I had purchased asus 6z mobile phone with buy back guarantee and complete mobile protection on 29th june 2019 through flipkart. After the day of delivery the item is not working properly and immediately claim buy back. But it astronizing that option for buy back not shown till 30th july i regularly contracted with flipkart and at last on 6th august 2019 flipkart allow me i instantly i ordered samsung galaxy a70 in exchange with asus 6z. At the time of delivery on 7th august 2019 delivery man simply rejected my claim.
Please take return asus 6z with or without exchange as deem fit.
Awaiting your topmost care and oblige.

I had purchased asus 6z mobile phone with buy back guarantee and complete mobile protection on 29th june 2019. When i used it, i faced to much problem and immediately contracted with flipkart for buy back with other band. After passings long period i get chance for that but sorry to delivery man rejected buy back with the reasons "slide delt at charging point"though i try to understand that sim ejected pin still not out from packet.
My earnest request i am super zone member of flipkart please take utmost care for immediate exchange asus 6z mobile phone with any band mobile
Dear sir the order of asus max m2 was cancel by you repeatedly again and again when the phone is in stock and approved by you this why?

    Sir, I have ordered a phone from Flipkart and they send me a defective product they totally tried to cheat on me they canceled my return request 3 times and after that when their one executive promised for my refund they self generate the request of a replacement instead of a refund they have a compulsary step for a tech visit but this time when refund was promised to me they directly apply a replacement with no if and but and still I have a recording that their executive promised me for a refund and now they making me fraud by all this I want you to take a strict action towards them

      Now it is not showing location of product, and still not deliver..

        I have placed durafit tredmill in june 3rd 2019 and selected emi option. But it was not converted to emi. I contacted bank then they said they need merchant charge details information to convert to emi. We asked flipkart but they didnt respond. Then i contacted flipkart and requested for the same. They took 2 months and now they are saying we already sent digital request to bank and contact bank. Again i contacted bank but bank still requesting for merchant email. I am paying intreset for rs, 18000 as nobody helping me.

          Hi,

          I have ordered a product from flipkart but they have cancelled saying that seller observed a trend in purchase history and product is intended not for personal use so i have called and informed flipkart team that i never ordered any product again once the product is delivered
          So can you check with seller that why he is cancelling the product.
          They assured me for resolution.
          But suddenly on previous sunday 4th i received an email from flipkart team that we have found the trend on your purchase so you will not be able to login on you flipkart account anymore.
          Till the time i am chasing flipkart team for resolution but customer service person is saying that this is handled by backend team and backend people is copy pasting same resolution again and again.
          My 2 questions:-
          1 how can you identify a product is purchased not for personal use.
          2 if you have observed a trend in my purchase atleast you should have been informed about it but without any prior notifications you have deactivated the account.
          I am continuously sending email on what trend you are seeing on my purchase they are not ready to provide any information.

          Can you please help me with this?

              I have raised 2 return request at the same time, both were for a bedsheet. Next day Wishmaster has come and asked me to give the product as per return request. I asked him to confirm whether it's for one item or two. He replied- Sir it's for 2 items so I handed over him both the item. Generally, I don't keep eye on it once it's picked up successfully because till now always I got a refund accurately except this time. Next month my Flipkart pay later statement generated and what do I see that I have been charged for the product I had returned earlier so to cross-check once, I have open my order history and it was showing your refund is canceled. I was totally shocked and started looking for help section in the app and requested to call me back by Flipkart customer care service.

              After 7 days of discussion, they told that the product has not been returned by you, you only returned one product as we confirmed from a delivery partner so we can't do anything here. After so much argument found that I am the victim of their mismanagement.

              It was during sale season so I have a gut feeling that they might have lost in between (mostly by the Wishmaster).

              As I wasn't provided any acknowledgment while picking up so because of so and so the reason I can't prove my point.

              The only lesson here for me and everyone please ask for acknowledgment slip etc so we can avoid in future.

              This time amount was less Rs 409 so doesn't have much impact but very bad experience and disappointed. NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM BIG GIANT LIKE FLIPKART. THERE BUSINESS MODEL HAS FLAWS AND THEY WANT CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THAT.

              Please help me here still you think I can do anything.

                Hello team

                Still the merchant flipkart failed to resolve my issue against last supermart order which i placed last month on july 24th, 2019 thru flipkart mobile app.

                It is being a habit for flipkart for rescheduling the delivery again and again i. E. Almost 10-12 times, since the actual delivery date passed i. E. July 26th, 2019.

                Please take a note that it has been pending from past 16 days since i placed my order (I. E. On july 24th, 2019) with flipkart supermart & still no solution & commitment from flipkart side against this concern.

                I am to totally fed-up with this & no more interested to take the follow-up
                All the way from my side only. I really don't understand why they are doing so much delay to deliver my order to me which is prepaid from my end.

                Also i need compensation for this delay as i faced a lot due to this unforeseen waste of time & commitment failure from the merchant side.

                Looking forward to receive some resolution on this from this platform at the earliest. As i feel myself helpless this time.

                In-case any clarification needed from my end, please get back to me at any time.

                Yesterday again i.e. On August 7th, 2019, my Order (with Flipkart Supermart, Order ID OD[protected] has been rescheduled for next day i.e. August 9th, 2019 as it supposed to deliver on August 8th, 2019 i.e. today.

                I have the feeling that it will be rescheduled again & Flipkart Team will fail to deliver it on August 9, 2019 as well.

                I am very disappointed with this behaviour of doing repeat rescheduling of my order. I urge you guys to please look into this on SOS basis, as I feel helpless to resolve it at my level.

                  Greetings!

                  The company sells buyback policy but doesn't adheres to the terms and condition of it. I wanted to purchase a new device with buyback but the delivery boy denied the pickup of my phone because of a minor scratch, however the policy claims that the phone should be in working condition, the screen must be intact and it should switch on, IMEI no. should be valid etc. My phone adheres to all such policy but because of the delivery boys claim my pickup was denied (order I'd: OD[protected].

                  As a response I contacted the customer support team (incident I'd: IN[protected] which was procratinated at first and ultimately my delivery was cancelled by the seller claiming that I have cancelled this order which isn't true.

                  Now even after the cancellation, I can't find buyback option for other phone purchase. The buyback widget has been disabled by flipkart and that too for non of my fault.

                  It has come to my notice that many other people with buyback are facing similar kind of issue and flipkart isn't taking it with seriousness. Therefore I would like you to do the needful because we as end consumer feel cheated. I am attaching few sample for reference.

                    My order is: od[protected]. I order two gift set from flipkart on 2nd august 2019 and i got my product on 6th august 2019. Total amount i pay for 2 box is 998₹. When that delivery came with parcel and that box size is so smaller that in that only 1 product comes into box. So there’s another set of gift is missing. They wrote on bill that 2 gift set, bt they given me only 1 gift set and another one is missing. Please help me in these fraud.

                      I am the flipkart user and plus member since 2010 recently they launched a service called as cardless credit and i was active user of this service since i have paid all the bill on first day of generation of bill still they suddenly halt this service and saying that there is teachical error and we are working to resolve but problem remains same one and half month gone away if they are not going resumed this service then they can frankly let me know but they are enticing me on basis of fake resolution promise so please take action against them for mentally harrassment.

                        This is regarding of product boat stone speaker that i have purchased from flipkart using my gift card.
                        I am really disappointed with the service of flipkart. From the last 15 days, i have suffered from the product bad service of flipkart.

                        1. Boat stone 1000 14 w portable bluetooth speaker:
                        Refund amount should have reflected by the 26th of july. Still, it's on reflected in my account. I have been calling customer care executive from the past 12 days and as per them my issue is on high priority and will be resolved soon. Even i received email from flipkart on 29th of july and 2nd of august of promising that refund will be reflected within 24 hours.
                        My money is blocked by flipkart for more than 20 days.

                        Same is happening with the second product (Od[protected], flipzon self standing multi color ironing board (Color and design of cloth will different) ironing board). Refund amount not received.

                        Hope this mail will resolve my issue.

                        It this way to handle the customer. As per the telephonic discussion, amount should have transferred by of before Monday(5th of August) . Still no refund . And no one is responding.

                            #flipkart flipkart is a disgusting e - commercial site who is playing with customer. Customers r paying a large amount during their order but when customer making any return it iis blocking that account. When a customer talks with customer care member they also couldn't help customers.in my case i purchesed a lorem wrist watch of rs 325 and when i went for return, its shows that due to high number of returns u can not login your account further. Flipkart actually hiding their policy or making fraud to customer and the gv linked with this account also lapsed.in my flipkart i'd [protected]@gmail.com there is rs 855 gv was added. But i could get it. And the register mobile number is [protected].

                              Whenever I clicks on play game it gives error "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions, ERROR_CODE 1000"
                              I have reported this issue to customer care also but they were not able to resolve it . They just says it's technical issue try after some time.

                                Flipkart has locked my account just after i added 7000 rs which i received as a gift from office.
                                They are saying they have found trend in my purchase that i am not using flipkart for personal use.
                                Crimes by flipkart
                                1. Taking away 7000
                                2. Blocking account and harrassing user
                                3. Never advertising gift cards are not to be gifted but can only be used by the user who is purchasing.
                                4. Never advertise we can only order from flipkart in a particular given address.

                                  I am writing this complaint because i am very fade up with flipkart customer service experience. I have ordered 5 items from flipkart on 11 the oct, 2018 and next day i received a message my order has been cancelled from the seller end. After receive the message i called your customer service team immediately, they informed me due the high volume of the order of those item seller has cancelled the order. Please place the order once it will comeback in stock. I waited for few hours turned on option notify me. Once the order came back in stock, i placed the order once again. Again next day my order has cancelled from the seller end, i called your customer service team once again, they asked me to place the order once again after one day. Again i placed the order once again on next day. Again next day my order has cancelled from the seller end, i called your customer support team once again, the executive asked me to place the order after few hours and also he will update about this issue on the seller community page. So i waited for 12 hrs and once again i placed the order. Again same thing happen with me. Again i called flipkart customer support team and the person escalated the issue and provide me the case number: in[protected].
                                  I was waiting for the response. On 18th oct i received an email that my account has been blocked after investigation that the items i have purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.

                                  I never understand the matrix of the investigation of your executive, if i am purchasing for selling purpose then i placed the order on a bulk amount not for one quantity and the item was for my recently ordered iphone 6s from flipkart and for my another two phone lenovo vibe k6 power and lenovo vibe k5.

                                  Once my account was blocked by your concern team, i called flipkart pathetic customer service team immediately. Person transferred the call to the back end team and your back end executive asked me response the same email and who investigate on the issue she will response back within 24-48 hrs and after that i never received response from flipkart concern team. Also, i called them 2-3 times to check the progress but i received same answer wait for 24-48 hrs.

                                  I am requesting you please resolve this issue as fast as possible and re-enable my account.

                                  I hope you will take necessary action for re-solve this issue as fast as possible.

                                  Answer is just a copy paste. Why you guys are not investigating on this. You uneducated agent advised me place the order after getting cancelled. Why you guys are not asking your agent for guided me into the wrong way. Which leads my account in trouble. You guys should punished your agent. Your customer service was always worst and will be worst in future as well. Flipkart management was always greedy will be in future until Walmart sacks all the old management employees.

                                    My account has got hacked and the hacker has changed my email id and password. He has also used my gift card to order various things. Customer care is not helping, no one has intervened. They have poorest security authentication.

                                    I even emailed to [protected]@flipkart.com which was given by customer care but no response. The customer care support took it very casually and told that it will take 2-3 days to resolve issue. They dont even understand seriousness of the situation.

                                      I ordered Ambrane power bank and Power bank was not deliverec on date.Daily I am calling customer care executive to cancel my order.They are not cancelling the order and kept customer so many days awaited.

                                        Talked and mailed with Flipkart CC and CEO, Grievance, escalation, cs-head and higher authority several times, asked for escalation of issue, argued that I have agreed to Flipkart Exchange terms and not to ekart’s checklist.

                                        My phone old phone and after local ekart manager told me that they will not accept phone in any case due to minor scratch attached image., Also told them that ekart is just a logistics partner, arranged by them, over which I have no control, and delivery boys are not technicians. How can Flipkart rely on them for Final Decision.

                                        Their policy is absurd and problem is they don’t mention anything in policy which ekart is expected to check. They expect new phones in exchange nowadays.

                                        Btw, if you are not in urgent need and if they reject your old phone, That Means Flipkart expecting people to exchange their new brand goods in return of other brand new goods.
                                        Or They are cheating people by giving exchange offer till we Buy the product.

                                        The people of Flipkart are mentally disturbed and I have lost them for this, which I have to file a case.
