On 11th march i tried to buy few products and paid the money through internet banking, the money was debited but order was not placed. They said seller didin't get the money. I had to go multiple times in my bank as they said money must have stuck in gateway. After two months somehow they found the money and after months of communication they finally agreed for refund and said that you will get it in a week. But its been month and refund has not yet been processed.

    After received faulty product. My tablet getting heat after charging or using only for 15 minutes so customer care executive forcing me to use faulty product even I have Return policy period

        When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).

          Hi team,

          2 products worth rs 1799 and 2584 were returned to flipkart on 4 andf 9th july respectively but the money is yet to be refunded inspite of multiple follow ups and customer support calls. Flipkart provided me with arn no and other details related to transaction, however when i checked with bank multiple times, it was reported that the arn no. Provided is incorrect. Requesting you to kindly please refund the amount at the earliest.

              I ordered the realme x mobile with exchange of old redmi note 4. The courier boy came yesterday for the same. He denied the exchange just because of the two minute scratches at the back panel of the phone. This thing was unjustified as on the back panel minor scratches would be there after use of 1 to 2 years of phone. But he denied saying that the company says there should be no scratches at all. Then he said to me that some other boy will come on sunday for the same and he might accept the exchange. The on today (Sunday), no one contacted me at all and i got the message that the order is cancelled anf refund has been initiated. Even if you people do not want the exchange, then also i should have been given an oppurtunity to pay the amount of exchange phone and take the new phone by paying the full amount. This is hell of service from flipkart's end. If i do not get any resolution from here, i will lodge fir for fraud against flipkart. I will not keep quiet for this cheating.

                I bought asus zenfone max m1 (Gold, 32 gb) order no. Od[protected] on 9 july 2019. First i gave the return request and it was canceled due to the technician visit was didn't happen due to call not attend so i gave them call again requested them to proceed the request and continue my and refund request later that week i had a technician visit and he checked the phones for issue and then he said he would report to the vendor about it. And later then i checked the request and it was canceled.
                And said that my problem was solved which it didn't.

                The phone has issues while i am talking in call it would echos (Hear the sound multiple times) and it happens randomly so i restart phone if it happens. So that was the reason i requested for refund also it had high cpu usage without even installing any app which was recorded as evidence by technician.
                Please i would like to return and get refund.

But flipkart delivered worst or different items then i have returned item and after they have refunded my amount rs 759 in my bank accounts but in my bank account doesn't receive.                       This is to inform you that on 10th july i have placed an order of redmi note 7 pro (Neptune blue, 64 gb) - order id: od[protected] through cod.

                      However, at midnight the pay option has been visible so, i have made a payment through sbi debit card ending with 3824.

                      However, the transaction has been failed and the amount got deducted.

                      I have contacted the bank regarding this, they have been told me that we didn't receive any payment regarding this transaction. Check with flipkart customer support.

                      I have raised a concern to customer support regarding this they have created an incident id: in[protected] and mentioned that it should have been credited by 19th july.

                      Again connected with customer support they have informed that they have initiated the refund on 10th july, ref:[protected].

                      On daily basis, i am checking the mini statement, but the amount has not been credited to my account.

                        Whenever i placed an order from flipkart. It gets cancelled after a successful payment of the order i placed. And it's been fourth time since it is happing with me. They are not providing any prior information about the cancellation of order, they simply cancelled the order and refund the money in same account after one or, two days. And whenever i contact the flipkart they always say that, seller has cancelled your order and flipkart are not responsible for this. I want the penalty for the inconvenience that happened with me

                          I ordered the phone karbonn k pebble from flipkart on 18th of july’19 and received the phone on 20th july’19, i started the phone which was hanging so i placed the return request on the same day was showing the replacement only as this was the only option available on app. On 23rd of july19 the wish master came to deliver the new one he checked the phone which had the issue and replied that the phone was not hanging but dead so we need to raise another request for dead and he left. So the delivery got rejected. I customer care to complaint as there was no option available to raise another request, the executive replied that because of system issue they are not able raise the request of return and wanted time of 48 hrs after 48 hrs i again followed up and got the same reply. On 25th i called again for the status and they wanted time till 27th now today i got another message that” we are sorry for the delay they need more time till 29th. I had a pathetic service experience of flipkart. I am just eating to get the basic from last 7 days. Please refund the money i don’t need the phone because it is of no use now.

                            I have ordered f11 pro on flipkart against exchange with my old phone samsung j7max on 16 july 2019. The phone was supposed to be delivered by 20 july 2019, however the deliver boy came to deliver it on 21 july. He asked me to show my old phone and he told me i cannot exchange the phone as there is scratch on the side panel of phone and also at back cover. I told him please review the exchange policy which indicate that physical damage or crack is not allowed, but he denied. Than i approached flipkart and launched complaint on 21 july, followed by 24 july and finally on 25 july they asked me to share the images of the phone. They indicated to give reply by 26 july, but i didn't got any updates. On 27 july i again followed about the same, this time they informed me that there is a gap in the back panel (New defect). But there is no such type of defect exist. This is total harrassment and disgusting experience with flipkart and particularly ekart and wishmaster. I always believe in transparency and hope flipkart along with ekart and wishmaster resolve the issue. I hope many people have faced the same kind of issue.

                              Report unauthorized transaction with my credit card on flipkart. Kindly cancel the order and refund the money as i have not done the transaction. I have reported the same to my sbi credit card bank regarding same and have blocked the card.
                              I have not recieved any detail of the producy or transaction done. Only card usage with amount and on flipkart is mentioned.

                                My order supposed to be delivered by 23rd july. Delivery guy called me and told me collect that product at location which is 6kms far away from me. He told so arrogant that he won’t come and deliver. I told him i’m gonna complain, he told go and complain wherever you want. Is flipkart ment for door step delivery or pickup service? I called customer service more than 15 times no resolution provided. One guy told me to wait till 26th, one more told 29th july and one more told 48 hours. No resolution provided. I faced same kind of situation with other service provider (A*n), within 2 hrs they resolved it and delivered product on same day. If you can’t give service then don’t make us fools by saying we can.

                                Some of your executive called yesterday and took details, she told she will call me again in evening. No one called me and no resolution provided.

                                Stupid service by flipkart, they make me wait 5 days after promised delivery date and they are now telling me to place new order. Delivery guy denied delivery, i told him, i’m gonna complaint in flipkart. The delivery guy told do what ever you want, i don’t deliver your product. These people are saying sorry and wants me to re order. My 15days of time got wasted and energy talking to customer service thought that they will do something. Useless service.

                                I have all data with me regarding this order and calls data, emails and your false promises saying that you will be resolving are with me and i am going to file case against you for wasting my time and energy and giving false statements that you can deliver to door step (Still in your website, you are saying you can deliver door step in my pin, but your delivery partner not delivering and saying do whatever you want. You are not taking any action)

                                  I have received my k20pro in damaged condition order id-od[protected] first of all i didnt noticed any problem in phone but a heart killing scratch on the phone let me down to hell after paying alot amount i am getting a phone having scratch and glue residue on the screen borders this is not fair.
                                  Past i have purchased a lot phone from you since 2015 and you never let me down but this time from my bottom of my heart you are giving me deepest pain.
                                  So i request you to please accept my return request for my phone and i will be happy to be your true customer.

                                    I have ordered two shirts in flipkart and payment is done through phonepay. But after payment is successfull. It showed me as "we have received your order request. We will update you once the order is confirmed." but it is not showing anything in myorders in app and website also. I have waited for about 3 hours but still i did not get any confirmation. While trying to contact customer care it is saying all the executives are busy call later. Please help me with this.

                                      I tried a few time about 1 week that i unable to login my flipkart account, firstly i thought that my password was wrong but i found that it's the right password but i cannot login to my account. I tried so many times but i don't know what is the problem, when i tried to sign in my father's account it also showing it cannot be loged in. Kindly please reply to me that what is the reason behind this

                                        I have forgotten my account password. While i am clicking forgot password link it shows unable to process request.. I couldn't able to process with my orders.
                                        I have tried in website also. Issue occurred in both app and website. I have tried to create new account but it shows that already had account. Is that possible to provide external link to reset password?
