Updated by Ayushnema have mistakely received two ptoducts that was ordered by third party, these products are cash on delivery and on my behalf my family member received these products because address on it is mine, but i haven't ordered them, then i call to the coutomer care to return this products from me. And they have collected both products from me and coutomer care said that we will refund this amount on your flipkart gift card, and ask me my number to initiate my refund. I have given the my number both main number and alternative number. ([protected] & [protected]), now its been 15 days my refund is not transferred to me, i am calling their customer care every day and they are telling me to wait 24 hour every day.
And recently they said that the refund is transferred to the gift card of the customer who ordered this, around 15days I'm calling them and always telling to transfer on my registered number but they have transferred to someone else and i call them again then they said that the third party account is linked with your account that's why they have transferred to his account but i am not aware of any linked account and any permission is not taken by me. Then i said to them how you can transfer my refund to someone else when i am providing all the details regarding this order. And even the third party has not a bill.
When my order is pick up for return Flipkart send me a email on 27Feb that we will refund your Rs.2954 in 24 hour and i have also received confirmation call from Flipkart that we have received your return and will refund you money within 24hour.
Rs.2954 is a big amount for me and so valuable for me .
I am giving every information regarding order to customer care and what they are asking to give information .
I have called them around 50 - 60 times and they are wasting my time.
i think that it was a fraud wity me.
I request you to to kindly take any action for this and please ask them to initiate my refund.
