I am a regular buyer on Flipkart . now they have deactivate my account. I am unable to log in my account. whenever i am trying to login its showing error message like login failed. Please try after some time.
They are putting a false allegation on be like that whatever last order it is not for personal use. but I have provided all the information to them. they just keep saying wait 72 hours. it almost 10 days. till now no resolution.

    I am using flipkart affiliate program since 2017 and in may 2019 my total approved payment amount crossed 7k, so i have waited 2 months thinking that i will receive the amount in my bank account after 60 days but didn't get any amount or any notification from flipkart.

    I have contacted through contact page but still didn't get any response from there also

    I request flipkart to take some action regarding this.

    i received an email from support team and they said there Customer Support representative will be reviewing my request and will respond within 24-48 working hours. but its been 10 days and i still didnt get any response from them.

    it like they don't care about the affiliate users.

      This is g ramesh working as it support in iit tirupati (Indian institute of
      Technology tirupati) funded by mhrd (Ministry of human resource development
      ). An autonomous body under mhrd, govt. Of india.

      Am working in dth (Direct to home) project one of the mhrd project. For the project
      Purpose only we purchased some of the items from flip-kart and some in
      Amazon..
      Usually mhrd instructed to all iit's to procure all the required items from
      Gem portal only (Government e-marketplace) but some times product not
      Available as per our requirement. Then we get approval from our hod to
      Purchase items from any online e-portal...

      This is the way we have purchased all the items from the flip-kart.
      But suddenly they blocked my account without communicated with me on 6th aug 2019. Also they cancelled one of my product and amount not refunded back to me.
      Also some of the items not working, even i called four times no response from flipkart…

      Please help me in this regards

        I am a flipkart plus member and recently order headphones from your website. Based on the ratings and review, i ordered them. However, i did not find its quality to be very good, the sound quality was not very good and also it was not very comfortable wearing for long. Therefore, i wanted to return the product and buy a little expensive one. However, the site does not allow me to even return the product easily. There are only limited options available for reasoning.
        When i placed the return request, it got rejected saying the reason was not valid. Does the customer have no rights to atleast reason the quality and performance of the product and you guys reject it without even listening to it. Now i am only getting the replacement option, so i am doing that right now. However, i want to return the product anyhow.
        Please try to help me return the product. It is in the same condition as i opened it with all the packaging intact.

          Hello there

          There is no need to mention again that how badly i am suffering due to
          Unprofessional behaviour by flipkart and its employees.
          Being a plus member i have denied each and every products which i wanted to buy in early access of freedom sale.
          But everything ran out of stock for me.
          After contacting customer executive on chat they lied to me by making an
          Excuse that everyone is facing the 'out of stock problem'. Let me tell you
          It's only showing "out of stock for"patna 800020"and not for other cities".

          I have suffered very badly in last two weeks due to flipkart's
          Unprofessional behaviour.

          First, when i have placed an order for redmi note 7s phone which havn't
          Delivered on the mentioned date. It got three day delay and after
          Exchanging more than three emails and countless chats

          Second, i got the faulty product which have speaker issues, heating
          Problems, hangs unnecessary

          Third, the replacement has been made more than after a week, which was a very very long time for "flipkart plus members"

          And last but not least i have been denied buying anything in early access
          Of freedom sale. Tell me whats the use of your so called plus member then?

          Please have a look at the below attached screenshots.
          It's clearly showing that the various products are only unavailable to me
          At my address at my pincode 800020 whether it is clearly available at other
          Pincode like 800002 or 800001 in within the same city patna. Even the
          Products are available at ranchi, kolkata, delhi, lucknow, mumbai and many
          More cities.

          I have no idea why the hell this is happening to me only?

          Why do all products suddenly ran out of stock for me only? For my address
          Only? For my pincode 800020 only? Even talking to the customer executive and mailing them countless times doesn't helped me. And they said we can't do anything in this matter because it's the seller's choice whether they want to deliver in a certain area or not. Which is a biggest lie!!! Because the same sellers are delivering the product in my neighborhood area which is just half kilometer or even less away from my place.

          I am a plus member and still i have to go through things like this? Then what is the use of becoming a plus member?

          This is injustice.

          Really its injustice!

          Hence i request all my friends who have ever suffered from flipkart and to anyone who reads this message that this is the time for us to react. We should all combined together and let's file a case against flipkart for it's unprofessional and cheating behavior. Let's do it friends. It's time for action! Otherwise flipkart will make us suffer again and again. I am going to consumer court. Please friends let's come together.

            Registered flipkart number is [protected]. I have ordered an mi led tv got it on 6th august 2019 it was supposed to het installed next day but didn't happen checked with cs who told me delivery is not marked complete in system and it will take another 24hrs and tomorrow tech will come waited again no show called again same info and they dont know till when it will be marked comp iñ their system waited again for 2 days still no update and cs is not helping at all even the tl there is reluctant to speak to us and so willing to hang up the calls

              I have ordered poco f1 from flipkart under the exchange for my old one plus 5 mobile. When wishmaster came, he rejected my mobile for having scratches. Against that i complained to flipkart and they told me to send photos of my mobile having all corners and key points images. I sent them and they told me it is acceptable but however i need to cancel to my order and again place the order. Are you nuts for real?
              Is this not a scam i dont know what it is.
              Then i ordered on amazon and my phone got exchanged in the same condtions.

                When ever i try to login it's showing error as "login unsuccessful, please try in a minute".
                I've already send multiple mails to flipkart customer care, but they have not given any solution to re activate my account.

                Indirectly flikart is forcing me to create another account to use flipkart. But i don't want to create another one. I want to use existing account with my mobile nuber.

                I"m requesting flipkart to tell the solution to activate my account.

                  I'm facing a strange issue with flipkart pay later option.
                  On 8th august i ordered 5 items using 'pay-later payment method' but later found they are available cheaper elsewhere so i instantly cancelled the orders on that day within 5-6 minutes.
                  Everything went smooth all order's refund was successful to pay later but due to some glitch or something the transactions started appearing on my pay later's unbilled amount at middle of the night and next day.

                  Please remove the bugged transactions (Worth rs. 1020) from the pay later statement as soon as possible.

                    Hello associates,

                    Do you got any payout from flipkart?

                    No right?

                    I have completed my threshold limit which is 5000. But they are not paying me.
                    &
                    They have not even updated their new ro feature on their website why? How its been calculated? Etc. Etc.

                    Guys do you even know that even completing threshold limit which is 5000.

                    For eg. Your approved payments is 5500.

                    Your actual earning are not 5500 in this they use to calculate their ro formula (This calulation formula is not their on flipkart website that how its been calculated)

                    So i mailed them regarding my payout. That i have already crossed my threshold limit my approved payment is 5822. Why you not processing my payments?

                    Your actual earnings after ro calculation is inr 1875.799

                    ​payment will be initiated once you cross the threshold limit as per ro assigned to you.

                    So what the heck is this? My approved payments is 5822 but my actual earnings is 1875.799??? Why?

                    This is big scam. Please help me out. I will never ever going to promote any flipkart products!

                        Flipkart cancelled my orders after shipping.
                        When i asked, they told me that due to price error it was cancelled by seller.
                        Flipkart doing these type of cheap tricks on consumers.
                        Please take action on these sites and sellers like retailnet for playing with customer feelings

When delivery boy comes for deliver the phone and he checked the phone and said that is phone is damaged but i see that and that was not a defect that was small types of scratch and he didn't deliver the phone and getted back.                                 Well my flipkart account has been blocked and i am a plus member of the account, at first they said that the account has been technically blocked due to high returns. I bought some product through flipkart pay later service and wanted to return few products due to size issues, but as the account has been blocked my i cant return the product and now i am getting calls from flipkart that i have to pay the flipjart pay later amount, even i accepted and tried to pay but as the account is blocked i am not even able to pay the amount as well. I need my account back as i am a plus member and i dont want to pay the late fee due to their fault

                                  I had placed an order on the 27th or 29th jul and was promised for the delivery by 1st aug 2019. I made a prepaid payment of inr 1400 and since then i am. Getting message that order will get delivered by next day and each day it continues and now it says it will be done by 13th aug. I have called their help desk and spoke to their floor supervisor prateek and today also spoke to amir however they are not able to process the refund or provide the order. I need the refund of my amount asap. Kindly check flipkart order id is od[protected] and attached is the screenshot for the message for the reference.

                                    I had placed an order with Flipkart on 1st Aug 2019 and made payment via Phonepe app amount got debited from my account wheras order was not placed in Flipkart.Upon contacting Flipkart they started putting blame on Phone pe and my bank stating that the transaction was not successful from their end and hence seller has not received the amount.I contacted Phone pe and HDFC customer care and got confirmation from both parties that the amount was debited from my account.Everyday for a week i called Flipkart customer care 4-5 times and they told me they'll get back to me with a resolution by 7th August 2019, its 8th August 2019 today and i haven't received an update from them yet, upon contacting Flipkart customer care they asked me to wait for 3 more days.They are not doing anything and not taking up any responsibility.I am completely stressed and frustrated due to this.

                                      Cannot play flipkart guess what game. Not sure about the reasons though. Seeing some error mesage after pressing play now stating that "we encourage fair play in line with our fair terms and conditions". I did not play against terms or conditions which have read and dont find any clue in there that might have blocked me from using it. I have called customer support multiple times. They are saying that nobody has reported any issue so they cannot take any action. I have been suggested to the following -

                                      1. unistall and reinstall the app - which is of no use.

                                      2. Wait for 24 or 48 hrs before you try - tried it from feb as I have been facing this issue from February.

                                      I have been told by customers support that there is no person in particular to overlook these issues.

                                      Would like your help with this.

                                      I have received call from Flipkart Customer care. I have been told that cause for the issue I am facing is, the game has been played from the same device using different accounts(the accounts belong to my family members as they wanted to try the game).

                                      This reason cannot be acceptable because they never mentioned it in the rules. I dont understand how they can accept orders in the similar situation but the game cannot be played from different accounts. Also, if I had know that this might lead to the current situation, I would have avoided it.

                                      The Flipkart executive who call me, at first he mentioned that there might be a possibility to unblock in future, but he cannot say when. Later he said it cannot be unblocked. When I have asked for a clarification, he said it can be done, but there are no chances of knowing. Because that's something done by system. When I have asked if it might take a year or two? He said, "Yeah, you can be unblocked in a year or two or three" and I dont think they provided a solution for the problem. They made a few predictions about the possibilities in future and informed me.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am not satisfied from your service. As I ordered one phone and expected delivery show on 7th August as attached herewith for your reference. and today is 8th August..I this not good for customer. Due to receiving this phone, I postponed further plan to go out side Delhi..

                                        I am going to take legal action for this. This is misguiding for customers..

                                        I request to you kindly take it in to consideration..
