I want compensation from flipkart 2000/-. I paid already 750 amount through upi transaction. But they said we will unable to deliver your product, because of pincode issue. If pincode is the real issue then how is my order placed for same pincode. After the expected date i. E. 15 oct 2018 they said it is renewed to 19 oct 2018 and still they fail to deliver. Today is 19 oct and i got call from flipkart to cancel the order or change the pincode. So tell me what to do i don't want to change the address and also don't want to cancel my order. Who will cancel if the order is in customer interest and already assigned.

    I got the product acer helios 300 on 17th of october when i unboxed the product i found a line passing through display from top to bottom while unboxing itself. Contacted flipkart and they're saying to wait for technician to arrive i'm still waiting for them and there's no response from their side. Pls help me as i've paid such a hefty amount to get a product which turned to be defective.

      I recently ordered a mug which was nothing as it was shown in the picture when it was delivered. Also the way how it was packed was really terrible. It came inside a carboard box and that's it. No details about the company who manufactured no cover on it. The mug that was shown in the picture had a steel mug and a steel and plastic lid and also a cup. But the product that i got only has a cheap quality lid and a mug that's it. I'm highly dissapointed with flipkart services. The link to the product is given below

        Sub : frustrated order delays.
        I'm an flipkart customer since last 10-11 years. I've never experienced this order delayed issues of any of my order with flipkart. This is the first time i felt bad about the last order but it is really disappoints me.

        My order # od[protected]

        I had ordered a redmi note 5 pro 64gb version (Big billion day sale) on 12th october at 12.00 am. The app said the delivery of the product will be done in 3 working days i. E. By 15th october. The order did not even reach from the seller hub on the delivery date. On calling the customer care 5-6 times from 15th oct to 18th oct, the customer care team said that they aligned their team to deliver the package asap and they informed on every update but i'm getting their delayed messages information through auto sms only. Now again they said it is yet to reached in my city.. And will be deliver on 19th october.
        I had attached screenshot of my order details for your reference. Request you to resolve the issue immediately since it was ordered for an purpose.

        Exchange Policy is totally foolish try with Flipkart: In-spite of several follow ups about Delivery Delays with all Flipkart Team via Phone/Email/Social platforms, I have got prompt response and an update Delivery status
        For that reason, I would like to thank you for addressing this promptly, got a call from your representative at today morning. Appreciate that!!!
        As per the communication, the Delivery Person came to my House at 01.00 PM today and he Examine the Old Mobile (REDMI NOTE 3) and it is been rejected due to Smudges, Slight Usage Dent on Back Cover BUT NOT DAMAGED, DISPLAY AND GLASS SCREEN is 100% NEW.The examination was happened through WHATSAPP confirmations by taking Snaps from the Home via Delivery Person and he sent to another end of Ekart Logistics team persons who sitting and examine with Just Pictures at Madhavaram and simply rejects.
        Practically, we all have this issue with Older Mobiles, that’s why Companies offering some Exchange discounts on New Mobile Purchases but when we go through with Examination with Delivery team was intentionally REJECTING the Older mobiles with some silly reasons.Older mobiles surely have slight issues as per above and you cannot expect a 100% neat like a new. I have exchanged with new mobile with Flipkart earlier too but this is so unacceptable.I’m not complaining you entirely without understanding your concerns but this Old Mobile examination process was Ridiculous. Seriously!!!

        Peoples like us, we value the Indian Companies than other some MNC Companies and we give priority to grow our Indian Economics by supporting Indian Companies.During this October Big Billion Day, you have sold double the sales and 2.5 times a Jump in Sales of large appliances and Mobile Sales at 65 per cent as per the reliable sources. We are the person’s also feel proud about this unknowingly as a public.AND THIS IS NOT A CREDIT I GIVE, THIS IS A CREDIT YOU EARN. I’M NOT APPRECIATING THIS FOR ANY PERSONAL SAKE. Sorry if you misunderstood our Genuinity.

        I did a purchase with Mobile exchange to get little valuable discounts. I think, you are pushing me to Cancel the Order with lot of Pressure by giving so silly reasons to reject the Older Phones as said above.I’m sharing the Older Mobile Phone Snapshots just for your reference and do let me know what should I do ? but don’t advise me to pay the rest of Amount instead of Exchanging Mobile. If I was willing to pay, I won’t initiate the Mobile Exchange with Prepaid purchase.Now, I was totally felt disappointed and gone through with so much of bitter experiences with my last one Order.

          Flipkart blocked my account after 3 days of my complain that i filed they said that u will get solution in 3 days or 20 october but after three days they blocked my account on behal[censored]nusual return activity...

          There are many pending order and some gift card in my account and some flipkart plus coins for my shopping...

          They blocked my account without any proper reason and they are opening and also not responding...

              I have been trying to login to my flipkart account link with email address [protected]@gmail.com but i always received an error msg "login unsuccessful, please try after few minutes". I also tried to reset my password many times but it always says "unable to update the password". I have been facing this issue from last three day and i had contacted the customer care so many times on call as well as on email but they are unable to resolve my query..

                It's been 12 days now. And the shipment has been missrouting in the same city. Not just once but thrice.
                I. Tired of this now
                I even contacted the coster care via chat but all they are doimg is feeding the data even i can read over the app
                I thibk the freight is lost / missing
                And i can not even cancel the order as the phone is now out of stock and the next sale dates aren't mentioned.
                I am pissed.

                  My order of r6800 smart wifi router with order id od[protected] has been cancelled on its own saying the delivery people could not contact me when not even a single attempt of delivery has been made by them. The refund of my amount has also been processed.
                  I contacted the flipkart customer care exceutives and they are saying to place an order again because the seller could not fulfil the order and that is why they have cancelled it. I have purchased this during the flipkart big billion sale at a discounted price and i am not willing to place an order again. I want my order of smart wifi to be delivered to me.

                    I purchased a pixel 2 on 13th may 2018 at big shopping day sale offered by flipkart. It said 18000rs flat discount and additional 10% on using hdfc credit or debit card (I. E 8000rs). Also the additional cashback will be received after 30th august 2018.
                    Till date i haven't received the additional cash back. I issued many complaints and talked to customer care for several times, but they denied the existance of any such hdfc offer. Need help.

                      I have ordered two crompton ceiling fan from flipkart, in that one is damaged & some scratch is also there. When i am trying for replacement of product they are not accepting any replacement only refund is there but in invoice and flipkart site they clearly mention that 10 days replacement guaranty is there. I have called flipkart customer care so many times but i am not getting proper response from them. They are telling its depend on seller, but there is no such t&c in the return policy. Some customer care executive keeping my call in hold and after sometimes they are disconnecting. I purchased the product in now that price is increased if they will refund the money i can not buy the same product with offer price.

                        I had ordered a mobile named xiaomi poco f1 on 11th october at 12.08 am. The app said the delivery of the product will be done in 2 working days i. E. By 13th october. The product was shipped the same day which means the seller had no issues. The order did not even reach till today as it was not picked up buy the courier patner on calling the customer care daily they just add up telling that our team will call you, the customer care team forced me to either wait till 7pm or cancel the order. I decided to wait till 7 pm, but to my disappointment my order was not delivered. Infact the next delivery date was revived to 17th october which is 5 days later and again yesterday next date was given of today that is 18 oct 2018 from 2 day delivery to 8 day delivery. Today that is 18 oct itself, the order is none of my use now. But my concern is since this is a prepaid order, flipkart has already earned interest of 2 days and will be earning more interest for next 8 days and if i cancel my order the return procedure takes 8 days more which means a total of 15-18 days of interest without even selling the product. So this to me seems more of a scam. If you are willing to do something for me and my product please help me in 24 hours with final call of my product or else i would file a case in consumer court.                         As per said on the call Flipkart has still not returned my refund as they told me that they have the power to overwrite and refund the money to customer but still they say wait till the product reaches the seller as already 6 to 8 days have passed after cancellation but still Flipkart ppl are giving new new reasons

                          Hi! Greetings for the day! I am compalining about a mobile phone which was ordered on 11th oct, 2018 which is not yet been delivered after so many complaints done (Being paid the amount online). And now even the flipkart people don't know the status of the product. They are just giving dates & getting it postpone. It's a huge shame on such a branded company. We just can't trust flipkart & their sellers. They are just fake and ridiculous to deliver a single product even after haing a word with the seniors. They don't give you the right information and make you fool. Their sellers are the ones who gives wrong information to their company and even they get fooled.

                            When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'login unsuccessful pls retry after sometime' (On app).

                            When I connect or play the game zone in starting buffering sometimes and after then show message as "something wrong here ". I tried desktop site, app version and also using other mobile for play game zone, but I cannot play the game zone ...I hope you will reply as soon as possible early.

                                Product delivery delayed and customer care and courier executives given wrong information without attempting delivery at the time mentioned in the order. As the full amount is paid and expected delivery as per the order confirmation on 18 october. Very disappointed with the service.
                                And now they are saying expected delivery as 24 october which is 6 days delay no proper communication from the flipkart and bluedart courier for order delivery ontime after full amount paid unnecessary delay is not acceptable

                                      In big billion days, i ordered a mobile phone on flipkart (Prepaid order) order number: order id od[protected]. And it was supposed to be delivered on 16th oct 2018 though as per the msg received yesterday. I have still not received it now. After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item. And tell me why should i reorder the item, which is id being sold at a higher cost now? I want answers...
                                      And i wanna my product asap. And flipkart team waste my time and forced me for reorder that phone sorry but i will not reorder okay and support team waste my time and nt helped me please help.

                                        Oder id - od[protected]
                                        I just ordered an acer predators helios 300 laptop for ₹68, 556. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered in a week.

                                        After few days i track my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

                                        I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details.

                                        The seller is retailnet, and the shipment is facilitated through ekart logistics.

                                        After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item.

                                        Now let me put three things clear.
                                        1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged?
                                        2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount?
                                        3) why should i reorder the item, which id being sold at a higher cost (₹68, 556) now?

                                        I want answers.

                                        Still Now NO response from the Flipkart side.Thinking about filing a legal suite as it looks like both flipkart dont have a scanning process while receiving the product...looks like foulplay

                                        One of the customer service employee said that if seller have stock then they will immediately process for the new one.But now the same seller has the stock and again he opens up for sale.. still i have the same problem.

                                        Now they cancelled my product automatically. and they processed the refund.But i did not cancel my order. such a cheater guys i have ever seen.
