I purchased one voltas 1.5 tonne air conditioner from flipkart with order id – od[protected]. The product was delivered on[protected] and installation party came on[protected] who said that there was problem with the product and needs replacement. I called up customer care on[protected] and the customer care executive assured me that the product will be picked up and i will get back my refund. Actually, i had asked for replacement...

I have placed a Samsung S6 black mobile phone order - OD[protected] with flipkart. I have received a golden colour phone. The seal on box is like temporary printed tape. The back cover of the phone is pasted. It is open from one side. The gum marks are there. I informed the company and asked them to return and refund the money. But they are saying either keep this phone or they will see if it can be replaced. The seller is a fraud...

I am venkata rao, i buy through flipcart mi led smart tv 4a 80 cm (32), dated[protected], i think it is wrong product, so many times called to c. C care but no use, they are prolong the issue, may be they will do up to return period expiry, they do not stand the on their commitment. I didn't get proper answer from them still today, instrument is not installed....

I orderd a bluetooth speaker of mi of worth 1800rs through flipkart on 3rd september of orer id : od[protected] the delivery date was 5 th september .
I waited 5th september .I called to their custemer support for asking details they said that it will come on 6th september
on 6th september i again called them alot they said that it will come on the 10th september .Means s days delay

I have purchased a google pixel 2 xl phone on www.flipkart.com on 16th may 2018 with hdfc credit card and there was an cashback offer of rs.10000/- on hdfc credit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date (Before 30th august 2018). Reference IDOD[protected] for two sets of Glowflow Uplight wall lamps returned to Flipkart as one set of the lamps was found broken. However, one set has been replenished whereas the other one still not sent to me though I have already paid for two sets of lamps.
Concerned persons may be suitably directed so as to deliver the goods further loss of time.
This kind of delay in replenishment raises questions on credibility...

I've bought a dining table on Flipkart and its been delivered to me on 27th of August 2018 and it is supposed to be installed by them by 28th of August 2018. But till now its not yet done. Regarding this, I've already raised a complaint with them 31st of August. Till now they are saying that they are working on it.
I said I will return the product when you can't install the product, they are saying that return can't be done without...

The courier service ekart logistics picked up the product and flipkart and the seller has still not refunded the my payment for rs 643 and they keep on cancelling my return, i have been following with them since 23rd august but i keep on talking to different customer service executive who have been of no help. Please could i get help on the same. This has become very stressful nsice the refund policy is valid till 21st sept 2018....

I purchased mobile Lyf water 7 S of Rs 6999/- on 22/7/2018 same mobile received but same was already sale other customer and said mobile has used and activated on dated 13/5/2018...

My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
Pl solve this problem as fast as you can because i have placed an order....

Today, 6 sept, 2018 i purchased a mobile nokia x6.1 plus at at 15, 999 from flipkart flash sale.
I booked mobile and first payment is done by debit card and payment is done by bank account. Money is cut from my account but flipkart has cheated with me.
Flipkart show my payment is not done and it is on cash on delivery.
What do now??
