I had ordered a mattress on 15th july (Od[protected] which was delivered on 26th july. However the recieved product had different size than the one i ordered. I had requested refund immediately and when cantacted seller, he also confirmed that there’s been a mistake in the product they delivered. Since then my request gets cancelled and i have to make another request. Tomorrow is last day of return policy after that i will not be able to make any such request. Flipkart needs to take things seriously, i request this complaint forum to take required steps and help me sort this problem out as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I had purchased 2 soccer shoes for my son who is size 13. One is a puma and the other adidas.
    Issues faced on both

    Puma
    The shoe box actually has a sticker stating that the shoe is spoilt. And it is. The right shoe has a large cut on top.

    Flipkart promptly blocked my account when i raised a return request. Have spoken to customer service a number of times times but have not seen any action on my returns

      I ordered the redmi note 7 pro on the 31st of july costing 13999rs. Order number is od[protected]. On the 31st tracking details showed that the product has been dispatched from bangalore. On the 1st of august it said "your order has been dispatched from the flipkart facility" from a place called surathkal which is 20 minutes away from where i stay in mangalore. On the 2nd of august, which was the delivery day, the tracking details said "your order has arrived at our flipkart facility", this is again in surathkal. Now suddenly it said "your order could not be delivered today and will be delivered in the next 3 days". The bummer was when it suddenly said "
      Your order has been dispatched from the flipkart facility", on the 2nd of august again. Called the customer care twice and they told they are going to look at what has happened and will update me but no updates. I have to call them and ask every time. My phone broke due to which i had to order a new phone in emergency and it said the phone would reach in 2 days.

      Reason for this complaint is, this is happening for the second time with me. The previous time in the month of january i had ordered a mechanical pencil which costed 911rs. Same thing happened and i was give the same reason only to be following up every single day to hear the customer care people say "we are looking at it" every single time. Finally after many days when i called them they said that the first time the product went missing and now the seller doesnt have it in stock. All this atleast 15 days after the delivery date. Not once was i given any update without me calling flipkart and making it look like the customer is begging for the product. The customer service again is horrible and is not at all professional. I have had very bad experience with flipkart and i need an update, a real one. Also i do not want to wait and listen to reason and then finally get asked to wait even more while the concerned department looks through the problem and what not. I need the product on time which flipkart has failed multiple time in my case to do so and hence i want a relevant action taken against this kind of irresponsible behavior towards customers and their orders.

        Money was added and available in Flipkart wallet... As they blocked my account, they are asking me to check with the vendor who issued the Flipkart gift card.

        When reaching out to vendor, they are replying like... One redeemed can't be given back :(

        Seriously my 6 months of time is wasted bcs of 1500/- rupees.. pity o[censored] Flipkart

          A phone was rjeected in exchange. Flipkart wants me to give a brand new phone and get 6k in exchange
          Pleaded for phone before 3rd august. No response till 4th
          Flipkart automatically cancelled order and sent mail
          Didn't want it cancelled. Gave me headache. Don't speak properly. Cut the calls. Don't callback.
          Have no sympathy for the customer. Despite pleading and begging them for the same.

          I ordered k20pro with exchange service.

          The order was supposed yo be here by 11am. And thr person made me wait till 1pm and messed up my
          Entire day.

          When the person came he was being in a carefree and a rude attitude.

          He took my phone in hand and instantly rejected it. And said that this phone is old and has a major dent. And kept on rejecting it.

          I have been using exchange service for more than 3 phones and never has there been any issue with absolutely any phone i have submitted.

          The person took a rough photo and submitted and said everyone rejected it. I asked him to call and he did not call as well and said that i should call. The numbers he gave were out of service as well.

          I have been waiting for k20 pro since quite a while. And my phone is absolutely in a mint condition. But this cynic person has rejected my phone for an absolutely # reason and expects me to submit a brand new phone

          I am unable to exchange my phone as well

          I was supposed to leave city on 3rd but they have insisted me to stay and attend their calls on 3rd of august. Which they made at 8pm, late. And was of absolutely no help or progress. And they have cancelled my order as a sick impractical joke as well.

                I am a regular buyer at flipkart from a long time but am really disappointed with flipkart this time i brought a realme c2 on flipkart's trust but they sent me a wrong color and faulty handset, i tried to return it but they are not accepting returns, instead they are offering replacement, i checked online and with 1 another user of realme c2 the problem is in color os6 operating system of realme and the replacement phone will have same issues, i tried to contact flipkart customer care but they hung up on me... Not going to buy anything from flipkart again bad service...

                  I purchased this article on 23/07/2019 and when i checked the performance of product the performance was bad like connectivity issue and service centre issue in my city kota (Rajasthan) and i give return request of this article on flipcart portal 28/07/2019

                  Already logged my complaint return of model 28/07/2019 this model but till now no responds, one person came today that person behave is very rudely and i know on which base your team has not returned old article and closed my old complain even i told you this article service centre not in my city and i am not satisfied this model performance.

                    I have make an order of pressure cooker and my promised delivery date is 3 of August, but suddenly you guys change the delivery date to 10th August. Now the issue issue is I will be out of station from 5th aug. So if you arrange to deliver it 5th August it will be your goodness.

                        I buyed hitachi ac from flipkart on april 2019. It was 34000rs. The installation was done by jeeves (Flipkart installation unit).
                        I extended the warranty of the product from jeeves end. That cost me 2750rs. It was working fine.
                        On 1st the copper pipe that transfer gas from indoor unit to outdoor burst and my whole family felt threatened thankfully no one got hurt due to that pipe burst.
                        I contact hitachi and they told this happened due to the faulty installation.
                        I contacted flipkart and flipkart was ready to refund the repair.
                        The technician from jeeves came on 20th july and he repaired the unit but didn't provide the invoice as as per him on sunday they don't have invoice.
                        On monday the very next day ac broke down again.
                        I contacted flipkart and technician came and he investigated and the pcb of outdoor unit was burnt. He took the pcb to jeeves and told the invoice will be send after complete repair.
                        After 2-3 days the technician return 970rs and 1500 invoice is still pending from jeeves. And now jeeves denied replacement of pcb.
                        No resolution.

                          Secoind complain.- complain registered refrigerator to flipkart in warranty by flipkart — jeeves company has not attended or replaced my part till date after confirmimng the defect by their technichian. Jeeves is flipkart own warraty house. Please never accept any product under thier warraty. Only if the product company is giving then only buy the product.

                              Hi,

                              On 3rd aug, i made a payment of rs.13, 798/- using hdfc credit card on flipkart for purchasing redmi note 7 pro.

                              However the amount got debited from hdfc credit card but flipkart order not placed.

                              I have not received the amount back to the credit card also.

                              Request flipkart to check and resolve this.

                              Awaiting your quick response on this regard.

                              Dear Sirs, I had made purchase of Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) and Buyback Guarantee with order ID OD116164943897555000 on 3rd August 2019 for the total amount of Rs.14098/- (Rs.13798 using credit card and Rs.250 using flipkart voucher). But the order was not placed and amount got deducted. After many follow ups, I only got amount of Rs.13798 for the credit card and did not receive the balance amount of the flipkart voucher. Inspite of daily conversations with flipkart customer care reps, there is no action till date. I have stopped completely using Flipkart and feel ur competitor Amazon is way better in these issues. Unless I get my remaining amount back, I will be stop using flipkart completely. Best Regards, Venkata Karthik P

                                I ordered one voltas 1.5 ton inverter split ac on 18th july which was delivered on 23 rd july. On 25th july technician from voltas came for installation and found that indoor unit is different from outdoor unit. Immediately i placed a return request. Today is the seventh day from placing the request but i am not being given any information regarding the progress. I had called flipkart everyday since i placed return request but no action is being taken. Neither the defective product is taken back nor new product is being delivered. My rs 33249 is at stake. Also, they regret to refund my money. We opt for e-commerce platform to save time but in this case i had wasted 16 days from ordering day and still my ac is not instralled neither any update i receive on future course of actions. I request you to plz take this matter urgently and arrange for some solution. Pics of indoor and outdoor units are attached for your reference.

Due to payment failure i have tried again and in second attempt my payment was successful. But there was two transaction of 5999 from my account, amount gets deducted twice. Bank officials are saying that money has been transferred to flipkart and flipkart is not processing my refund even after several reminder and complaints. I am attaching the mail which flipkart send me to resolve the query by 2nd august but there was no call or email from flipkart till the said time.

                                    As i had purchased vivo z1 pro, in the name of preethi, c/o a thiru kumar

                                    As the battery is getting down often, and it getting overheat in charger and phone while charging.

                                    As we had already made complaint for replacement, listed below:

                                    1) technician make us to do some setting in over the phone, but we try at level best the same complaint was repeating.

                                    2) again we contact your helpline for replacement but the send a technician in live, but he did not do anything, simply he said this phone is in same category and its naturally overheating and charge will be only for 10hrs. We are not satisfied by the person. He gave the false statement to you.

                                    3) so now we disappointing by your customer care, so we need only replacement or refund.

                                    4) or we have to go for legal help. No way for us.

                                    Please do needfull as early as possible...

                                      Hello i have purchased oppo f11 during recent sale on flipkart on 15th july 2019 and i got oppo a5 instead of oppo f11. Since 15 days gonna still not a proper resolution by flipkart team. Even i have opened courier packet infront of wishmaster and snapped pictures infront of him and complained to flipkart custamer but after series of complaint and calls still no resolution has been provided by them.
                                      Kindly provide me the solution as soon as possible. I am keenly waiting for your favourable response.
