#flipkart flipkart is a disgusting e - commercial site who is playing with customer. Customers r paying a large amount during their order but when customer making any return it iis blocking that account. When a customer talks with customer care member they also couldn't help customers.in my case i purchesed a lorem wrist watch of rs 325 and when i went for return, its shows that due to high number of returns u can not login your account further. Flipkart actually hiding their policy or making fraud to customer and the gv linked with this account also lapsed.in my flipkart i'd [protected]@gmail.com there is rs 855 gv was added. But i could get it. And the register mobile number is [protected].

    Whenever I clicks on play game it gives error "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions, ERROR_CODE 1000"
    I have reported this issue to customer care also but they were not able to resolve it . They just says it's technical issue try after some time.

      Flipkart has locked my account just after i added 7000 rs which i received as a gift from office.
      They are saying they have found trend in my purchase that i am not using flipkart for personal use.
      Crimes by flipkart
      1. Taking away 7000
      2. Blocking account and harrassing user
      3. Never advertising gift cards are not to be gifted but can only be used by the user who is purchasing.
      4. Never advertise we can only order from flipkart in a particular given address.

        I am writing this complaint because i am very fade up with flipkart customer service experience. I have ordered 5 items from flipkart on 11 the oct, 2018 and next day i received a message my order has been cancelled from the seller end. After receive the message i called your customer service team immediately, they informed me due the high volume of the order of those item seller has cancelled the order. Please place the order once it will comeback in stock. I waited for few hours turned on option notify me. Once the order came back in stock, i placed the order once again. Again next day my order has cancelled from the seller end, i called your customer service team once again, they asked me to place the order once again after one day. Again i placed the order once again on next day. Again next day my order has cancelled from the seller end, i called your customer support team once again, the executive asked me to place the order after few hours and also he will update about this issue on the seller community page. So i waited for 12 hrs and once again i placed the order. Again same thing happen with me. Again i called flipkart customer support team and the person escalated the issue and provide me the case number: in[protected].
        I was waiting for the response. On 18th oct i received an email that my account has been blocked after investigation that the items i have purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.

        I never understand the matrix of the investigation of your executive, if i am purchasing for selling purpose then i placed the order on a bulk amount not for one quantity and the item was for my recently ordered iphone 6s from flipkart and for my another two phone lenovo vibe k6 power and lenovo vibe k5.

        Once my account was blocked by your concern team, i called flipkart pathetic customer service team immediately. Person transferred the call to the back end team and your back end executive asked me response the same email and who investigate on the issue she will response back within 24-48 hrs and after that i never received response from flipkart concern team. Also, i called them 2-3 times to check the progress but i received same answer wait for 24-48 hrs.

        I am requesting you please resolve this issue as fast as possible and re-enable my account.

        I hope you will take necessary action for re-solve this issue as fast as possible.

        Answer is just a copy paste. Why you guys are not investigating on this. You uneducated agent advised me place the order after getting cancelled. Why you guys are not asking your agent for guided me into the wrong way. Which leads my account in trouble. You guys should punished your agent. Your customer service was always worst and will be worst in future as well. Flipkart management was always greedy will be in future until Walmart sacks all the old management employees.

          My account has got hacked and the hacker has changed my email id and password. He has also used my gift card to order various things. Customer care is not helping, no one has intervened. They have poorest security authentication.

          I even emailed to [protected]@flipkart.com which was given by customer care but no response. The customer care support took it very casually and told that it will take 2-3 days to resolve issue. They dont even understand seriousness of the situation.

            I ordered Ambrane power bank and Power bank was not deliverec on date.Daily I am calling customer care executive to cancel my order.They are not cancelling the order and kept customer so many days awaited.

            Customer got affected and they did not provide any option for cancellation.kindly cancel my order as shown in screenshot and refund my amount.

              Talked and mailed with Flipkart CC and CEO, Grievance, escalation, cs-head and higher authority several times, asked for escalation of issue, argued that I have agreed to Flipkart Exchange terms and not to ekart’s checklist.

              My phone old phone and after local ekart manager told me that they will not accept phone in any case due to minor scratch attached image., Also told them that ekart is just a logistics partner, arranged by them, over which I have no control, and delivery boys are not technicians. How can Flipkart rely on them for Final Decision.

              Their policy is absurd and problem is they don’t mention anything in policy which ekart is expected to check. They expect new phones in exchange nowadays.

              Btw, if you are not in urgent need and if they reject your old phone, That Means Flipkart expecting people to exchange their new brand goods in return of other brand new goods.
              Or They are cheating people by giving exchange offer till we Buy the product.

              The people of Flipkart are mentally disturbed and I have lost them for this, which I have to file a case.

                I have purchased led tv (40sm) (Case id ftev-dkdzzl-5j7oyq-dx3x94-qg9bywq) on 15th july online and delivered on 23rd july 2019. As per purchasing policy within 2 days of delivery flipkart has to install the product through the authorised agent. But now more than 20 days but installation not done even after number times complaint given through the customer care.

                Everyday i am receiving messages we have arranged technician and will be installed. Around 3 pm daily i will receive message that installation rescheduled.

                I am not able to use the product even after purchasing the product. Still i have not opened the product due warranty conditions.

                I don't know either my ordered product is available inside or not? Why flipkart is fearing for installation.

                    The mrp of the book was 350, but it costed me 380.
                    The concern is not the overpriced items, the concern is when it mean to be sell in bihar why it been sold through out india.

                      Dear team,

                      After the replacement received, there was installation that was suppose to happen. We got the message that it is scheduled to happen after two days from tv arrival. Suddenly, we received a message on next day stating that the installation is done successfully, which actually didn't happen and when we tried reaching flipkart customer care that is also not happening.

                      Every time after the installation, we get call for sharing the feedback, even that has not happened. I have attached the snapshot of the message, please check.

                      When replacement arrived there are dead pixel on panel, that was also supposed to be reported, even that has not happened. I am unable understand what is the exact issue here, tv arrived after so much of struggle, then issue with tv and then again struggle with replacement and technician issues.

                      When i received replaced tv, again dead pixels issue along with installation service issue.

                      What is the use of being flipkart plus member, if i have to face so many issues. This has happened with me for first time and earlier also i have purchased washing machine, fridge but no issues. This was a gift for my husband on his bday but thankfully ruined because of your services and lack of communication.

                      Spending so much money and purchasing something that we value and then such services ruin the complete trust over ecom.

                        I had bought a mobile on 26th July `19 from Flipkart Mobile app.
                        Model Name : Asus Zenfone Max M1 (Black 32 GB)
                        Price : INR 6, 999 /- (by HDFC Credit Card)

                        Mobile delivered on 28th July`19.
                        But when I started to charge this mobile, charger & mobile getting overheat, which is unbearable to hold.
                        Thus, I requested to Flipkart for replace on 28th July 19 at night hour but request has rejected without any reason.
                        Again I requested to Flipkart for return/ refund . Return ID[protected]
                        Flipkart`s well trained & robot technician visited my home and without putting my mobile on charge, by physical appearance he put the remark that `mobile is OK`, and my refund request had been canceled by their portal.

                        Again I requested for return / refund on 2nd Aug 2019 (Return ID[protected], but without my concern or information Flipkart has canceled my request.

                        Now again 4th time I have requested (Return ID[protected]) on 5th Aug`19 but still there is no response from Flipkart.

                        In the last 6-7 days, i have call Flipkart`s customer care more than 10 times, but no use of this, always they sorry but there is no any outcome.

                        Flipkart is making their customer fool by providing them defective products and forcing them to keep the defect item. Not attending customer request under obligation time, only passing customer time so that, warrantee/return/refund time should be over and Flipkart would not be responsible for return/refund.
                        Flipkart is harassing me mentally very much. this is their customer service. I need my money back with interest and compensation of INR 75, 000/- for mentally torture me since last 8-9 days,

                                    I'm writing to you guys in regards to the issue which is going through while to trying to order the phone MI K20 pro.im getting an error message "Sorry ABB is not enabled on your account". Which means I'm unable to claim the buyback for my phone which I'm using rite now that is V11 which I have purchased from flipkart as on dated 29 Oct 2018 and my buy back is valid till 30 Oct 2019. Previously I have ordered k20 pro by replacing the same phone and due to issues with the wish master my new phone was not delivered for which above is the incident number. I have now googled this error message and found that flipkart is playing with customers money and never resolved this error message of any customers who have raised a complaint. Hereby I'm now going to take this to the consumer court and will make this viral on all the social website that flipkart is playing with custoners money if no body gets back to me on this issue.

                                      I already placed 3rd request For return and replacement of the product realmi x but continue 3rd time rejected by your side without any feedback and fake technician feedback
                                      The technician came and confirmed the defect in Mobile Then I get a notification that the return request is rejected! I keep calling Flipkart to help but no help provide by filpcart I never told the technician that I'm satisfied with the resolution because this product is already damaged finger print is not working and camera lens is getting blurred after clicking 3 photos but nobody is listing my concern and continue denied my request, I call to the customer care representative and their manager but everytime they make fake promises that they will help me and rejected my request after call, this is a big fraud happen with me with fake return policy I have all call records, mails and pictures soon I'll file a complaint against you in consumer court coz this is the way you treat with your value customer
                                      you are just doing fraud and making fool on the name of return policy by avoiding 10 days till the date of finish.
                                      I am not going again to raise return request further.
                                      Really pathetic experience with flipkart this time, too much disappointed. Looks like flipkart dont have any resolution other then raising and rejecting return request.

                                        I was order the dslr lens, they will mentioned that has auto focus, but the auto focus has not working in the lens, I would like to refund my money back, but they will only offer replacement of the same product not refund or exchange the item, this is very disappointing to buy a product in flipkart, they will not mentioned the description auto focus is not work in particular dslrs blindly say auto focus lens only
