Indeed really a pathetic delivery service from your end.

You people made my daughter cry.

In anticipation of having delivery on 11-Aug-2014, of the Physics Books, she has scheduled her Physics programme in her school.

Today is 12th August, 2014 nothing is delivered.

My baby literally cried as her scheduled programme has been vanished just because of the lethargy of flipkart.

Disgusting. I will never make any other purchase in future and even urge others also to not to buy any damn thing from flipkart.

    I was purchased moto e last week on flipkart.but two days before only I start to use that mobile .. Today I had noticed a micro dot in the display it is purely a product damage so kindly solve this issue . I was very disappointed by this issued product.I can't attached the photo since the micro dot is not visible

      Hello Forum, I was interested in buying a XIOMI Mi 3 phone from the Flipkart website as it is available only in Flipkart. I had already registered to buy that phone for the sale on august 12th 2014. There was a countdown timer which was in their website which showed how many days hours and minutes remaining for the sale. Immediately when the timer was at zero seconds and i clicked buy now option, the page said that the phone is out of stock... How is it possible that the phone can go out of stock in a matter of few fraction of seconds. A bank transaction takes at least a minute for the transaction to take place. I really wonder that they are trying to fool people and creating a hype. I then immediately contacted the customer care and first they told me its is a server problem. And the second time I called they said I am late . How can they say that I am late when immediately the timer struck Zero. I had clicked the buy option and the page said its out of stock I humbly request the Consumer Complaints Forum, Government of India to probe into this matter and give a proper solution

        You are making too much fool to customer about Xiomi MI3, I was sticking on countdown for 20 min onsale, When Buy Now button enabled I have clicked and it shows out of stock.You are making fool to me an others too.This is your very dirty marketing strategy.

            i am sending my concern from the e-mail i used for purchase.

            I did 3 payment transactions(14089, 13999, 13999) to get MI-3 mobile during MI-3 sale. Only the third payment of 13999 from my friends ICICI account was a success other two transactions failed.

            1st Payment of 14, 089(Express delivery) - HDFC my account - Failed
            2nd Payment of 13999 - used my friends ICICI account-Failed
            3rd Payment of 13999 - used my friends ICICI account- Success

            I lost 28, 000 rs and these debited amount is not yet returned to my bank A/C and my friends.

            Please find the attached screenshot of the transactions.
            I am really upset with Flipkart online shopping.

              This is latha.v from Bangalore, I order for the omega deluxe build your kitchen set2 quantity on 18 july. I received the product of one quantity but they taken the money for 2 set that is 40198.00Rs on 21st july. 22nd july I called the customer care and i told i received only one product, they told ok madam we will resolve this problem. 0n 23rd the flip kart person came and took it back the one quantity of the product also. Again I called the customer care they told that they refund the money. but I have received only one quantity amount only. Other quantity amount ie, 2099rs I have not yet received. so many times i called to customer care they will tell we resolve the problem. After that I received a mail on 31 july that we will refund your money to your account with in 5-7 business days.                 Flipkart is making dubious sale announcements about Mi3 phone sale. Though the registrant does not stand to lose monetarily, they adopt dubious practices to advertise the Mi3 phone through their portal. Here are the details: 1. they demand that the customer should specially register for the product on their website. 2. they claim every week that they have Up to (?) 15k / 20k Mi3 phones for sale 3. they claim every week that they have Up to (?) 150, 000 registrations for the phone. 4. they announce that the sale would begin at 2 PM on every Tuesday and also run a count down timer. 5. repeatedly, week after week, when the count down timer hits 2 PM, immediately they announce that the mobile is out of stock. Please do not waste your time and effort on this non-existent sale by Flipkart.

                  I have ordered two packs (56pcs+30pcs) of Huggies Dry Diaper - Large. My order no. OD[protected]. The shipment was sent through Ekart Logistics and should have delivered by Saturday 9th August. From 9th Aug to till yesterday 12th August I received SMS everyday that "Your item will be delivered today before 7 pm" but at the end of the day nothing has come. Now I have decided to cancel my order. Please do the same immediately. If anybody will come with my items from Ekart I will return that person.

                    flipkart is the worst online shopping site i have ever used, on 2nd august i ordered moto g, 16 gb. the date of the delivery was 7th august. today is 11th august and i have still not received my product. every time when i call them they ask for 2-3 days dont know why. even the tracking of shipment is showing that it has reached jaipur on 8th august but still they have not delivered it to me. i dont know how can they do to a customer like this, i want some action against them as they wasted my time and just making a fool of the customer.

                      I ordered a GMAT Verbal review book from flipkart.It was pre-paid.After 2 days their site showed the status as delivered, but it wasnt.When i enquired to their custome care, they said they have initiated the complaint and it will take 5 days.But i needed the delivery in 2 days.The customer care were not able to promise anything more than that.As a customer i dont care about their internal processes. The worst part is they dont have any escalation matrix.Only customer care who doesnt have any kind of access/power to expedite things.This is complete fraud by Flipkart, they have taken the money and not delivered anything and moreso the status i see is DELIVERED.I had ordered a watch from Amazon and its much better than flipkart.The service is really good.I am switching over to Amazon from now.I never thought Flipkart service would get so bad.I ahve been ordering since last 2 years.I have to suffer a loss of 600 rs because of them.I am livid with Flipkart and i will never order anything from them.

                        I ordered Micromax Data card worth Rs 1140/- and was promised that it will be delivered by almost 9th August 2014. I got an SMS from Flipkart that the product will be delivered on 8th August 2014 before 7 PM. Though, it was not delivered and again I got an SMS Saying that it will be delivered on 9th August 2014 before 7 PM. Again the same thing happened and product was not delivered. Again I got a SMS that the product will be delivered on 10th August 2014 before 7 PM and again they failed to keep on their promise. For the last three days (8th August till 10th August) I was harassed by an SMS and I had to stayed at home for the whole in anticipating that product will be delivered and had to foregone some other valuable important work. First they didn’t keep on their promise on time delivery and secondly they keep on making false commitment by sending an SMS daily and saying that product will be delivered on so and so date.                         No action is taken form Flipkart and they are even not willing to solve this. Please help.

                          Order ID -- OD[protected] Order Date - 31-July-2014 With reference to the above order in Flipkart, I ordered "Foster blue synthetic leather casual brown shoe of size 8". But, I received a different shoe with different size(7). Also my order date is mentioned on 8th july 2014 but i received it on today(11th july 2014). Also we have noticed that the order id and order date in invoice is stricked out using marker which is not visible to us and also noticed that is not a regular flipkart pakage the seal is missing. I hereby attached a photo proof for the ordered shoe and my received shoe. Pls find the attachment. I need a justice for the order. P.S: [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

                              Dear Team I have placed below mentioned order on 5th August 2014, its was Rakhi, which was suppose to send on 9th August 2014(suppose to be delivered before Raksha Bandhan, 10th August 2014), till date Rakhi is not been delivered. Order Details:OD[protected] Its total customer harassment, only reason i have booked from flip kart was as delivery date was showing on 9th August 2014, else i would have chosen Amazon as its far more better that flip kart. 1) Worst Customer services on helpline number- on Saturday(9th August 2014), first time when called Flipkart Customer Care, there was no proper response from customer care executive and they told me that the order would be delivered by 7pm definitely but it was not done.On the 11th again tried second time i got response from customer care executive that the order would be delivered by 13th august 1.30 pm. I have made full payment and my sisters had to go without their Rakhi gifts for no fault of theirs but mine for choosing and trusting Flipkart. I dont want to cancel my order because I dont know how long they would take to refund the money. This has caused me great mental anguish Sunil Ahuja

                                I ordered for a shoe on 2nd of August 2014, it should have been delivered in a day or two without any delay. I in fact asked your executive to get it delivered as early as possible as I required it on urgent basis but it is 10th August today and it still hasn't reached me. What a shame to have such lethargic service! Highly disappointed!!!

Order Details Order ID: OD[protected] (1 Item) Seller: WS Retail Order Date: 5 August, 2014 Amount Paid:Rs. 13999 through Net banking.very next day i have recieved one email saying that customer had cancelled the order which i NEVER did. i called customer service for several times and they stated, There was a technical issue and has been Resolved. and delivered as scheduled. on 8th aug courier guy called me and asked for the location and promised to deliver before lunch, meanwhile flipkart had sent one email not to deliver. i dont understand what kind of customer care flipkart is running. Please try to resolve the issue if any of flipkart representative come across this complaint.

                                  It seems they have only a handful of phones in their stock and they are playing around with the customers.
                                  I am a long standing customer of Flipkart.com.
                                  On seeing their handling of Mi3 sale, I have decided to be very cautious with them henceforth.
                                  E-retail is all about up-keeping the trust and faith of the customers.
                                  Flipkart is damaging it's hard earned reputation through this cheap Mi3 sale tactics.
                                  Hope they will correct themselves asap.

                                        BE WARY about buying any of the MOTO phones from Flipkart. I a, a regular buyer from Flipkart but did not have the experience of "returning/exchanging" something until this time. Last month, I got a Moto E and a Moto G phone from them. The less expensive Moto G has an issue with a black line showing up on the screen that was not obvious before in a dark background. I called up customer services and spoke to Nadeem Pasha who gave me the rounds of their policies saying I should called yesterday. Next, I called again and spoke to a helpful guy Ashok, who set up a call with ARINDAM CHATTERJEE, a manager of sorts. Arindam again gave me the rounds about the policies. Given the business I have given these guys, I dont expect to be treated like this for a legitimate reason and a faulty product that Flipkart is the exclusive seller for. At the end of the day, Amazon would probably take the product back no questions asked and would give better service. I am sad to say that after speaking to Arindam, I am going to take my business elsewhere.
