Flipcart sent a wrong product (That is hair dryer) whereas a cannon dslr was ordered with order id-od[protected] wort rs inr21999
For that return request was raised... But flipcart block account... Without any resolution...
So... Refund my 21999 or replace my product...
This a one kind of fraud... They take money by sending a worng product...
The customer are harassed due to that..

Deliver boy call me at 1 pm and told me to reach me at 2:30 pm, but after that he did not call me and i dont get my product yet,

    I had flipkart voucher of rs 40000 through instacred (My loan ac no is[protected] but i dont want to use this voucher. I had already mailed to instacred regarding cancellation of the loan but they are saying that u have to use this voucher bcoz flipkart is not supporting for the cancellation. How can anyone force customer to use it. I had attached the screenshot of the mail that i got from instacred.

      As i oder from flipkart card by using my debit card and immedealty i cancelled it. They said me that they have transferred your refund to your bank in 16 of july 2019 and it is credited before or on 24 of july, but sir i still didn't get my money back. I also called and talk with flipkart card customer service and also file a complain. But nothing doing. They said your issue should be resolved on 27 july, then said on 29 then 31 and now said on 1 of aug. They extending the days., everytime when i talk to them they extended the date for resolving the issue, but not resolve it. They told me to contact with bank but bank official said we can't do anything you have to resolve it with flipkart card it. But flipkart can't did anything for resolving this matter.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
      I ordered Huggies pant XL ₹566 and huggies dey M size ₹503 on 15July 2019 and cancelled it on 19 July 2019. I got a message saying my money was refunded & will be credited by 23July 2019Today is 29 july yet still no refund.i called FLIPKART& they told me to initiate with the bank.So I called the bank toll free number to inquire about my pending refund from flipkart but was told there is no refund. Seriously this is frustrating. I called them today in the morning and was told to wait till 31 july 2019. Let’s see what the next excuse will be. Flipkart is not giving resolution only excuses and extending our dates.

        Flipkart blocked my account stating that my purchase trend shows that the items i bought are not intended for personal use whereas this accusation is totally wrong.
        I had inr 7000 gift card amount in my account and they stole it too by blocking my account. I also had 600+ flipkart plus coins in my acount.
        Moreover there was no prior intimation or any warning email before blocking my account.

          Now i thought the tv is proper condition. After two days of proper working the tv is not starting at all. Green lights comes and the screen gets freezed on jvc screen and keeps rotating. The person who cam for demo and installation didn't give us any demo as he didn't have pendrive or hdmi cable. He came and just informed us about stabilizer and other products to sell the same.

          This is for the first time i am facing so much of issues with flipkart. Being a frequent customer, half of the things at my home are from flipkart. This was my favorite thing which i brought from flipkart, that got ruined.

          Request you to replace the tv as i really don't want to ruin my shopping experience with flipkart. The tv is not at all starting.

              I made an order on flipkart of 271/- which i cancelled later on so the amount of 271/- should have been transferred back via the same medium (Debit card) but it has been so mishandled. The money has not been transferred and despite i calling them many times still no resolution or accountability. The problem is that those guys are not providing me any sort of txn no. Or utr no so that i can trace back what has happened and every time it's like a new excuse. They keep saying that it has been transferred back via same medium but the money has not reached my end and i can't even raise a grievance at the bank because these guys are not providing a reference no as i said before.

                I ordered redmi note 5 pro - black 6 gb ram on 3rd july, it has to be delivered on 9th july as promised by flipkart but delivered on 11th july. I don't know what happened in between those dates and found the different product (Redmi note 4) when i opened flipkart parcel box. And also i couldn't see return option after delivering product. I spoke with flipkart agent and risen the complaint regarding. Till now the problem not yet resolved and also they asked me time for investigating i reverted them that i'll be available for anytime for giving any sort of information from my end. They investigated the issue and promised that they will be giving replacement on or before 30th july, 2019. Again on 29th july they have cancelled their replacement request and again they are asking to wait till august 5th to receive my ordered product. Its been a month they are playing with me. I have already paid the money as it was cash on delivery order. Please look into this issue and give me resolution for this issue.

                Flipkart agents informed that the product will be delivered by 5th August, Till now they havnt shipped the product and again asking us to wait two more days. Its been a month ago and not yet resolved.

                  On arrival mobile was dead and damaged (Screen scratches). 2 scratches was

                  Reason and technician confirmed that product was dead and damaged. Your
                  Team is not responding properly.
                  Your helping flipkart team is not mentioning dead product and damaged
                  Product on replacement, they mentioning only dead product. I file compaint
                  2nd time but your assistance is not giving amy good respons. I got mail from
                  Your team. Seller rejected replacement request because product was intact
                  When delivered. But when i open product was dead and damaged. Technician
                  Visit confirmed that mobile is dead. Then am i laying or technician is
                  Lying or your seller partner is lying?? When your slow team will work fast
                  And effectively?? Now on 28 july, wishmaster denied to replace product
                  Because your flipkart is not giving proper reason of replacement. Why
                  Flipkart is not forwarding my complaint to wishmaster as i mentioned in
                  Mail, call complaint?? What the # is going on with your flipkart?? I
                  Want replacement or refund asap.
                  Why i should wait for more 3 days. I give you money prepaid and your

                    Dear sir/madam i have ordered pressure cooker and rice cooker on 19 jul 2019, amount paid by card. Items no yet received now they are asking me to cancel the product, despite resolving the issue they are harassing me, getting calls unnecessarily. Moreover i got a call date exactly not know from the wish master at 9:30 pm approx and told will be handed over the item between 10:30 pm to 11 pm which seems to be against the policy of delivery.

                        Which was promised by flipkart to deliver on 27th of july, but on the day of delivery flipkart's courier partner ekart messaged me that ur product will be delivered after three days.. Then i decided to call customer care nd complains about it
                        They said your product is reached at bilaspur hub mistakely..

                          Hello sir,
                          I had ordered a mi 4a pro 80cm tv for myself and tv is still not being delivered nor any updates as its prepaid. They are increasing delivery dates and not giving updates for that order since 7 days. Order id is "od[protected]".
                          I want compensation for this huge mishandling of my product. If the product is not delivered on time, then want interest of each day i have paid.
                          I want to be compensated strongly for this.
                          No one complains for this delivery thing.
                          The flipkart team is so irresponsible that they cant track or give a request for delivery to courier logistics partner. I am fed up of calling customer care but my issue is never resolved they say that it will be delivered in promised date. When promise date comes it automatically shifts to 1 week more. Is this facility they provide.

                                Flipkart making fool o[censored]s and nothing else and their escalation team no us nor their escalation team ordered acer swift 5
                                Worth rs 40000 and they provided me damaged product colour of back panel is faded and still my replacement is not approved i was tried spoken to your team on daily basis they also not solving my issue. I was escalating on daily basis but there is no one who take initiative. Please help me 40000 is not small amount. Kind of harassment i am facing from flipkart.

                                  I ordered a realme 3 mobile rs 8999 on 11th april in my sbi bank credit card. My order id: od[protected]. But flipkart cancelled the product but the refund amount not received. My refund id:[protected]. I issued chargeback in my card.. But in investigation flipkart send bank team wrong information and bank stop the investigation i submit chargeback report.. I send also my card 3 month statement also... Please see... I complain flipkat for last 4 months about many times... They said me that they refund in my another bank account... But till the date i do not receive my refund amount... They cheated me also... My complain also about sbi bank... They did not help me... They told again and again that flipkart sent them information and i will not receive any amount but flipkart sent them wrong information... I harassed by flipkart and sbi for last 4 months... I cleared all dues in my credit card in fear... Please forum help me... I am tired in the mean time...

                                    I was a flipkart customer. Recently i have ordered a smartphone but they have cancelled my order due to no stock. I have complained against them and i get my refund after 1 month. And also they have dismissed my flipkart account and they are saying the item i have ordered is not for my personal use. The item i have ordered for my wife. I am the one who is responsible for caring my wife. I dont know why they have cancelled my account.

                                      Whirlpool refrigerator was purchased having Order No.OD[protected] dated 07/07/2019. The item was attended to deliver with a condition of COD instead of EMI on 20/07/2019. But it has not delivered till today.
                                      There is also not provided any information about the delivery till date.
                                      Please make me avail my refrigerator.
