In nov-17, by paying 500rs, i became flipkart first customer for 1 year by virtue of which i was getting free delivery of products.in the month of aug-18, flipkart discontinued this service without refunding the money i paid for the service. They launched a new program i. E. Flipkart plus service in which you have to collect 50 flipkart coins by placing more and more orders on flipkart. I did the same and became fk plus customer in the month of sep-2018. Now yesterday all of sudden they blocked my account giving reason that i am doing reselling of the products. Not only that, i had around 8000 fk gift card added in my account and fk is not ready to refund them. Due to ongoing sale, i had placed many orders on fk which have been cancelled by them without any refund. This is unexpected from an online store like flipkart.

    With the height of immodesty, i express my deep greif against the cancellation of my apple macbook air core i5 5th gen., order id - 0d[protected] being cancelled due to limited stock.
    Since the order made by me was for my official purpose, the cancellation has led me to emotional and financial trauma. The further plan has hampered me in many ways. The booking of macbook insured me and unfortunately i cancelled my other orders.
    The loss is irrevocable and unethical.
    I appeal you to kindly undo my cancellation, so as to save my time, plans, emotions and financial stability.
    To show macbook in stock initially and then cancelling it after 10 hours is not acceptable.

    I hope for the positive response.

    Customer complain was his order cancelled from seller after order confirmation so he wanted to reinstate the same order, so apologized and info given that order cancelled from seller end due to bulk order which is against policy of Flipkart, so refund is also completed from seller end, so customer did not agreeing and started abusing so since necessary info given so disclaimer given and disconnected the call and closed the complaint from our end.

      My flipkart order with order id: od[protected] which was ordered with debit card payment on 3rd october 2018 from the
      Mail-id:[protected]@gmail.com was promised to deliver on 8th of october 2018 when i track my order my order seems to be stagnant! And on 8th of october, they didn't deliver the product and my promise date to deliver the product was changed from 8th to 12th of october, 2018. Today (11th of october, 2018) i tried calling flipkart customer care and they told me that my product won't be delivered on 12th of october, it will only be delivered on or before 15th of october, 2018. They are not providing with any updates in the app and no notifications were given.
      Flipkart's delivery is getting worse.

      What the hell is going on??? Its been 10 days since I cancelled the order, and till now I haven't received any refund. Flipkart is getting worse! There is now no way for me to go for my refund! Everytime I call the customer Care, they keep on saying that my refund request have been initiated and will be processed shortly. But haven't yet refunded the amount! I am really disappointed! Please do something!

        I ordered two pair of jeans for women jeans for total of rs 2008 on cash on delivery.
        My order id was od[protected] from flipkart.
        My mobile number is [protected].
        The courier was supposed to be delivered to me by 11th oct but the delivery boy with phone number [protected] whose name happens to me saroj kumar cancelled my order without my knowledge.
        And i feel betrayed as a constomer.
        And this is not just my loss but its a loss for your company two because these small mistakes can slowly create big image in the customers mind and as consumers we have a very wide network.
        Please keep the reputation of your company clean by taking action against such employees.
        Please.
        Its my humble request that this must not be taken lightly.
        I have hope for support from your side.

          So as per big billion day offer from the giant company "flipkart" samsung galaxy s8 is available for a price of rs 29, 990/-. And has a exchange offer too.
          When i go to exchange my phone bought from flipkart the previous year that is october 29th 2017, still 1 year not completed. I purchased this product with buy back guarantee from flipkart.
          Everything goes fine if i don't exchange my old device.. It takes me directly to the payments page.
          But when i add my phone as exchange (10500 value is given as exchange discount as mentioned at the time of buying.)
          Now when i go to place the order it says out of stock.
          They are cheating people.
          I talked to customer care for nearly an hour, tried every possible way they told me to do.
          Finally with disappointment i left the call and feel hopeless about flipkart.
          I want to file a complaint on flipkart for wasting my time and giving misleading ads and cheating customers about buy back guarantee..

            I have purchased a mobile vide model no. Motog5s on 20.09.2018, on receipt i found that the imei no. Of the mobile is billed & supply is different also the adaptor of charger is defective.

            On receipt the materials on 24.09.2018 i have raised complaint, flipkart have sent a inspector on 29.09.2018 for inspection, the inspector have submitted the report (Enclosed) & flipkart assured replacement within 09.10.2018.

            But the same is not honoured, in the mean time my instalments have deducted from my account & no one is contact me form flipkart. On 10.09.2018 i have again contact their customer care they have assured the matter will be solved with in 12.10.2018. I have told them if it will not solved on 12.10.2018 please cancel my order & refund my money. Today i have received call from flipkart & they are telling wait till 23.10.2018 which was not expectable as already 21 days have passed & i am facing lots of problem with out phone.

            Now after harassing for 21 days after paying i am not willing to wait another 12 days to get the materials, i am facing lots of problem without mobile only because of purchasing the same from flipkart which also attract monitory loss for me.

            I am enclosing the inspection report of flipkart for your ready reference.

            Today Flipkart send a SMS that the materials will be delivered on 23.10.2018. As i have already stated that to cancel the order & refund the money immediately.

            Flipkart is not bothering to give proper customer service. After supplied Wrong & defective materials which was identified on 29.09.2018 they first commit to replace it on 09.10.18 which was failed by them, the second commitment was to deliver the same on 12.10.18 also failed. If they have supplied the same on 12.10.2018 it may accepted by me.

            Now they are saying on 23.10.18 as they are favouring me by replacing the materials on their terms & the wrong & defective supply have no value in their side, the proper rectification & immediate replacement is not provided to the customer. An customer care executive even tell that the money cannot be refunded. As a customer after paying the amount i am not allow to go as per their wish.

            I have purchased the materials in my need but since delivery on 24.09.2018 till date i am suffering due to their exigencies which is not at all excepted.

            Please cancel the order immediately & pay back my money & pick up your defective & wrong supply hand over proper documentation to me for the return.

            Today the delivery person came to pick up the disputed materials & deliver the new one. But as per him the last three digits of IMEI No. appearing in the Set is not matching with their system information of the disputed material. Hence cancel the Pick up.

            This is the second time pick up person came & Due to non up dation of IMEI no in the system it was cancelled. I am suffering from 24.09.2018.

            The failed procedure photo is attached for your ready reference. Today when i call the customer care they have suggest to wait for another week. As after paying to Flipkart I am begging in front of them which is not at all accepted.

            Flipkart is consuming our times with out smooth execution of replacement. I feel harassed. Please instruct Flipkart to cancel the order immediately & refund me back.

            It is already 41 days have passed Flipkart customer care till date not got time to since 13 October.

            5 times Pick up is schedule but cancelled due to non up dation of Correct IMEI No. (No. of the Mobile Set) form Flipkart in their system.

            I am mentally harassed since last 41 days. Please help.

            2 months have over today Flipkart saying that they will not return the material. It shows how they serve customer.
            After paid full amount on 20.09.2018 & harrused for 60 days & complaint in to Government agencies related to consumer safe guard, A Private company have ignore all & do as they like.

            I any one can help please advice next course of action so that I am able to teach Flipkart a lesson.

              I have placed the order in morning 11th october and in evening i got the sms of cancellation then i called up the customer care he had multiple answers for my single question

              Who cancelled my order when i didn't do it?

              Flipkart care : its a bulk order so seller put this order on hold (But my order status says its cancelled)

              Me :i ordered 5 different product from different sellers how it is bulk order

              Flipkart care :- no sir you canceled it

              Me : i didn't do i just got an sms that i requested for cancellation am asking you whats the problem as its a prepaid order, fine register a complaint and give me the reference id

              Flipkart care : no sir system is down i can register now because of this i couldn't tell you wait for 3 hours

              This is what flipkart does all the time... I have wasted my time now i really don't know when i will get my order...

                I was bought a power bank of intex 11000 mah last year in november 27th 2017 now after 8 to 9 months approx power bank not gives full output as well as previously then power bank in 1 year manufacturer warranty so i want replacement for power bank please resolve it soon.                   I am unable to login in my flipkart account from atleast 15days. Many times i had called the customer executive but they have told me that due to high number of returns in my order history my account is being terminated. First of all i have order a laptop bag twice but i have got a smaller size of the bag as it was promised in the flipkarts site.
                  Secondly i have also ordered 10pcs curtain but i had received only 7.
                  So in this case i have requested the remaining orders.
                  So this type of isssues are common and it is flipkarts mistakes.
                  So for what reason i am being troubled...

                    I have bought new watch on about 1/9/2018 belongs the brand of sonata with full trust. Even if i take care much of this watch, within one and half month my watch belt has been started to crack. So i request you to take necessary action for this problem immediately.                         I had ordered a dress yesterday, the delivery is expected on 15. However i want it on 13 so i chatted with one of your representative named mili. She said that cannot be done. I faced some issues while playing a order still she didn't helped me and kept replying like a robot. It's better to shop at amazon who cares for their customer. I am unhappy. I want a resolution as soon as possible. It's better to shop from other sites who respect and are concerned about the queries of the customer.

                          On 9th 9/10/18 I got an SMS from VM-EKARTL informing my consignment is out for delivery (OD[protected] and are on their way to me and will be delivered by Tuesday, 09 Oct'18.
                          It did not come.
                          On 10th Oct'18 I called up customer care and sent countless emails. I was assued that the same will be delivered by 7pm on 10th, Oct. That did not happen.

                          On 11th Oct, today, I am being assued tge same thing. But till now no sms, no phone call or no delivery.

                          Where do I contact ?
                          Customercare is as worthless as anything deplorable you can think of !

                            Flipkart has blocked my account and when i contacted the customer support over email they told me that i have an unusually high number of returns and so i will not be able to login to my account. This is totally false since i haven't even made a single return over my purchase history with flipkart. They are giving me the same reason again and again even when i am telling them that i haven't made any return requests. Then i contacted the customer support over phone and they told me they will call me in 2days and when i haven't got the call after 2days i called them again and they keep telling to me wait for two more days which is quite frustrating.

                            I had a flipkart plus account which i got after making many order it was active till aug 2019

                            Please help me in activating my account again.

                              I have found a fraudulant activity on my flipkart account today.
                              I got an sms otp number to validate rs 9999.00 transaction from axis bank account linked to flipkart account.

                              I have not made any transactions from flipkart for last 2years. I tried to check my flipkart account with my email id, it gives me an error that this account does not exist.
                              My old india phone number registered with flipkart is not in my posession as i am moved out of india.

                              Can you investigate and resolve the issue with flipkart immediatly?

                              It is frustating that flipkart donot have any customor care/grevience active phone numbers to report the fraudaunt activity from overseas.

                              Appreciate your action immediatly.

                                The company launched a sale and didnt offered the product. It was mentioned that the product will be available @ 12pm 11 oct 2018 but the same was not available for delivery at any pin code be it banglore, roorkee, ghaziabad or gurugram.

                                The company wasted my time and broke the trust and i call it a fraud with me done by flipkart who is actually flipping your cart of wishes.

                                  The mobile purchased under your invoice fabaov [protected] dated 26/09/18 delivered on 28th having the following problem. Phone speaker not working. Can hear only through ear phone or speaker mode. Already made compliant and followed all instructions but the same problem. Model asus zenfone max pro hsn 85171290 xg 56551. Neither replacement given or issue resolved

                                  Customer Care service is worst they never responded with proper replies..
                                  We had enough of call interaction we need written communication from the company as you are not replying to mail forwarded to your concerned higher authorities email id..
                                  In last 40 days atleast three times my product has not deliver on time
                                  Due to this my study is very affected and i m also mentally disturb for sometime of costumer care service
                                  Costumer care advise me to purchase this product from other site like amazon
                                  Kindly do something

                                  It was not picking up by flipkart
                                  I have been talking with flipkart representatives nearly 6 or 7 times.
                                  There are not resolving my problem.
                                  On every time they extending the date but no pickup is happen. The product is delivered with damage and i need money urgent. Please solve my problem.

                                    I had signed up to flipkart in the past using mobile number. And now i have forgot the password. Today i tried to log in, by choosing forgot the password and then it says "unable to process request. Please try again". It says the above prompt again and again, so i tried to open a new account with my number, but it then also says "you are already registered. Please log in".
                                    So please flipkart, kindly look into this issue.

                                    An amount of 3rd 3600 has been debited from my SBI account through fkpayments by someone at midnight.please solve this issue asap. Two transactions were done at midnight
                                    I have ordered one Saree form flipkart and I didn't receive yet. So, when my product will be deliver as it is too late. And I have to receive my Saree today as it is very urgent.
                                    To reactivate flipkart account because I need to return a order because it is not of appropriate colour. And not at all satisfied with the product. It would be great if you reactivate my account as soon as possible.

                                      I have raised many issues with the flipkart still flipkart is accepting the issues and it is saying go with the brand technician and the brand technician is none other then his agent i want a return of this product. I have continuosly intouch with the flipkart for this product updates but he has raised his hand on this and saying it is the seller policy and all after this i have given this laptop to the technician and he takes upto 3 days to resolve the problem so definitely their is a defect because it's not above 1 week the laptop has arrived and it is in the technical team. Please resolve my problem.

                                      1. Dont install windows 10 1809, if you install 1809, so format it, Reinstall windows 10m 1803 again
