I have purchase a loptop model "dell inspiron 14 apu quad core a8 6 gen"
Wide order no od[protected] dt[protected], regularly i am getting hitting problem i have called dell support as suggested by flip cart team but they are not supporting as it was not under warranty as they said it was sold in 2015, now i am getting processes error and i have visited dell they shown in date of sale which is 2015

    Sir i had bought a mobile from flipkart and the phone which i bought has many problems like charging port is not working and screen pixel dead issue... Now flipkart has banned my account and iam not able to return my phone...
    If i can't get help then i will never buy anything from flipkart and i will upload a video in youtube about this matter because i m requesting flipkart 1000 times for help... So please help me im this regard

      Account login blocked by flipkart stating that i placed multiple orders of the same item. However, the fact was each order was placed as the seller was cancelling the order from its side.
      Flipkart called me and confirmed that it was seller fault and due to technical issue the account is blocked and would be unblocked soon.

      Bt its 6 months no response from flipkart side on the matter. Approached them on twitter also where they said they have already provided resolution.

      But the fact is till now they have not given any solution.

      Unethical trade practices by flipkart to protect its seller

        My flipkart order number is od[protected] and the seller is supercomnet. I made a purchase through flipkart for grocery items work 1272 on jul 18 th and paid the amount through creditcard. The items were supposed to be delivered on jul 20th, then they postpone it for jul 21st, agin to jul 25th and lastly to jul 29th. On jul 29th, i got an email that my order has been cancelled and i will get the refund from the seller. Till now, i have not received the amount. I do not have any deal with seller and it is the responsibility of the flipkart to refund the amount.in the transaction (Flipkart payments gurgaon in), you can see the amount has been gone to flipkart, not the seller. So, i am expecting my refund amount credited back to my credit card immediately from flipkart. From all other online shopping, you will get the refund with 1-2 days. I do not know why i should approach the seller to get the money back since i made the payment to flipkart

        Received the refund in installment like cost of each product ordered. Was expecting in one shot. Since some of the amount did not come, contacted Flipkart to register the complaint. Finally got the full amount

        Today one hr. back I have placed the above order for L’Oréal 2 items and paid through SBI netbanking. But I did not get any email confirmation/sms till now. I have checked my Bank account and found already paid to Flipkart. Please send email confirmation immediately. Please help and cooperate.

          I have been a frequent buyer at flipkart since years. Recently i observed that i am unable to login to my account using forgot password/otp and my actual password also. I contacted customer support and they informed that my account is permanently disabled. With further investigation i i got to know that one of my order (Od[protected] for boat headphones has caused this issue.

          I had ordered the headphones to get it delivered to my hometown's address with pin 751009. It got cancelled after a few days saying stock was unavailable. So i ordered it again and that also got auto cancelled. Now the customer support is telling me that my account has been disabled permanently as system has detected that i have been ordering items which are not intended for personal use. So i have been following up with customer support people to inform them that this is a miss from systems end and they should enable my profile so that i can shop again. I have only one phone number which i am using and i am unable to login using that phone number.
          Despite of reaching out to multiple times the issue is unresolved. I want my account to be enabled again so that i can do hassle free transactions again.

          [Unresolved] Flipkart did not give any resolution neither did they give proper explanation on what basis they have disabled my account permanently. They just can’t give one liner on some assumptions that their system algorithm has made. If they need clarification they should contact me instead of just notifying me about the state. I have been a loyal customer and it aches to see that I am being treated in such a manner

          That is what my concern is the order because of which my account was disabled it was intended for personal use. So that is why I had raised a complaint against Flipkart. I do not understand on what basis it has been disabled. The order was placed as a gift for my father who stays at my hometown.

          May be I have ordered things multiple times because what ever I have ordered my parents and other family members have liked it and I have gifted it to them. I do not know what sort of algorithm is there to disable accounts without proper verification. Seriously this is insane. Very bad way to manage customer relations.

              Dear sir,

              I have received this product after that when i used this product, i have suffer call receiving voice and heating during calling period.

              So i have give return request... He is not ready to take return without technical checking. I allow for technical checking. Technician come and cross check its and say me use it no any issue in this mobile. I say ok no problem.

              When i again use its, but same problem continue... So i have again given return request. Again technician come for cross check and tell me that its ok no problem... I say how can you judge with in a 1 minute there is no issue in mobile... He has no any answer and say repeatedly mobile is ok...

              Agin i have take in use mobile, same problem (Call receiving voice and heating during calling period) continue.

              So i request third time for return and replace the mobile... Now no proper response getting from flipkart customer care... Now say me go to service station and solve your problem yourself.

              I have given money to flipkart for good product but given me faulty product... As per replacement period, they are not given replacement.

              Till i am suffering for same problem.

              I need help for replace my product or return my money.

              I ordered a phone in an exchange offer through FLIPKART then there delivery boy who is from EKART has Scratched my old phone and said your phone is damaged.
              Fraud Services of EKART and FLIPKART. Don't waste your money and time on them
              I purchased the Alpha Sale Coupon for INR 855 on 12 July 2019 to be eligible for the Redmi K20 Pro (Flame Red, 256 GB) Product on 17 to 18 July 2019.
              I placed the order on July 18, 2019 and Flipkart is refusing delivery of the phone.

                I want to retun this... Whatsever was said in specificarion, it is different from that.. Why are you not returning this.. They are not returnig this priduct... While it is not even single 4g...
                This compny is fake nd make fools nd take mony to customers..

                  My name is ashish sharma. I'm very old customer of flipkart. Last 3 days i'm facing so many issue with flipkart.

                  They suspended my account for useless reason. I got a mail from the flipkart and they said they found a trend of my ordered history that i'm not purchasing product for my personal use. I just want you to clear that i'm not a reseller or shopkeeper. All the products which i have ordered. Those all for my personal use. You can come to my home and check it. All the products in my home and i'm using it for my personal use.

                  I have one another problem. I ordered realme x 128gb mobile. Which cost me 20000rs i have already paid the amount via flipkart wallet. Now they cancelled my ordered. Now i'm in big trouble. When i called to flipkart customer care they said we can't acces your order information because your account is suspended. The customer executive said if you want any information about your account and your order then revert back on that mail.

                  I have already revert back on that mail 4 times. They said again n again that your account has been suspended because of a trend show in your order history that you are not ordering products for personal use. I explained them so many times that i'm using all the products but they send me this messages again and again.

                  Now what should i do sir?. I'm fed up with this problem. Now i'm mentally harassed.

                  Please kindly reactivate my account and please tell me my order status. If its cancelled then how can i get my money back.

                    Hi,
                    I have ordered spacewood winner engineered wood study table on 3/6/19 and it was delivered 5 days late then installation was done 2 days late, during the installation product was damaged and it took almost 1 month to get the replacement product delivered on 15/07/19 and installation was scheduled on 16/07/19 no body contacted on that day so i decided to call the service engineer who was assigned for installation, he was on leave on that day told he will be informing his manager to send the replacement but no body came for installation, same thing complained to flipkart they took one week time to resolve the issue on 23/07/19 they called and said not possible to install from there side they will return the product on behalf of me and returned, next day service partner jeeves manages called prakash call and begs sorry for what was happened mistake on there side and assured that he will do the installation once again i raise the installation ticket from flipkart, sop same thing i updated to flipkart on 24/7/19 they raised a request for installation but till today the request is not yet processes and my product is not installed and i m regularly in touch with flipkart they are just giving dates but there is no solution given till date, just simply harassing customer by wasting time.

                    So i request compensation for delay service and my product should be installed with in 3 working days without any damage.

                      My flipkart plus account with number [protected] has been blocked and the flipkart email service is not working anymore so i here writing to you about that.
                      If the seller cancel the product then it's okay with flipkart but if we cancel for some reason then you block our account. And the customer service in this regard is worse and worse, you say that they cannot login into account because of system policy and all our order of earning supercoin remains useless. We suffers a lot.

                      I suggest that they can warn with a message that if you return your account will be blocked.
                      And also seller cancels some of my order then no response from flipkart. How a person can rely on such a stupid policy.

                      Kindly unblock my account or pay what i left there, around 250 supercoins. And my order invoice.

                      A man call me from number [protected] and said that he was calling from flipkart and said me to forward a message to a specific number and that message contain starting of bhim upi . It is the wrong way to solve such problem .

                      Your system only detect the number of return and what about the item I ordered, and what about their number, and if your seller himself cancels the order then do nothing .
                      Stop doing such fraud to us and don't reply with silly excuses.
                      Do something which matters.
                      I really don't know why consumer complain is not taking any serious action regarding your stupid action.
                      When i try loging into my account its show please try afer a minute.

                          I get 3 times same problem as order cancelled from seller even after payment 3 times.

                          If product is in limited stock then why order placed and amount debit from customer. Setup a new implementation in your site to prevent amount transfer to seller if stock is out or fixed the translation/amount equals to no of product at seller end.

                          I get a mail from flipkart -
                          We'd like to let you know that your recent order * has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use.

                          But i only purchased one realme 3 mobile from my id. Other people get more then 10 mobiles from same single id. What the system observed.

                              I have orderd a samsung led tv on 19 july that was delivered on 23 july. Samsung care executive came for installation on 26 july. When he unboxed my tv there was a wrong product in it, it was hpl 32 inch tv. There was dust particles on it, i have pictures of tha that time, i have videos of that, i have call recordings which i talked with samsung engineer and flipkart. I requested for refund in front of my family members and that samsung engineer he also comlained on my fon to flipkart customer care executive. I have all that call recordings. First they told me tba issue will be resolved on 29 july then 30 july then within 24 hour and so on. Now today is 2 august my issue has not been resolved yet. Refund request has not been approved yet. I have so many proofs of all this incidents. What is doing flipkart u can resolve this easily you have cctv cameras you can check that easily that who has changed my product. Why not flipkart is helping me,, i m so much tensed.

                                I have brought the product on flipkart sale, the delivery person came once and refused to take my exchange product which is in good condition.
                                So i asked for re delivery speaking to flipkart but they are not arranged the redelivery, its almost more than 2 weeks no replay from them, they are always saying we are working on it please wait.
                                But today they are saying we can't arrange for delivery because we can't able to reschedule from backend we are cancelling the product.

                                  Again worst customer service with flipkart. I've ordered Maybelline alia loves NY lip balm manhattan mauve. But they ve delivered highline wine (another shade). There is no returning policy for this product.

                                  Why u people are always doing this mistake and breaking our trust on you. I was very happy with you for refund my money with genuine way and in short span that is with same day to returning that product ive received my money.

                                  My hubby advised me not to order anything in your website again. I regret now for having trust on you again.

                                  I'm your valuable customer since 2011. Till last month I didn't have any complaints on you. But now you ve broken my trust for 2nd time. hereafter I won't order anything on your website.

                                  Pls I don't want refund, return, replacement or nothing from you. Thank you.

                                    Dear Concerned,

                                    This is with reference to my experience that I had with Flipkart Customer Service.

                                    I have dropped an email to customer service in order to request them for a call back.Also, I raised a request to give me a call directly through app.

                                    After 15 minutes of request, I have got a call from Flipkart CUSTOMER CARE which I felt was quite prompt. I spoke to someone and have shared my concern which was regarding my Flipkart Wallet. I had Rs.821(Approx) amount remaining in my wallet which was reflecting as 0.

                                    The Executive kept me on hold in order to check the details.After nearly 8-9 mins of hold, the line got disconnected.I was in metro so it might be due to network issue.

                                    I got a callback again from someone else and shared the problem again.She was so dull that she was unable to understand my problem in one go and I had to explain her multiple times.Then, I was kept on hold for 15 mins after which she told me that she has raised a query from her end for escalation as she is unable to access any details of my account. I do not understand that if Flipkart is having its customer service team, then why would not they be having details of the customer's account.And even if she didn't have it she should have closed the call early by raising the concern instead of keeping me on hold for 15 mins.I even asked her to connect me to any of her Team lead or manager and she kept the CALL ON hold again and after resuming the call, she said that nobody is available so she cannot connect me to any senior.

                                    Then I got a callback from their team during my office.In the first call itself, the call was answered and I clearly informed the Executive that I was unable to talk and I will be available after 5:30pm as I was in my office when the Executive called me up.

                                    Before 5:30pm, I got few calls, mails and messages from Flipkart saying that they tried to reach me but I was not available whereas I clearly informed to call me up post 5:30pm.

                                    I again got a call after 5:30pm then, somebody spoke to me and shared that he has to raise my query for resolution.I was shocked to hear that the query wasn't raised yet.I was supposed to get a solution whereas I got a CALL TO raise my issue again.

                                    The next day then, again they called me up at irregular time that is before 5:30pm and I was unable to take call.Again, the similar kind of mails and messages that I was uncontactable.I replied to the mail and requested for a callback.

                                    Then received a message that there will be a delay in responding.They will get back to me the next day.

                                    But, somehow they called me up, the executive has a long discussion with me wherein after a lot of struggle he came to me to inform me that my wallet balance was expired.

                                    I was really shocked to hear that because Flipkart send notifications and reminders for all its big sale, offers, promotion of products, any payment failure, order not placed that was added in cart etc. etc. But when it comes to reminding the customer about expiry of my wallet balance, they don't have such policy to do that.

                                    What the ### it was?

                                    When the customer is having potential, they reach out to them.

                                    There are 100s of emails that we get for brand building, offers and promotions.

                                    When it comes to expiry information or reminder, they don't have such policy.

                                    I requested them to provide me an extension because I was not in fault, they cannot do.

                                    When I asked them to share seller details, the executive kept me on hold and then said that they cannot provide.

                                    With the above experience, I don't want to say but I have to say this that they have pathetic customer service and illogical reasoning for their policies which is not relevant.

                                    A company like Flipkart has not been able to make it, really sad
