I ordererd for a Gold Pen Drive. However, I got a Silver Pen Drive, which is also a cheaper product. I called their customer support and informed them. I was informed that they will send a replaced item. However, days later, I was informed that I will not get a replaced item, but my product will be picked up and money refunded to me.
Their representative "Raju Mondal" came today to pick up the item and asked for the Gold Pen Drive. I tried to make him understand that the reason for this return is I did not get the gold one and I can return what I had received which is a Silver Pen Drive. He behaved rudely and informed me that he cannot.
