I have purchased a Data card from flipkart.com Order id OD[protected], and received the product 07.04/2014 and it is not working from the day one when i called customer care the response is that seller not willing to take it back we are help less, and saying that we are just agent between seller and consumer if any thing problem talk to seller and resolve the issue if the flipkart role is that then they have to mention in their homepage saying that we are online agents only so my next move is to go to consumer court because as per their return policy if the product is not functioning as per the specification they have to replace it

    Dear Team, As I have purchased MotoG from Flipkart on FEB14, 2014. Next couple of days I have done the KitKat update. Then the phone gives problems. Problem 1 : The camera gives "camera error" frequently. Then I approached Motorola care about this issue. They confirmed that issue on Software bug. Can not be recified on my device. They instructed me to get the replacement device from Flipkart. But flipkart team routed me to boot the device at safe mode. Now the camera error resolved but there are following 2 errors are popping on my deveice. Problem 2: When I press a key on my device the screen automatically get zoomed and resumed for some time. If I want to make any urgent calls also getting more irritated. Then I need to reboot the device to get it resolved. Problem 3: There are applications names are displaying in a undefined text. For this also I need to reboot the device. Totally I reboot my device atleast four times a day. I raised complaint through mail to [protected]@flipkart.com lot of times. They are try to overcome the problem. I totally upset about this device and flipkart service too. Regards, Murugesan.K

      I have not received benefit of the discount offer that was given exclusively to me. For not purchasing anything for more than 6 months, flipkart has given me an offer to get 100 Rs off on any computer accessory or storage item that I can order from ws retail and the minimum purchase amount should be 1000 Rs. 1. Offer valid from 2nd April - 16 April on single transaction, please find attached pdf of flipkart offer sent to me. 2. I raised a complaint that discount is not getting applied to my shopping cart automatically. Incident Number[protected] on 5th April. 3. Technical support team at flipkart called me on 8th of April at 11:08 am and they were confused with "next order" meaning, according to the team they told me next order means next to next order, purchase anything today without discount and get 100 Rs off on next order. I tried to explain them next order means I have not ordered anything from flipkart for more than 6 months and by next order means the current order which I am going to do now. But they did not agree on point, and I thought of giving them a chance and trusted their word. 4. I purchased a product just after finishing the call with flipkart, order id for that OD[protected] on 8th April at 11:38 am, without discount. 5. And today is the day 10th April 2014 when OD[protected] is successfully completed and according to the Flipkart Technical team I should get 100 Rs off offer applied to my shopping cart automatically, and today I am trying to purchase storage device which is more than 1000 Rs and seller is ws retail, please find the screen shot of the cart. No discount is getting applied on this. That means I was correct when I was explaining things to the flipkart team and they were not agreeing upon it. I should have received 100 Rs off as per the offer mail sent to me on my previous order which was OD[protected]. Now you should give me this 100 Rs cash back, or compensate in some way. You can issue a DD on my name to my registered primary shipping address.           One of flipkart's representative gave me wrong information about their policy and now again they are not giving me my refund.
          this is very wrong on their part and strict action must be taken against the representative.
          on asking for a refund i was told that i should wait for the replacement and see if it is up to the mark and again it wasn't
          so i again called to get a refund but i was told that they have a policy if they give a replacement they don't refund then
          so completely against the representatives word
          they told me that i can't get a refund now
          also one of them hung my call and eventually cut it without completing the talk.
          so please take serious action against the company in the favour of online shoppers.

My order was for Nikon 50mm 1.8g but due to issues in your website I was redirected to the page where it had Displayed Nikon 50mm 1.8D . i failed to notice it . I had called customer care twice and raised complaint regarding the same where i was told that i will be getting a call soon and today i received the call at around 1.20 Pm from one of your executives name Harshini who spoke very rudely and failed to help me... i had very bad experience with flipkart i would not prefer flipkart in future.                       I had ordered a laptop Acer E1-572G from Flipkart.com, order ID OD[protected]. I received the order on 13/03/2014. Its been 18 days since I have received this order and I have been trying to refund it ever since due to discrepancies in the specifications of the product. The screen resolution specified online was 1920X1080, but the laptop is1366X768. I have called everyday since then, I have sent snapshots of the discrepancies, I have registered several complaints but there has been no progress in resolving them. The customer care repeat the same lie every day, 'someone will call you back within 24-48 hours', but nobody does. They even lie about calling me and I not picking up. I feel ignored and cheated. I have my call logs and there has been no such event. I am eligible for a refund, but the Flipkart people are lying and stalling. I am attaching a screen shot of the discrepancies.

                        Flipkart delivered a defective Shoe. Upon my complaint they took back the product but not refunded my amount. After the product reached back to the seller they included the same in their stock to sell it to some other customer. When I posted a review on their website regarding the same they deleted my review. They deleted my second and third reviews too for which i took the screenshots and posted the same on their Facebook page. They called me up and apologised and agreed that they will add my review on their website and send me a apology email and mention on their facebook page about the action discussed and taken but to my surprise they have now deleted the facebook post too and barred me from posting anything on the website. https://www.facebook.com/kamal.sachdevaa

                            I had ordered three items from Flipkart - two vests and one shirt. Two of the three items were delivered in wrong color. The pink vest of the order was delivered in ferozi color. The paddy green vest was delivered in light blue. When I called the customer service they told me they deliver whatever color is available irrespective of the order and refused to entertain my request for exchange.

If you can see the specification there is mention 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty, 2 Year Extended Warranty by Fadka, but i got only 1 year limited warranty card with the box, and also box was found opened and there was so many dust on box. If you can see the specification there is mention 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty, 2 Year Extended Warranty by Fadka, but i got only 1 year limited warranty card with the box, and also box was found opened and there was so many dust on box. I have purchased more than 2 lakh with flipkart but now this is worst situation feeling very bad.
