Hi, Iam from Calicut, kerala .I purchase a Honor 7 A mobile through flipkart on 30.09.2018( invoice no FAAA2U[protected]), and that time flipkart provide a offer says that they provide one year screen protection to my phone and i already paid Rs 275/- for it. but on 30.08.2018 my screen is broken. what i do for replace the sreen card or how to use one year protection facility. I need contact details of calicut flipkart office and address also....

I have purchased google pixel 2 xl phone on www.flipkart.com on APRIL 13TH 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.10000 cash back on hdfc credit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date.. It's been 90 days and i have not received the cash back amount of rs.10000. Also i even called flipkart customer care couple of times but they have not providing the proper reason.

I had order a mobile Samsung J6 32gb on 19th Aug 2018 & flipkart promise to deliver on 20th Aug that mean next day.
But don't know why its still not deliver to my address.

I have placed many complain to your customer care and they give my only 48hrs on each complain but no resolution happened.

Now when i going cancel the order its automatically got rejected.
Your customer care executive also did...

1. The product received not as per order.
2. The product is not detecting in any computer.
3.Person accepting order return does not accept as it different from ordered.
4. Cannot raise return request from website as option not working, customer care says system is down.
5. Now Flipkart is not accepting the returns as return time is over....

I had received the phone on 28 or 29 August evening and have started using the phone from 29-Aug-2018 morning. On opening and on using the phone I found the following faults.

1. The camera looses focus which ever I tap the screen to focus on some point/person and is making the whole picture...

I order Nokia 7 plus on 22nd of August 2018 on Flipkart. They delivery date given from Flipkart was on 25th of same month.

But unfortunately it got delayed, then customer service executive Akshath informed it'll be delivered within 29th of the same month and again it got delayed. They postponed it to 30th of August. Again they're repeating the same dialogue to wait...
