I am naveen kumar sharma, sbi account holder in your bank acc no:[protected]. On 5th oct i purchased a apple charger of rs 1599 through internet banking. First time my money is debit from my account transaction id[protected]igaemqokx2), but order is not placed. As discussed with merchent or flipkart they told me that vendor didn't received money, please contact to your bank. I contact to my bank they registered my complaint ticket no :[protected]. They told me that they discussed with merchant and money is successfully transferred to merchant account. Today also i discussed with merchant they told me they didn't received any money of this transaction id. Please look into this matter. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Note - same amount rs1599 was done on same day with transaction id (Pzt[protected]vj2yk01igaemrzer9). Which was successfully done and order is placed.

I am attaching my bank detail and sbi complaint reply.

    I had ordered a lenovo k8 note and a srt back cover on 10 october 2018 of total amount 8393/- of which 1000 i paid through gift voucher and remaining 7393 through my debit card but the order was not successful even the amount was debited from my account. Now as per flipkart customer care the amount was refunded on 11 october and the amount will be credited after 8 days in my debit card but till date i have not received the 7393 amount in my account.

      I have purchased my items on flipkart and my account is running normally and my 400 -500 rs was on my flipkart wallet and everything was fine.
      Less returns less complains. Every thing was just ok but suddenly yesterday i checked my account its showing blocked without any reason
      Then i contacted flipkart and they said they do not have any reason
      Flipkart is working very arbitrarily. They are closing accounts without reasons and without information please help me i was the plus member of flipkart and i have money in my flipkart wallet

        Hi,
        I have purchased mobile on 11 october 2018. As per status update my order received to nearest hub i. E warje hub pune on 14 october 2018.
        After i called several times but still order not delivered.
        Everyday flipkart updates as product out for delivery but delivery and mark it as failed as wishmaster didn't reach my address.
        Everyday i calls flipkart but they just gives me date as my order is escalated and will be delivered by 20 october 2018.
        On 19 october 2018 again i have called them and got surprised that now flipkart saying wait till 23 october 2018.
        I have asked them for cancellation but everytime they says it is system issues and that's why they can't my order.
        Moreover they says that once wishmaster is at your doorstep then deny the delivery and it will be cancelled.
        But till i didn't got call from wishmaster and noone came for delivery also at my shipping address.

        Flipkart is doing it this unethical business and not delivering the product.

        Please extend this to as many as possible and let the truth get highlighted.

        I received call from Bangalore on 20 October. I think lady who was talked with me is from grievance team.
        She told me to wait till 7pm and product will get delivered surely.And if it not delivered then maximum by 22 October 2018.It will be delivered.
        But what if it is not delivered by 22 october 2018 also.
        She just it will get delivered for sure.
        Now flipkart has to deliver it by 22 October 2018 or refund me as I am not able to cancel the order.

        I got below SMS from VMEKRTL today at 7:55AM.

        Shipment Delay: The delivery of Asus ZenFone 5Z (Meteo... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com has been delayed. We will deliver within three days.
        Even I faced Similar Issue, I ordered Redmi Note 5 pro in prize 12,[protected]and Mobile is high in demand, If i Sold in Market to any Shop in 14999, within a minute can be sold, Delivery Date was 16 on 15th October i got message Customer has Requested delivery on another date, I complain to Flipkart and DTDC/DOTZot, they told will resolved issue in 2 days, Again on 18th October I Got message From Dotzot Customer has Requested delivery on Another date and Same thing happen on 19th And I call Flipkart and DTDC customer care on 18, 19 and Inform your courier guy is lying, But Flipkart call me to tell if Dotzot Unable to Deliver product will be Cancelled ?

        My Question is Since I ordered in Big Billion days, And On Order canceling Flipkart, Seller and Dotzot will be benefitted, Suppose when product would be canceled And Mobile high in Demand, And Seller will earn 2000 RS and Gave commission to Flipkart 500, Dotzot-500 and Keep 1000 Rs with himself and in Addition Flipkart will refund money in 10-15 Days and if they do with 1000 0customers means They will have Crores RS to Invest for Bussiness purpose . IS They are doing to become Big Billion Company?

Resolve the issue asap. And take a necessary action on this and also mascarra in this combo kit dont have any expiry date.

            On 13th of October i received the realme 2 pro i ordered and since day one i have been facing problem with the Battery of the phone, the phone gets from 100% battery to 0% in almost 6-7 hours with minimum usage and to top it up the battery even draines while the phone is turned off. I have complained thrice but they keep rejecting my request.

              I have created my account and made a first order as i purchased a mobile for my self and next time i ordered same mobile for my brother they cancelled my order so i called customer care to know the reason of cancellation and next day flipkart deactivated my account. Then i send mails to flipkart they replied u are reselling the mobiles that is why we closed your account.
              I have purchased just one product with my account and i am reselling it what the hell. Flipkart is doing nonscence and doing what they want without care of any government. So please help me. That was my personal no. Please help me to open my account

                I had ordered "nike retaliation tr 2 training & gym shoes for men" from flipkart by the seller retailnet but the company has automatically canceled my order and also payment has been deducted. I asked the customer care, they told me to book the shoes again but now the price has been increased more than inr 2000 from existing price.
                Flipkart is bluffing customers by showing additional discounts during the sale, which they are unable to fulfill so they cancel the orders. Please resolve the issue as i want to buy the shoes at the existing price.

                  I have purchased so many products from flipkart. Recently in big billion days i have ordered so many things due to hdfc card offer in big billion days. And i purchased an i pad one day i called flipkart to know my ipad order status and next day flipkart blocked my account with no reason. I contacted the customer care and senior of flipkart and ask for the reason but they said they do not have any reason so please help me i have lots of old data. Please help me.

                    Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                    Entered the code successfully.
                    After that it was asking please set a new password.

                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I ordered a laptop acer swift 3 sf315-52g on 10th october during the big billion day sale (@ 44990 inr). The estimated delivery was on 16th october 2018 but it has not been delivered yet. When i called the customer support, they say it has been damaged during shipping and now you have to reorder it. The price of the laptop is 64990 inr now, which is 20000 rs greater than at which i ordered it. If there is stock, why can't flipkart replace the damaged product. They don't even tell me the sellers/retailers name so i can file a complaint in consumer forum.

                          I ordered 2 products on big billion days deal, one should have been delivered by 17th oct 2018 but still didn't receive. I called twice to ecomexpress delivery customer executive they told it will be delivered within 24 hrs i waited for 3 days but still didn't receive. Later i called to flipkart they are still saying it will take 2 more working days but still not sure will be delivered it not. Another product is still not even packed for delivery. This is my worst experience with flipkart. Not sure in future i'll buy anything from flipkart or not.. Very annoying.

                          Even i orderd product from Amazon, and Amazon Delivery boy i asked is DotZot is Amazon Courier partner they said no, I was happy but my Money was blocked and Offer like Durga puja Sale over and from 24-27 Festiver offer but Money is blocked in Flipkart
                          I ordered Can bean bag product on 24th-Dec-2018, order id is OD[protected] .
                          the product delivery date is Jan 4th-2019, but till now shouldn't delivered (still didn't receive).
                          I spoke twenty more times to flipkart customer care customer executive, they told it will be delivered within 24 hrs i waited for 2 days but still didn't receive.
                          Later i called to flipkart they are still saying it will take 2 more working days but still not sure will be delivered it not. Product is still not even packed for delivery. Seller is not responding and i am not get a call from seller,
                          Still flipkart customer care customer executive people says the wait for Jan-11th, its head ache to recive call s from flipkart, even they dont address the issue and they dont share infromation well and people who are dealing with front end calls they not polite to talk.I am not ready to wait for longer time.I am palning to lodge compalin in Consumer form.

                          This is my worst experience with flipkart. Not sure in future i'll buy anything from flipkart or not.. Very annoying.

                              I had ordered pocophone f1 from flipkarts big billion days sale. Flipkart delivered me honor 7a on sunday. First time i raised the replacement request it was cancelled from the sellers end. Numerous calls to the customer helpline, they ask me same question again and again and apologizes. That's it. I raised the return request 2 days ago. Now it has been more than 5 days, there has been no update. I spent rs. 21600 and got a mobile phone worth rs. 8999. Now they are not returning my mobile and taking longer time to process my return. No confirmations only false hopes given. I tweeted too but they don't seem to do anything about it. I just want the product i ordered or the full refund in my bank account.

                                10 oct: asus zenfone max pro m1 ordered (With xiaomi redmi note 3 exchange): od[protected]

                                12th oct: came for delivery but denied as he told some body from lower side is not proper shape but there is no issue in actual.
                                Then i called flipkart on 12th oct and complaint about it

                                13th oct: flipkart asked for clear pics, i sent 8 clear pics of all sides and imei number on same day. Either flipkart should have
                                Denied this exchange at this point of time only

                                14th oct: mail came for flipkart around 11.13am for approval of exchange and written that new phone will be deliver and old will be picked.
                                But no one coming to delivery new phone and pick old phone.

                                After that i called with flipkart 5-6 times on next four days, they all assured that phone will be delivered and old phone will be picked but no one coming for delivering till today 19th oct.

                                  मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से बाय विथ एक्सचेंज ऑफर के तहत १ मोबाइल का १४oct २०१८ को आर्डर दिया जिसका आर्डर id, id od[protected] है..
                                  फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा अगले दिन १५ oct २०१८ को आर्डर डिलीवर करना सुनिश्चित किया, डिलीवरी के समय मेरा एक्सचेंज वाला मोबाइल फ्लिपकार्ट की शर्त के अनुसार ठीक नहीं था, क्युकी उस पर स्क्रेच थे, डिलीवरी बाय ने उसे देने से मना कर दिया।
                                  मेने डिलीवरी बाय को इसके बदले में कैश अमाउंट देने की पेशकश की जैसा की आर्डर देते समय तय था की यदि मेरा मोबाइल उनके अनुसार एक्सचेंज की पात्रता पूरी नहीं कर पाता है तो भी कस्टमर केश अमाउंट देकर आर्डर प्राप्त कर सकता है, परन्तु डिलीवरी बाय ने ऐसी किसी भी जानकारी का होने का मना कर दिया और मुझे आर्डर की डिलीवरी नहीं दी.

                                  मेने इस बाबद कई बार कस्टमर केयर वालो से बात की तो उनका कहना था की मेरा आर्डर १९ oct तक डिलीवर करवा दिया जाएगा, अब 19 oct २०१८ को शाम को कस्टमर केयर वालो का कॉल आ रहा की ये प्रोडक्ट एक्सचेंज ऑफर के तहत नहीं है और वो उसे डिलीवर नहीं करवा सकते और मुझ पर दबाव बनाया जा रहा है की आप अपना आर्डर केंसल कर दे अन्यथा कोरियर द्वारा इसे अन-डिलिवर्ड मानकर केंसल कर दिया जाएगा।

                                  अब प्रश्न यह है की यदि इस प्रकार की कोई स्कीम थी ही नहीं तो फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा इसका इतना जोर-शोर से प्रचार क्यों किया जाता है,

                                  अगर इस प्रकार की स्कीम थी ही नहीं तो आर्डर देते समय यह क्लीयर करना था, फ्लिपकार्ट ने मार्किट में आर्डर नंबर बढ़ाने के लिए जबरजस्ती आर्डर ले लिए ताकि शेयर-धारको और कस्टमरों तक ज्यादा पेंठबनाई जा सके,

                                  अगर इस प्रोडक्ट पर कोई स्कीम थी ही नहीं तो फ्लिपकार्ट को यह सुनिश्चित करने में ५ दिन का समय क्यों लगा, यह बात तो कस्टमर केयर वाले जिस दिन मेने शिकायत की तो उसी दिन बता देना था या अगले दिन बता सकते थे.

                                  १ आम आदमी बहुत ही सोच समझकर और अपने बजट के अनुसार वार-त्यौहार पर अपनों को खुश करने के लिए खरीददारी करता है, मेने भी नवरात्री के पावन पर्व पर अपने किसी खास के लिए यह मोबाइल आर्डर किया था, अब मेरे लिए यह पूरा त्यौहार ही फीका हुआ, क्युकी मेरा पैसा तो अकाउंट से काट लिया गया, अब वो जब आएगा तब आएगा, अभी तो में बहुत ही निराश हु.

                                  फ्लिपकार्ट का कोई एग्जीक्यूटिव इस सम्बन्ध में सॉरी बोलकर अपना पल्ला झाड़ लेगा लेकिन मेरी उस आत्मभावना का क्या होगा जो मेने बड़ी उम्मीद के साथ फ्लिपकार्ट पर भरोशा व्यक्त किया था, आम आदमी हु बस फ्लिपकार्ट के उच्च अधीनस्थ तक अगर हो सके तो बात पहुंचना चाहता हु, ऐसा मत करिये किसी के साथ, अगर कोई आप पर भरोशा व्यक्त करता है तो आपको कोई हक़ नहीं की आपका उसका भरोशा तोड़े।

                                    I have ordered this tv on 10th of october and i got the delivery date as
                                    15th of october. However i still didn't get the product. Here most annoying
                                    Thing this is that even the status details are not updated in app properly.
                                    Sometimes it is showing as in delivery state and sometimes it is showing as
                                    In shipped state in app. Even today also it is showing that it will be
                                    Delivered by 15th of october. I don't know how flipkart will deliver the
                                    Product on past date. This is how effectively the app is working.

                                    I called around 10 to 15 times to flipkart support team and those people
                                    Are not helpful at all. Everyday they are saying the same thing again again
                                    And asking me to wait for 24 hours to get a call from logistics team, not
                                    For to get the product. I am also waiting from last 48 hours to get a call
                                    From concerned team. There is no use. I didn't get any call. I asked to
                                    Provide the contact details of the hub to contact them directly or else to
                                    Get the product from there by myself if possible. Even they are not doing
                                    That also.

                                    Again i called the support guy today and finally they confirmed that
                                    Flipkart can't do anything and they can't deliver the product on time.
                                    Support guys are also saying that there
                                    Higher officials are also useless to provide any further details on the
                                    Product.

                                    I waited for almost one week by paying the total amount to get the product.
                                    This is how flipkart guys responded to me and treat there customer.

                                    From last 4 days they are saying that they don't have any info on product from courier facility and asking to wait for 24-48 hours. They also raised the incident in[protected]. However the problem is not getting resolved. They ares imply extending the delivery data without giving valid update.

                                    After I registered the compalint I got a message for out for delivery. I called wish master guy and he said his vehicle got damaged. So he can't deliver then product on 19th October. But he updated the status as customer not reposnded.

                                    Again 20th I tried calling him and I got invalid pin respone. Even I told this to Flipkart team and they said they will resolve it.

                                    Again today (20 Oct) also same thing happened with delivery guy. Without calling me again he has updated as customer is not responded.

                                    How you guys are encouraging this type of fake things from the courier people. I didn't even get any message regarding out for delivery today.

                                    Is Flipkart is trying to make me to cancel the product or what?

                                    I think courier people and Flipkart is playing with me.

                                    After all these days this is what I got from Flipkart "The trusted online store of India", fake response from courier people and fake updates from Flipkart team.

                                    If really wish Master made a call to me today, check with the ekart call list or else I am ready to provide my call log to show if he called me or not.

                                    Even I am ready to show the video surveillance footage at my home to prove that no one came today to deliver the product today.

                                    Tell me what you guys are expecting after all I kept my trust in flipkart?

                                    I think Finally Flipkart and ekart is in a process to frame me for the mistake of not delivering of the product.

                                    Today it self I reported the thing done by wish Master with escalations team and you people said that you will take action against that. However same thing happened again with the wish master, fake updates on customer.

                                    It prooved that Flipkart didn't take any action against this or Flipkart itself is doing this fake update thing with courier facility guys.

                                    Now the issue started with the delivery of the product. I got the out for delivery message and I called the wish Master for the product. He said his vehicle got damaged yesterday and said he can't come. Finally he updated the delivery status as customer is not available.

                                    Again I tried calling him and getting invalid pin response.

                                    Is this how Flipkart is messing up with me.

                                      I bought wd 40 stain remover from fljpcart. And mrp os 450. I got that on 503 rs includes delivery charges... Actual max retail price of product is 320... And i had been cheated... Plz give me reply on this other wise i will going to consumer court. I have done evry paper.. The bill and the product price sticker and actual mrp behind the fake mrp sticker

                                        I have one e gift voucher which has 3000 balance but right now i having 0 balance. I have purchased one parker pen ₹230, then not a single product, then too my card balance is 0. By contacting with flipkart support team they say, i purchased ₹2800 products which is delivered in thane. And i didn't purchase any of this product which is clearly sat it's a fraud case.
