Hello sir/ma'am, i have ordered the mobile backcover from flipkar on 19 july 2019. But i received the wrong product on 23rd july 2019. So i replaced that item again on 27 and again i received the wrong item, then i decided to return the product but i put the request for return on the very next day but till now i didnt get any solution from flipkart, and also they have cheated me by sending wrong item 2 times. So, i have requested to return this product but they have not returned my cashback. And they are requesting me to wait for 48 hours or 2 days but like this i had already waited for 7 days, but till now they havn't solved my problem. Also they are telling me that my request is on hold.
