[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart & Ekart are engaging in Cheating/Fraud & Accusing customers of Not responding to Collect Delivery

Dear All, I would like to bring it to your notice that Flipkart & Ekart are engaging in Fraud by accusing the general public and their customers of either not being at home or not responding on their phones to the delivery boys calls. This is just because their delivery boys (who are a set of rogues) are unable to deliver (due to their laziness or in case they want to while away time). This has happened on almost 3 times for me and on all instances I was very much at home & always I get this troublesome message " Undelivered Because of No Response". In fact, I have changed the delivery to my office, as it is a Hospital and is open 24 hrs a day/ 7 days a week, just because somebody is there from my office to receive the item on my behalf for the whole day or damn night. Besides, in most instances where the claimed that there was no response from me, attempted delivery was claimed to occur after 7 pm, when in fact Flipkart stops delivering at 7 pm. How can Flipkart give fraudulent claims that the customer was not at home when in fact I was very much at home. By accusing the customers of this, they are bound to lose their business. I would be awaiting the delivery today. However, I am very much displeased with the unprofessional manner in which you'll have handled this issue:- - The Order status on the Flipkart webpage says there was no response from our side yesterday at 7:51 pm. Kindly note that I have given the address of my Office to receive the item and this is a Hospital/Healthcare organisation. It is open 24 hrs a day and if your Courier Personnel had come over, there would have been somebody to receive the item. I have even left a word with the Security to receive the item on my behalf/With Company Seal. I really do not believe that your Courier Personnel would have come in yesterday night at 7:51 pm. - - I received an SMS today morning Saying that I did not respond on my Mobile. Kindly note that I have not received any missed call yesterday on My Mobile from any of your Courier personnel. Besides, I was continuously in touch with your Customer care (*[protected]* once at 5:13 pm and at 7:23 pm and at both the times I was informed that the Executive was coming over. Again this message which I received on my mobile which says that there was no response from my side seems to be fraudulent. Plz see screenshots below. Kindly note that this is not my first bad experience with Flipkart and in the Past I have recorded such problems especially with delivery. It is very sad to say that there is something seriously wrong with your Delivery Mechanism, though the experience for purchasing online & using the item is still good with Flipkart. Ekart logistics customer care have confirmed today morning that I would be given the parcel by today evening, but the same has not been delivered... Kindly note that the mobile number of the delivery person Bushan S [protected]***) does not seem reachable constantly today, this was given by ekart logistics by SMS to be me... I have not received any call from the delivery person, and before any attempted delivery there was no call made to my mobile 9845***252...
