Hi,

I have purchased google pixel 2 xl phone on flipkart on jan 22nd 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.10000 cashback on hdfc credit card and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date as flipkart promised and it's been 90 days i have not received the cash back amount of rs.10000.

Please look into the issue and do the needful.

I wanted to buy a redmi note 5 pro so according to the procedure i filled all the necessary blanks. Provided my emi card no along with the otp and pressed confirm & pay. My money got deducted thrice from my emi card but order has not been placed & i was redirected to my cart page. This happened with me all the three times. What kimd of a service is this flipkart. I have ordered oppo f9pro through flipkart on 30th aug 2018 and expected date of arrival was 1 sep but on first i got an msg that your order is delayed by 3days and when i was tracking my ph was misrouted in same city so called flipkart customer care got same answer my phone will come as promised time, but suddenly it was cancelled on 4th through seller and my money was stucked with the bank.

I ordered product on aug 2018. But still i didn't get the product.

I got damaged product, when i raised a complaint they are saying we create a new request after 2 days they are cancelling the product. Even they are not giving proper response they are simply cut the call.

Every time i need to call them and need to get the status but they are not providing the solution....

Kindly solve the problem. Four five times return and refund complaint to flipkart till now no action has taken. Kindly do the needful action at the earliest.

Amount rs 13999 deducted from credit card and rs 1000 from flipkart gift card .
