Good evening Sir, Madam,

I have ordered a Redmi 7A(Matte Black, 32GB) from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 5999 on 18th of july 2019.This product in automatic cancel. I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"
I waited till 26th of July but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to Sbi Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Flipkart.com.

please let us know in case any action is required by the street members which could be helpful in taking action towards fixing this issue permanently.

    This flipkart site is fraud i have ordered for reebok track pants and they have sent adidas low quality product and it was of low quality and instead of raising a complaint manier time they are not picking up the item from me. Regarding wrong brand they asked me to provide price tag please look into the matter as i have not received the price tag along with the product how it can possible to provide the same.

    Moreover, also be informed that i am a regular customer of flipkart

Flipkart Customer Care was replied Mr. Noor Khan was replied we will solve your problem on 23 Jul but he was not contacted again I was contact Customer Care the toled me we will contact you on 25 Jul at 3 p.m. and they have not contacted. I request again Customer Care they are told me we will contact you on 31 Jul at 3 p.m. but they are not contacted. I was tried to contact Customer Care Executive but unable to contact them.
      3. I was ordered to purchase Mobile Phone Lenovo K6 Note Gold from Flipkart vide Order No – OD[protected] on 13 March 2019. Flipkart Invoice No – FAB9MO[protected] on 14 March 2019 and Mobile set was delivered to me on 17 March 2019 by Cash on Delivery with the Payment of Rs 9990/- IMEI : [protected]. The set was sold by – Anjali Smart Dealer, B-180, Aman Vihar, Near Jagdamba Market, New Delhi – 110086.
      4. As per flipkart policy they have given one year warranty . My Mobile was stopped working on 13 Jul 2019 and dead. I was contacted followings –
      a. Customer Care of Lenovo near to me in Faizabad on 15 Jul 2019 they are refused to repair this set as it was already repaired in the month of Jun 2017 and it is not in warranty period.
      b. Customer Care Lenovo India contacted they are advice me send Invoice and IMEI No to email – [protected]@lenovo.com I will try to extend warranty but they have replied As per Invoice IMEI number, the phone seems to be a secondary sales unit. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you further the warranty registration process and second reply we understand that you are unhappy with the service provided by the service centre, As per the Invoice IMEI number, the phone seems to be a secondary sales unit. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you further.
      5. I was purchase new set from Flipkart without any discount I don’t know why they have send me old and rejected set so that flipkart was cheat me and doing fraud.

      Sir, I was contacted to flipkart they are telling me I am doing best and Lenovo is telling I am not responsible. I request you kindly look this matter seriously because I was never seen this type of cheating and fraud. When they are failed to solve my problem I was taken Complaint No – IN[protected] on 17 Jul 2019. Flipkart is telling me your problem solved up to 23 Jul 2019 and again on 25 Jul 2019 and today they was told me your problem will be solved upto 31 Jul 2019.
      Kindly help me and tell to flipkart for Replacing of Lenovo k6 Note Gold Mobile Set by New Lenovo k6 Note Gold Mobile Set.

        I made an order on Thu, 25th Jul and delivery by Friday, Jul 26, 2019, and today on Jul 31, 2019, I got an email that your product has been delivered, but didn't get any email about there delivery guy is out for delivery.
        I tried calling on their customer care but no response.
        I even tried calling in ekart which is their delivery provider but got no response.
        I am deeply disappointed with the way Flipkart has managed this order

          I have ordered iPhone X but I cancelled immediately through DEBIT CARD EMI. I have contacted Flipkart for cancellation Id for bank purpose to raise the complaint in bank, but they told that they don't have any process of cancellation id. And also they have informed the refund has been processed. But still my loan is active and EMI will start soon. Please look into this and get this rectified at the earliest.

            I have order a mi band 3 at 999 .and I am replacement the product and the product was not pick up and replace but in app show the product is already deliver.the I was contact to customer care they told me the fault was courier boy and they also clearly said another replacement is not available . Now what should I do the product has no bill and also new bill was given which the product is not received.i want help from you.and I don't want to return I need replacement bcz the product price is now 1999.

              I placed order for tower fan (Id : od[protected]. Consignment was received on july 23, 2019. It was from stylehomez. Immediately i opened and noticed that the power plug is broken. I requested for replacement within 30 minutes of receipt. On july25, 2019 wish master called and enquired about location. Our place is well with in chennai city limit and 18 km from chennai central, even closer than it hubs. But wish master didn't pick on that day. I received a hindi message stating that we were not available to pickup and asked for new date. I confirmed july 27. When i checked the status online on july 27, my replacement request was cancelled. I called flipkart and they assured to take the product before july 30, 2019. So again i selected july 29 for pickup. Also i raised replacement request again on july 27. It was accepted. But again it was cancelled on july 29. I called flipkart again. They assured me to pickup before july 31. So i raised my 3rd request on july 30 and was accepted. But today (July 31) i noted that the request was turned down again stating that the seller turned down the request as per the policy. Can flipjart pass the responsibility on seller if he sends stone instead of laptop? How can i accept broken product? Request filpkart to replace at the earliest. Wish master never visited my residence for pickup.

                I have cancelled two products after ordering which were prepaid. One of 259/- and other of 10999/-. The last date given by the flipkart for the refunded amounts to be transferred to reach the original payment mode was 30 th july and 31 st july respectively. I have waited for 1 week and after the date given i contacted the customer care several times and all they said for multiple times were, the seller has already done the refund and enquire the bank otherwise wait for few more days. I have enquired the bank multiple times but they said no refund has happened. What should i do? I realised my money has gone. They cheated me fraudsters. I need the money back otherwise i am going to file a case against them. Flipkart, they have no value for the customer's money and time. I am fed up with this issue. I am behind this for the past one week. They have sent me two mails stating the refund of the products has been successfully transferred. But no refund has happened in my bank account. I am also pasting the printout of last one month's bank statement with this.

                    Have ordered samsung ehs64 wired headset with mic for which online status shows item delivered on 19th july, where as i am sorry to mention that i have not received the mentioned item.

                    Report mentioned by ur delivery person is not true. I also tried calling the delivery person on no. Received on sms almost 10 times but he didn't bother to answer the call nor call back. Also raised the complaint for the same with flipkart over call and mail and since then i was been asked /replied to wait for 24 hrs to get resolution on my complaint.

                    Its more than 11 days but i am still waiting for my refund of the item i haven't received. Every time customer care executive assures me that i would get resolution for my complain but that 24 hrs never comes

                        I placed an order for the redmi k20 on monday 22nd july. Order id - od[protected]. I opted to exchange my old redmi 4. The delivery person who came on 25th, denied the old phone which was in perfect condition. When i called flipkart they said it will be resolved in two days also informed me that i can pay the balance amount and take the product which i was not aware and neither the delivery person informed me.
                        Flipkart asked me to send pictures but i opted to pay the balance amount and take the product. Ever since then i am not getting any resolution. I called flipkart, emailed etc that all i want is that i will pay the balance amount and take the product but they are kept dragging my case.
                        I tracked the product and its still with flipkart local facility.
                        Now they are calling back and saying that product cannot be delivered and it has to be canceled. I have to rebook the order is what they say.
                        This is completely unfair and worst case handling capacity of flipkart.

                          I ordered a mobile which cost rs. 18000 for exchange of a mobile. The date given to me for delivery of product was 28th july 2019, but was not delivered. I raised an issue for my prepaid mobile phone, that it is still not delivered and stipulated date given to me for resolving the issue was 30 july 2019 by 10.30am. On the given date, the case was not resolved and the date got extended to 31 july 2019 10.30am. Again the time period is over, but my case is still not resolved and i have my money stuck with flipkart. Everytime i call them and they say team will get back to me.

                            Worth rs. Of 23999 on 22 july 2019 and i canceled my order after the payment detection and this payment done by pnb debit card and mobile no is [protected] for booking.

                            And after some time, i got the message from flipkart.com saying that "your
                            The refund has been completed it will be transfer by 30 july" then i called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to your bank. Kindly contact to the customer care of your issuing bank.
                            Called to pnb bank customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com.

                            I again called flipkart.com and this time they did not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank.

                            But still, the amount is not refunded from my bank account and they did not give me the solution.

                              I had purchased an ac from flipkart. Later i am getting sms from same flipkart sms number from where i had received genuine promotion sms of flipkart. I am getting fraud calls claiming winning of tata safari car of rs. 12lakhs and registration amount of rs. 7500 has to be paid from side.

                              The important concern here is that the caller knows all the details of my purchase. He knows my complete address, mobile number, complete name, what i have purchased from flipkart online. How come customer data is not maintained with privacy by flipkart. Flipkart has to ensure customer data security and privacy. These personal details can cause serious damage to the customer including crimes. So, this matter has to be seriously taken care flipkart and flipkart is purely responsible for any damage happens to me or any other customer.

                                I ordered apple macbook air 128/8 gb... On 28-4-19 but i got the another product (Apple iapd) i call to ur team and inform this problem ur team arranges replacement..in replacement time i got the again another product received (Air pods) what i ordered what u provided i dont know?.. I call again and raised the complaint.. Ur team call to me within 24 hours. And says not accepted the seller.. And blocks the my flipkark account also. I call and ask reason.. High number returns in ur purchase history so unable to log.in our flipkart account... Says icall everyday but not use all agents only one word ur is forwared to my backend team but backteam also not solved my problem.. After one month one team was call to me and says sir ur flikart paylater balance was due pls pay... Then i ask how to pay my account is blocked... Ur agent says sorry for inconvenience with in 24 hours ur problem was solved says.. Not 24 hours within 30 min my account also opened.. I shocked what a fraud... Ok i pay balance also i again call ur team says all incidence... Again raised return request ur team but again within 24 hours my again blocked...
                                I call again & again but no use.. After 25 days delivery boy calls me and says ur flipkart package was ready for pickup.. I dont know.. Anymessages did not comes i call flipkart team but team says.. Unable to check ur account beacuse ur account is blocklist says..in that time i dont know how to solved then asked the courier.. Please tell the product name.. He tells correct details... Then iask receipst but he says not available sir.. After pick up completes one message was coming no problem wait till 24 hours.. Says but did not coming any messages till today also what a flipkart fraud... Actually iam a flipkart plus member akso but telugu agents also not their i request to please provide my refund status...

                                  I had purchased a sony ps4 slim 1tb from flipkart through online seller gamingking on 11.10.2018. The ps4 has stopped working and when i approached sony service centre the warranty was denied stating that the seller is not an authorized seller. A similar response was received from sony india. Flipkart has allowed an unauthorized seller to operate on its website and therefore flipkart is liable to either get the product repaired under warranty or refund the entire amount paid for the purchase.

                                  I am looking for a prompt resolution of the same.

                                  I received the refund from Flipkart as the seller on their website was not authorized. Kindly check the list of authorized sellers on the website of SONY to avoid any warranty related problems.

                                    I ordered a product from flipkart on 22 jul 19 order id od[protected]. Expected date of delivery was 25 jul 19. But it could not be delivered on the date. When i raised complain for prompt delivery of the product they assured me next delivery date of 27 jul 19, but they again failed to deliver the product and till date i have not received my product despite repeated written complain and telephonic conversation with courier partner kuldeep khanderiya as well as flipkart. Every time they are giving me false assurance that your product will be delivered shortly. I have already paid the amount for product

                                      मेने 23 जुलाई को फोन खरीदा था उसके बाद 5 रिक्वेस्ट डाली फ़ोन रिप्लेसमनेट या रिटर्न्स हो पर हर बार कैंसिल कर दी जाती है ना रिप्लेस करते है ना रिटर्न। कितनी बार काल किया हर बार बेबकुफ़ बना देते है। अब 2 तारीख दी गई बोला 2 को सॉल्व करनेगे। जब कि 2 तक ही रिप्लेस या रिटर्न्स कर सकते है उसके बाद नही।
                                      पागल बना कर रखा है। जो स्पेशफिकेशन फोन खरीदते समय लिखी थीं वो हैं ही नही फोन में। और इतनी हैंगिंग प्रोब्लम है इसमें। डिस्प्ले भी पूरा नही है।
