I tried to order flying machine phant. I made payment but order was unsuccessful. I contacted customer care and they promised me refund within 24 hours but i did not get my refund. This is worst experience ever. Even it became difficult to contact them. They are not responding correctly. The customer care numbers are always not reachable. They even not responding to my mail

    My name is aneeth. I've joined to flipkart affiliate in may 2018, and since then my payments are getting approved and money is not crediting.in my affiliate account i'm having 5900rs as approved payment over a month, till now that money isn't credited to my account. All the documents verified and still delay in the payment. I would like to know that when will the amount be credited to my account. Regarding the payment issue i contacted you several times but didn't get the response. I've mailed you several times but didn't get any reply. My tracking id is anesura.

      Hello,
      Recently i have ordered a redmi note 5 pro with an exchange model moto e4 plus worth of 3500, so the total amount i paid for new phone 9600. Ekart guy not even looked my phone properly n after sometime he said, i will deliver a product and come back, i waited for 15 mins no call back, then i called him back and asked he said your phone is rejected totally frustrated. This is the service you providing to the customer and your not taking my old phone for 10000, it's just 3500. When we order a new phone in flipkart with exchange we should buy a new phone n keep ready.. Really worst worst worst service from ekart n flipkart.

        I had ordered apple airpods. I paid through my hdfc card and got the airpods for ₹6859 (Mrp 12000). The order was accepted, the payment was done, mail and message received. After 10 hours, i received the message that my order has been cancelled due to limited availability of stock with the seller - supercomnet (This seller is flipkart owned).
        I went on the website and i saw the same airpods listed on the website for sale from the same seller. This time it was available for net after discount and offer price of ₹7859.
        What was the reason of cancellation if the same product by same seller is still available??? Flipkart has no right to cancel the order and it is a clear case of withdrawing the offer.! This is a cheating case when it comes to indian contract act and otherwise as well.! Even after 2 days, the product is still available but now at a price of ₹9, 000.
        I called multiple times, wrote on twitter as well. Got a silly answer that it’s a seller’s decision to cancel. What is flipkart doing then?? Why won’t they honour their commitment? Why should i suffer? Why shouldn’t i get the airpods at ₹6859 when it was listed at that price and i paid that price and the order was placed successfully.

            Hi Team,

            I unfortunately purchased a 1.5 ton MarQ Invertor AC on 10-Oct-18 through Order Id OD[protected] trusting Flipkart and made a worse decision of my life. This got delivered on 12-Oct-18 and today it got Installed through Jeeves as recommended and arranged by Flipkart. Jeeves send a person (Abhishek Giri) to install a AC who has never installed a AC in his life. Secondly, he was without the tools and I have to provide him with some of the tools. Thirdly he was clueless of the wiring and was asking me to help. He took 4 hours to install the AC. Now I have attached the pics of the quality of installation done with this mail. The pipes are not bend correctly and instead of tools he was using his hands for this, both the pipes are not aligned with the wall and the AC and are not properly alighned. The AC is not fit correctly on the wall stand and there is an inch gap between wall and AC. The ODU wiring, the pipes are not beneath the ac rather they are coming out. He said this is done like this only. Now after he went I kept the AC working for an hour and find out that the water instead of going through the drain pipe is coming out from all places in the AC onto my wall.

            This is a truly a frustrating experience for me and I want a resolution ASAP. This reflects on the MarQ brand and I will sure take it on every social platform if this is not taken care i[censored]rgently by an experienced engineer who knows about AC rather than a person from Jeeves who not know a AC and came to install it.

            Looking for an urgent intervention, resolution and action against person responsible.

              Please note that we have place few airtel 4g broadband on 11/10/2018 for rs 899/- after a day price of the product on 13/10/2018 was increased to rs 999/- because of which the producer ordered wad cancelled.

              Now we are unable to place order for the same product since i have reached the max. Limit for this order and have to suffer for something which is not our fault.

              Request you to resolve the matter at the earliest..

                You (Flipkart) showing the availability of all three items and when we proccessed the order and pay the full amount 13182 rs.

                But after one day, all my three items was cancelled without any reason.

                Flipkart is fooling the customer by showing the items available and use the customer's amount for his business.

                How can all my three items which i ordered is unavailable?
                I know flipkart refund my money but he is fooling the customer by showing them the item is available.
                Why flipkart was showing all item was in stock at the time of booking?

                Flipkart is looting customer in a day light.

                  I had ordered real me 2 mobile via flipkart which was stating delivery by 13oct 2018 before 7pm. So according i place order to dharavi mahim address. I stay in mira road and i was having work in mahin on 13th so i prefred mahim address. Now they are saying that it will take more time. And now i am going back to my home mira road. So i request them to change the address. Now they are saying it not possible. And after 13th oct next day onwards no one will b available on mahim address every1 will b out of town.                     I had ordered a wills lifestyle men's trouser on 10'th october, 2018. The product for delivered to me on 12th october. When i opened the package, i found a similar looking trouser as i had ordered but without any mrp tag / label to describe it as a genuine product. So i raised a return request on 12th october to get refund back. Now they are refusing to take the product back. So i called the help-line number to say about this fault of theirs. They are saying that i might have torn the tag and lieing about it. This is the second time that flipkart has done like this with me. I can't lose my money because of their mistake.

                      This is lavanya. This mail is regarding a gift voucher which i had ordered for my friends birthday as on 11 oct 2018. There were two gift vouchers worth inr 500 and inr 100, while ordering the gift voucher. I had by mistake entered a wrong email address which is not valid.

                      Since the email id was wrong the mail sent from your end should be bounced.

                        I purchase asus zenfon max pro m1 i complaint for this product... First time technician came and factory rest the mobile and said to me sir use this for some days and problem is not solving in proper ways call again you have more time now.. Next day its show same problems, camera not clear, functing not work properly, hanging problem and apps details not show. It has bunch of problems... But next day i called flipkart to solve my problems they said we inform our technician but he not came to me and without information he cancelled my replacement request... I was calling again and again to flipkart they said to no problem sir technician came and take your device and replace it... I remind that my replacement period is less... But they called me it our problem sir not your... I warry about this but after replacement period they refuse their words... And advice to me go to customer care... Its your fault not my so why i am go to customer care... I need help

After opening the flipkart package i found that there was no phone inside the package or the box of mi note5 pro, instead of that there was a box of mobile phone namely tannzo in which i had found three broken bricks of nirma bar.

                              I purchased apple macbook air from flipkart (Order id od[protected] for my brother (Business purpose) but the invoice which i received from flipkart and in this case, their sellers, sana retails private limited, does have his gstin on it and but does not have my brother's firm gstin on it.
                              The website while buying does not allow to enter gst information and after purchase also, there is no mechanism to reach seller/flipkart where...

                                Flipkart has displayed product video ststing that moto z2 force with turbo power mod.
                                Turbo power mod is product bundled with phone at no extra cost.

                                I have been delivered product today and found that priduct delivered is not bundled with turbo power mod.

                                Company has tried to fooled customer with displaying such video and is telling that same is not included... Whereas video shown clearly says that same is supplied with phone.

                                I bought Moto z2 force mobile from Flipkart during big billion day sale, Oct 12th 2018, I got a defective product died at arrival, I got replaced with new phone on 21.10.2018, new phone also lot of defects net work disconnected automatically, no wifi signal available even if wifi turned on, mobile continuously restarts, when I receive a incoming calls mobile Turing black screen, I'm unble to lift incoming calls, every day I have experienced with new problem with this mobile, power off also not resposnding more than 5 mins, I never seen before this much defects in a single phone, Flipkart kart cheted customers, so monay customers faced similar problems who bought this mobile in big billion day, it's really very worest experience, Flipkart should aswer specially in the case Moto z2 force customers. I thing I want to tell Flipkart intentionally sold only defective pieces in Oct 2018 big billion sale..

                                  On 3/10/18 at about 10.40am an amount of rs.8334 has been deducted from my bank account against 5 nos. Transactions. I have not ordered any thing from flifkart or not done any online shopping. I complained over phone to customer care with details of transactions. It was informed that matter will be solved by 2pm of 8/10/18 with call back. But no information or money returned. Date of complain 4/10/18. Pl help.

                                    Had conversation to customer, as per request for price difference for Rs.2000/- due to decrease in price, informed that price are dynamic and are subjected to change and no such request can be provisioned.
                                    We are closing complain from our end.

                                    Hello,

                                    Closing the complaint is not a solution, offering 300 INR compensation for a lose of not justified. A company like flipkart should not cheat the customer by not giving a solution for a price change in 15 days after the purchase.
