I had ordered a pet bed which was supposed to be delivered by 14th october 2019. As i was out for some work the product could not be delivered to my house. I informed the delivery person to get it on 16th october 2019 to which he agreed. It has not been delivered since then and i am not able to contact because the pin seems to be wrong which is right according to the message i have recieved

    I have bought a refrigerator with the exchange of my older one. Order id is od[protected]. It is prepaid order and i have paid rs.31590. It was out for delivery since 15th oct 2 pm till the end of the day. But it did not come to my home for delivery.

    According to flipkart condition delivery and examination person, both come to gather, and if my old product not eligible i can pay rs.2900 cash at the time of delivery. I have a screenshot for that.

    My old product disqualifies without any reason and only examination person come at home without a new product. I am ready to pay extra amount if my product disqualifies with valid reason.
    Examination person who comes to my home blackmail me and ask for bribery to take old product under exchange policy. I did not agree with his offer so, he has not delivery my new product.

    On the second day, i write a mail to flipkart that i agree to pay rs.2900 if my product disqualified. And on the same day seller cancel my order by saying a customer has refused it.

    My order canceled by the seller.

    I have a cctv camera in my society, so i can prove that the delivery person did not come to my home.

    Now i thought and conclude that the seller just wants to make customer fool. He makes an attractive offer and take money from the customers and use it for a week. And seller makes an attractive offer so, the customers do not move to another seller or other online platform. And after one week reject the order by giving any non-sense reason.

    As a resolution, i want the same product at the same price.

    Otherwise, i will make a group of customers who are suffering from the same problem and on behalf of all of them, i will issue a complaint in consumer court as well as in fraud complaint against flipkart and seller both.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I have ordered vu pixelight tv (50 inches) in flipkart during big billion days offer on oct 12, 2018 and it was also packed on oct 15, 2018. My order id is od[protected]. On the same day i have received a message stating that i have requested for return and so my order was cancelled. But i haven't sent any return request and my order was cancelled without any notification. While i was ordering the tv, it was available for that pincode (635122) address. Now they are stating that it was not deliverable to that address and there was a technical issue with the seller and courier partner. I must know the reason why it can't be delivered now. I haven't received any satisfying reply from them.

      They have refunded my amount of rs 33499. But i need the tv for the same price as i have ordered. I am ready to pay the cash during delivery. Please kindly check into it. Thank you.

        I ordered a psp named as nxt power grand classical gcl psp with mp4 player but i received a damaged product and the product does not matched the description so i requested replacement. Since, multiple reasons returns are not available with flipkart therefore i contacted customer support for a few times and they said for the refund. I gave them my bank details on 16th october 2018 and they said pickup would come on 17th but no person for pick up came and when i saw my orders in flipkart page i saw the refund was cancelled and said refer to flipkart return policy and no new notifications about refund cancellation came to me. I received the product on 6th october and the refund policy was valid till 16th so for me refund must have been processed why was it not processed?
        The refund order was done by flipkart customer service and i also talked with their seniors but however the refund was cancelled even it was done in valid period of time. And one more awkward thing is that the refund cancellation time is going on changing.
        I just want my money back from flipkart.

          Placed order for vivo v11 on 12th oct, order id: od[protected]

          Offer: exchange my redmi note 3; 3500 (Tested on their portal) + 3000 (Bump up discount), total 6500 rs exchange value

          So called ekart delivery boy reached on 17th october and that prime minister rejected my phone stating that it has been opened!! Which actually never happened.

          Flipkart guidelines:
          Checks on your old handset
          1. The details of the brand, model and imei should match the details provided by you. - done

          2. The phone should switch on without being connected to a charger & battery should not be swollen. - done

          3. There should not be any physical damage on the mobile body including charging port. - absolutely na

          4. The screen should be intact without dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the display. - absolutely na

          5. Screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock - needs to be deactivated). - done

          6.in case of apple phones, icloud account should be dis-associated/unlocked from the phone. Na

          7. If the checks fail, your exchange item will not qualify for pick up. You can still get your new product by paying the value of your exchange item via cash at the time of delivery.

          Had to give 6400 in hand as i was in urgent need of the new handset!!

          Now what i need is visit to flipakrt executive to my home and take away my redmi note 3 and handover me the cash rs 6400 (Which i handed over to ekart guy)

          Don't know why doesn't flipkart mentions so many points for second hand handset exchange, simply mention that you need brand new scratch less unused handet... Problem solved!

          Now flipkart do need to take some proper action to resolve this issue.

          Same thing happened with me, my phone dint even have wear and tear the phone looks brand new...
          I confirmed this by placing the e order again with very good phone but still it got rejected, he literally spend 30 mins to find one small scratch and rejected, I could not stop laughing.

            Dear Sirs,
            I cancelled the above ordered item, since the product package kept inside Flipkart's closed cover, was found tampered and a part of it namely, the tag with string, was missing and there was no invoice copy also kept inside. And the colour of the item is also different than what was ordered. Fine, I would have accepted even a different colour, but not the tampered packet without its accompaniments stated above. On cancellation I received an SMS Flipkart, as under:

            "Return Request Accepted: The seller has arranged a replacement for Bizone ... from your order with order ID OD[protected]. A Wishmaster will pick up the originally delivered item by Tuesday, Oct 16, 2018. The replacement will be shipped within 1 business day of the pick up. Please keep the item in the product box along with accessories & tags ready for pickup. Please check your email for important details to ensure a successful pickup."

            Flipkart messenger came to collect back the replacement requested item on 16th Oct 2018. As he could not give me any acknowledgement for having received the item from me, he returned the item to me stating I should speak to the customer care people..

            I did not get any SMS for further course of action from flipkart, , but on checking flipkart account online, I was taken by surprise that they have cancelled my replacement request.

            I fanatically tried their customer care numbers but to no avail. I thus posted a message in their website from my account after which, I received the following message:

            "Hi, We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but we haven't been able to do so yet. We'll call you again by 17 Oct, 03:00 PM to help you with your concern. Please be available for a speedy resolution."

            Someone from customer care tried twice but due to mobile tower and signal issue, could not even express anything. and never called back.

            I want flipkart to:
            1) Send Replacement of the complete item as ordered in an untampered packet
            2) Send the original Invoice along with the consingment which they send usually
            I guess, the packet has been opened and tampered enroute somewhere.

            Please help me soon

                  I have been trying to login to my flipkart account link with email address [protected]@gmail.com but i always received an error msg "login unsuccessful, please try after few minutes". I also tried to reset my password many times but it always says "unable to update the password".                       I have ordered mobile phone with price as Rs 9898/- in Big billion days, Expected delivery time was 15th Oct 18. On 17th Oct 18 I received mail from Flipkart saying, Seller will not deliver your order, so cancel your order from your end and reorder the product.

                      I was able to see the same products are available in this seller (Vision Star). But still they are not shipping my product. And if I reorder the product then now seller increased the price after big billion. Ideally Flipkart should be replace the order with the same price and not from our end.

                      This should be purely considered as breach of contract.

                      Flipkart customer care is worst and harass the customer by using such fraud techniques

                            I am not satisfied with flipkart service always I am getting defect product.last year I had purchased moto E4 plus and I complaint the flipkart about defect piece they said we have only 10 days replacement policy so we cant return and replace it but I have made online complaint on 6th days but they rejected my complaint and they didn't bother customer problem .I got Moto E4 plus with multiple issue(mother board issue, dual sim issue, network issue, 4g issue, heating issue) I went multiple times in services center also but they also didn't resolved my issue .Seems flipkart actual meaning is stress given to customer instead of happyness..

                            Now history again repeated with me I didn't do any online shopping from flipkart from last year incident but this time my husband order vivo V9 online for surprise gift for me and I was not aware that he has order from flipkart..
                            Let me tell you all issue that I got in vivo V9 product
                            Seems used mobile due to following reasons
                            Got 100%charged mobile
                            All app were installed and I can see all bad videos in YouTube
                            What's app is installed
                            I can see in mobile data set 26th July 2018
                            Charger and ear phone is not seems originally product color different in ear phone and charger wire adapter is white color but ear phone and charger wire is light blue color.
                            I have trying to raise online complaint from flipkart customer care but they are not listening but complaint and keep my number on hold, I tried more than 20 times but no response.
                            Now my question is from flipkart why are you making fool to people you are providing fake product to people wish flipkart should be closed not seems customer supportive in any way.so giving fake product..

                              I ordered flat sandals, i wear size 8 but its 1 size larger for me. I m trying to return it since 2 days from app/website but its showing something went wrong neither i m able to get the refund. I got one tempred glass which i m not even able to return, its 1 inch samller than actual tempered glass all waste of money in big billion sale worst of all i was not even able to review the product. This is my second and worst experience with flipkart.

                                I have ordered poco f1 on 10.10.2018 via order no. Od[protected], the delivery date is 17.10.2018. Today is 17th oct, still the product is not even packed or dispatched from the seller (Vision star). I dont know why they are delivering the product and flipkart team is so helpless to seller that they cannot ask their seller regarding the query and provide us satisfactory answers.

                                Everytime the complain numbers are being generated and flipkart customer service ask us to wait & wait.

                                This is not done. We need the satisfactory answers from you/seller.

                                    Sir i have purchased 13 different products on big billion day till 15 october 2018 it showing order confirmed and some dispatched but suddenly on 16 october 2018 all items showing as cancelled if i contact customer care they are not helping they are saying sorry we are refunding your money. They not understanding we have waited for big billion day to get good offer and purchased they are easily saying they will refund by cancelling orders. I need they have to send whatever orders got confirmed

                                      During the sale big billion days i place an order for mobile asus zenfone 5z (64 gb) on 11th oct. At 12:34 am, as it was under a huge discount of 5000 and additional 10% discount using hdfc card. Rs 22898 was deducted for my phone and complete mobile protection plan.
                                      All was going fine till oct 13th. My order was confirmed, product shipped from bangalore to delhi, and finally reached at the ekart logistics model town hub on 13th oct at 7:34am.
                                      On oct 15th in evening, i received an sms informing me that my order has been cancelled and the refund will be initiated. I called in flipkart to know the reason behind cancellation without any intimation. There they said that my was cancelled by the seller due to bulk orders, i replied that i have only made a single order for asus zenfone 5z and paid for a single phone then how it is a bulk order. I asked for the order ids for the bulk order, which will prove that i have made bulk orders, but they didn’t help.

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating that he received a fake call regarding the offer wherein he has won a car and needs to pay the amount to claim the same. Customer has already made the payment. Hence, spoke to customer and informed that this call was not from Flipkart and to contact the cyber crime for further assistance.
