I got delayed replacement (About 27 days), i have got compensation from flipkart, the replacement has some battery problems + camera quality problems as well so now i want to return the product and want a refund as flipkart is giving me such a worst services. But instead of giving me the proper solution they are dragging the dates like anything so please help me out.

Kindly delist such cheaters as address given in your website is a false address... Jus check their office address given in your site is a wrong address... I have supplied tshirts to them they shut their rental shop nd ran away... Kindot delist from your site such fraud companies which are in genuine cheaters frauds

      My father ordered an motorola one action mobile on flipkart using bajaj finserv emi card but the status of the ordr is not working i am very much worried about my product as it was pre paid. Please help me out. Flipkart company is a reputed company today and it is very much awkward situation for me and my father that such a huge money is invested and my loan for six month is due so what will happen with me.

        This is in regards hp laptop, i have received damaged laptop or one key option miss in this,,, i contacted the customer care they says that after 10 days we are responsible brand team will help u, in mean while i contact with hp brand they said flipkart team will resolve, kindly help me out with issue.
        Issue is flipkart product specifications mentions clearly *keyboard
        Full size island-style backlit keyboard* but it is not backlit keyboard.

          When i try to purchase a mobile from flipkart website, it says you have already reached maximum units for this item. I only purchased couple of mobiles for my family members, nothing else. I contacted their customer care as well but no resolution yet. I need this to be resolved at the earliest. I don't such issues with amazon or any other online shopping website.

            Hi flipkart has blocked my 2 family account without any prior communication or
            email . Today i tried to login in my personal account whose registered no is [protected] but i see message account blocked contact customer care to fix it & then i checked my family account whose registered no is [protected]. It is also blocked . In both account I have money in the form of flipkart gift card & my personal account has Flipkart plus membership & have also super coins which can be used for shopping at flipkart, buying voucher. This is fraud by flipkart & how they can block my account without any communication or email. They have also not refunded my money in that account . I contacted their customer care they told they cant help me as they cannot see any details they will forward my details to their team & told me to wait till 14th march 2020, 6pm . I request consumer complaints forum to take strict legal action against flipkart & help me to get my money back.

            Their customer care not replying to email that means if i asked about my flipkart gift card money they will not tell about it & instead of it they will tell your account has blocked when i contact customer care they tell me that you will receive call by end of the day but no call i got & also flipkart have not refunded my amount provided refund initiation timeline passed. Kindly help .

              I have ordered a product from flipkart on 7th march. They have promised delivery on march 10th. After due to issue from vendor they are still processing the order. Then they gave the delivery date as 11th march still the status is order processing. With multiple followups now they have changed the delivery date to 12th march. This is unacceptable and now they have stopped responding. I have ordered the gift for my wife for her birthday on 10th march. Then what is the point of delaying the delivery. I am seriously fed up with these guys.

                You've wasted my entire month only to deliver just 5 pillows. I got only 1
                pillow when ordered the first time. Considering the first-time mistake and
                request from your team, I order those 5 pillows again hoping to get what I
                ordered. But then again got only 1 pillow. I am working professional and
                can't spend hours every day connecting and talking to Flipkart for the
                order. Your executive admitted they've made mistake in the listing and
                trying to sort out with a refund. There is no attention paid to the time
                I've wasted, delayed my work, and worked extra in the office to complete
                the work. How would you pay for it? That's the worst online shopping
                experience I ever had. You've left no choice than filing a complaint in the*
                consumer forum.* For the proof, the *complaint id is **1943251*. I just
                want the products you've committed to delivering. In case you want to check
                the response given by your team.

                  I ordered spykar jeans on 5th March 2020 . The zip of jeans is not working so i created the return request . But it was rejected twice . I contacted flikart assistance and they said it was cancelled by seller due to unforseen reason .Why they are rejecting my return request if the product is under return policy and even it was my 1st return request. They are just making fool . Poor experience from flikart .

                    My order was cancelled my vendor. Got message my refund will be done before 21st feb 2020.

                      I am absolutely disgusted with the flipkart service completely and not going to shop with them anymore
                      Initially they blocked the account due to high no of return requests which were actually due to their delivery of wrong products at my doorstep of which i initially complaint many times
                      Now in order to reactivate my account they asked to submit id proof which i did but in return they informed that the information is sufficient and to be honest i’ve been using these id proof all over
                      And after making multiple calls to them to their customer support team in which no one was able to handle a single query those guys informed that i can only communicate via email to verification team and they have no role in it instead they can only forward my concern
                      This email team never actually responds to your query and only sent predefined templates which is completely pathetic
                      And now when after multiple attempts they were not of any help to unblock my account the paylater team is sending me an email to pay an amount of 4425
                      How can i pay an amount when my account is already blocked so i made one more attempt to these customer executives seeking help with the same and as usual they cannot help me and can only forward my concern to those useless email teams to which their reply was the same “predefined templates”
                      First of all i’ve to pay for an amount and things which i don’t want and secondly they are not even helping me the way to pay for it which will eventually stuck with me no paying and adding penalty to it
                      Enclosed are all the screenshots of the flipkart team useless service
                      Now i’ve been getting reminder to pay for paylater account

                      Post the complaint filed against flipkart I’ve received calls from anonymous no [protected], +91 [protected] who don’t have a single clue or idea about any flipkart policy or anything but claims to be from flipkart
                      After searching no on google and truecaller it stated “fake cheat” and “scam”
                      Flipkart people if you want to reach me kindly give a call from official registered or legitimate numbers

                        Seeing Brand Nike I ordered Nike football.
                        But unfortunately they sent me a duplicate Nike football,
                        It was fake Nike football, cost around 1000rs and really a fraud, fake product by Flipkart.

                          Mai ak hi bat khunga flipkart fraud aur chhor company hai jo bs customers ko fools. Bnati hai.

                              Flipkart has not picke up the return item yet. Even after several follow ups they are not doing their job. I have raised this complaint but still Flipkart is not doing anything. I am unable to use the product still it is lying at my home for a month now. Please help me to resolve this issue.
                              As you have blocked my account number with [protected] i have one order with me that i cant return and i want to return the product because of its size issue. kindly give some resolution
                              Flipkart has still not resolved the issue. They have not picked up the return item even after several followups.

                                  I have mistakely received two ptoducts that was ordered by third party, these products are cash on delivery and on my behalf my family member received these products because address on it is mine, but i haven't ordered them, then i call to the coutomer care to return this products from me. And they have collected both products from me and coutomer care said that we will refund this amount on your flipkart gift card, and ask me my number to initiate my refund. I have given the my number both main number and alternative number. ([protected] & [protected]), now its been 10 days my refund is not transferred to me, i am calling their customer care every day and they are telling me to wait 24 hour every day. My total refund amount is rs.2954 and i think that it was a fraud wity me.
                                  I request you to to kindly take any action for this and please ask them to initiate my refund.

                                  And recently they said that the refund is transferred to the gift card of the customer who ordered this, around 15days I'm calling them and always telling to transfer on my registered number but they have transferred to someone else and i call them again then they said that the third party account is linked with your account that's why they have transferred to his account but i am not aware of any linked account and any permission is not taken by me. Then i said to them how you can transfer my refund to someone else when i am providing all the details regarding this order. And even the third party has not a bill.
                                  When my order is pick up for return Flipkart send me a email on 27Feb that we will refund your Rs.2954 in 24 hour and i have also received confirmation call from Flipkart that we have received your return and will refund you money within 24hour.
                                  Rs.2954 is a big amount for me and so valuable for me .
                                  I am giving every information regarding order to customer care and what they are asking to give information .
                                  I have called them around 50 - 60 times and they are wasting my time.
                                  i think that it was a fraud wity me.
                                  I request you to to kindly take any action for this and please ask them to initiate my refund.
                                  I am baying one hometheter( 5.12.19)hear some problems is coming so i call to filpket that time sir you give to jeeves. Me also (13.01.2020) i am give to jeeves but now also no repairs my hometheter

                                  I wanted to reactivate my flipkart account but it's not getting activated. The mail Id I used is not in use anymore I tried using my registered mobile number but still its showing account is inactive contact customer support. Please help
                                  Flipkart does not give the access to log in my account with my phone number, i tried many times in past months and i called the customer care number of flipkart but it automatically ends the call now i request to activate my flipkart account and give me cash on delivery facility.

                                    I hereby noticed that i have loosed rs. 6550/ (Six thousand five hundred fifty rupees) for spare part replacement of epson l565 print head unit and plus rs. 371 the ink purchased from flifkart total amount rs. 6921/- (Six thousand nine hunderd and twenty one rupees) due to supplied duplicate ink to me. The ink (Black) which was supplied me was duplicated and waste ink, the ink damaged my epson printer’s head unit.
                                    Hence i request herewith you please refund compensation the same amount from flifkart / ink supplier (Ang printer and inkers mumbai).

                                      I do not agree with you completely because the reason behind blocking my flipkart account is absolutely wrong. I bought only three orders from my flipkart account and i got an empty box that was my last order, i was very worried, i want to return my missing product, but because my flipkart account is blocked, i can not return my product. I request you to unblock the flipkart account, but solve the problem that the missing product has received. It will be so kind of you.

                                        I was alone ordering sparks slippers called me slippers deliver didn't happen but the delivery was updated delivery book didn't call me but sparks shippers delivery successful successful for this i am flipcart compliant, but no one with me in filipart costume contract why i am not doing filipcart speak to the team in march 9 will talk to you filipcart team full bed boy
