This is regarding the order with order id od[protected] placed on 13th oct 2018 for an acer predator helios 300 original price 1, 09, 990/- at an offer discount of 59, 990/- on the big billion day. Now, on 16th oct when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images). I then called their customer care and the resolution provided was to place the order again. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 30, 000/- additional for no fault of mine.
After some searching online on this issue, and i find that customers have faced this issue during the earlier sale period of 7-9 oct this year, on the exact same laptop, and by the exact same seller.
I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and may be deceiving us.
