Dear sir/madam,
I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart for non-refund of money.
I ordered a product "hp x1000 wired optical mouse" from flipkart on the 5th of august, amounting to rs. 240
Product order id - od[protected]
The mode of payment was through debit card.
Few days after the order placed, when i checked my order status no processing was done and suddenly on 11th august when i checked the status it shows me that the product is out of stock and the seller had canceled the product and wrote that the amount you have paid for this item will be refunded.
The status of the product description shows me that the refund is completed but i still didn't receive my money.
It's been more than 5 days i am waiting but still, i am not getting any response.
I tried calling their customer care service but none of them were connecting and responding to me as an invalid dialed number.
I have sent twice the complaint mail regarding this issue to flipkart concerned authorities, but still they haven't given any response.
As proof, i am attaching screenshots of the sms sent by them and the details/description of the product ordered on the flipkart site.
I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest by instructing them to give a full refund or sending the product again.
