orders shows delivered. its prepaid order Rs. 15298/-

                                    I have network issue and battery issues in my mobile.

                                    I have attached the tech visit person photo. You all can simply see that he came with no measuring equipments for testing the mobile. He came took the photo of IMEI number and he got a phone call. He spoke in that after that he said I will update the status. I did not understand for what purpose he came.

                                    when I spoke with the customers care team he updated like Every thing is good in the phone customer is not satisfied. I informed to him he forwarded the call to exclusion department he leassoned everything and he disconnected the call with out giving any response.

                                    This is the way flipkart is cheating the customers. To schedule the tech vist they took one month.

                                    My humble request please do not by any mobile or anything thing from flipkart they are giving defective products and after that not responding to the customers.

                                    I am facing with flipkart many times the same.

                                    I have raised the complaint on 3rd September 2018. From then they are saying that they are raising for tech vista, no one is coming and I did not received any update as well finally when contact the customer care support they say simply tech visit is cancelled with reason customer is not available. (But they did not called me or nothing).

                                    like that for a month use to reschedule and they will not come. Finally they came for name sake on 2nd October 2018 and I not even seen the mobile condition.

                                      I was ordering a seagate hard disk and asus zenfone max pro m1 case abd tempered glass on Flipkart. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using net banking and the bank was state Bank of India. The amount Rs.6198/- has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the cyber receipt as well. I send an email to Flipkart and got no response. I called at the toll free number and the IVR gave an assurance that I will get a call back. Still no response. What should I do?

                                        I have received a massage on dated 3.10.18 (9.03am) as my order id od[protected] has been cancelled due to courier partner was unable to deliver to my address. It"s complete duty negligence of the said courier partner, because my business (Tvs motor cycle dealers) office is placed in heart of the sibsagar town, assam. Also business time is 9am to 8pm. Please inquire about my information in this regards and oblige.

                                        customer said that he has order, but order got cancelled, because WM denied to give door step delivery, and WM is very negligence to give product delivery, apologized for the issue, feedback is taken, educated the customer that place an fresh order, customer agreed, hence closing the case.
